Our dog was very happy here. She can be a bit skittish around new places, so when she pulled on her leash to head back to the kennel, we knew all was going to well. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Thank you for making our trip a special one!

Dropped our pup off for daycare while we visited the caverns! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They were even able to squeeze our boy in for pawdicure during his stay. Will definitely use again next time we’re in town.

We boarded our German Shepherd while we were visiting Luray. She loved her stay and we were able to get her a bath before we loaded up to go home. Awesome owners. Your dog is gonna love it.

We were visiting Shenandoah National park this weekend and looking for somewhere to leave our dogs. I always nervous to leave them new places but mystic had great reviews. They definitely lived up to their reviews! They even groomed one of my pups while she was there and she looks amazing. They were well taken care of, happy when we picked them up. They were easy to communicate with, gave me updates when I called to check on them, played with them, etc.. would highly recommend to anyone considering. They definitely care about dogs and want to make them feel comfortable during their stay.

Love this place! We’ve been taking our dogs here to get groomed for a few months now and have nothing but great things to say. They always get us in the schedule quickly, we don’t have to book a month or more in advance like our previous groomer. The staff is very friendly too, I feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them. And we love the haircuts! They always give you the exact cut you ask for, no surprises here when you pick up! 10/10

I was nervous dropping my dog off for her first time away from me but she did great. She's very anxious. I love the care they gave her and how they took the time to figure out what worked best for Fawn. I'll definitely be using them again when needed. It feels great to find a place you can trust.

This boarding facility is very close to home for me so I thought it was a good pick. I booked online for my pets and accidentally got the dates wrong so I called to see if they could change it to the correct dates for me. The owner answered the phone and was nice enough to do so but she did come off a little rude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked if I could visit the facility before boarding my dogs. It was the day before Thanksgiving and she warned me they may not have time. totally understandable. I let her know I’d still check in. It comes to the day of the visit and I also brought my wife to make sure she was also comfortable with our pets staying here. The facility is clean and looks great on the outside. We walk in and it is also clean inside. I let the older lady (assuming this is the owner) at the desk know I was wondering if we could get a walk through. She and the older man sitting next to her immediately shake their head saying today was not a good day and included that they were leaving soon. Mind you: We arrive shortly after opening and there wasn’t a lot going on from what we could see. The walk through took less than 5mins…… The facility is clean. The employee that gave us the tour was nice but the spaces for the animals are advertised as luxury and being from the city they resemble closer animal shelter kennels. The owners overall attitude is the reason we would not board here ever. Please go in and tour the facility. You’ll understand my review when you do.

I reached out regarding an online reservation on a holiday weekend, wanting to confirm if they actually had availability or not. I was immediately greeting with a young lady who was extremely unpleasant and seemed to lack customer service phone skills. She picked up the call and did not provide her name or any detail other than “Hello, Creature Comfort.” I processed to introduce myself and explain why I was calling. When I asked if they actually had space for my reservation that was booked online, she gave me a stern one worded “No.” She maybe said 3 words total on that call, I was extremely taken back by the lack of professionalism during that brief interaction. Not a very great first impression from a business stand point by any means. I would not feel comfortable leaving my pets at a facility where they are not able to answer a customer call with respect.

My dog stayed for four days. He seemed perfectly chilled coming back home not stressed or anxious to get out. This was his first kennel stay. He's 11 months. The owner gave me a tour and I paid for some extra play time. The facility looked and smelled clean. I'd return if required.👍 …

If I could give Creature Comfort 6 stars I would! They take such good care of our two large dogs. We have been taking our dogs here for over 4 years. We pass a lot of other kennels along the way during our 60 mile drive to drop off our babies, but we know they are in the best hands while we are away.

Tammy and her team have been doing an amazing job of taking care of my 2 Rottweilers since they were puppies. One has developed epilepsy over the years. They have no problem caring for him and administering his meds. It means a lot to have a place we can trust to care for our pets when we are away. Thanks to you all.

Creature Comfort Inn is 1.5 hours away from us and WELL worth the trip to leave our dog. We have boarded our dog with them twice now. When we picked up our dog this time, the owner took the time to note minor behavior differences she saw in our pup between his first and second boarding. The Inn offers many services for the dogs each day for an additional fee (group play, snuggle time, extra walks, etc) that we plan to take advantage of next time! You can tell these folks love the pups they care for.

