We love Hounds Town. Our dog has been coming here since she was vaccinated enough as a puppy, and as her anxious aggression has evolved this is the only place we can take her where she enjoys being (no dog parks, etc. work for her anymore). The trainers here are the only people other than our family who she can be around. We are so grateful for the love and care they show her. The pictures after each daycare day are so cute, the facility does amazing events, and the director Chelsea keeps everything running smoothly and always updates the pet parents. Our dog comes home socialized and tired which we love!

Love hounds town they’re so friendly and amazing at what they do! They care for your pups as if they are their own, we always take our pup there and never had any issues and they post daily photos on their FB group :) so you can see what your doggy is doing

Most friendly people ever. My pup and I felt welcome and like family immediately. I was explained everything step by step. We could really tell they loved their jobs. Bruce was so playful and happy. Very reasonably priced and no pressure from staff. The one thing I wish differently……I’d like to see camera’s and livestream put in!!!!

Hounds Town strives to meet needs of all parents and pets! They work with anxiety prone animals and always keep your pets health in mind by grouping by attitude and size. Every time we pick our pup up we get a report about things she did, as well as a boat load of pictures! Location is clean,indoors and beautifully new. Staff is LGBT friendly and very inclusive to all families I have seen! Safety gates and double doors are in place to keep pets safe. We thank the whole staff for helping our pup become the best she can! In just a few short months of going our pup is out of her lonely funk, let out her energy, is no longer afraid of men or new places and let’s her personality shine constantly. Bless houndstown for their proven results in being a great day care that actually has the pets interest in mind!

Awesome boarding facility!! We've been boarding our 5+ large dogs here multiple times a year since 2021 and it's been a great experience each time. Staff is super sweet and friendly, facility is clean and modern, boarding program is well-run and competitively priced, and location is great. We love seeing photos of our happy dogs posted each night! It's clear whenever we drop off or pick up our dogs that the staff love each one of them, and that the dogs enjoyed being there. We recommend HoundsTown to all our friends and family!

Hounds Town is a great and reliable place to take your dog for either daycare or boarding. They share photos daily in their fb group, which makes me feel so better about leaving my pup. They are responsive on fb messenger which I love. I can't always call while at work to make appointments, but being able to message them is so convenient. We've tried many facilities and found that HT is the best one in the area. Although it may be a little more pricey, I know my dog is in good hands when he cannot be home with us.

My dog LOVED her boarding stay at Hounds Town Sanford. The dogs stay in play groups most of day, and just go in their “town houses” for meals and bed. My 9 year old sassy husky turned into a puppy again, loving every second of play groups and was joyfully exhausted when I picked her up. The 300+ pictures a day of all the pups playing is also a huge perk.

I brought my three year-old Siberian husky in not spayed And apparently they can neither trim her nails or wash her and she’s up-to-date on all her vaccines and she’s the sweetest little dog Don’t waste your time here like I did Pathetic business

Hounds Town is the best dog daycare we have ever been too. We have 2 Dobermans with tons of energy and when we pick them up from hounds town they are exhausted. They are so good with our puppies and they love going to daycare.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was immaculate! So impressed with Hounds Town! My Sadie loved her visit and she is looking forward to going to daycare there

First and most important, the staff actually loves our fur babies. The facility is clean and organized. If my babies can't be with me, this is where I want them. The entire staff ALWAYS creates a safe and comfortable place for my girls.

As with mostly all Pet Paradise locations, this one is clean and well run. Our doggo seemed to have a great time. He came back with a small cut on his leg maybe from rough housing with the other dogs. He will heal fine though wish they had let us know upon pickup. Otherwise, awesome place.

