Our 18 month old excitable Bocker Alfie stayed with Libby and family for just over a week. Good communication and virtual tour of the property/garden initially on booking. Alfie was treated like one of the family pets and loved socialising with the other dogs, long walks and cuddles. On collection Alfie was very content and think he would have happily stayed another week. I have no hesitation in recommend Libby and have booked again for next year. 5 stars. Xx

Our dog Tiny has been going to Libby at Milton K9 Services for the past 8 years. Libby is absolutely fantastic in taking care of Tiny he has so much fun with the other dogs, is well looked after and becomes apart of their home and well walked on a daily basis! The setting is totally immaculate with plenty of space throughout and a large garden. Tiny never wants to come home at the end of the day and I can safely say Milton K9 is his second home. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this 5 star company.

I would recommend Milton K9 Services to anyone who wants their dog to be as happy on holiday as they are. I wouldn’t be so content leaving my dogs anywhere else and know they love staying there - it’s like a second home to them and Libby treats them, as she does her own dogs, with love and care. Happy dogs and happy owner.

Excellent Doggie Day Care! It warms my heart to see how happy my dog is when he knows he is going to K9 for the day. As soon as I tell him where he’s going, he is by the door wagging his tail in anticipation. It is wonderful to have complete confidence that our much loved pooch is in safe hands and is being well looked after. K9 are a godsend, don’t know what we would do without them! Can’t recommend K9 highly enough 🐾

The first time my boy has been with Saran and her family… Kacey seemed to be totally comfortable and Saran sent me photos of him whilst I was away. I know Kacey had a slight issue, but Saran made me feel ok about that. I will 100% take Kacey back there x

My Ned absolutely loves his days at Saran’s house, and is always very reluctant to leave. You can see from the pictures that he makes himself at home! He can be a bit of a handful, but Saran understands dogs and knows how to manage him. I frequently leave him both for play days and overnight stays. It’s a brilliant service that I can 100% recommend.

We couldn’t ask for better. Saran and her family are amazing! I was nervous about leaving our Jack Russell puppy but knew it was best for her while we were at work. I’m so grateful we found Saran, she put my mind at rest straight away. She clearly knows and loves dogs very much. It’s great for Flo to socialise with all the other lovely dogs every week. She had a great time playing and running around in their huge garden. Saran always keeps me updated with photos and videos which I really appreciate. Thank you so much.

I highly and truly 100% recommend Cuddles and Tails, Saran is a wonderful, extremely kind person. Before I knew her I was becoming rather stressed and worried that I won’t find the care, love and attention for my puppy 🐶. One morning at 4am I woke up really stressed and I had to find someone so I searched on Facebook and I found Saran, the reviews won me over, I rang at a reasonable hour and the minute she answered the phone I felt completely at ease. My puppy is 5months old and he has been at Cuddles and Tails twice now and he has so much fun, Shadow and I feel so welcomed, it makes me want to stay and join in the fun. Saran is so good she sends me videos and photos of Shadow throughout the day which I absolutely love. Saran does what I ask and very happy with any instructions which help with my puppy’s learning. Honestly it’s very hard to find a person who will take on puppies and she is very happy to do so. I am so glad I find this wonderful place. Xx 😘

We feel so so lucky and greatful to have found Saran! Our dog Wilbur is a very active, loving, crazy dog with so much energy, who can struggle to settle in new places. We were really struggling to find a good fit for Wilbur, but then found Cuddles & Tails daycare! He loves being there, and always comes back tired after having such a good time with all the dogs! Saran always sends us loads of pictures and videos of him playing and him napping with her and her family - it’s so lovely to see. He’s now a regular visitor, and recently stayed for nearly 3 weeks whilst we got married! Could not recommend enough!!

My usually clingy and nervous cocker spaniel had a wonderful weekend staying with Saran and her family. This is a warm and caring home from home environment for dogs, with huge space to charge around together outdoors. We got lots of photos and videos showing just how happy Dottie was! I would recommend Cuddles and Tails to everyone and we will definitely be back!