Large property in a country setting. great area for my dog to run! They took wonderful care of my dog during the week he was boarded there. they provide a lot of services. Kennels were clean, and a good size. Will be returning with Boo for daycare and training!

Everything went great! I left my two doggies there for one week. She took great care of them and they were totally healthy and happy when I came to pick them up. Lindsay washed all my blankets, bathed them and had their report cards with lots of great information:-) I am very pleased!! She is super organized and was flexible with my schedule. We will use her in the future!

We boarded our sweet Darla for the very first time last weekend, for our Wedding. Lindsay was great to communicate with before, during and after the event. She seems to really love dogs and know a lot about them. Darla was healthy and clean when we picked her up. Drop your dog here for daycare while you enjoy a spa treatment at Capon Springs up the road. It will be a spa day for all!

My dogs stayed here over the summer and had a great playing. They can be hard to handle at times but Lindsey knew just what they needed to settle in. She sent me pictures during their stay which put my mind to ease. She also grooms my pom pom every couple months. She is great with dogs and very knowledgeable when it comes to their needs and wants.

After a bad boarding experience, we only left our dog with family, until now! Lindsey is amazing and I was confident our boy would be well-loved while we were away. It was great to get updates throughout the week and come home to a beautifully groomed and (most importantly) happy fella. Lindsay was awesome to work with from the minute we called her to inquire about our "Buddy's stay" this summer. Her communication was great and she enthusiastically welcomed us when we arrived. Buddy was well loved and had a great time. He was so clean and looked great when we picked him up and even his blanket had been washed! We have a 10 year old Lab and wanted to get a deep clean. This was our first time and I must say Lindsay put all our worries at ease. Not only were we pleased with the cleaning but it also made a difference in shedding she really got a lot of hair thinned out. Lindsay even touched bases with us to let us know he was doing well and sent a couple pictures which put us at ease. I would recommend her she is very caring and you can tell she likes what she is doing.

Lindsay made me feel at ease dropping my dog Lady off for grooming. She even sent pictures during the process and kept me updated the whole time. I warned her that Lady was temperamental around other dogs. She made sure she was kept from the other dogs to avoid a fight. She treated her as if she was her own and was very attentive. I boarded my one year old Ragdoll cat, Aidan, for a week while at the beach. Lindsey groomed Aidan during his stay and she did an awesome job! I am now going to have her groom him on a regular basis to prevent mats and keep him looking beautiful! I highly recommend boarding and grooming with Lindsey!

Needed someone last minute to care for our kitty during the holidays and Lindsay was awesome! She was very responsive and took true interest in him and his well-being, even giving his meds twice daily. Her updates during his stay helped us rest assured that he was in great hands!

I’m from Annapolis Md, and they did a wonderful job with my dog during Christmas while staying at Massanutten. Probably their busiest season. I was in a last minute bind to find a facility and fortunately they accommodated us. I was running late due to traffic, and they still made an effort to accommodate my tardiness. They did a wonderful job, and knew my dog’s personality by pickup a few days later. I was worried, but he was totally fine. It’s nice to be close by while away. Support good local businesses such as Sunny Ridge Kennels. Very very reasonably priced . They spend time with them and learn their behaviors. The staff are cool, get to know them. They treat you and your dog well.

The new owners Katie and Dustin are wonderful! They are loving and caring individuals who clearly love animals, dogs in particular. I know your pets will be in great hands when you board them at Sunny Ridge Kennels!

Thanks for making my dog's first boarding experience as smooth as possible, especially considering my sweet but timid pup. Mike is a very thoughtful kennel owner, and it's clear how much attention to detail goes into running the business. From the way the dogs are let in, to separating the kennels by size, to the scheduled outdoor time, everything is well thought out. The environment is clean, the prices are great, and the setting is quiet. Highly recommend!

