I have only the best things to say about Andrew and his team! I hired Cornelius Pet Care to watch my cat when I went out of the country for 11 days. The service was truly so amazing. Andrew is so responsive before hand and you meet who will be watching you pet before. Every single person who stopped by was amazing, did everything I asked and I felt like they all went the extra mile (special shoutout to Abigail & Donna). My cat was in the best of hands and my anxiety of leaving my cat was kept at bay with the daily report cards and photos. This was such an easy and wonderful experience. I highly recommend Cornelius Pet Care for any of your pet sitting needs. Thank you so so much!!

I hired them to watch my pets while attending a family member’s funeral out of town. I gave them the dates twice. They claimed to have written them down. When I returned home I had found my animals starving and thirsty, and feces and pee everywhere. I had to throw away a $250 living room rug. My children and I cleaned for days. When I confronted them about the situation, they stated that I gave them the wrong dates. I assured them that I did not and that they made a mistake. They proceeded to tell me that because I am grieving the loss of a family member that I was hostile and upset and that they would take no responsibility for their actions. Thank goodness my pets survived. They also blocked me from messaging them about the incident after I asked for reimbursement. Safe yourself the trouble and hire someone else for your fur babies! I read your response to this btw. Everything you just stated is a lie. None of that is even close to true. The lengths you will go to avoid accountability is disturbing to say the least. I hope no one else ever has to experience something like this from your business ever again. I would like to let you know that while you blocked me to hide the messages between us, I did take screen shots of all of them. I will see you in small claims!

Absolutely recommend Andrew and Carol Ann. They are super reliable and wonderful with all three of my fur babies. I love the updates and pics they send, really puts me at ease whenever I go out of town. All three always have a great time when they come by to visit.

Cornelius Pet Care LLC is an awesome company. I used them several times while I was out of town. They took great care of my dog Jax. I received pictures everyday of Jax. They even brought him snacks.

A neighbor recommended this sitter so I called and he had me go to his site and fill out a lengthy questionnaire, add CC info and setup a meet and greet. THEN he reads my lengthy bio and sees I have Rottweiler, calls and cancels the meeting. He could have asked the breed on the call and not wasted my time. If you fear Rottweilers you seem to be in the wrong business.

We've used Cornelius Pet Care for a year and a half now for our four fur babies (2 dogs and 2 cats). Whether we are a couple hours down the road or on another continent, we've felt really comfortable leaving our pets under their care. We get updates after each visit and we laugh at the pictures they take while on our trip. Their booking services are easy and convenient to use and they are always super flexible with scheduling to accommodate travel changes. Definitely recommend to friends in the area!

My husband and I are so happy to have found Cornelius Pet Care. We have 4 pups and they need to be walked daily/ let out while we are working. We trust Andrew and Carol Ann to come into our home and take care of our furbabies. They give our pups fresh water, change out potty pads and give our pups lots of attention/ treats. They even send daily photos of how the visit went. Our dogs love these daily visits. So thankful to have found Cornelius Pet Care. Wonderful company whose employees truly love animals.

We have used Cornelius Pet Care since Spring of 2023 and they have been so incredible to us AND our pups. They are always on time, flexible and they take the best care of our two dogs. Their app is so easy to use and they are always incredibly quick with communication and scheduling.

We've used Lakeside Pet Sitting a few times now and we could not be happier. We've used a few different sitters from different companies prior to Lakeside and believe me, there is a clear difference here. Their sitters are fantastic- professional, compassionate, and great at communicating- which is something we really appreciate. We just had Danielle sit for us this last week and she was great- lots of descriptive text updates and pictures each time she visited. After requesting services on short notice (2 weeks before Christmas vacation), Hope, got back to me very quickly and was able to accommodate pet sitting for our 3 cats for a whole week. Lakeside Pet Sitting uses a website that is polished and professional and connected to a companion mobile app to post updates, chats, and pictures of your pets directly to your phone while you are away. Nina, was the person who watched our cats while we were away, and she is absolutely fantastic. She contacted us upon arrival and departure, and gave a detailed update of how our cats were doing and what she did to keep them balanced and happy every single day. She also posted several pics of our cats upon each visit. We were extremely pleased with the attention to detail and the care given to our kitties. I highly recommend Lakeside Pet Sitting, and definitely plan on using them again.

