I could not recommend Julie enough! She was always flexible and understanding to our needs. She truly loved all our fur babies. She would send the sweetest updates when we were out of town, putting my mind at ease. When we moved away, she was a soul I knew I would miss the most! Years from now I’m positive if our dog saw her, she would still go nuts with excitement. And Julie, if you’re reading this, I still use your mug and think of you often!! ❤️

We have used Three hounds pet service a few times when we’ve gone out of town for both planned and last minute unplanned trips and each experience has been amazing. Shes is reliable and keeps you updated with everything she does through the day with texts and pictures. She is the sweetest and spoils our dogs more than us. Julie has my full trust with our three crazy pups. Finding a great service like Julie provides is difficult I can’t wait till we move back to the area to have someone we trust this much again.

This company is THE BEST. We’ve been working with Julie for about a year now. When we got our hound pup last January, we were very selective of who would take care of her while my fiancé and I went to work. We had a pet sitter cancel at the last minute and Julie was able to take care if our cat with less than 24 hours notice. She did an amazing job taking care of our senior cat.

My dog boarded there for a few days. He is a small dog and she assured me that he would not be kept in the outside kennel as there is no heat in there and it was winter. When I arrived to pick him up she brought him from inside the kennel instead of her house like she promised. Even though he is a very loving dog, he cowered in the corner for 2 days after he got home. He acted as if he was traumatized. I will NEVER take my dog there again.

I brought my dogs here to be kept for a week while i was away, and lets just say they will be staying somewhere else. The place that the dogs were kept was a cold concrete floor in a tin building. the place for both my dogs to stay (both large dogs) was about the same size as our kennel at home for just our one dog. It looked cold, over crowded, and kind of dirty. When I was initially bringing in the dogs, she tried to help by pulling furiously at my German shepherds choker. It was about at that point I decided my dogs deserve better. They could have very well of been a nice place, but by the looks and quick experience, I decided not to give it a try.

Tail Waggin Inn treats you and your fur baby like family. The owner has shown how much they care by constantly staying in touch and answering the million questions that I have. An absolutely first class boarding experience for our pup! We will be returning.

I have used her for grooming and boarding of my shih Tzu and my German shepherd and she is awesome. After going a few times my dogs were not scared at all. I will continue to use this groomer.

Great price and never had any issues with both of our girls. And to the post below about the bowls....I believe we have them, we are boarding our dogs this week and we're planning on returning them. They just made a simply mistake,no big deal. Merry Christmas.

I picked my dogs up this morning and they’ve got two really nice Yeti bowls - one white and one black. This place stole them and then insisted that I’d never dropped them off. I’m furious - they didn’t even look, they just blamed me. I’ll change my review when you give me my belongings back. I’ve been a customer since I joined the army in 2010 and came to Bragg. I don’t know who is running this place now, but the lackadaisical attitude is a real downturn.

This is me after another day at the spa Urban Dog. Where the staff gives me the royalty treatment. My daddy takes me every 2 weeks. My new designer scarf just adds to my collection, my stylist Kim is amazing.. a definite must go. -Chewy

Update: We used to take our dog here for boarding and grooming and they were great. However, we boarded our dogs for a trip this summer and had a poor experience. They were given specific instruction to feed our dogs separately because one is food aggressive, and they called us first day saying they got into a fight because they were fed together and they recommended they be fed separately, even though we told them initially. Thankfully our dogs were ok but it could have ended badly. They also called us once they ran out of food even though we asked them to let us know prior to it running completely out so we could have a family member take them more. Of course, by the time they called we had no choice but to pay extra for their food and our dogs had to eat a food they weren’t used to. We also paid them to give our dogs a bath and when we went to pick them up they both had their nails trimmed and they were brushed but only one had a bath. They said they were afraid to give the one dog a bath, not sure how they weren’t afraid to trim his nails but couldn’t give him a bath. Not to mention if you’re afraid of dogs why are you working in a facility with all different kinds of dogs? On top of everything they tried to charge us for more nights than they stayed. Thankfully we double checked before swiping the card. They just seem to have gone downhill or need to get a bit more organized. Either way, I would not trust my dogs here again.