I have stayed a particular spring week yearly at Massanutten for many decades, and since having my own family with dogs, have tried to find the best fit for our pups during this annual week. The staff at MVOA highly recommended Sunny Ridge, and my 11 year old and I are so glad for the referral. We picked up our babies today, after a 5 night stay, and they seemed super excited from their own vacay (yet tired - a good thing for us after a long drive) and just as good spirits as when we left them. We hope to bring them back every year - Mike is attentive and clearly caring of all dogs that stay there. It was nice to feel like they were in good hands yet close if anything came up. Thank you for the peace of mind for us humans, but more importantly a fun & safe place for our 4 legged babies The 11 year old big (human) brother to our pug mixes highly recommends Sunny Ridge. We left 3 of our well loved dogs with SR. We have boarded Many places over the years, and this may be my favorite. I noticed that Mike was very attentive to the vaccinations required, which I appreciated very much. The facility was clean and basically odor free! Mike was organized with our "stuff", knew the dogs by name, and did a follow up call. I felt that they were safe, and they handled one of my guys with kindness that is a special needs dog! I highly recommend Sunny Ridge.

I have a 130 pound 4 year old super active and sometimes territorial Great Dane and she is so happy at Sunny Ridge. She clearly adores Mike and runs right to him each time we arrive (which because of travel with my job is a lot). Mike has cared for our dog over weekends and for weeks at a time and I always feel completely confident in his care for her. He is incredibly knowledgeable about a variety of breeds and their health care needs and personality tendencies. Having a caregiver live onsite is super important. She gets lots of play time and special attention. I love that she has indoor and outdoor options and nutritious food provided. And no dog sleeps on the floor! We have boarded her in all seasons and can't imagine taking her anywhere else. Sunny Ridge is by far the best in the area!

Mike took great care of our fur baby when we were away over the holidays. He was available for follow up and check in calls/emails. His facility was clean and my husband advised that he could see the animals were well cared for at drop off for our reservation. Mike bonded with our fur baby and even called to check in on him after we picked him up next day. Exceptional local business and owner. We will continue to refer this business and will only board at this facility going forayed for our pup!

Kenneled my dogs. Went to pick up my dogs, and they said they'd bring out the leftover food. Ended up bringing me a bag of dried food when I brought in cans. After finally bringing out the right cans, there were 3 extra cans, so they weren't feeding them every day, if at all; since they can't even get the food right. Then had to ask for my stuff I brought for them back, and they said they were washing the blanket because they had an accident. I told them I brought in multiple toys and clothes. They went to the back to check again, and said they actually did have it all. I asked them to bring out all the stuff and my dogs separate because IDK how I'm supposed to walk 2 dogs to my car, carry all the extra food, and a 13 gallon trashbag. Had to complain to the clerk a couple times before she offered to walk the dogs to my truck while I carried all the stuff. If this is just checkout, IDK how they managed the dogs. My baby girl is much more lean than when I picked her up

I come to this place and wash 4 of my dogs here. The easy in and out is what I like about this place. Safety & Cleanliness is important to me. The staff is always super nice and friendly.

We come in semi-regularly for grooming and unscheduled nail trims. They do a wonderful job with my long-haired chihuahua. He always comes home excited and and smelling amazing. We have had great grooms every time we came. They also require vaccination records, so we feel safe that our dog won't be around other dogs with kennel cough, and other harmful diseases. And the staff is friendly and efficient.

Brought my dog here for their self pet wash station. The folks here are friendly and helpful, and my typically standoffish around new people pup was social and greeted the girl there. Which to me says a lot. The place is very clean, and they sell some chew treats and toys here too. The pet wash station includes a pro blow dryer to get thick fluffy coats fully dry and looking their best. We would definitely recommend this place, and I'm sure we'll be back again.

We took our 18 year old cat to get her nails done and we have also taken our Golden retriever to be groomed and they to a great job and are very personable too!

Dogs had a great time visiting. They can't wait to get more dirt on them to come back.

This bath was the best! No cold hose water from the backyard, and I could step right into the tub! Mom scrubbed me down in toasty warm water and blew out my coat with the high powered drying snake! We've been using Paws Awhile for over 15 years. This is the 3rd dog we've boarded... The kennel is very clean with large cage runs. Staff is professional, friendly, and give the animals lots of love, attention and personal care. Great price/value!

I cannot say enough positive things about PawsAwhile. Our family have been clients with Paws Awhile since 2017. We board, do daycare and have used their grooming services for our canine children. With confidence we know our "Boys" are well taken care of, in fact when we arrive for daycare they are very excited to see all the staff. Without hesitation we recommend this small business!