We are SO happy to have found Lakeside Pet Sitting - and our two cats are thrilled that they get to stay in their own house instead of being cooped up and stressed out at the vet's office. We had the best experience at K9 Cabins! Our 4 month old puppy came back better behaved, smelling amazing with nicely cleaned bedding. K9 Cabins was happy to accommodate all our puppy’s needs with supplements and continued kennel training inside her cabin. We will definitely be returning in the future!! **With our previous dog who had been boarded in other places, we saw distinct changes in her personality and development of anxiety afterwards. With K9 Cabins, our puppy came back happy and actually seemed more calm and obedient. So pleased and thankful that we found K9 Cabins.

I have 4 dogs and they are all so happy to stay at the K9 cabins. their cabins are so spacious and they have a patio and the staff is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

Love this place. It's the only place my fur baby goes. She gets excited as soon as I turn into the driveway. The staff is awesome. They love their job and their clients. They are so busy you need to get your reservations in asap. Could go on and on about this place.

By far the best kennel we have ever had for our dogs in 25 years of being dog owners. The facility is amazing. The people truly show love and compassion for your dog and their needs. They meet the needs of each dog big and small. We have a dutch shepherd who most places do not take because of his energy level and he is right at home here. Absolutely exceptionally clean and well maintained building. Very homey feel. The very best in the business.

Took our dogs here as we had a great experience with our previous dogs. For us, it's a 45 minute drive to get here but it's well worth it. Our boys get their own little cabin. The whole setup is great. The staff love on their dogs like we do. Looking forward to returning.

K9 Cabins is the only place we board our dogs! The staff is knowledgeable, passionate and energetic. The facility is clean, diverse and entertaining. Whether it was boarding our old men (10/11 yr olds) or our rambunctious puppy, they fit their needs. Our dogs LOVE when we pull into the driveway! Not to mention they always come home with the cutest pictures and smelling o so good!

We are boarding our dogs for the first ever . They allowed us to come check out the facility and bring our dogs last Friday. Then we did a daycare stay for 4 hrs on Tuesday so they could get comfortable before we left them for several days. The cabins are very clean and the staff are super Friendly and caring.

We've been using K9 Cabins for the past five years or so with our two dogs. It's so nice to have a mom & pop run operation in these days of corporate run boarding houses. The staff is always so friendly and wanting to do their best for their clients. It's always a great experience to come here.

What a fantastic group of people. You can tell the owners and staff love what they do. My newest fur baby was a guest here. I could tell he was well cared for and treated with love. They offer a new service partnering with Lake Norman Pet Services for transportation. I used them to bring my little guy home due to scheduling conflicts. Karen was very kind and brought him home safe and sound. I highly recommend both companies.

We have used K9 cabins for 13 years. The staff is exceptional and they offer an "at home feeling" accommodation to your pets. We always know that our pets will be well cared for and loved while we are away on vacation. They are very attentive to our pets and spend lots of time playing with them. On one occasion one of our weimies had developed a medical issue after we dropped her off, they took her to our vet for treatment. That is the type of care and attention your pets will receive at K9 cabins. They are the best! Give them a try, take a tour. You will be happy that you did. We consider them a part of our family and will always choose them to care for our pets.

Our experience with Great Dog Days was simply AMAZING! 🤩 We were traveling from out of town and needed a dog sitter for the daytime. The communication in advance and during our visit was everything we needed to feel comfortable leaving our dog Winnie with Lesley. Winnie was definitely well taken care of and seemed to have really made friends with the other dog. The photos and communications throughout the day also helped us know Winnie was safe and in caring hands. I would absolutely give more than 5 stars if I could. Lesley has been coming to my place to walk my two little dogs (8 & 13 lbs) for a few months. We just moved here from California and I didn't know how I'd manage. I am so happy I found her! They love her, she takes pics and sends them to me, and texts me a daily report. She is a natural and a genuine dog person. Always reliable and responsive, warm and professional. We are very lucky to have her! She even made me this little picture today and texted it to me while I was at work!

We are so grateful for Leslie and Great Dog Days. Our Lucy was taken care of wonderfully. She has severe separation anxiety so finding a place that would give her the environment she needs was so important and Leslie did just that. Lots of toys, companionship, snuggles, and walks. She sent us photos and videos of Lucy throughout the day so we wouldn't worry. Leslie was very thorough and professional - getting health info etc, but was also friendly and easy to work with. Thank you so much for being so kind to Jager and doing exactly what you said you would do, for coming when you said you would come let him out and for spending some time with him. Leslie was a Godsend to us. We interviewed her and she did a meet and greet with our dog first and we found her to be charming. Our dog loved her immediately. She was very accommodating. We had to be out of town 12 hours a day every day for over a week. We are retired so Jager really needed her loving visits. Each day she sent us a photo and a video of him every time she came by to let him out which was awesome and gave us much needed peace of mind that he was okay. We highly recommend Great Dog Days and Leslie to anyone who wants to rest in complete confidence that their dog is being very well cared for. We certainly plan to use her again.

