I have an elderly cat and a rather demanding parrot, and it's not possible to simply explain quickly about these two's different needs and demands. John was so easy to talk to, understanding and positive, it all felt so easy and straight forward. Rebecca and Matthew looked after our dogs and home while we were on holiday. We didn’t once worry about anything with them in charge. The dogs were happy, the house clean and tidy when we got home. Michelle and Dori took care of our cat and our apartment for a week so well, we thought about taking another week of holiday!! On the first day, it was clear that our furball felt very relaxed and comfortable around them. They kept us updated daily with photos and videos, and kept the apartment very clean and tidy. Leaving your babies, whether furry feathered, or scaly, is never easy. While we have no scaly critters, we have plenty of furries and feathered friends to care for. Rumpus was awesome!!! A few of the cats are sometimes fickle, but they went out of their way to make friends with all of them. Of course, some were more receptive than others but they never gave up and made sure all of them were well cared for. Our dog, Lola, loved having a new friend in Rumpus. Lots of belly rubs and outdoor frolicks were had! Taking care of a farm can have its challenges. Rumpus handled everything and anything that came their way like a pro!

Iman and Reemus were staying locally when they applied so were able to come and meet us and see the house before the sit which helped us to confirm that we and they are happy to go ahead. They are a relaxed couple with travel experience and happy to chat about our cat Zhiki and their previous experiences pet sitting. We appreciated that Iman let us know a couple of weeks before the sit that unfortunately she was unlikely to make the sit as she needed to return to the UK and asked if we are happy to go ahead with just Reemus, which we did. All went well and Reemus kept in touch, Zhiki looked happy in his company and the house was in good order when we returned. We appreciated that he let us know about an apparent issue with the fridge and when the washer displayed an error message as we were able to quickly deal with this and all went well. We appreciated that Reemus brought in our deliveries while we were away too, thank you!

Brooke was an exceptional pet sitter for our 3 cats during the week we were away. She was attentive, reliable, and communicated regularly, providing updates and photos that reassured us our pets were in good hands. She made a lot of effort with the kitten Chichi who is known to be a little afraid of strangers but within a couple of days they were cuddling on the sofa. Our cats were well-fed, played with, and happy upon our return. We highly recommend Brooke for anyone in need of a caring and responsible pet sitter.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! We absolutely loved hosting Lisa and Sara and highly recommend them, they are some of the best sitters we have ever had and they're welcome back anytime!!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Linda was an awesome pet sitter for my doggie Brodie! She gave him so much loving attention… he has some separation anxiety at 9 years old & she never left his side! She was so attentive to him & I am very grateful for that! Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

I have had 4 pet sitters this year so far. And Liz was the best! She was wonderful with cats. She has an easy going manner and is very comfortable to be around. Very smart and she is a great communicator. She followed all directions and left the house spotless. I highly, highly, highly recommend her! I would have her again anytime!

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.