Teddy loved his time at PAPM!! Loved my daily photos of him by email and I so appreciated their attention to detail. PAPM truly loves what they do and I will be using them again to board Teddy!

The Sisters and their staff are so great with our dog. He’s pretty skittish and reactive around new people, but every time he runs right up to the person checking us in, which is a great sign. His preferred place is right at my feet at all times, but while we’re out of town, this is a perfect second best. The Sisters are incredibly accommodating, keep in touch with us if our pup gets sick, and generally just love the dogs. Can’t recommend them enough!

This place is wonderful! I'm so glad I found it. My pup has been coming here since he was old enough to get all the required vaccinations. He LOVES this place. The nuns (yes, nuns!) and staff are delightful, and the motel is set on such a beautiful property. They offer daycare and boarding for both dogs and cats, and have many activity packages and add-ons for your little fella if he/she needs extra playtime, walks, or snuggles. I highly recommend it! Edit: My pup has been "evicted" from this facility. He was recently boarded here for a 12 day stay while I was out of town. When I arrived to pick him up I was told he was no longer welcomed because he "wasn't picking up on another dog's cues during play time". Apparently my pup wanted to play with a dog that didn't want to play. There was no fight, and it was with only one dog, who he had played with in the past. I'm very upset over this, as I think the facility could have handled it differently. Every time I've picked my dog up from here, they always tell me he was a perfect gentleman. He's been coming here since he was about 7 months old, and he'll be two at the end of March. It's a shame he's been "banned" over this one incident. Edit: Adam from this facility reached out to discuss what apparently was a misunderstanding. I feel like we were able to clear up the issue and was reassured that my pup was still welcomed at Paws Awhile. This interaction was handled in a very polite and professional way, and I'm looking forward to getting my pup back into daycare and boarding.

From the moment we walked into Paws Hotel We loved it😍 We were greeted In such a warm and caring manner and the place was very clean . Mother Eirene suggested we leave Dakota for a weekend because our concern was We rescued Her and didn’t want her to feel she was being left again and we wouldn’t be back . It was a great idea she was fine so we felt good about leaving her for two weeks for our vacation . I was a mess we never have left any of our dogs at any boarding , hotel for animals . We made a great choice all the staff and sisters were wonderful, Mike the manager assured us not to worry All was going to be fine . If I could give more stars I would and I don’t give them easy. I called almost every day they never made me feel I was a bother 😀 Thank You all again for taking care of our Dakota⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were very thorough during the check-in process to ensure they had all the information to care for our dog, including our vets information who we had to call to answer some of their questions. Our dog is the nervous type and they went to great lengths to calm him down and make him feel at ease. When we picked him up 4 days later he was happy, clean, and healthy. We will definitely be using Paws Awhile in the future.

Suzi is the best. Our three goldens adore her and she is so good with them and all their crazy. She gives some of the best (and funniest) daily updates and picks up on anything out of the norm. Our fur babies are our babies and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else.

Suzi is fantastic. She is patient and kind. She won over my oldest cat which was no small feat! She's extremely dependable - especially important as I have a senior dog. I can leave the country for extended periods and never need to worry when Suzi is caring for my fur babies!

Suzi is BEST! She has been caring for my cat Drake for over a year when I need to be away. For health reasons he has to be an only cat so I worry about him being lonely. Drake considers Suzi his girlfriend. She loves him like her own pets. They chat, watch tv, and she gives him lots of fishy treats and love. As a matter of fact she is checking in on him tonight! I never worry when I travel. I recommend her highly for the professionalism she brings to her business. I have a happy😺Cat.

Suzi is just the best! We have a rescue doggie who has had unknown traumatic experiences. She’s a very skittish and fearful dog. Suzi made friends with Dolly and gained her trust before ever taking care of her for us. Suzi’s main priority is the pet’s comfort. She came to our home for an introductory visit and walks. When a long time had passed between us needing her, she came back to get reacquainted before we left town for an overnight. Dolly trusted Suzi and they had a great time together. I received several text updates and photos. We just found out that our dog has an illness that is going to require months long treatment. I’m so grateful that we know Suzi and feel completely comfortable trusting her to follow the medication and activity schedules required. You cannot do better than Harpers Ferry Tails!