Lesley was SO great to work with! She was attentive with any questions we had and gave us several reports at how our pup was doing while we were away! She was incredibly friendly and our dog always had someone to play with. He was exhausted for days when we brought him back home! While I am a dog sitter myself I have never used Lesley’s services. I have referred many of my own clients to her for different reasons. Our very energetic 16 week old puppy Maggie just started at Canine Country last week and she literally does not want to leave when I get there. The second day, she trotted right in and didn’t even look back! She absolutely loves it. We have used other day cares with previous dogs but this is by far the most friendly and attentive staff we have had. Anna and Jordan have done a great job making me feel comfortable with leaving her, and talking through the puppy behaviors and training they can help with. They’ve made sure she has a napping space that doesn’t overwhelm her, and have made sure she has size appropriate friends to play with. With her being young, the fact that they work with her at her own pace is so important! Maggie has left every day so far tired, happy, and excited. Working from home, this has been a game changer for us and for our high energy little pup. Would highly highly recommend!

Somewhat of a personal bias because I worked for this business years and years ago -- but that means I can personally attest to it being worthy of 5 stars. I consider myself very lucky because while working there, I gained enough knowledge to be able to properly groom my dogs at home...but Debbie is the only person I would have trusted to groom them if I wasn't doing it myself. My dogs go on vacation with me, so they have never been boarded. But if I did have to board anywhere, I would feel safe with them at Canine Country. I know the facility, and I know that anyone working there would have my dogs' best interest at heart.

I love this place!! Had to board my 2 pups for a couple days and the staff was amazing and always kept me updated and made me feel a lot better while being away. They also took amazing pics of my pups!! I will 10000% be returning just because this is the only place my dogs are okay to be without me which is a HUGE green flag!!

Best place ever for your fur babies. The staff is excellent. Always friendly and I can’t thank them enough for their service and the love they show my fur baby Zoey. I take my dog to Day Camp once a week and she is completely wore out when I pick her up from all the activities she has participated in that day. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

My furbuddy Kodi absolutely LOVED going to Canine Country! He knew he would be well taken care of and would get to chase balls just like if he were at home. He enjoyed his time there and was excited to see everyone. We knew he would be loved while there and appreciate all the care he received.

Best groomer, daycare, play place, and boarder in town. They have taken care of my puppy for over 4 years, and every time my pet arrives at Canine County, she goes nuts in a positive way. The ladies take excellent care of my puppy. I take my dog there every 3 weeks for a bath and play time, and she gets boarded there anytime we go away. This place is just like family.

We take our German Shepherd to Canine Country once a month for a bath and nail trim. Debbie and her staff do a fantastic job as she always comes home with a slick shiny coat. We have also boarded her before and she was well taken care of.

Love the animals??For starters , our dog was groomed here for 5 years plus , every 6 wks. Then there was, this is the last time you can bring your dog because of "getting old" . How about another option, nope..Thats just SORRY. Now i wonder if this small dog was safe while there. I guess when you run your own business, you can pick and choose your customers.. We trust you with our furbabies and you kick them out of the rotation when there's a better option..

Fantastic Kennel! Our dogs love coming here - the owner and staff are fantastic. You can choose interaction, they are very accommodating if you have special needs, and we choose to have our dogs play with the others a few times while we board our dogs and they have a blast. We never worry about our pets now when we are away, and the facility is very clean and the staff are super friendly. I can't recommend Canine Country enough!

My dogs love it at Club Pups! They get so excited to go. The owners are hands on and really nice. It's easy to book an appointment. We bought a Daycare package. We're also going to board our boys when we go on vacation. I highly recommend!

Warm, friendly staff who adore dogs and make you feel right at home. My wheaten terrier loved her play time and I knew she was in good hands. My dog Zoey loved her first play day at Club Pups!! Was greeted by Dustin, the owner who was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. Zoey did great and had fun with the other dogs and the staff. We got the cutest picture of her playing and they filled out a little report card telling about her day. Was awesome:)! This was my first time trying any kind of puppy daycare/boarding and was really happy with the whole experience. Think Zoey wanted to stay longer lol!! Fantastic place:)!

We tried out Club Pups for the first time today for daycare and I have already made 4 more reservations for our energetic (and big!) puppy, Norman! Dustin was thorough and friendly in explaining the daycare process to me as a new client. They provided me with a printed picture of him on his first day (attached) and a report of how he did & who he played with. Norman even came home with a cute Club Pups bandana! The little extra touches definitely were noticed and appreciated! At the end of the day, Norman was happy and tired — and that’s the best I could hope for! Will definitely be a returning/weekly client so Norman can have more fun at the Club. Highly recommend!