I wanted to wait to write a review because it is easy to just write something as soon as you get out of training with your dogs. It really depends on the owner to continue the training. I brought 2 dogs (Snickers and Brownie) into Pet Paradise Board and Train for the 28 day program. Snickers really was a good smart dog and was really doing training for foundation and an emotional support dog for Brownie who had no faith in humanity as she was beaten and thrown from a car and ended up finding us. Then we found Caroline. Snickers was a star student in owner training days and with Caroline Brownie, not so much. After coming home and continuing training and learning about Brownie and her behavior triggers thanks to the foundation set by Caroline we are at greater than 90 percent back to loving humans. It’s been an incredible learning experience and and even more incredible journey all laid out by Caroline. If you think your dog will be “fixed” when you get them back you are wrong. You have had a strong foundation set by Caroline and YOU must continue that journey of consistency and love to support and build on what has been set for you. Never forget you must be listening to her as much as the dog listens. Doing that, it is more than worth every penny paid.

Staff were amazing. Took amazing care of my sweet boy. He had so much fun he immediately passed out as soon as we got home. Special shout out to the beautiful young lady who checked me in & out & entertained my son. Diesel Vin had a great time! :)

We put our puppy Jack Russell Terrier Stella who is 18 months old in Sanford, Florida Pet Paradise! They give dogs 30 or more minutes to run around with other dogs her size. Pet Paradise has cameras in the play rooms…day before yesterday a young girl employee watching the dogs….this girl put her foot under Stella’s belly dropped kicked her belly and raised her off the floor…yes we saw it happen. Today a different lady would put Stella in a time out into a tiny cage. We had Stella in a VIP Suite.

I have been using Pet Paradise for about 11 years with my dogs. I ALWAYS have a great experience with them. The staff is awesome. I take Beau in at least once a month for baths too. I love this facility

I have an extremely anxious dog. Loud noises scare her; it takes her awhile to warm up to strangers; the list goes on. With all of her quirks, we love her dearly. So trusting someone to care for her while we’re away on vacation was always a fear. I have now boarded her several times, and she always seems happy and playing with other dogs on the camera. The second time she went for overnight boarding, she happily went inside. The staff called me if there was any issue, took my worried phone calls, and reassured me she was doing well. This place has been amazing. It’s so nice to know she is safe and happy while we’re away. The staff really seems to enjoy their jobs. I even watched one of them get into the pool with the dogs at playtime. It gave me a good laugh! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Nice, clean environment. My pups loved the interaction with other dogs and they match up their personalities in order to place them with the correct temperament of the other dogs. I would highly recommend this Paradise for your furry family. This is the perfect place to take you dogs and feel like they are at home.

With the grooming, the only requirement I had was to blow dry my Golden’s fur straight. Unfortunately they had ignored my request (which I told verbally, written down on the grooming sheet, and submitted on their website). It’s really not hard to do since I typically do it myself at home. The first picture is when I picked her up from boarding & the 2nd pic is when I groom her at home. The boarding facility itself was great. Lady LOVES the water and would swim all day if possible. However, she is also very well trained so she needs the “okay” or encouragement by a person in order for her to jump in the pool. I mentioned this at check-in, and it seemed like this didn’t get communicated because when I loaded the webcam, she spent her time circling around the pool, looking at the humans, waiting for someone to give her the “okay”. At pick up, I asked about the pool and one caretaker did say she got in once during the 4-day stay but just stood in the shallow end. That’s not like her, so Lady probably felt uncomfortable like she was breaking the rules or something. I usually don’t give reviews, but this was just a mixed experience given how luxurious the facility is. I wanted to take her to a top-dollar place so she could get the best care! I think if we try Pet Paradise again, I will schedule for more individual plays so the team can get to know her better.

I have used fetch for almost 3 months and they have been my saving grace . I absolutely love them . If you are in a situation where you need reliable people to take care of you pet , They are definitely the one . Give them a Try I promise they won’t disappoint.

We recently switched from Dogtopia doggy day care and boarding to having Laura's team visit our dogs at home. Garrett did a fantastic job with our anxious pup and we felt comfortable leaving our pets in their care.

Absolutely thrilled we found Laura The Pet Nanny to look after Molly the Wonder Dog on our recent vacation. We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

I have had Laura and her team for 4 years caring for my boys. They are great with communication! They are responsible with keys and codes, and always, always, come within the scheduled time! The boys love seeing them walk in the door.