Suzi is wonderful with pets, and Is a real pro with running her pet sitting service. She was referred by several neighbors on my street who have her watch their dogs. She cared for my 3 cats while I was on vacation and they were happy and chilled out when I came home. She even connected and cuddled the cat I said would probably hide from her all week - very impressed with her ability to sweet talk them!! She came over to meet the kitties ahead of time and learn about their routine and personalities, along with how I'd like to communicate with her. She was happy to send daily updates and pix or not, depending on what I preferred. She set specific visit times and honored those. My next door neighbor told me Suzi did a great job while I was away and said 'she's the best petsitter I've seen' which is high praise from a longtime local! I think Suzi has that special energy that some people just have around animals, and it makes you know your fluffy family members are in loving hands when you're away from them. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and 6 paws up for Suzi!!

Suzi is an amazing furry babysitter. She loves animals like children and she will love yours and treat them like her own. Reliable, caring and trustworthy. We love to have our babies stay with a buddy instead of a kennel. With Suzi in home stays or sitting with your pets they won't miss you near as much when you are away. She will gladly check in on your babies during the day for potty break or just alittle romp around the neighborhood.

Suzi at Harpers Ferry Tales is the best pet sitter in West Virginia she took care of my dogs while I went to Florida for a week and I had no worries once so ever I was able to call he, she sent me pictures of her having fun with my dogs which I really appreciated. She talks to them in there language she stays over the night and when I got home it wasn't even like they even missed me they wanted to see her so if you ever looking for a dog sitter or cat sitter or animal sitter Suzi is the best.

Only good things to say about Rhiannon! Her rates are affordable and her level of service and care is top notch. My cat took to her immediately and loved snuggling with her in my absence! I got daily updates and photos, giving me peace of mind and assurance that my cat was well cared for and loved. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. 10/10 recommend!

Finding Rhiannon has been a true blessing for us and our fur family! Her kindness, professionalism, and thorough communication bring us so much peace of mind while we are away. Each of our 4 cats has some kind of bizarre special need, requirement or preference. Needing the most care is our 18-year-old senior, Iommi, who has inflammatory bowel disease. When we are away, it is extremely stressful on her sensitive system. How comforting it is to receive photos and updates that all is well with Iommi and her partners in crime! In addition to fulfilling all of the quirky requests and needs of our motley crew, Rhiannon goes above and beyond the normal call of duty to make sure everything is in order when we return. When we walk in the door, everyone is so content that it seems like we never left! We trust Rhiannon like family, and really couldn't ask for more in a pet sitter. Golden Dog is by far the best boarding experience we have had since moving to the VA/ DC area. We have a high energy dog and an anxious dog and they love it here. It’s also conveniently not far from the airport. JG and his team are so communicative and caring. They send us pictures as well. We moved to DC and still use Golden Dog because of how much our dogs love it.

Golden Dog Hotel is the best boarding place we've found in the area! Our dog has been going here when we travel for nearly two years. In the past, we've had some not-so-great experiences at other facilities in the DMV, but I'm so glad we found this place. Our dog is always so excited to visit, and we get the cutest pictures of her when she's there. I highly recommend Golden Dog Hotel for quality care and great communication!

The previous two places we used always seemed to require a vet visit after for stomach or infection issues, not at Golden Dog. Our little guy is always happy and healthy after we pick him up here. As a bonus they're also one of the more affordable options in the area.

I recently boarded my dog at Golden Dog Hotel for two weeks, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure she ate well (my dog is a super picky eater) and was comfortable during her stay. I also received some photo updates, which was a thoughtful touch. When I picked her up, she looked healthy and energetic. The communication for drop-off and pick-up was seamless, making the whole experience stress-free. We have boarded our pup at Golden Dog Hotel 3 separate times now and have been very happy with their service. They have been kind and flexible with us when we had last minute changes in travel plans, they send updates and photos if you ask for them, and our pup is always happy and healthy when we pick him up, which is most important. I love that they only board a few dogs at a time, compared to the bigger boarding facilities in the area. I feel very comfortable sending my dog here and recommend it to everyone.