My little yorkie, Ebenezer, took a vacation for 5 days at Club Pups, and he had a great time! They posted pictures of him playing with the other doggos, and said he did great. My pet mom anxiety was eased in advance by them being great at answering my questions, and we did the evaluation which turned into a day of day care previously and it all went well. I’m impressed with the staff and facility, and the pricing is very reasonable.

We have been taking our dog Risky (7 mo old mini Goldendoodle) here for a few months now and are very pleased with Club Pups! She looks forward to hopping out of the truck to go in, and once we pick her up she seems tired and chills all evening (which is a plus with a pup). The staff has been nothing but friendly, welcoming and informative. Highly recommend.

My dogs had a wonderful time there! They came back happy and tired. I have 3 large dogs, 2 of which are Great Danes, and it is often hard to find boarding facilities that are able to accomodate large breed dogs, but Club Pups made my dogs their priority. I highly recommend them for boarding or day care.

We are so excited about our Aussie Ash’s first playtime experience! He made friends and had great exercise. They are a first class establishment; putting adorable bandanas on pups, and giving owners a folder filled with very informative and organized information on all the questions you may have. I love this facility and the staff is incredible! I just wish corporate would one day get the message that their phone system is the most awful experience in the world and that first impressions are everything. Most of us don't like being transferred to a call center when we actually need to speak with someone at the facility. A.I. "Faith" should be fired. I have spoken to Grace, (who is very nice) in call center three times this morning while trying a make a simple request to a staff member and even she cannot get me to the local facility. Now I have to drive to the facility to request a bath for my dog before picking him up today...You can do better.

I have been going to Mooresville Pet Paradise for several years now. It is an awesome experience and my English Bulldog Beamer gets so excited when he realizes where we are headed. The communication experience is excellent. I have tried several other daycamps In Mooresville and nothing comes even close to Pet Paradise. Thank you to everyone there.

Boarded my dogs here for the first time ever and it was so nerve wracking to leave them in someone else’s care! There was a heat wave coming through while we were gone so that was scary, but my boys got some good rest and lots of play time with some water! The Furever Connected package was great and put my mind at ease while I was away! The first day was missed because of a miscommunication so the manager made it right 😇 There were a few bags of food left on days they should have gotten them, but my boys can sometimes skip meals so I chalked it up to that! Highly recommend to bring your fur babies here, they are in good hands! *EDIT: Forgot to mention that they called me since my dogs weren’t eating and offered to put some wet food or pumpkin on it free of charge to help entice them to eat. It was really touching that they went the extra mile instead of just accepting that they weren’t going to eat!

Staff is extremely friendly and appear to be loving to my fur baby . Buddy seemed happy to go home but not traumatized in any way.

My pet loves going here for day camp! There is no looking back when I drop him off in the morning. He is ready to go. He always comes home exhausted from playing. The employees are professional and courteous, always willing to answer questions and assist. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I absolutely 100% recommend! I brought my dog there for a day camp from 9-5pm, and they loved Bentley like I do! They played with him a lot, tons of friendly dogs for him to play with, and he even took well to the comfy and cozy suites for a bit of a chill time. When I picked him up they gave me a report card and couldn’t say enough good things about my boy. And I had my doubts he’d be too rambunctious for them, but in return HE WAS AMAZING. They even send photos of him and a personalized message to the dog parents as if their puppy wrote it! 100% check them out! My bentley will be going back.

My dog, Emma, is a 3-year-old Lab. We dropped her off at 4 p.m. I asked if i can see her actual room but the girl said she can’t its a company policy but she shown me a different room. The following day around 11 a.m., less than 24 hours upon Emma’s arrival, I received a call telling me that Emma, who is generally a loving dog, was aggressive, growling and doesn't want to be touched or go outside; then she stated that they will charge $20.00 extra for one-on-one care next time. I was worried the whole time while we were on vacation.. I had to call the facility everyday and I got offered to charge $10 a day for 3-5 pictures and a summary about my dog that day.. which I declined the offer.. The day I picked up Emma up, i checked my account and the total bill was $600 plus for 7 days. I called them and found out they tried to charge me for one-on-one service! And also, I purchased ice cream on her 2nd day she never got it because they ran out and they still tried to charged me! The first 2 pictures of my dog's teeth when we picked her up after a 7 day stay in this location. The last 3 pictures are after she came home and brushed 7 times. I never brushed my dogs teeth so often until now. I called to ask if they gave her anything different than the food we supplied and they said “yes”. When the dog is a picky eater they give chicken broth mixed with her food. I wish they have cameras inside dog’s room. This is not a good place to leave your pets. It is about $$$ not care & compassion.

