I absolutely LOVE the dog nanny and my dog does too. She gets so excited every time she’s gone and comes back home nice and tuckered out. I love how they have little pools for the dogs to play in when it’s super hot out so they can still play outside while staying cool, and the inside of the facility is always nice and fresh on the summers and cozy warm in the winters. All the staff here is also so passionate and caring for all the dogs and it really shows in how well they are looked after. Best day care and boarding spot around!!

I have been using the dog nanny for 14 years with two dogs. When Surf died last year at 13, I received the most beautiful, kind and thoughtful note, that I will always treasure. The note reflected what I already knew - Surf was treated like royalty and they knew her personality and preferences so well. Disco still attends the Dog Nanny and I know she is equally well cared for. The staff are simply superb!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at the Dog Nanny. They truly care about the dogs and their safety and well-being. My dog is 6 and has been going to daycare and boarded several times since he was under a year old. They pay close attention to the needs of my dog and he absolutely LOVES being there and comes home tired and happy every time!

I would not recommend this daycare. They seem untrained in handling dogs with energy. Instead of allowing them to play and burn off steam, they call you to come pick them up. They called to give me an update and told me they loved my dog he was doing great, and he could stay for the entire day. Not even 15 minutes later they called back saying they needed me to come pick him up immediately because he was overstimulated and he was not allowed back! This defeats the purpose of bringing your dog to daycare for exercise and socialization. This bad experience kept me from trying another daycare for over a year. Since then, my dog has been to two different daycare's where they adore him and have nothing but positive things to say about him. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for daycare services.

The dog nanny is fantastic! My dog absolutely loves it there and always comes home happy and exhausted. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. Highly recommend!

My dog has been going to the Dog Nanny for around a year and a half now and he loves it! They really are a top-notch organization and take very good care of all the doggos. I'm always happy to see my little guy run into the play yard straight away every morning to play with all his little buddies .

We signed up for the dog walking services offered by the Dog Nanny back in January after hearing great things on Facebook and from word of mouth of friends. We cannot be happier with how amazing all of the walkers are. My 2 year old rescue can be very timid of other people at times. Cortny scheduled a meet & greet with us prior to starting walking to ensure Peyton (and I) would feel comfortable! Cortny walked Peyton for the first several times to get her into the routine of having someone come into our house and take her, then we gradually transitioned into allowing other walkers in. I did not even think of doing it gradually, but Cortny wanted to ensure Peyton was comfortable. I work more than full-time in my office and sometimes feel like a bad Dog Mom not be able to be around more often during the work week. Cortny, Jodi, and Lindsey have helped relieve that stress completely. They are more than flexible with scheduling and have saved me several times when I had a last minute meeting arise to go take Peyton out. After several weeks of walking and loving the Dog Nanny Staff, we decided to do daycare 2 days a week and walks 3. I truly could not imagine life without these people! Everyone who we have interacted with at the Dog Nanny has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend the Dog Nanny to anyone considering dog walking and/or daycare for their pup. Hi fur-children parents! Ive very sick, my Dr's on test result called me aft.hrs. to say I needed to go inpatient urgently for treatment. "No, I can't I've my Serv.Animal" and I wouldnt be able to take him out of hospital room for walks" Dr: You don't understand you need to go in! Knowing the extreme affects of my condition-I still refused but promised, Promised my doctors I'd go in 1ce a caretaker found. I remembered this buisiness but not name or other. I called too many and e-mailed the "Internet Ads" for local caregivers- None out of dozens could do a several day straight plan., and some said yes and then bailed out the day before we agreed for them to come. I searched memory and remembered F & T when I met them, gave me there card..it was on a fridge under magnet (the magnet is my dogs likeness) I reached out in agony/distress as it was now 6 days beyond medical needs... Fast forward, a couple of texts, a phone call from F & T and she came and helped me, gave Love & Care to my bff, my helper, my Buddy..and I then only then went overnight for urgent procedures... Some said they would have "kenneled or pet-hoteled" there dog, I said "No-way, I'll never leave anyone behind!" My dog is my lifeline, Regina said "You need to take care of you, so you can take care of him!" She then said, I got this, whilsdt' securing "Precious cargo", I turned from her and "Lil Buddy" quickly as I didnt want them to see me cry. Real men don't cry, "and pigs don't fly!" That night in hospital, I got a selfie of Buddy wrapped in his fav.blanket, with F & T staff smiling face to face with him. That message/photo were "medicinal". The great discomfort I had during treatment suddenly hurt less, and I could get the rest needed. I can't speak to other reviews or experience however I Can speak to the outmost Passion, Compassion, and Sincerity love from F & T. Bumpy road ahead yes, I know who to call when I need the help. After reading soooo many positive reviews, I was really excited thinking we found someone to care for our dog while we are away at times. My problem has been they won't call/text/email me back! Perhaps they dont have enough staff to handle their popularity? Of the 4 times I have reached out, I only received a response once. At that point, it was too last minute to proceed with care. I understood that, and tried again recently for another trip. No response to text or voicemail. Disappointed

