Horton's House has it all. Excellent, experienced training & care givers all at an outstanding home-like doggie retreat. The Horton's House crew is skilled and accommodating. Best place for our best friends for extra play time and when we travel.

Best dog boarding experience we have had. They are very good with our dogs and treat them as family. Dogs get plenty of love, attention, exercise and playtime with other dogs. They communicate often on how the dogs are doing and they are constantly sharing pictures. They did great with our high maintenance COVID chiweenie pup. She is used to tons of attention. Our golden retriever was happy and well cared for. Great experience!

Pretty awful to do this in your work van. Everyone knows what kind of people you are. These people of Horton's park in between two handicapped parking spots in Fairwood shopping center by Bartells. Don't even care that the handicapped people in those vehicles couldnt get out or into their cars due to blocking. Dont park on the white stripes between handicapped parking stalls!!!!!

When someone who takes care of your 4 legged child loves him as much as I do what else do I need to say. Our dog Tex loves it there and it is a fabulous facility.

We just got our puppy from Paula. Paula is so sweet and extremely reliable. She drove up to the Canadian Border to meet us there because we couldn't cross at the time. She breeds wonderful and lovable puppies. Recommend her 100%

Our experience with the breeder Paula has been wonderful, and we would definitely recommend her and her precious beagles to a friend! We brought our adorable puppy home 5 days ago, well taken care of and with all her documents. Paula helped us leave with puppy feeling prepared with strategies for house-breaking and training. Puppy has been such a joy to have in our home, with her sweet kisses, constantly wagging tail, and little gallops as she chases the cat around. She is a smart cookie and is already getting the hang of potty and crate training, with some accidents here and there! Sweet baby is trying! I mean what is not to love... thank you, Paula!

We adopted our beagle named Dobby in Oct 2022 after we lost our 16 year old beagle. Dobby has the best personality and brings us so much joy each day. He is as curious and naughty as all beagles are. He spends alot of time at Precious Companions when we travel and absolutely loves it. Paula is so knowledgeable about the dogs. She has helped us keep our little boy as healthy as possible. If you want an amazing dog who will make your family complete she is the one to adopt from or to take your dogs to for boarding.

Paula runs a puppy mill of sick puppies. Read the Yelp reviews. I had a sick puppy of hers, he died just after his second birthday of an auto-immune disease and breathing complications. She ruined buying from breeders for me, she was even recommended by a coworker. $11,000 in vet bills later, left without our puppy to love. So how about that refund, Paula?

Paula is very professional and good to work with. She sent us weekly pictures and answered any questions I had within a timely manner. We just picked up our Beagle puppy from her a few days ago and he is a healthy loving pup. He warmed right up to us and is very social little guy. He is fitting right in with our family. Thank you Paula for a good experience and breeding such wonderful family companions.

Paula is just amazing. Very personable, understanding and most of all patient. Just boarded 2 dogs for 2 nights and although I have 2 little devils she made sure they felt at home and adapted to what their needs were. Also her pricing is ALOT better and affordable than most business. I would definitely 100% recommend.

Yesterday I picked up my 3rd beagle pup from Paula, and couldnt be more happy with the experience. All 3 were extremely healthy and happy and adapted very easy to their new home. Paula worked with our schedule and almost always answered our questions within an hour or two. If anyone is looking for their own little bundle of love and joy, this is definitely the place to go.

We just met our 3rd beagle baby. She is absolutely adorable. We can't wait to introduce her to her new home. The first time we purchased a fur baby from Paula was over 16 years ago. Madison was a fun loving beagle who lived to be 16 years old. It broke our hearts to say goodbye. Ariel followed her sister To Heaven at the age of 15. After being without our babies for a month, we decided our home was not complete. I called Paula to see if she had a new litter. She did, but she also had s little girl beagle who was 9 months old and had been returned two days prior to my call. She needed a loving home where she could heal from possible abuse. She was the first to join our family. She is the most beautiful little girl but is afraid of everything. It breaks my heart to imagine the life she had before we got her. Today, we took her to help us select a new sister. Paula let us meet her mother too. Our new fur baby will join us at the end of June. We are so excited to be able to share our home and our love with these wonderful pets. Paula breeds some gorgeous dogs and she wants them to be placed in happy homes. I'm so fortunate to have found her so long ago. Thank you, Paula!