Love the friendliness and convenience of Urban Dog! I was in a pinch with boarding my dogs for a weekend out of town. The staff was very professional and patient with same day boarding and host of services that I know my Border Jacks enjoyed. I will definitely recommend and will definitely visit again in the future!

Many pet sitters and boarding facilities CLAIM to love and care for your dogs like you would. Very seldom do you actually see it for yourself. My dog barely wants to go home at the end of the day. The employees know how to pair dogs together according to their personalities vs their sizes. They take pics and always make suggestions for boarding based on your budget. Convenient to Fort Bragg and is my go-to place when i need to leave my little guy somewhere for vacation or during the day when i have a unit-level exercise that drains my energy. I bring my dog home so tired that he snores loudly like an old man. I love Urban Dog and recommend them to everyone i know bc they really are top-notch. Dont believe me?? Well look at the pic of my smiling--yes smiling--dog that they sent me. I know he is in great hands.

Urban dog posts plenty of pics of our dog playing outside with other pups and he comes back smelling great when we request the grooming service. We've taken him places where he comes back home a little sad, but every time we've dropped him off here, he's super happy.

We love Urban Dog! This is the only dog boarding service we use in Fayetteville. My 12lb Shih Tzu loves playing here, and the staff takes great care of him. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. At check-in, you have the option of buying treats for your pet during their stay, and I always get a little something for him to make his stay even more exciting! I wish they were able to send picture updates during his stay, but I'm hoping that they build that service in soon!

My wife found PetTastics while we were scrambling to find a new boarding kennel for our 3 dogs after our usual go-to was full. Peter immediately won our confidence and the adoration of our 3 dogs and 2 cats. Now Peter is our go-to for everything from day trips to week-long vacations. He is always very quick to confirm our requested schedule and goes above and beyond making sure all the animals are taken care of and stimulated while we’re away. My wife especially loves that he sends lots of pictures of their activities and walks. Since finding Peter and PetTastics we haven’t used a boarding kennel at all and the animals are much happier being able to stay at home and play with their new friend. I can’t recommend PetTastics enough!

I learned about PetTastics through a dear friend. It was our very first time using a pet sitter outside of us using family, I was a bit nervous. I met with Pete and Brady prior to our departure and by the time our meeting was complete, I knew I had made the right choice! While away I was updated each visit and was sent multiple pictures of our pup. We extended our trip and Pete was able to accommodate an extra day of pet sitting! What life savers and I wish I could give 10 stars! This is a phenomenal company!

We moved to Fayetteville in early 2022 and have used Peter for pet sitting on multiple occasions. He has been wonderful and our cats LOVE him! He is pleasant, easy to work with, provides a high level of service, and clearly is an animal person. He checks in with pics every day. Highly recommended!

We used PetTastics for 3 weeks for our senior cat while on vacation. Received texts and photos twice daily. Our baby was well taken care of and did not seem stressed out as we came back. Will definitely use them again. Peter and Alex are great.

I can’t recommend Pettastics enough. Peter takes such good care of our dogs when we are out of town and always communicates with us throughout the day about how they are doing and sends pictures. It is so nice to come home to our pets waiting on us rather than boarding them. Our babies love Peter!

Peter deserves a 20 out of 5 stars rating! I'm in the Army and was frantically looking for a dog-sitter as I was gone for 50 days. What I like about this service is my dog can comfortably stay at home. Additionally, my dog does better when it's the same person around him. Although, the boarding places around here are nice, the one thing I was worried about is how my dog would conform to the change of environment. My dog is typically nervous around new settings and comes off aggressive (at the end of the day he loves everyone), therefore I was unsure how he would react to the workers at the boarding centers. Fortunately, I found Peter's service online. Called him, and he came to see the dog beforehand. My dog immediately took well to him, so I knew it would turn out well. However, because my dog stays in his kennel when home alone, he typically gets nervous if anyone other than myself walks through the door. The first day Peter started, my dog did the typical barking in his kennel as he was not used to seeing Peter open the door. However, Peter is VERY WELL with animals. He's almost like a dog whisperer! My dog was taken care of and I was glad that everything went extremely well! I highly recommend his service. Peter has a passion for taking care of animals. He knows how to read animals body language and figure out what they want! Another cool thing he does is take/sends pictures of the animals. I can definitely say my dog was happy, and will give trust Peter anytime!