The Golden Dog Hotel is an excellent pet boarding service! We have been boarding our dog here for over a year now, and our stays having ranged from 1 night to 1 week, and we are always pleased with the care she receives! Whether there are other dogs to play with, or even if she’s alone, the staff make sure that our dog gets the attention she needs! The fenced in yard is wonderful, and the artificial grass is perfect! Overall an excellent pet boarding facility, which is accommodating to last minute requests even, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, that provides great care and fun for your pet!

I have used the service of the Golden Dog Hotel since 2021. My dog Charley is happy when he goes to the hotel and just as happy when he returned home. I have found that this kennel is the right fix for my dog and would highly recommend their service,

Fantastic! Golden Dog Hotel is our go to place for our goldendoodle to stay. Family owned—which means they treat our pup like family. Our dog has stayed here multiple times and they are extremely flexible with drop off/pick up times, administered medicine when needed, send pictures and updates. If you want a safe, caring place to leave your fur baby, this is it!

Simply the best dog care in the area! We have tried several places until I found Golden Dog, now we trust them with our beloved dog every time we need to go away. Erika and team are great in taking care of our super crazy pup. They love dogs and you can tell, they really care about them. Your pup will not only be safe and happy, but will play with other dogs, have fun and get exercise, and get meds or special care if needed. We receive photos and updates almost daily, and communication is great. You are in good hands with the team at Golden Dog.

Erika and her husband are great! I love taking my dog here. It’s affordable and he actually likes going! Last time I dropped him off he forgot about me and RAN to her. It was hysterical and it made me happy knowing that he feels comfortable! Great place to take your pups. She also sends pics and I love that added touch. I’ve used their services about 6 times now. Overall great experience.

I really like this kennel! It's very difficult to leave my pup with anyone but Jason is really caring and thorough about special diets or shot records. The kennel is clean and well maintained. It's the only place I'll board my four-legged furry.

Boarded my cats here. The website is misleading for cat boarding. It says separate facility, which in my mind meant a separate building. The online picture of the cat room is NOT their facility. There are 4 large dog crates in a small storage room right outside of the dog room. Wish I could post a picture on here to show it.

Rainbow Springs Kennel is a fantastic boarding facility. Our dog was well cared for. The kennels are spotless and there is no odor (dog, cat, or chemicals). Jason is very kind, patient (our dog is a bit hyper) and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended

I recently had my first experience boarding my furbaby, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the care and attention provided by Jason at Rainbow Springs. From the moment I dropped off my little Bela, knew she was in good hands. The facility is super clean and there was no "kennel odor" at all. Jason is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves animals. He took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure that all of Bela's needs were met. When I picked up Bela, she was happy, healthy, and well-cared for. I would highly recommend Rainbow Springs to anyone in need of a safe, clean, and comfortable place for their furbaby. Breathtaking views surrounding the property, very clean facility and excellent quality care was provided for our dog while we were away. Jason was friendly and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Our dog got a bath there and came home happy, fresh and clean. Highly recommend!

Jason is great! I have taken my dog here many times now when I go out of town. She always goes right up to him and barely gives me a second glance when I’m leaving. It’s this reason alone that I fully trust leaving my dog here. Highly recommend!

5 stars all around! First off, I was very impressed with how clean the kennels were. Prior to leaving my pup, I visited Rainbow Springs. The area where the dogs stayed didn’t smell one tiny bit! Jason is extremely helpful with all questions I had and my dogs needs. Colt doesn’t get along with all other dogs so I was very happy this facility didn’t let the dogs just mingle together. I was in Europe and emailed once just to check in. Jason was prompt with his response and very reassuring that Colt was doing fine! This is the first time I have boarded Colt and will easily send him back, he was well taken care of and I couldn’t be happier!

Rainbow Springs had last minute availability for Memorial Day Weekend (I called several places) AND online booking. Prices were a bargain as well. Kennels were clean and safe. Pup came back happy! We will board here again.

This is a fantastic place to take your dog for boarding. Arguably the best place in Augusta County. The prices are reasonable, the owner is very nice and obviously cares about the animals he boards. The location is absolutely beautiful and made me feel like my dog also got a dogs version of a vacation while we were at the beach. The online bookings are easy and super convenient. I love that you can add other services like 1 on 1 dog walks and baths. I really felt like my dog was genuinely cared for here and she came back looking and smelling exactly as she did when we dropped her off (we did not purchase a bath). Highly recommend!