Kelly is absolutely amazing. Her place is clean and comfortable and the dogs really are spoiled. She spends so much quality time with the dogs .I never worry one bit about my dog when she is with Kelly. The dogs are always happy and having a great time when I’ve stopped by to drop off or pick up. When we are gone for an extended period of time we get pictures and updates. Really puts you at ease when you know your fur kids are getting such great care. We can’t say enough good things about Kelly’s Creature Comforts

Kelly's Creature Comforts is the only place we trusted to leave our yellow lab Gunner with! Kelly and everyone who works for her are amazing. Gunner had allergies and they were always happy to give him the care he needed. He loved staying with them. Now apart from boarding your dog they also have an incredible Sniff Park. You owe it to yourselves and your dogs to check her out.

Kelly's Creature Comforts was so perfect for my sweet Annie Oakley who was not even a year old. I felt like she had a "home away from home " feeling for a whole week. It is such a wonderful facility that provided my Annie with a spacious indoor play area along with lots of room to run and play outside and socialize with other dogs. She had her own little room with comfortable bedding and toys. Kelly is very knowledgeable and passionate about dogs (animals) and ensures a safe, very clean & lots of FUN environment for them. I live an hour away from Kelly but I would drive however long it took me to leave my Annie with her!! I highly recommend Kelly's Creature Comforts!! I can't wait for our next vacation so Annie can get some more "Kelly LOVE"!!!

I took my dog, Luna to Kelly's CC this summer while I was temporarily living in the area. Kelly was extremely warm and friendly. After our initial call, I knew that Luna would be in good hands with Kelly - a true dog watching pro. Luna had a few overnights with Kelly this Summer. Luna is a little bit of an anxious/ nervous girl, and Kelly went above and beyond to make Luna feel comfortable, and helped her eat when she was too nervous to eat. I felt relaxed and at ease knowing that Luna was in good hands with Kelly. I would definitely recommend her, she's fantastic!

I have been a big fan of KCC since my first use of their services six years ago. What started out as stopping by to see to the needs of my five cats morphed into using at-home walking services when I got a dog. I don't think a kinder, more loving group of people who show uptmost care and respect for animals and my home are available in my area. If my non-vocal Husky would talk he'd howl them high praise!

I love Kelly's Creature Comforts. This place is clean, Well organized, loving and is like a real home away from home. My 9 yr old Shepherd,who doesnt like me to be out of her sight, feels at home here and is treated with sensitive care and concern. Kelly really understands dogs and knows how to manage each one. Kelly makes sure that meds are given as prescribed and needed. The bedrooms for each dog are true luxury. There is clean room to play inside and out and sofas for dogs who like to feel at home. My boy loves the time he spends at Kelly's. He is very social and has alot of energy. I never have to worry about him cause I know he is well taken care of. Kelly's know their dogs!

I have used KCC several times to board my dog and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great facility for the dogs and I know Kelly will treat my pup with great care. She loves to romp with other dogs and KCC gives her all that and more. Cage free fun!

Highly recommend Kelly’s Creature Comforts! They are the best around. My Australian shepherd loves going to dog daycare each week. She gets excited when we get close to Sharon’s and always comes home happy and tired. I know my dog is cared for and loved and gets plenty of exercise. Forever grateful we found Kelly’s Creature Comforts as we never have to stress when we take a trip as I know our pup is getting the best care and feels at home! The best place for your furry best friend!

I really enjoy having Kelly's to take our dog to. He always enjoys himself, and comes home tired after having such a good time. Kelly is great with communications when she has your dog, and is very good at making sure your dog is the right fit for her place. She's definitely made it a home away from home for the dogs that visit.

Linda has been walking my two German Shepherds for a couple of months now, and I have been very happy with her services. She communicates consistently and sends a cute photo collage and update after each visit. The dogs love her and we are so glad to have her feed them and take them out on the days when I work in the office. They are big boys (around 90 lbs each) and she walks them at the same time. She takes great care of them and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend working with her.

Linda is such a wonderful caregiver to my furbabies! My senior dog has special needs, and Linda is always there for her, making frequent visits and giving her (and my other dog!) extra attention. She is loving, arrives on time, is extremely organized and very dependable. I never worry for a second when I leave my dogs in Linda's loving care!