I'm so thankful for The Pet's Home! I got a new puppy last year and forgot how much work it is. I love Daisy so much, but I also have a full-time career and I love to travel. Laura and Jessica have saved my life! They are so kind and sweet to my dog! They accommodate my crazy work schedule and provide daycare sometimes throughout the week and take her overnight if I'll be out of town. They are very responsive, kind and I totally feel comfortable when Daisy is with them! They even send me pictures to let me know Daisy is having fun. She loves being with all the other dogs, running around and going swimming! Laura has even helped me with a few behavioral problems that come with all puppies. Daisy is 15 months old now and feels like Laura's is her second home. I highly recommend this business to anyone that cares for their pets! You won't be disappointed!

Laura and her staff have watched my kitties for many years. I have total confidence and trust in their ability to bond with my pets, closely observe their behavior, keep them active and keep them safe. Laura and her staff are comfortable with both young and senior animals and are proficient in medication delivery when necessary. On occasion Laura's acute observation skills have allowed her to detect changes in my cats that require veterinary visits. Whether we are gone for three days or three weeks, we receive a daily note about our cat's well being and a photo of each cat. I highly recommend Laura the Pet Nanny and so do our furry friends !!!

We never worry when leaving our two cats in the care of Laura the Pet Nanny and her wonderful crew! We've used their services several times, scheduling basic visits (about 20 min long) while we've been out of town. Each of their visits is followed up with a text message containing photos and a thorough update on both cats. Our pet sitter followed our instructions to the letter, and went above and beyond by feeding our fish and picking up packages as well. I so appreciate Laura the Pet Nanny. If you can't tell, I highly recommend this business.

My wife and I used Laura the Pet Nanny's Pet Taxi service for our wedding day. Her and the team were awesome, a member of her team came out a few weeks before our wedding and met me and our dog and went over the plan and schedule for the day. The same team member came back on the wedding day and brought our puppy to the wedding and stayed until the photos were done and then took the pup back home. The team member went above and beyond making sure to wear black attire and was very helpful and ready to take the pup in out of photos as needed. I would highly recommend Laura the Pet Nanny

Where do I start??!! Roll Over is exceptional! Our 2 year old has been here almost daily since he turned 3 months old. He has been treated like her own and we never worry while he’s in her care. His breed is known for separation anxiety and therefore he is never (ever) left alone at home. The environment that has been created here is secure and fun for our boy. Our dog eagerly looks forward to each visit, and we truly value the individualized care he receives. In fact, when our boy hurt his tail, she went way over and above for months to help us treat and wrap his wound daily which helped us tremendously. I highly recommend Roll Over for both daycare and boarding. I can’t imagine a more suitable place for our beloved pup!

So I decided to take some time after the incident before writing this review. After moving to Florida, I found Roll Over due to the closeness to my new place. I took my dog here several times with no incident. One time, when picking him up, I was told that my dog suddenly had a UTI and blood was found in his urine. I had dropped off a perfectly healthy dog and I have a habit of monitoring his bowel movements and not once was there blood in his urine. Not even after. That should've been what I needed to never take him there again, but you know what they say about hindsight. In July, I took my baby there again as I was going out of town for my birthday celebration. Again, I dropped off a perfectly healthy dog. And not even a full 24hrs later, I'm getting a call that my dog needs to be rushed to the Emergency vet because they think he may be going into kidney failure. I'm sure anyone who loves their pets can understand how terrifying and confusing a call like that can be. It quickly became one of my worse birthdays. On my way to the Emergency vet I'm getting updates, but while the vet was telling me one thing Lanina (the owner of Roll Over) was giving me her own diagnostic. She kept trying to push the kidney failure narrative. She seems to like giving medical diagnostics despite not being a vet. In the end, it was ruled to be heat exhaustion/heat stroke. The owner then tried to say that the hospital staff were trying to make her look bad. I asked for all video footage with my dog from the time I dropped him off to when they had to take him take him to the vet... I have yet to receive it. Instead, she showed me partial videos where my dog was outside for minimal amount of time claiming that there was no way he caught heat stroke in that short amount of time. I would've liked to receive the full comprehensive videos so I could make that judgement for myself. I was never given the opportunity. 2 weeks after the incident I get a text. You'd think it would be to check on the well being of my dog, but it was not. Instead, she wanted to know about the collar and leash that was used to take my dog to the ER vet. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson. My dog will not be returning to Roll Over. I cannot and will not risk my dog like that again.