First time boarding our two German Shepherds. We had a 9 day vacation planned and we're worried so much about how our doggies would do, how they would be when the get home, etc. Both our boys were great. They looked great and seemed very happy. The staff at Libery Hill/Pampered Paws were always very accommodating, even offering to send us text updates. We highly recommend!

Hello all. I’ve been boarding my doggie at LH for the past year typically when I have to travel overnight. Having said that, sometimes I board him because he is so happy there. As we drive down the road heading to LH, his ears perk up because he knows where he’s headed. The staff is always welcoming and R’s tail wags when he greets the staff. That is really what matters. They know his eating and sleeping habits and always give me a summary of his visit. On a recent visit he was on some medication and the staff at LH were on top of it. I know that when I drop him off, he’s in a excellent hands and gives me the peace of mind that he’s taken care of when I’m on the road. They are definitely a part of R’s extended family. :)

My dogs love it here and always come back healthy and happy.

Love this place. Little far from my house fir daily daycare but I board my dog there and they took her of her every time. I wish the best hung area was alittle bigger and cleaner

Just toured the facilities and i look forward to boarding my two dogs in the near future and recommending them to friends and family. Under new ownership and they have big plans. Im excited to see their completed upgrades and provide a much-needed service to this wonderful community.

*WARNING* I will simply state the facts. On 8/8/22 I boarded my 3 small Yorkies due to a out of state house hunting trip in which neither children nor dogs were allowed. My dogs were entrusted with the care of this facility until 8/20/22. We received a call on 8/16/22 in which we were informed that all of our dogs displayed symptoms of kennel cough. One dog was particularly unwell and was viewed as lethargic. We were asked if it would be ok if the dog could be scheduled to be seen by a veterinarian. We obliged and informed the facility of our local veterinarian's information. We received a confirmation call that informed us our dog would be seen by the vet on the following day 8/17/22. Our flight home had been delayed and we would not be home in time to retrieve "our babies" until after the facility had closed. The same evening on our way home from the airport we received another call informing us that our "pet was not doing well and not might make it through the evening if we did not retrieve him immediately". The "pet" in question was our beloved companion with no prior health issues to include a vet visit 3 days prior to being boarded with this facility. He entered this facility with a clean bill of health. At the time of retrievel our dog was found extremely dehydrated and hot to the touch, lethargic beyond movement, groaning, and could not walk nor move his extremities. The extreme nature of his condition was acknowledged and accompanied by a reminder of the bill due to the services rendered for the week of boarding. We rushed our baby to the nearest emergency veterinary facility in which he was diagnosed with sepsis pneumonia. Two days later accompanying a $5633.00 emergency veterinary bill, I was encouraged by the ER to contact the facility in order to establish a timeline of when the pneumonia had occured in order to make a life altering decision to allow my dog to continue life support or euthanize. No indefinite outlook could be diagnosed due to the lack of oxygen supplies to his lungs. He was in a oxygen supported kennel due to the lack of being able to breathe on his own. I was contacted by the owner after calling the facility. I inquired of the daily status of my dogs throughout their stay in which to establish the severity of not only the most ill but the other two diagnosed with health conditions. A timeline was not provided due to the owners inability to access those records "at the moment". I informed the owner of my dog's condition in which I was met with "I'm sorry" and akward silence.

It's hard to review the experience that your dog had while you weren't there, but as far as I can tell our dog had a blast for the week we boarded her here. The staff was very friendly and told us that she really enjoyed herself. The extra activities like swimming in the pool and hiking were exactly the kind of things she loves to do. So this was a great alternative to traditional boarding, though a bit out of the way for us. Obviously that's not their fault. Our dog came back very exhausted, which tells me she got plenty of exercise. Would definitely use them again for extended boarding.

Nice place, friendly staff, but I was misled on the price. I was given a price over the phone for 2 dogs, and when I picked them up I was charged per dog doubling what I had expected to pay. Won't do that again

I went to check this place out to board my dog. I found it to be filthy. I know the dogs play outside & bring dirt in but the walls, ceiling, windows & even the office was dirty. Years of dirt. It was hard to find the front door. The property was nice but unfortunitly I could not leave my dog there. ☹