I would highly recommend Linda for any pet care needs. We used her care services for an out-of-town emergency and didn’t want to drop our old English Sheep Dog (Winston) off at a kennel. Linda took the time to get to know Winston before we left and his special needs. While we were gone, she sent us updates on every visit along with pictures, a nice touch. She played with him and sat and loved on him as well during the three daily visits. When we came back, he was anticipating her visits to continue and was a bit sad when she didn’t come back 😊 Thank you Linda for taking great care of our little guy!

We highly recommend LLC Pet Sitting!! Linda is very professional, caring, sincere, and great with dogs and cats. Our pets warmed up to her and felt comfortable right away! She is punctual for visits, and great at consistently sharing information about how pets are doing while you are away. Everything was in great order when we returned home! Wonderful experience!

I cannot recommend Linda enough when it comes to entrusting the care of your furbabies to someone. She clearly cares deeply about providing the best care possible to your pets and making sure that you are included in that process. The preparation was incredibly thorough, and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. In addition to providing excellent care to our cats, she also sent us daily updates while we were away which was a great personal touch.

Had to find a new pet sitter, and I got Linda's name from my old sitter. She was very organized and professional in getting the booking setup. It was clear she likes animals and knows how to handle them (even my shy cat came out for her). I really appreciated the daily updates. I have booked her while I'm away on my next vacation.

We love Janice's Critter Care! We've used them several times to take care of out cats while we were away on longer trips. They take excellent care of our cats and promptly reply if we ask for an update.

We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. We have been using Janice's Critter Care since we moved to Federal Way earlier this year. Janice is very responsive and flexible with our changing schedules. Christine always takes excellent care of our pup and makes sure he gets long walks while we are at work. We have had poor experiences with Rover in the past so we were thrilled to find this company. They have excellent knowledge about animals and they are genuinely good people. We would not trust our dog with anyone else. Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.

Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. SnR Pet Care is truly awesome! We are new to the area and were in need of a new pet sitter for our cat. She's quite social, so we wanted to make sure whoever looked after her would be able to play with her and make sure she got some attention. Sandy and Randall were great, and our cat was happy and healthy when we returned from our trip. SnR is very communicative and organized, which put my mind at ease while we were away. We got daily check-in photos and updates as to how our cat was doing. Thank you both for taking such good care of her! If you need a new pet sitter or care taker, look no further! SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. I whole-heartedly recommend SnR. It's so amazing to find to such wonderful care for my babies in such a small town.

SNR was absolutely amazing: Pet sitting three cats and four hermit crabs is no small chore, but they knocked it out of the park! I already have them scheduled for our next outing. Highly recommend!!

I just can't say enough good things about Angela's Pet Care, so this will be a long, detailed review. Angela made twice-daily visits to our home for more than three weeks, during which she provided complete care and loving human companionship to our two cats. I can truthfully report that our male cat is IN LOVE with Angela. Our little female cat would be a challenge for any care-giver, because she has medical conditions that require three medications daily, and on top of that, had seriously injured an eye (just before our trip was to begin!) - so required two additional meds twice per day. We were very concerned about leaving that kitty in anyone's care. Angela relieved all of our anxieties by giving all five medications every day, right on schedule, plus she paid close attention to the eye and kept us informed about everything. Giving that many medications to a naturally shy cat might be expected to cause some trauma, but remarkably, we came home to a cat that was trusting, outgoing, confident, and with a healed eye - all a testament to Angela's gentle, able, handling of her, and the special effort she made to cultivate trust and playfulness. (Thank you, Angela!) Angela's Pet Care sets the highest possible standard for reliable, compassionate pet care. Angela has a calm, competent and confident presence that made the cats (and me) very comfortable with her, and was 100% backed up by her actions. She is highly professional and diligent; showed up at consistent times every day without fail; provided all the cat necessities along with brushing, play, and litterbox maintenance; watered our plants; brought in packages; and emailed us many, many visit reports that included photos that put us at ease during our time away. This was the best care imaginable, it far exceeded our expectations, and we're very grateful.