Found this cute place thinking I'd be able to support a local business. I made a reservation to drop my dog off for a temperament test for 4.5 hours on November 13th, 2023 at 10 AM before they could babysit him for my trip. Took my baby there and waited for 30 minutes. The sign still said "closed" at 10:30 AM even though business hours are from 9 AM to 7:30 PM. I rang the bell, called their number multiple times but no answers. I left a voicemail for them to call me back because I didn't want to wait around all morning. Not only that they didn't call me back but they also cancelled my dog's reservation without informing me. Updated: The owner personally reached out to me informing me of their recent hospitalization and handled the situation accordingly. I'd like to give Roll Over another chance.

Sent my 8 month old pup for day care and could not be happier with the service! She was picked up at home promptly and dropped off to our front door at the end of the day. Copper is extremely high energy and does not do well being alone, making it very time consuming to make sure she gets enough exercise. But 40 minutes after coming home, she was spent! And I love that she gets to interact with other dogs!

We absolutely love Roll Over. The nannies are all so dedicated and clearly love their jobs and all the fur children. Their caring clearly shows in every interaction! This is so different from my previous experiences with doggie daycare and boarding. Benji gets to play his heart out all day long. He is so excited to come here and he comes home happy and tired. The report cards are wonderful- I honestly get more info on how Benji is doing than what I would get sometimes from my kids’ daycare. We have also used the transportation services and they are reliable and prompt. Wow, could not ask for better care for Benji (and a better experience for us). Thank you to the whole Roll Over team. You are so appreciated.

My dog, Levi, loves to go to Roll Over because the staff treats him like he is their own. They know how to handle his loud personality and his playfulness. Even though there are closer dog-boarding facilities where I live, I rather drive the extra time so that my dog can feel comfortable.

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

We left our 18 month old Shiba Inu with Shannon and her family while we traveled out of the country. Our pup had never been away from us and we were very nervous. Shannon put our minds at ease with updates and communication. Our pup was not easy for them; but they treated him with love and made him part of their family. We couldn’t have been happier! He even had a little personalized doggy bag with turkey treats when we picked him up! So happy with this wonderful experience!!

We are new to the area and were very nervous about leaving our furbabies with a new sitter but from the first 5 minutes after drop off I was already at ease as she sent me a picture of our anxious baby all settled in and cozy in his bed. They both came home happy and she cared for them as if they were her own dogs. They were sent home with festive bandanas and homemade treats. Shannon is amazing!

Shannon is the absolute BEST! She was recommend to us and was able to take our Golden Retriever the next day for four days. It made us feel so much better he was not at a traditional kennel and instead with a family being loved on, able to run around freely on five acres playing with the other dogs without being crated. We appreciated all of the photos and videos of his time there too. He came home happy, tired, and squeaky clean after his bath with the cutest (hand made!) bandana on! She has a true passion and love for the pups she cares for which clearly comes through. I’m so happy we found her and I know our fur baby is too!

Shannon and Family took exceptional care of our Kiddo "Merle" recently for 4 nights. At first, Merle was a little "worried" as he came from neglectful previous owners and had been through a lot while in a kill shelter - Shannon recognized his anxiety immediately and helped calm him right from the beginning - all while keeping us informed - In no time he was fitting in and having a great time. Shannon has always been really responsive and professional and sends pictures/videos while we’re away to let us know he’s having fun. She really pays attention to the details too! My son came with me to drop Cletus off once (who is really into superheros) and she sent Cletus home this weekend with a Spiderman bandana, which my 3 year old was REALLY excited about! Shannon is also an excellent conversationalist and really outgoing, making her someone I could easily becomes friends with. :)

I am so happy I found her to take care of my furry kids while I am out of town. I received updates while they were there, and was sent home with the cutest care package. Her Daughter noticed my one doggie had anxiety, and she gave him extra attention in an effort to make him feel better. I truly could not ask for more than that! I also spent time getting to know the owner, and as a person I find her truly amazing. My boys were safe, loved and cared for. I could not have been happier with her professionalism, response time, and care. They will be back for a visit very soon!!

