I don’t have words for Monika’s sit at my home!! So I’ll ramble a bit.. Monika is the most thoughtful human in the universe. She completely vibed with my doggo and took her to a chillax concert in the park and to visit her dad. Of course she checked in first to see that Aris would be ok in the car and at the event, and I got to see pics. It was kind of like seeing pics of your kids at summer camp having the times of their life and NOT missing mom! Heart warming to say the least. Monika and Aris spent hours in the yard soaking in the sun and hanging out- I got videos and pics all along the way which I LOVED. I also received so many pics of the cats…I could see that Simba approved immediately of the new human, and I was so happy to see Zazu warmed up pretty fast too. (Zazu is a weirdo but he knows good people- Monika is good people). I also cannot believe Monika’s attention to my yard and garden. I mean ..I knew she had the interest and experience, and I gave her free reign because I definitely have a jungle to work with…but I was pleasantly surprised a few times with little videos of things she recommended to make certain plants or trees grow better and reports on bits of trimming she did. It was my first year with a veggie garden- so I learned a few things there too. I got a redecorated set of window boxes in my pool shed, a new wreath for the fall, and a bouquet from my garden when I returned home - all stuff from mu jungle yard - who knew my jungle could become so beautiful♥️ Overall, 5 stars is not enough and I would be more than happy to have Monika back. Aris, Zazu and Simba all thank you for a wonderful week Monika!! PS I already gave that baby blue more sun... I want her to grow faster too!

Carla and John were amazing with my 2 cats while I was visiting family in the UK. I really felt at ease knowing my babies were being cared for! Really easy to get in touch with them if needed and they sent me pictures and updates throughout their sit. My apartment was SPOTLESS when I returned! Thank you so much. Tzabia and Barry were excellent pet/ house sitters. They are very experienced at this and it definitely shows. Their communication was great, and kept us abreast on how our Kobi was doing. Tzabia and Barry are avid hikers and explorers so Kobi got plenty of exercise, which he loves, and he obviously got the same attention when he was relaxing at home. The true test of a house sitter is when your pet misses his )or her) sitters when they leave, and Kobi did miss them. Our house was well taken care of, and Tzabia is a gardener, so our gardens looked great when we returned as well. We would definitely recommend Tzabia and Barry as House / Pet Sitters.

Mikhal and Nitzan were wonderful!! They made our 5 week vacation a breeze, as well as our transition home after being away for such a long period of time. From the start (video call), we could tell that Mikhal and Nitzan had a love of cats and would take great care of Ugi. Not to mention all the amazing 5 star reviews they already had on zeewoi. On the day of our departure they came a few hours early for a tour of the apartment and we had a chance to enjoy their company over lunch. They always asked great questions about Ugi and the apartment. During our vacation, communication was easy and we could tell that Ugi was well taken care of and having a great time from the photos and videos we received. They even brought some of their own toys for Ugi to enjoy. Plus, anything relevant that came up during the trip Mikhal messaged us about so we were in the loop. Upon returning home, Mikhal and Nitzan waited for our flight to land before they left to ensure we returned to the country on time so that Ugi would have continuous care. We arrived to a clean home and a happy cat who was her usual self (it didn't seem like we had ever been away). Would definitely have Mikhal and Nitzan stay at our home again :) I'm certain that Ugi would instantly remember them :)

It was an absolute pleasure having Laurel house/ pet sit. She was so kind and treated our home and kitty Marzipan as her own. We felt so comfortable and reassured knowing she has great experience but mostly a real love of animals and obvious connection with them. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Walked them every day and would even sing to them (-: I am so very grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Elaine and I would recommend Elaine to anyone wanting first class care of pets and home!!! Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!

Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.

We kennel our dog Norman there every year. The kennels are always clean and the whole place smells like bleach. I know he is safe and well looked after while we are gone. I have never had an issue there. They are the only people I trust to look after him.
We have boarded our cat (Cassie) at a number of locations in the Binghamton area and Paws & Tails LLC is by far the best. When we pick her up she always appears calm and content, as opposed to other facilities where we have seen her unkempt, distressed, and have experienced weight loss. The facility is also extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. I feel like we are leaving Cassie in good hands with Paws & Tails and recommend it for all pet parents.
Our dog stayed here for 3 days and I was impressed with the friendly staff and cleanliness of the place! Our dog was well taken care of.
Highly recommend, dogs boarded. Reliable care, kennels kept very clean with outdoor run and well secured pen run with off the floor beds ike cots. No complaints, well worth the care. Thank you!
This is the 3rd time I have boarded my dog here, I never had any issues before but this time when I picked my dog up her front and back legs were matted with dried urine. Her toys were also completely soaked in urine and she does not seem like herself, I am left wondering how they treated her while she was there. I am not sure as to why this occurred but I will not be boarding my dog here again, this situation is completely unacceptable.
By far the best Kennel i've used over the years. Our dog Finn has been a guest at their facility since he was a young pup and I feel more comfortable leaving him in their great care than i would with most of my closest family or friends. The Kennel is clean and warm and the staff have been so incredibly helpful over the years.
Our dog is small and very sensitive around strangers. But he goes right in without hesitation when we board him at Paws and Tails. Debbie and her husband are just wonderful and we definitely would recommend them !!
I love Debbie and her husband ....my puppies are alive when I come back. The kennels are clean and spacious.
I'm a licensed veterinary technician. This kennel is very out of my way, but it is the only one I will take my dog to. I know and have known a few of the staff, they are exactly the kind of people you would want looking after your dog. The owner is a wonderful woman who knows what she is about.
I had a problem with them years ago. They had our dog in one kennel and decided to move him to a different one and then tried to charge us more and never bothered to contact us. I see they somehow took my review down. Just want people to watchout. They might pull that with other people but not me.

My Parents took our family dog there 4 days ago very healthy. They told us he started getting sick when we picked him up but never called us. When we picked up our dog at he was very sick and had purple gums. He died a few hours later. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.
Always apprehensive about boarding my dogs, but definitely glad I took them to FFI. I could tell they had a blast from all the pictures and videos Karen posted. Nice, clean facility with so much more for dogs to do than just sit in a run like other boarding facilities.
Great boarding services! They also have day care for dogs.