Let me start off by saying I recommend booking unique for all your pet care needs! My pup Gucci, my partner and I had the pleasure of meeting unique and we all automatically felt so comfortable with her! She’s such a kind, responsible, and hard working woman! My pup loved her right off the bat which is not always the case when he meets new people so I was so happy to see him getting along perfectly with her. We had unique house sit for the first time for about 6 days while we were on vacation and have no complaints WHATSOEVER! It was the first time someone stayed with our pup alone and we couldn’t have felt any more secure 🙏🏾 She constantly kept us updated and sent us pictures of him, checked in and let us know when she would be stepping out. Finding a dog sitter for our pup had been so hard due to his separation anxiety but now I’m sooo grateful we found unique and her services! We now have peace of mind and won’t have to worry about finding someone to watch our pup. He made a new friend and now we have someone we can trust to take care of him whenever needed! Great experience! It’s very tough nowadays to find a consistent puppy sitter. Finally found one who my wife and I have been using and will definitely stick with. Unique is very efficient, punctual and flexible. She is also very caring and affectionate towards our puppies. The chemistry she has with our puppies was amazing. My wife almost got jealous at one point because of how loving our puppies got with Unique while we were away. They just loved her and really enjoyed her company and care. My wife and I are now very comfortable with any sudden trips because we can alway count on Unique! One last thing, you won’t need to have a camera in your home while Unique watches your puppies because the amount of photos and videos we received from her was all we needed.

Unique is 100% the first person I reach out to when looking for care for my dog, Nala. I came across her business by chance, on a referral from another dog owner. I had out-of-country travel coming up and scheduled a meet-and-greet with Unique (she was super responsive and got back to me with her availability and sign-up process within a day). Nala can take a minute to warm up to certain people, but took to Unique so quickly that I had no second thoughts about leaving Nala at her home for a week. Unique sent regular updates and photos of Nala's antics. While I consider myself a dog lover, Unique is on the dog whisperer level. My only worry was whether Nala would still want to come home with me when I got back (ha, but actually). Maybe most importantly, Unique noticed some plaque buildup on Nala's front incisors that I'd missed. This ended up being an issue to take care of with our vet and it was something I wouldn't have known to look for. As a first time "dog mom", I've quickly learned how meaningful it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Grateful for Unique's warm presence and proactive, playful care of Nala - 100/10 recommend for massive peace of mind next time you're looking for boarding.