This is the best place for your dog. Shannon is the loveliest human and you will instantly feel like she’s a family member, the family member you actually like. I would never leave my pup in anyone else’s care. She sends constant updates and pictures of your dog because she understands how tough it can be to be away from your pup. If I could give her 6 stars I would. She is a REAL dog person… you will not regret taking your dog to her and her sweet family.

Winter Park Paws can not be beat. I have taken my pup to other places and he's one of tons of other dogs and he smells like pee when I pick him up. At WPP he gets monitored play time with a manageable group of dogs, gets a naptime in a cute little suite (not a crate), and he smells GREAT when I pick him up. Not only that, but I get cute pictures and descriptions of his day with a daily report card. Alicia and Chelsey are making constant upgrades to the facility to ensure our pets are getting the cleanest, healthiest environment available. They are also incredibly responsive to all messages, no matter the urgency. Lastly, they have fun activities planned for every day such as photo ops, kiwi day, pool parties, and more which promotes engagement and entertainment. High marks for the staff and facilities at Winter Park Paws! My dog Oli attends daycare at Winter Park Paws and can't wait to get through the front door every time we arrive. He LOVES his time with the staff and other dogs. The staff are amazing! When boarding for a weekend or longer, they have taken special care to work with his anxiety in the evening. We always get daily reports about his day complete with photos of he and his dog pals! I highly recommend Winter Park Paws! They are awesome! P.S. Expect fun around the holidays for your furry friends - for both Halloween and Christmas they had costume contest complete with fun photos to cherish!

The only place we trust with our baby! It's true - Winter Park Paws truly cares about your family member. Our puppy has been going there one day a week because she loves to play with her friends. When she boards overnight we know she is well taken care of with a private suite. We can check on her via camera and we get a daily report via text/email every time she visits. The facility is very clean, communication is exceptional, and you interact directly with the owners. We feel very confident our baby is well taken care of when she is there. Don't look any further - you will love this experience for your fur-baby.

Sushi, our French Bulldog fur baby has an absolute BLAST while attending Doggy Daycare or Boarding at WINTER PARK PAWS. The staff is super excited to see their fur clients upon arrival-you can tell they adore the animals, they are extremely professional and welcoming. The facility always smells fresh and clean, which we really appreciate knowing that Sushi has a safe/clean space to play. Having the shaded astro turf outdoors ensures that Sushi doesn’t have any allergy exposure to regular grass/pesticides. We love that our family gets daily updates/photos and notifications of our pups active day. We have personally recommended Winter Park Paws to many friends and family!

My dog Pickle absolutely loves coming to daycare here. Before we even leave the house it’s like he knows he’s coming and is so excited, he drags me to the door every time! It feels good to know he has a place that takes such good care of him and that he enjoys so much. He also stays for overnight boarding and I love that he gets to play all day and is tired and ready for alone time at night. It has really made him such a social pup and great with all dogs. The owners are caring and responsive and treat him like their own. I’m so glad I found this place!

My husband and I have 3 dogs and have moved around a lot as a young couple. With that said, we have tried so many different dog daycares and boarding establishments in the past. But none have come close to giving us the comfort, professionalism and peace of mind as Winter Park Paws. We’ve been consistent weekly customers of Winter Park paws for the past 6 months. In that time, they have watched and cared for our 3 dogs in the best way. We even took a few vacations and tried their boarding service as well. They gave us daily updates for both daycare and boarding. They took many photos of our pups and are very active on their Instagram which was great to discover! We could always check on our dogs and see how they were doing. They always have the biggest smiles on their faces when they are in the care of Winter Park Paws. You can tell all the employees are well trained and they’ve all loved our dogs fully & work very hard to give the best service possible. We were also happy to find out there was an onboarding evaluation before being able to be clients in their facility. They care that all the dogs that interact are in a safe and positive environment. They care about the well being of their client’s animals above all else. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for the best care for their pets, you won’t regret it! Our dog, Benny, loves his time at Winter Park Paws. He has attended daycare and recently had a week boarding stay. Benny's boarding happened during a Hurricane and the staff at Winter Park Paws were communicative, helpful, and thoughtful, about the necessary inclement weather procedures that they practice. A huge benefit we have found with Winter Park Paws, is that they are all-inclusive, during his boarding, they provided a camera for viewing, he attended the doggy daycare, he participated in their daily 'treat' activities, they sent daily updates via an app, and Benny had an individual room to settle and sleep in. Winter Park Paws is everything we were looking for in a caregiver for our Benny!!