I can't say enough about Angela. She has been caring for our 2- year-old small dog named Titan for 11 months now (2 days a week). Angela took extra time to make sure he would be a good fit to play with the other dogs she cares for before taking him on, which we really appreciated. He is always so excited to see her and the other dogs each morning we drop him off. She has a huge fenced in yard for them to run around in, and let's them hang out in her house and takes them on a walk. Titan is always very tired when he gets home, so we know he gets lots of exercise there, which is great because he is a high energy dog living in a small condo. In a few months we are taking a 9-day trip to Mexico and Angela will be watching him. We know he will feel right at home with her during that time. Angela is also a great communicator and even sends us pictures every now and then. I'll post a few:-)

We are so thankful to Angela for the care and attention she gives our dogs when we need to travel. It eases our minds knowing they are in a loving environment getting a lot of attention from Angela and the other pups with her for boarding and/or daycare. We love that there are other pups there, but not too many like a lot of the other boarding/day care places we've tried in the past. The space the dogs have to explore is secure and safe and inside, the pups are treating like family members! Angela's service request system is easy to use and she is super responsive to questions! She came highly recommended to us from a very picky, zoo keeper friend - so we knew Angela must be good - and she is!!

So glad we found Angela's pet care! We've used her twice so far for weeklong trips out of state. Both trips had flight changes and she was so accommodating by adding or removing scheduled visits. She sends email updates after each visit with details of the visits and pictures! I know my cats are being well looked after with her. Highly recommend Angela's Pet Care!

Angela is the best dog daycare we have found since getting our girl almost 2 years ago. Once I met her I knew I wanted her to watch my Daisy full time and eventually brought her from her original daycare over. I haven't encountered anyone who has been so considerate of the needs for my specific dog, who actually requires special care around meal time. On her own Angela has made the effort to help train our girl in so many different areas helping her to behave socially in a way that actually let's her share how sweet and loving she is. I can't say enough good things about Angela, truly. 15/10 highly recommend!!

Angela was the best day care provider for my dog, Honey! She gave lots of loves and walks. She was attentive and took care of all Honey’s needs while in her care. It was fun getting periodical pictures of my dog’s activities during the day. Angela is accommodating, friendly, reliable, and professional. I would highly recommend her services.

Loved it! They were very accommodating and friendly. Our dog loved it and made a friend too. The space they have for the dogs is pretty big even for a big dog. We are using them again already for another trip we have planned! They will even send you photos of your dog if you ask how they are adjusting to the other dogs and space

Trusted our dogs with Happy Tail this past month and it was their first time at any kennel. Happy Tails did incredible! One of our two dogs has severe people anxiety but the team were positive, patient, and caring. They suggested a trial night and took their time letting ‘Z’ warm up to them in his own time. After the trial and the full stay, when we came to pick the dogs up, Z was wagging his tail, running to them, and just a happy guy. With the space to socialize safely with other dogs, run around, and generally be comfortable, our dogs basically had their own vacation! Thanks team!

First time dropping my boy off overnight. I was more anxious than my dog Spock (husky/shepherd) was. These guys know what they are doing! Ensured my dog was up-to-date all vaccinations and fecal tested prior to allowing him for test night. Dog was happy to see me and taken well care of. Will use Happy Tails for sure! ~ Greg LaMadrid

This is what a tired puppy looks like after a day at Happy Tails. Today, we introduced our seven month old GSP named Bullet to Happy Tails. We dropped him off in the morning... Paul took the time showing us his facility and operation. We had a very good impression and were excited for our pup to spent the day in doggy paradise . It’s great that the dogs get to play and socialize with each other all day in a wide range of spacious areas. During the day, Paul kept us updated how Bullet was getting along. After pick up, he gave us a quick recap of the day. When we got home, Bullet got a nice brush and immediately went into deep chill mode. A good dog is a tired dog! We’ll continue to bring our pup to Happy Tails. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Was a relief while traveling to have our three dogs here. They have huge fenced fields for outdoor running and play. We left our dogs here for about a week and they were great at keeping communication via text message throughout the stay. They also provided videos/pictures of the dogs. Our dogs are picky eaters and one started refusing food and they worked with us to adjust their feeding and try different additives and things to get them to eat. They play area is outdoor with some coverings but this is western Washington so they came back honestly cleaner then we were expecting but definitely don't expect them to be spotless. Be realistic with your expectations and know your dogs are in good hands. Would love to have our dogs stay with them again in the future.

