Victoria and Hayden did a fantastic job of looking after my two aging kitties while I was away for two and a half weeks. I was particularly grateful to have such reliable sitters as one of my babies has reduced kidney function and needs extra attention and dietary supplements. Victoria and Hayden managed to give him a paste (which he hates and struggles to get away), and fiber powder (which he is also not super keen on and thus needs some coaxing) every day while I was away and never expressed any difficulties. At one point, Bailey was eating less than normal and they let me know and together we tried another approach to get him interested in his food again (which worked and they let me know how he was doing). Communication was good before, during and after the trip. I really appreciated Victoria and Hayden making the extra effort to arrive the day before my departure so that we could meet and go over the cats' routine together. It was immediately evident to me that they would take good care of my two kitties and look after the house, and that is exactly what they did! Not only did Victoria and Hayden do a good job cat and housing sitting, but they were also incredibly understanding when the hot water heater stopped working and we were unable to find a solution to the problem working together over the phone (indeed it ended up needing to be completely replaced!) Overall, a great experience for both the kitties and me and I hope they come back again in the future!

Beth was absolutely amazing - from the moment she arrived I knew Gus would be in good hands. Beth offered to arrive a night early in order that she and Gus could get to know each other and he would be comfortable with her once we left. Gus was immediately at ease around Beth and we didn’t worry at all during our trip. Beth even made Gus’s meals extra special with a heart shaped ham garnish (his favorite!) on his food ❤️ The house was spotless when we arrived home - she had washed all of the sheets and towels and re-made the bed for us. Best of all, she left us a little piece of “artwork” that Gus made as a memento - we have it on display in our living room. Thank you Beth!!!

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.