We travel often and have used several pet care providers to board our Our 9 year old lab. We were referred to Unique and what an incredible stroke of luck. Unique is a sweet, kind and enterprising young woman who is building a Unique brand (pun intended) out of her home in Lawrence. Her love for animals was apparent from our first meeting and her daily pics captured the walks, naps and doggy smiles. We will not hesitate to use Unique the next time we travel, based on her service, I just hope she's not too busy.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I highly recommend Unique. She is extremely friendly, professional and caring. Following our initial meeting I knew she was the right pet sitter for us. Our 8 month-old Bichon immediately warmed up to her as if she was a family member. She kept us updated daily with photos and videos of our Jovi. At one point we started getting jealous. Unique and Kennedy had pictures with our dog posing effortlessly for the camera which made us envious as we have never been able to get him to pose for pictures 😂 We will definitely will be using Unique again and HIGHLY recommend her services

Couldn't ask for a better pet sitter! Unique is amazing, and as you'll gather from most of these reviews she is punctual, caring, communicates well, and actually takes the time to get to know your pup. I'll be honest I was a little nervous leaving my Reg with someone new, as I had ran into some issues with the previous facility that I had used all 4 years of his, Reggie's, life. These troubles and my concerns left me in a rock and a hard place since I had an upcoming trip and all Reggie had known was his prior care arrangements. Unique took all of those worries away from me, and I could tell from the first meet and greet she was going to be great. Unique surpassed my expectations, it was as if Reggie had known her all his life. I've never seen my boy look so at ease, and just happy to be somewhere. It was as if he went to an aunt's or something. I could go on raving about the loving and expert care she gave my boy, if you need a pet sitter DO NOT HESITATE to book with her. She provides multiple picture updates of your fur baby, she is honest with how they are doing in her care and how they are adjusting. She is thorough in her assessments, and realizes not every dog shares the same needs as the last. Again I could go on and on I was so impressed with the services I received. I will be booking with her again soon.

This is the 3rd time that I leave Tyson with Unique because I’ve developed the utmost trust and confidence with her. There’s not a doubt in my mind that Tyson is in the best hands while I’m away. In the past, before Unique I never wanted to leave because I was not sure who to leave Tyson with but that’s not an issue anymore :) Unique always updates me with how Tyson is doing, how he’s eating and behaving. She sends pictures and videos of him playing or just relaxing and that’s incredibly comforting while I’m outside of the country. Unique is great and someone I will be booking going forward. I was looking for someone to board my dog since I was going on vacation and I was referred by a friend . I was very nervous because it was my dogs first time staying in some else’s home and also being dog sat by someone for multiple days. My dog is also a crazy puppy with lots of energy but unique did great! She always kept me updated and sent me a bunch of pictures which helped with being nervous. She would take him to the dog park to let him get out some of his energy and she didn’t care about the time or weather. She treated him like her own and took such great care of him while I was away.

Our dog is not able to stay in a kennel anymore, but we were very fortunate to find Uniques Pet Care with a recommendation from a friend. She stayed in our house with our dog Sammy while we're on vacation. It was perfect for Sammy because he was in his own home and Unique was able to keep him on his schedule is including feeding and walks. From their first meet n greet, Sammy was comfortable with Unique. She has a great way about her and clearly loves dogs! I highly recommend Unique's Pet Care!

We absolutely love Peace of Mind. My husband and I moved to the area recently and had to part with our long time cat sitter, but we are so glad we found Jennifer and Linda. I recently rescued my 6/7 year old husky, Ariel, off a euthanasia list in Texas. Prior to being in a shelter, Ariel was a stray. Ariel arrived and didn’t know her name or basic commands and resource guards and is leash reactive. I have another dog who is 11 lbs (Ariel is 75 lbs), so I knew I needed immediate professional help for everyone’s safety and happiness. Jennifer helped us with training techniques to teach Ariel her name and basic commands, and worked very hard with us on the resource guarding issue. Ariel is an older dog who clearly had to fight for food on the streets, so Jennifer’s calm, loving, and rewarding training style helped my pup thrive. When we first started training you couldnt take a step near Ariel if she had something she viewed as hers without her growling and lunging. Jennifer gave us training tools to build trust successfully. I also learned very valuable techniques to help with Ariel’s leash reactivity. This was a life saver since I lived in a condo when I rescued her and couldn’t avoid other dogs. I took my other dog to a different place for training and it wasn’t for us because it was negative reinforcement style. Jennifer’s positive reinforcement method works so well for my rescue (and my other dog loves to join in and thrives from positive reinforcement as well). I highly recommend Jennifer to everyone! She got my 6/7 year old husky to change her ways and successfully teach her new things so she can thrive in her new environment, so she can absolutely help your dog!