Winter Park Paws is the best you can find as far as boarding and daycare services go. They are caring to the dogs, serious about their safety and go above and beyond. I recently was abroad for 2 weeks and the team sent numerous photos and updates while I was gone to make sure I felt peace of mind. I left both of my golden retrievers with the team and they were well taken care of and had the best time. If you are looking for good people that are in the business for the good of the dogs and not the money, this is your place. Thank you WPP!!

Fantastic boarding experience for our 6 big dogs at fair prices! We fly 8+ weeks a year and have to board our dogs during these times. We know they are loved and called by name here. They are treated kindly with their individual quirks in mind. In photos, they look happier than they've ever been at other boarding places. The staff, especially Shelley, are super caring and professional. We highly recommend this place and will continue to use them.

One of the best Doggy Day Care places around. The staff is friendly and my dog loves it there. When we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited and drags me to the front door to go play with his friends.

My dog was so scared of groomers and getting her nails trimmed. Now she loves to come in and be pampered by these wonderful groomers . They do an excellent job and go above and beyond to care for my furbaby! Thank you to everyone that helped my doggie enjoy her baths and nail trims .

Initially brought my niece dog here about 6 years ago for boarding and she has been a doggie daycare (and occasional boarding) client ever since. The whole staff is kind, caring, and treats the fur babies like gold. Also having the groomer onsite is also very convenient. We can't say enough good things about the Pampered Paws facility.

Peanut always loves coming to Pampered Paws!! A group of people who actually get to know and love your animal is all I could ever ask for in a place like this. I love that she isn’t in a cage all day and gets to play with her friends. Getting Report cards and being able to see the cameras is so awesome!!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I would not recommend this place. My senior healthy pug Yogi was only 13.5 years old. He was very healthy and active. My veterinarian was even surprise to hear the unfortunate news. He died while being boarded. I believe he passed away due to a heat stroke because he is an indoors type of dog. I’m sure the staff genuinely care about the animals however are very understaffed. I decided to board my pugs here while I was out of town for 5 days and on the 4th day I received the worst news ever over the phone. One of the reasons I decided to board my pugs there was because they advertised doggie cams. My pugs were kept in an area that did not have a camera so I was very disappointed. I recommend hiring more staff in order to have more one on one care for all animals there. Overall my experience motivates me to open my own doggie day care that will not neglect the animals.

J.J. loves Pampered Paws and is always taken care of by top quality staff. They made room for him last minute, and he never wants to leave.

My dog absolutely loves this place! He is so excited to go there and never wants to leave. I love that I can watch my dog anytime through cameras on the internet. I can see how much fun he’s having. They have a large yard for the dogs to play in. The staff is always so good with our dog. They are happy and excited to see him each time. They are also very flexible with boarding schedules. I have called with a 1 day notice to board our dog and they always accommodate us. I love the late pick up the next day without adding another day’s charges. I’m not charged for him playing with other dogs, like some places have charged me. You may not think the front of the kennel looks that special, it’s nothing fancy, but it is one of the best spots in central FL to take your dog for daycare needs or boarding!

Your staff was negligent in every aspect of taking care of Tuffy who was our family member. How in the world can you call your self professionals? Your whole staff should be ashamed and learn from this incident. At this point, we are going to do whatever we can do to make sure that Tuffy’s story is known, and to make sure that this doesn't happen again, No one should every board their loved ones with your business. RIP Tuffy…