Peter took excellent care of our furry children for a very reasonable price. His professionalism and dedication to the job and our animals allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worrying. I went out of town for the weekend and had recently gotten a NEW puppy just weeks before my trip! I was panicked because I didn’t want to bring her while she was so young and not yet completely house broken. So I called around to some of my pet loving friends and they told me about the services PetTastics provide!!! BEST DECISION EVER to have them care for my Bailey, they took pictures of her during the visits, sometimes videos, gave me updates, fed, and gave water to my baby while I was gone. I felt completely secure and had no worries while I was on my trip. Also, it was always a little “treat” for me every time I got to see her while I was away from her thanks to the updates! Totally loved and would recommend this company to ANYONE! Thank you PetTastics 🙏🏽🙌🏽💫

I was 8 hours away in NJ for holiday vacation. My dog Mason was boarded for less than 24 hours when I received a call they LOST MY DOG. The owner Julio said he climbed over the fence and proceeded to twist blame on me. Which is absolutely ridiculous being I trusted this establishment with my dog. My dog Mason allegedly went missing at 7am and instead of immediately calling me I did not receive a call until about 9am. They said they were “starting the search protocol” and will update. I waited by the phone and heard nothing. After reaching out to many helpful people at 1:30pm a kind hearted woman found my dog and called me to alert me. At this point I started the 8 hour drive back to NC. When I called back the “boarding facility” to alert them, I was told the owner would call me back. This is the part that’s even more unprofessional than losing my dog who was in their custody. After a conversation with the owner, he never even apologized. He asked me why I wouldn’t say my dog could climb a fence (I never sat down and tested to see if my dog could climb fences) and than I asked if they had cameras. He said no and than said I am not required to have cameras. He than told me I can pick up my dogs stuff in the morning and not this evening. There was zero remorse for his major error. Long story short, the owner is unprofessional, rude, and shouldn’t be trusted to watch any humans pets. I will proceed to go through a battle to ensure this situation is corrected. Thankfully after 8 hours and a 500 mile drive my dog is safe and back home.

Firstly, Julio is a VERY knowledgeable and understanding dog person. He understands breeds, their needs, and how to handle them. The woman who is sometimes up front (I’m so sorry, I wish I could remember names better), is incredibly nice and wonderful to talk to. Every single person that has come to get / give me back my pup has been nice and patient as well, not pushing him too much and not rushing and invading his space/face. My boy always seems content when he leaves and doesn’t seem to mind going with them much, and considering he’s a brand new foster that’s pretty great! I’ve also walked to the back where he’s kept and everything is very neat, tidy, and well kept. They clearly have an efficient system running and it has helped me IMMENSELY. It’s also very well priced for what it is. He could easily charge more and it would be justifiable given the facility, but he keeps his prices fair. Thank you guys! You’re awesome!

I highly recommend Mutt Motel's boarding service! I have a reactive and very suspicious Australian Cattle Dog who had never been boarded before stay here for two weeks. I asked questions and Julio was very reassuring, telling me they had the facility and experience to care for dogs just like my Rio. Only thing that caught me off-guard was I didn't know until drop-off that they do not take personal items like bowls, toys, blankets and that they provide all of that. I had packed up some things for my pup and ended up taking them back home with me after seeing the sign posted in the office. So, don't pack up a lot of personal doggy things to leave. If this was specified elsewhere online, I must have missed it! Not a problem, just more of an FYI. Two weeks later, I was so glad to pick up my dog and see her well taken care of and happy to see me. I haven't experienced any bahavioral changes in these several days after having her back with me. I had a wonderful experience with the Mutt Motel team and will not hesitate to bring Rio back if the need arises. HUGE thank yous to Julio and the Mutt Motel team!

Jack came home extra itchy and resistant to go play in the yard, did not bark for the first 12 hours, which is out of character. ( he's a Cairn Terrier who loves to run and bark). He was eager to get in the car and seemed to be stressed out when we picked him up. little too, no communication, we are not happy and will not be using again.