The people and services at Happy Tails are both top notch. We've been a long time customer and have recommended Happy Tails to many others. They have been a trusted partner and truly care about the well-being of each of the dogs they care for. Their facilities and large yards are great for providing the exercise our little guys need, and they always come back looking happy and like they had a fun little vacation from their parents!

Excellent.! we have 2 Rotweillers and they treated them like they're own. Anyone who knows Rottys know they are not shy. And you would be able to tell if they didn't have fun. I think our Female would have stayed there if she could. She played with the other dogs the whole time. Our male likes people more than dogs and they knew that so he stayed with the staff. Most of the time. They know how to handle our pups. And they are better dogs from the experience. I would highly recommend them. And anyone who knows Rotweiller owners know they're not shy either. I had heard and read great things about Happy Tails initially, and was excited for our dogs to spend a week in their care; but unfortunately in our case the hype did not live up to it’s name. Paul and Tina were great on our trial visit, and the place seemed clean and we were happy with what we saw. Upon pickup however, the condition of our dogs proved otherwise. One dog came home with the goopiest, yellow eye infection that she certainly did not arrive with; so bad that one of her eyes was swollen and crusted shut. It was also clear that no effort was made to dry them off (they have long, wirey coats) after running around in the wet muddy yard, which means they came home with matted/stinky/itchy fur (I’m sure this probably contributed to the eye issue as well). I was disappointed that no effort was made to treat the eye problem, despite their claim to administer veterinary care should it be needed - the medicine was $20 and I would’ve been happy to reimburse. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

After a terrible experience with hobodog in Bonney Lake I found Happy Tails in Enumclaw. Upon arrival to check the place out I notice large fields of grass for dogs to run and play in, nicely separated to keep the big dogs with the big dogs, and the little ones with the little ones. They were happy to show me the inside of the facility so I could see where my rottweiler Zeus would be sleeping. The inside was modern and clean. Each dog has a good sized kennel for when they're not playing. When Zeus stays there, one of the workers often times takes pictures of the dogs playing and posts them on Facebook. It's nice to see while I'm gone that Zeus gets to have some fun with other dogs. I can tell that the workers at Happy Tails are responsible people and love their dogs. I trust them with Zeus.

A first-class dog boarding kennel. The handlers really care for the dogs that they watch over. We can see our dog picture from their Facebook page. They’re always quick to respond to any questions about your pet.

Theresa and Charlie are the best. We bring our Corgi there once a week and she looks forward to it. She really gets excited when she arrives. Buffy is everything to us and we know she is in caring hands when she is there. They vet all the pups before letting them join the pack. Big outdoor area with swimming pools for the pups. Our dog loves this place! We have been going for over a month now, and our dog has learned daycare days. He gets excited in the morning to go, and grabs his leash. The owners are fantastic, great genuine people, treat them like their own.

Amazing place and staff. The owners and the staff truly love what they do and 100% care about the dogs. I've worked at a few daycares and no other daycare has cared about the safety of the dogs and is as strict about what dogs are let in. It really is all about the dogs and not the money with this couple. That's rare. I would trust them with my dogs 100%.

LPC boarded my dog (and she had never been boarded and is 6 years old) with love, great care, and kept me apprised of her well-being while I was overseas for 7 days. It is the first time that I have ever felt 100% at ease while boarding a dog. The owners and their staff are top notch at what they do (taking care of dogs) and the facility is 5-star. My dog was with the "medium sized, lower key, dogs" which was a perfect fit for her. My dog did need some extra "love and attention" and LPC owners made sure she got it! LPC is the BEST dog boarding facility I have ever used.

Love this place and love the owners. My dog enjoys his daycare experience there very much. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The dogs get lots of room to run around and be silly.

My mini Aussie loves playing at LPC! Theresa and Charles love their daycare dogs and give them a great workout each day. They even give them a rinse after a hard day of playing outside.

Our chocolate lab loves staying here. Always comes back happy and tired. We've used them for years now and it's always been a great experience!