I reached out to Jennifer for help and support in training my anxious dog to wear a basket muzzle for vet visits. And I'm so glad I did. Jennifer is extremely supportive, listening to my concerns, and creatively troubleshooting each step of the training process. She's met my dog where he's at, using positive reinforcement methods and never forcing anything on him. It's clear Jennifer loves and cares for all of the animals she works with. And she's very skilled at what she does! My dog is still working towards being comfortable in a muzzle (which she's affectionately named his "Party Hat"), and Jennifer continues to be a source of support and guidance each step of the way.

Peace of Mind Pet Care took amazing care of our 2 cats while we were out of town recently. Our pet sitters, Jennifer and Karen, were professional, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I have 4 cats, 1 that needed meds and special food, 2 chinchillas, and 2 mice, all different care needs, and didn’t know who to ask to care for them for our vacation. I found Peace of Mind Pet Care when I needed someone to come in for two visits per day with my little Labradoodle puppy. Jenn and Kristin came for the initial consultation. I loved that they immediately got down on the floor to better interact with my tiny (3 pound) puppy. They both obviously adored dogs and we felt like she was in good hands. It is now a few months later and I can honestly say I feel so lucky that I found Jenn and her company. She and her employees are very reliable and dependable. My puppy is ecstatic to see them. Jenn is a knowledgeable and talented dog trainer. She kept encouraging us to socialize our puppy (after appropriate immunizations). We have also had 2 training sessions with Jenn. I met Jennifer through a FB marketplace transaction. I was buying a used crate for my new puppy. After she gave me some great advice about potty training, she mentioned that she is a trainer! So I had her come to the house to help with some training assistance. She was super helpful is training us! And the really interesting thing is that Boomer immediately understood that Jen was the pack leader. I then reached out for help with a harness for walking, as I was having lots of trouble with pulling. Jen's suggestion was spot on and we solved another training issue. I can't say enough good things about Jen's training skills. I'm so glad I know where to go when things come up.

Great experiencePeace of mind is a fantastic pet sitting company. Extremely reliable and always on time during our window of service. We have daily visits with Desiree for 2 of our dogs. Recently one of our dogs got very sick during the day, I noticed on our puppy cam that she was drooling excessively and shaking. Desiree arrived to our house soon after to find out Fiona had vomited and had diarrhea all over her pen. She immediately got on the phone with me to make a plan and offered to either stay with Fiona until I arrived home, or take her over to the emergency vet (almost 30 min away!) I made the decision to meet her at the emergency vet, she was so kind to sit with Fiona and give details to the vet while I rushed over. It is truly a Peace of mind to have a pet sitter that loves and cares for my fur babies like they are her own. I cannot recommend peace of mind enough. She also has won over my sometimes grumpy chihuahua in record time. We have had the greatest experience with Peace of Mind.

Jennifer and her team were a dream. Our cat was so so spoiled at our home and our dog LOVED his stay at camp! Cant recommend them enough. Super easy to book and we kept in touch with constant communication/pictures. We were so relaxed on vacation, and our pets were so happy with their sitters!!! We used A Better Way for the first time (twice!) in August and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable pet sitter. We recently took in a senior cat and needed someone to look after him during a couple trips we had planned. They took amazing care of him and we came home to a very happy and healthy cat both times. Michele (the owner) and Liz are super professional and loving pet sitters, who really go above and beyond to make sure your pet gets everything they need while you’re away. They do the basics like feeding and scooping litter; but also gave him daily brushing, played with him, and gave him lots of affection. They leave a daily report saying what they did and how our cat Nick was doing every day, which are really nice to read when you get home, and always responded promptly when we texted asking how things are going. They also took amazing care of our potted outdoor plants and 4 newly planted trees, in addition to taking in our mail every day and putting the trash and recycling on the curb for trash pickup. I felt much more relaxed knowing our cat and house were in good hands while we were away. I can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough about Wendi and the ladies. They are all super. I have been a client for over 15 years with all my dogs. Wendi even stayed with me when I had to put my little Murphy down. You don't see that kind of service from many places today. My pets are like their own pets.