Mutt Motel is an absolutely amazing place for my pup!! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my schedule has been up in the air. Despite this, they have been so patient, kind, understanding, and super flexible! My pup Sulli can be a handful….a big ball of excitement and they handle him so well. I currently use Mutt Motel for boarding my dog, and have had great customer service every time. I really appreciate they have some weekend hours for pick-up/drop-off, this makes planning so much easier, as well as my dog isn't sitting and waiting extra days because some places are closed on the weekends. The last place I was boarding stopped suddenly without much notice, which left me trying to find a new place for my "Mal". The first place I called in spring lake, was "too full" and didn't seem to care. Mutt Motel was the next place, I made reservations online, and received a confirmation email soon after. I called and spoke with Julio the owner to verify my reservation's and just make sure there wasn't any other vet info they would need before showing up to drop off my dog. Every time has been a great experience easy drop off/ pick up, my boy is always happy and looks great when I pick him up. Julio and Staff, thank you for taking such good care of my boy!

Found LifeTime Pets to board my 3 dogs and 2 cats while I was in the process of moving to Europe. The price was great for me for the extended time of 3 months. They were always available by phone, sent pictures, and even made the time to Skype me so that I could see them. Everyone was super friendly, and the owner went above and beyond to help get my animals ready for transport, from vet visits to putting together crates. My dogs always looked happy and were given the attention they needed. I'm extremely happy that I chose LifeTime Pets!

I stay in Fayetteville often with family and anytime I need to board my 3 big dogs and my 1 handicapped dog (2 legs) I bring them here. They are the most invested boarding house I've had in a really long time. I get pictures anytime, I call often (I'm that dog mom), they're so transparent, organized, and genuinely love the animals. Drop off and pick up is a breeze, even on the weekends they make it work. I just couldn't say enough nice things!

Our dog LOVES going here. The staff spends most of their time engaging with the animals and getting them in a routine which is super helpful. We have only boarded and used their grooming services, but I’m now considering taking our girl here once or twice a week for daycare. Great find!

When I was living in Fayettevile, I had to do a long term boarding because of the situation I had going on at the time. Krystal and her staff treated my cat Jessica like she was one of their own. Great price and all the staff are great.

This place is AMAZING! I was a little nervous leaving my leo in someone else’s care while I visited family for Thanksgiving. It’s hard even finding someone to board a more “exotic” animal, let alone one that knows what they’re doing. But Krystal and the staff at Lifetime helped ease my anxieties and took excellent care of him. Krystal even sent me a couple of photos during my trip so I knew he was safe and cared for while I was away. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need someone to watch him!

We started bringing our boys here when we returned to Fayetteville this past year and we have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Our boys used to be stressed and worked up when they got home from being away, but they come home happy and relaxed when they leave LifeTime pets! They’ve been wonderful for our family the past year and a half and we can’t recommend them more.

10/10 would recommend! My dog absolutely loves going to daycare and he has so much fun! I love that he gets to be with other dogs and people which is really what I was looking for. In the beginning he had severe separation anxiety however Andrea and Dustin have been working with him and we’re actually able to leave him at home more often so they’ve been such an amazing help to us. They also are great with his feeding schedule! They are such an amazing family and business, I would highly recommend for sure!!

Andrea and Dustin did an amazing job watching over my Husky and German Shepherd. We were wary that they would be shedding horribly after a week, but when my husband and I saw them, they looked like they had just stepped out of a grooming parlor. I loved having my fur baby stay with the Saulsburys. I worried about putting him in a kennel, where he would be alone. Finding an in home boarding made me feel so much better. They answered my texts without issue and updated me often. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again!!

i'm glad we were able to leave our dog with them last minute, but we won't be back. they did not provide updates without us asking, and when we did get pictures our dog looked miserable. there was trash and junk all over the very small "play areas". we were unable to easily drop off or pick up, and our dog had not been fed or watered when we finally picked him up mid-day. sloppy and unprofessional. we were charged a different rate than is posted on their facebook page as well.

Last minute drop in for our two pups and it could not have worked out better for the dogs and us. We would definitely use Dog Spoiling again. Thanks for helping us have a great afternoon.