Our experience was exceptional with boarding our German Shepard Sandy! The staff to wonderful care of her, she recently had surgery and needed a little extra attention and care and they did not disappoint! Huge shout out to Allison, she really went above and beyond for us!

Not happy about calling the facility to talk to a staff member and I get connected to someone over seas. I live 2 miles down the road and I’m talking to someone in India about my upcoming stay. Not comforting. Then when I went to Pick my dog up from the facility, I asked if they used a play tool that I left with them during her one to one time and there response was “I don’t know” Followed up with a generic report card.

Ann took care of my 2 dogs while our family went on vacation. They absolutely love her and I feel very comfortable leaving my fur babies in her care. I look forward to using Ann's services in the future!

Lakeside Paws does such a great job making sure my Haven is happy while pet sitting. Being away is so hard but it makes it easier knowing she is being cared for by them whether walking or pet sitting. Ann communicates if they have any questions or concerns. They are quick to answer if you reach out as well. She even will do overnights for my anxious baby. Thank you, Lakeside Paws!

Katie is the most compassionate, caring and attentive person I have ever had the privilege of working with. She knows animals and knows how to care for them. I have 2 rescued dogs and one is not people friendly with many issues but Katie worked with us and she is able to come into my house and care for them with no problem. The dogs love her. I love not having to worry about them if I have to be out of town. She is that good!!

Thiis was my first time away from my cat, Bear. I was extremely nervous because he had just been diagnosed with diabetes and needed insulin shots twice a day. I brought Bear in for his evaluation and he did just fine. His stay was for a week. I texted Pampered Pets a few times to check on him and they promptly returned with a text telling me that he was doing great. When I picked him up, everyone said that they enjoyed his stay there and that he was very talkative to the staff. I'll be bringing him back the next time I have to go out of town.

I’ve been taking my Morkie Delilah to PAMPERED PETS twice a week for daycare! She runs to the door with excitement when we get there! She loves the staff and the other dogs! Always making a new friend!

This was my first time ever boarding my two dogs. I was extremely nervous but the staff was so accommodating to my feelings. I opted for report cards on my pets while away for the weekend and I was given that information promptly. They informed me on their behavior, eating habits and how well they did with other dogs. Kobe has been going to pampered pets inn for almost 2 years now, the staff is so welcoming and professional, they care about your pet and give the highest quality of customer service, Kobe does not like to be away from my husband and I for long periods of time but he always gets super excited when he knows its time for a spa day! Pampered Pets took such great care of my kitty boy while I was out of town. Although he was very timid since he had never been boarded, they took the time to help him come out of his shell. They loved on him, sent report cards, and photos letting me know how he was doing. I highly recommend Pampered Pets! We will be back to see their amazing, friendly, and caring staff.

We had some repairs to home so really wanted our beloved dog to go to daycare while workers here. Too full so had to board for few days. He was nervous and had trouble eating. They got my permission to add a choice of 3 additives to help him eat. One of them worked once but then they helped him more when still being weird , so they hand fed him! Worked! Dealt with my detailed meal combo instructions as gets dry food/ fresh pet/ n veggie n fruit had cut up. Thanks for the attention and allowing our particular diet he is used to👍❗️ ( Even put some calming scent on blanket to try to calm him when he was missing us! ) Thanks again The Haslett’s

My neighbor referred us to Pampered Pets Inn & both of our pups love it so much there I wonder if they actually want to come home when we go to pick them up, lol! They have multiple turf yards, play equipment & a pool. The dogs get plenty of play & outdoor time & are matched with specific groups based on personality & play type (ours are high-energy). We have 2 littermates which are allowed to stay together, but they play in different play groups which is actually a good thing! They keep a lot of records, including weight, & will call you if they have a concern about anything at all. Their grooming is amazing & their nail trims are the absolute best I’ve found! My Boston Terriers always smell great & have shiny coats when they have a bath there. It’s totally worth the cost for your piece-of-mind when you have to be away from your furbaby (they take care of both dogs & cats). They post a lot of pics & videos on their Instagram & Facebook pages every day. Our two even graduated from their training program! We all love Pampered Pets Inn!

The facility, the play areas, the boarding area and the pool are all beyond expectations!! The staff however, is the secret sauce for this pet wonderland. We are beyond grateful that we found Pampered Pets and love that our dog is so loved when he’s there.