Best pet sitting in the area! They have a meeting with you to walk through your home as a new client to determine all of your pet's needs. Billing is sent to your email (which I really appreciate it). They provide detailed notes for every day they visit with pre-maid sheets that, to me, are truly wonderful to come home to. :D Best of all is their service and compassionate care. We had a family emergency recently, and Better Way Pet Sitting jumped in and was able to look after our cats. It was truly valuable to have a service we trusted when we needed it. So grateful to have access to them now and into the future!

The most important aspect of a pet care company is reliability, which you will get 100% with ABW. I used them frequently when I had knee surgery and couldn't walk my puppy, and continued with their services for the convenience of being able to stay at work through lunch. They always come exactly when they said they will and I love how they leave me notes after each visit! My pups were well taken care of!

I have been using ABW for almost 5 years for my dogs and they have been nothing short of fantastic. In the beginning of looking for someone to take my dogs out in the middle of the day while I was at work, I was not super comfortable with someone being in my house while I wasn’t home let alone with my dogs! Cindy is wonderful! She has been helping me with my dogs for over 20 years. Currently I have a very fearful female rescue who I would never take to anyone but Cindy. She comes out looking great and happy with her clip. Cindy is a true dog person and can handle any aspect of dog management - walking, boarding, grooming and overall loves what she does.

First time at Cindy’s with my toy Aussie and she did an amazing job. Not only was she able to get me in the following week, which was perfect because he was overdue for a groom. Cindy cut him down perfectly he is so cute! Pictures speak for themselves thank you Cindy! We will be back, might try doggy daycare one day.

Kirby was immediately excited to go to Cindy's for daycare. He has been going to her daycare for over a year - 1-3x per week. Cindy is always accommodating if I need to bring him extra days. Cindy has the best doggy day care around! She is attentive, responsive, and friendly, and her day care is set up and run perfectly. Best of all, she loves dogs. She always take fun pictures of them and sends those to my wife and I, which we really appreciate! I don’t know what we would do without Cindy.

My dog has been going to Cindy for over 5 years. He looks forward to going on his daycare days. Her yard is large and spacious with fun things for the dogs to play with. Her basement is air conditioned and has several crates and beds where the dogs can take a break from the fun outside. She also does grooming, which my dog typically hated before going to Cindy. She always shares photos of their fun and even gives them presents at Christmas (owners included). Highly recommend her daycare to anyone looking.

Cindy has the perfect environment for dogs to safely play with a large fenced in yard and plenty of shade, she is an experienced groomer and I will not bring my Pomeranian anywhere else! My dog comes home happy and smelling good for weeks after being pampered! Highly recommend!

All of our expectations were exceeded from day one. Tracey went above and beyond taking care of our dog Odin every day. She provided updates every time she stopped by, photos, and provided a level of commitment to Odin that we never expected. Tracey proactively helped socialize Odin, provided feedback on how he was acting around strangers, and made it clear that she truly loves animals. With my wife and I working full time, we never had to worry because we knew he was in good hands. He would look forward to his walks and always greeted Tracey with excitement. Tracey had been taking care of our cats for over 12 years. She is so caring and we always feel confident that our cats are well cared for while we are away. She really goes above and beyond. Not only does she make sure our cat gets his daily eye drops, she has even reached out to us to let us know that our home was OK when there was flooding in the area.

Tracey is GREAT! She is always so friendly and enthusiastic with our cat Leo and he loves her. She takes great care of the house while we’re away (ie. clean litter box, bring in mail and packages). She is very professional and thorough when it comes to being on time every day and making sure the house is locked up well. Tracey is also great with communication, keeping us informed on what’s going, and has sent cute pics of Leo. We’ll hire her every time!