Pet Concierge is awesome. They have a great setup for the dogs with room to run. The owners are excellent and they truly care for the dogs. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth is wonderful with my dogs, and love her!! I trust her so much with my fur babies that she’s actually dog sat at my house for several days. She has an amazing attitude about taking care of my babies. Can’t ask for more.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She took great care of my Guinea pig for a few days while I was out of town! She followed all of my instructions and gave my furbaby all the care and attention he needed. Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. We fully trust Elizabeth for future vacations and it has truly provided us with ease knowing we have someone who will love Cotton close to as much as we do. This was such a a great place! Even though my cat was very upset about being boarded and became extra spicy, she was still taken care of with such love and understanding! I would definitely recommend this space for someone looking to board their cats!

Arlene Arlene! I mean guys! This woman is an ANGEL! So, I'm an over the road truck driver and I was freaking out cuz I had just gotten some news and needed to get off the truck and head to surgery. First, she calmed me down. Then she asked me what it is that I needed. I could hear how busy she was but she made sure to show me that she was here for me, no matter how crazy her day was. Now we all know that this is the holiday season so I CANNOT imagine how many cats she has, how many people she has on the waiting list (last time we talked she had 70 so she's a big deal), or even what HER own personal holiday plans were. Have ya'll ever thought of that?! We're all so busy freaking out, needing someone to watch our pet but what about them? Anyways. So Arlene made a miracle happen to fit me in her already impossible schedule, where my two boys needed to be taken care of for two weeks, while I undergo surgery. Then, my plans of where I was going to stay to heal fell through, so everything had to get cancelled and I just broke down. Arlene was there to console me. She went above and beyond helping me find solutions. As soon as she heard that the boys wouldn't be coming, she no longer had to communicate with me! But you know what guys, she has checked on me on more than one occasion! She shared pics of her own personal babies, each with their own story. The love she has for these felines is like no other. I have never seen anyone so in love with these creatures, as I am. Aside from Arlene's awesome rates, just talking to her for those few minutes, you'll know that your fur baby will be safe because this woman loves what she does and even told me that she wishes she had started this a long time ago. One can hear the passion and fervor in her voice and laughter. I know where to put my babies when I come visit WA for sure!

Arlene cares for your cats as though they were her own, which gives great peace of mind while traveling. When my flight was canceled and I had to extend my stay several days, Arlene was very accommodating even while packed with holiday bookings, and gave them comfortable lodgings in her office until they could get back into one of the cat condos. Despite the travel uncertainties, it was a huge relief knowing that my cats would be well cared for until I could make it back. Very responsive with any questions, knowledgeable about caring for cats with medical conditions, and sends regular updates and pictures on how your cats are doing. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be sure their cats are comfortable and well taken care of while boarding!

Arlene is awesome! She is so knowledgeable and loving with cats. The cat rooms are spacious with windows, multiple platforms for them to climb, running water fountain, and soft/quiet music playing. I don't worry about our cat while we're gone at all because I know she's in good hands.

I've never been here but.. Aaahhhhhh cuuuuuute. Reminds me of that episode of Trailer Park Boys when bubbles opens up Kittyland. 5 out of 5 stars would bring my cat, as long as Garbage Land doesn't open up next door

Let me start off by saying that our cats are our children. My fiancé and I were in the process of selling our house and wanted a place to board our kitties during showings and open houses so they didn’t get outside by accident. Arlene took AMAZING care of our babies. She was patient with our kitty who is a little unsure of new places and people, sent us pictures and updates everyday, and made sure they knew they were loved while they were away from their people. It was also comforting to know that they weren’t in a cage, but had a room and a window to look out (with a water fountain!). I 1000% trust her with our babies again and we are so thankful for the amazing care! We will recommend cozy kitties to all our friends and family.

My two cats stayed here over the Christmas to New Year's time period. The owner was amazing and my cats really enjoyed their time there. They came home happy and healthy. I was kept up to date nearly daily with how the cats were doing. Update 5/26/23 Still love going here. This has become the only place i bring my cats when i need to leave them behind for a weekend or for a month.

This was my first time boarding my cats ( a 10 yr old and a 3 month old) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Arlene was very punctual and responsive, quickly answering any questions. I love how passionate Arlene is about cats. I was so nervous about boarding my senior cat because he is anxious and has very poor vision. Arlene was kind enough to send me pictures of my two boys and give me updates during their stay. Best of all, both cats really enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this Cozy Kitties!

I was nervous about boarding my senior lady kitty. She is 15 and hasnt been boarded for 10 years. We planned to be out of town for 7 days and I didnt want my girl to be home alone as she gets lonely.