Keightlyn the groomer is absolutely amazing . I got my little Leo from the animal shelter, and he really needed a makeover . When I seen him , I almost cried . Keightlyn is the absolute best groomer I’ve ever encountered. My dog bounced around to several groomers that tried to crate him despite my requests not to, but that is absolutely not a problem with Keightlyn! She is so kind and considerate! All my dogs go here now and I will continue to bring them here. The prices are very reasonable too! I cannot praise her enough and you will not regret your choice in coming here for your pet grooming needs. 🐾

Don't even bother, booked them two weeks in advance.. got 2 out of 3 dogs fixed as well as all up to date shots (influenza too! 🤣) just to get told our dogs weren't up to date because they needed the boosters as well. Actually got a call the day before CONFIRMING our reservation! Mind you we were leaving the next day at 5am out of state for 7 days.. either way we called a handful of other kennels and we actually got told they had made up some lie to people because they overbooked. Smelled so bad too! Just don't even try with them. We found a way better area, cheaper, and nicer owner. DOGS BEST FRIEND in Southern Pines!

I love this place! Lucy has been going to daycare for a little bit now and she loves it. But they went above and beyond last weekend when we boarded her. A cold front came in and I when I looked at the pictures they post daily to FB, low and behold there is my baby in a sweater that they had put on her! I guess they have sweaters there for the dogs! Just amazing. They really cared about her comfort. And when I went to pick her up, they had washed the blanket I left with her! I HIGHLY recommend Dog Days Inn if you love your fur babies!!

Great staff. My dogs always come home super happy, (but worn slam out). The Kennel manager Ashley really knows how to deal with the dogs and clients, very friendly and knowledgeable. And they like to throw themed parties, like this one for St. Patrick's day

Our newest puppy Angus loves Boarding here and Doggy Day Care - Jennifer has groomed our dogs for many many years and we call her the dog whisperer. Our last dog could not be near other dogs and she could walk him right past any dog and being 120lb dog it was amazing to see every time. Angus is our first puppy and Doggy Day Care has been a life saver to get his energy out but also to give him a place to go on days he would be stuck inside all day-you don't have to go to doggy day care daily it can be used as an as needed day care. Angus was just as happy coming home after I boarded him for 3 days so it makes my heart smile knowing he's having a great vacation while we are.

Only people I want to ever trim my babys nails! They're amazing. Every other place I have ever tried has had issues, we are even banned from PetSmart as they said she bit the girl... No muzzle ever needed here and they say she's no problem at all. Definitely some amazing people here. Dogs are an excellent judge of character. Thank you Rae-Zors!!

My baby has separation anxiety and doesn’t like to be boarded. RGB is a winner! He loves it here. They even hand feed him and give him extra love if he needs it. I do not worry about Ace when he is with the RGB family.

We love Rae-Zor, not only for daycare and boarding but also training. Our dog recently began training with Megan, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. She is working wonders with our dog and providing excellent feedback for us to continue training at home in between sessions. Our dog is learning so much, thanks to Megan’s knowledge and expertise!

I always feel great knowing my dogs are loved and taken care of by the great staff. Really appreciate Teri who got my little Buddy in on short notice when he desperately needed grooming. Can't say enough good things about Rae-Zor and their great staff.

I kept forgetting to post my rating until I was reminded by one of their emails. I dropped my fur baby off while on vacation last year 2022...Only to come back home and not only pay them for horrible services rendered but then got hit with an outrageous vet bill. My Pug had barked and cried so much from being in pain until he was hoarse. He had red eyes and a UTI......they did not bathe him.....it was my first experience leaving my baby. Hopefully this year I will find somewhere else to leave him that will take better care of him.

Friendly staff, and great facility. We have been boarding our dog here for almost three years, and she is always excited when we arrive. We were especially happy this summer when they accommodated her needs within a week of an eye surgery. They work well with our vet across the parking lot, and even made her available for the appointment to get her stitches out while we were still away. I recommend this kennel to everyone I know.

I would not leave my dogs anywhere else. Deborah really cares and understands that pets are family members and she treats them as such and always keeps you informed of what is happening each day by pictures and videos. You can enjoy vacationing without your pets when you know they are in good hands.

