Mel, Rolf and their son Samuel looked after our 2 dogs, 2 cats and small flock of chickens for 10 days this July. As you'll see they have many great reveiws on TH and we can only join in by saying that they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They're a very organised family, who clearly have a lot of experience of house and animal-sitting. The handover was quick and easy - much faster than is usually the case, as Mel immediately understood what was needed and didn't have to ask twice. They are great communicators and we were sent picture updates of the family out on walks with the dogs and cats. They managed Bonny, our new goofy rescue Golden Retriever, who can be a bit of a handful, without complaint. We even came home to a loaf of delicious, freshly baked bread. What more can you ask! :) Thanks Mel, Rolf and Samuel, we'd happily host you again!

Yaline is very organized and reliable person. She asked many questions which were related to our cat: like her habits, character, favorite toys etc. This behavior gave us feeling of confidence and trust. She is also a great communicator and during our holidays gave us truthful and detailed feedback about how things are going. So we were up to date with all the affairs. Yaline is very caring, attentive and sensitive who is thinking about pet comfort and calming. The apartment had a sense of purity and was even cleaner than we left it ourselves. Highly recommend this person and hope to see her again

I don´t think that anyone could ask for better housesitters than Nathalie and Hanspeter. They are simple the best. While I was away we were in contact every day and they would send me photos of their walks and cuddles with my pets. Both are just so easygoing, uncomplicated, life loving, nature loving, animal loving, grateful and simply wonderful & lovely people. My house was spotless clean when I got back from my travels, my animals were happy and in fantastic condition and they had surprised me with the fixing of some things. Not only the animals were really sad seeing them go...it was the same for me. This was the second summer that Nathalie and Hanspeter were housesitting my home and I hope there will be many more. If sitters could get 10 stars instead of 5, these two would deserve them all.

This was Sybille and Matthias's third or fourth sit for us. It's always a pleasure having them here and we know that Tora is in very good hands. Communication and organization with Sybille has always been seamless and she always checks if there are any changes to Tora's routine, diet or behaviour - she's on top of things :). We were able to thoroughly enjoy our holidays! We were updated regularly on our pet, garden and home. Our amazing pet was super healthy and happy, and the house and the garden were all in perfect condition upon our return. As we are brand new to zeewoi we had the very best experience possible. Friendly, uncomplicated, flexible Switzerland fans look after your house and cat
Birgitta and Holger sat our house for the fourth time for 8 nights in a row. Please read our previous reviews about them as well. We are always very happy, reassured and relaxed when the two sit our house and cat. We know that everything works 100% in accordance with our ideas. They always are extremely reliable, uncomplicated and leave the house in an extremely tidy and clean condition, which we greatly appreciate. Our cat also loves them very much and is therefore always visibly happy. We thank Birgitta & Holger again from the bottom of our hearts and hope, that they come back many times.

This was our second time having Monica and Marc dog sit for us. They are easily our first choice to watch our dog when we leave for a trip. Monica is very communicative and feels like a close friend at this point with her frequent updates and precious photos of her and Marc with our dog. We see how comfortable our dog is with them and how much love they provide him while we’re away. Our home was spotless upon our return and they even asked for an update when we got home to ensure we arrived safely back with our dog. They are the best choice you can make when choosing a sitter for your pet. ❤️

Meg has house sat us for a few years and I am so happy going away and leaving her in charge of the animals. This year Peter came too and it was an absolute pleasure meeting him. Everything at home, the animals, 3 dogs and a horse were beautifully looked after and so was the house. I cannot recommend them both more.

Kelly was a wonderful pet sitter and house sitter! Our dog Cooper adored her. She sent us pictures several times a day and he was always snuggling with her. She kept in touch with us regularly. We have never left our baby before and we were anxious about it but we ended up feeling totally comfortable with Cooper in Kelly’s care. She also kept our potted plants alive during a heat wave and took great care of the house. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Thanks again for making my trip away worth it!

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever! Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her. She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos. We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of. As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