Highly recommend! I don’t trust anyone with my fur baby due to previous experience, but this place is awesome! We got pictures of our baby everyday and she was happy & smiling in every picture. Such sweet people and will definitely be booking again in the future during our travels.

We have never left our baby before. This place was recommended by a friend. We had the opportunity to visit and let our girl run around the yard prior to leaving her. Right away, we were impressed. It is clean, well run and very accommodating. We highly recommend & will go again! Book early because they fill up fast! You won't be disappointed!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would Mrs. Deborah and her husband took such wonderful care of my two babies while my family was on vacation she sent be daily pictures and updates! They looked very happy and at home ! Would recommend to anyone I know with fur babies !

This place is the best. Debra cares so much for the dogs and is always so sweet to them. I never worry when mine are here. Kennels are always clean, smells fresh in the kennel and nice area for the dogs to run and play

Amazing place! We used No Place Like Home for the first time for 8 days over Christmas. They took wonderful care of my 2 dogs. It's apparent from the moment you walk in that they are animal people. They explained there process and showed me the kennel they would stay on (very spacious) as well as the fenced in yard for them to run around in. Deb stayed in constant communication, providing pictures, videos, and updates. Both dogs were exhausted when I picked them up in the morning so they got plenty of exercise. They are very professional and do everything by the book. We will be back for sure!

I use Maureen and Ron when ever I need them and they are just awesome! Very nice and friendly and very detail oriented. I totally recommend using them for any pet sitting needs. It has always been hard for us to find someone to watch our dog that we feel comfortable with - until we met Maureen and Ron! They are the nicest people and treat our dog like he is their own child. Our dog has anxiety and some medical issues, but he has not once been anxious when they have watched him for us. He actually loves when they come to see him! They are meticulous with the care they give. They have reliably given our dog medication when needed, been patient with him around picky eating, always provide updates and pictures while we are away, and they have adjusted their schedules for us at times when we have had unexpected travel delays. We have complete peace of mind when Maureen and Ron watch our boy - we can't recommend them highly enough!

We were in need of a pet sitter to come several times of day while out of town and Maureen was prompt in answering my request, extremely professional, and cares for dogs like people! We communicated while away and when we returned home had a detailed report for each day we were gone. It was so awesome!! This is your go to pet sitter! Maureen and Ron took great care of our dog and treats him like he is part of their family. Whenever we take him on walks and he sees them he pulls so hard to go visit them and his tail wags non-stop . It makes us feel so much better knowing if we can’t be there that he is still very well taken care of and safe. I highly recommended using All Animal Pet Care!

Maureen and Ron are amazing! Not only are they amazing people but they are amazing pet sitters. They always show up on the prescribed and agreed times to feed, water, walk, play, etc the animals. Their experience has been very useful given the random animals our kids procure on top of taking care of our 2 labs. Lastly I love the documentation of the visit/care they provide while caring for our animal family! I highly recommend them to anyone with animals needing care!

I am so grateful that Ron and Maureen take care of my baby when I am out of town. They are so meticulous and caring as if my dog was one of their own. The fact that my dog can stay in his own home makes such a difference for both him and me. I highly recommend them!!

Was looking for someone to check in on my 2 cats while away for a few days. Luckily, I found Maureen and Ron! I got a great vibe off them. Very professional, thorough, and most importantly, I could tell they love animals. I enjoyed my time away knowing that they personally would be looking after my little buddies. For quite some time Maureen has been caring for our adopted, anxious, reactive (esp towards men) Australian Cattle dog. He loves and trusts his Aunt Maureen and she is the only person outside immediate family that can take care of him. Without Maureen, we would not be able to go on any trips or work long days away from home, so we are beyond grateful for her services! Maureen‘s love and compassion for the pets she cares for is very evident and honestly remarkable. We have a multi pet home (dogs, cat, fish) and several of our pets are high maintenance and Maureen is always on top of things, shares adorable updates and pictures when we are away and puts our minds at total ease. She is also a strong supporter of pet rescue and fostering and gives much personal time and resources to help any animal in need. She never hesitates to help us when we are fostering and provides the same level of expert care and love.