We wanted somewhere Monty could stay for 2 weeks while we attended a wedding abroad, but we knew he wouldn't like a normal kennels. On a recommendation from a friend Monty had a trial day, to make certain he fitted in, followed 2 weeks staying with Saran and Rob. While there Saran sent us videos and pictures of Monty playing with other dogs which put our minds at rest. Next time we go away without Monty, we would not hesitate to use Cuddles and Tails. I can’t imagine finding anywhere better for my precious dog’s holiday. Cobweb had a fabulous time. She was well looked after in a perfect environment. Sarin is caring, well informed and great fun. Her dogs get on well with others. She sent regular messages and photos. I recommend Cuddles and Tails to any dog owner. We’ll definitely be back.

We were let down last minute and needed a boarder for our 2 spaniels, for 3 days, Saran and her family were wonderful and so accommodating. We quickly arranged a meet so the dogs could get a feel for the place and they settled very quickly, even with 2 very different personalities! My puppy is a ball of frantic energy and neediness, she was in love with the resident dog and the open space. My old boy is a lovable grump who can hold a grudge like there is no tomorrow... so much so that he didn't want to come back with me as he had bonded so well with Saran! We were kept updated and sent many pictures during their stay. Couldn't have asked for better :)

Our nervous dog is settling well at Saran's, she's helping his confidence grow and is really knowledgeable. Saran sends us photos throughout the day too which is always welcome!

We needed help with walking our two Labradors, Blue and JJ. They have health issues so we were very worried and wanted a person(s) who would be caring and sympathetic to their walking need. Well we struck GOLD - it is such a relief! We Love Pets are fantastic; and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisa, Ann and Emily have been walking Blue and JJ for many months so you know we are talking from experience. Blue and JJ love going for their walk and are treated with much love and affection.

Lisa was absolutely brilliant in looking after our little boy while we were on holiday. He was so well cared for and came home happy and beautifully well groomed. We have no hesitation in placing him with Lisa as it’s so reassuring to know that he’s in such good hands. He’s already booked in for our next trip away.

Lisa looked after our lovely black lab whilst we enjoyed a week away . Watson clearly had a lovely time with Lisa and her family . It is so reassuring to know that Watson will equally have a great holiday when we go away in the future . Over the last 3 years, Sarah and her wonderful team have taken fantastic care of our two cats for us when we've been away on holiday. We always receive lovely updates and photos when they pop in which is great for peace of mind! Gill particularly has been extremely patient and caring - we have a very shy and nervous moggy and Gill has totally won her trust, quickly becoming a firm favourite! It's great knowing that the cat's are so well looked after when we are away, I couldn't rate them highly enough.

I cannot recommend highly enough, I have just come back from holiday and left my 4 cats in their care and wow! Daily check ins, photos and updates, and extra special care for each of my cats individual needs and many quirks! Every possibility is planned for, they are super helpful and I have never felt as calm leaving my pets with anyone - including my own family. I have already booked in for covering my next holiday! One very happy customer and 4 very well look after and contented cats. Thank you!!!! 🤩

I wouldn't leave our little Iris with anyone else. When Sarah comes we can go on vacation and we know everything is going to be fine. She always sends a lot of photos and videos in which you can see that they are having a really good time.

Absolutely brilliant service, updates everyday with photos and videos and I come home to a perfectly happy, well cared for cat. All cheaper than most cattery's and my cat doesn't get stressed being able to stay in her own surroundings. Used Furry Little Rascals several times this last year and Sarah and the team have worked around lockdowns and altered flights without a problem at all. 100% recommend

Sarah is just most loveliest person, she made us feel so at ease being away and leaving our 2 kittens and other cat for her to look after. Every day she sent such lovely/funny updates of what our 3 boys had been up to which was so great to receive when your on holiday and missing you furry friends. I can’t praise Furry Little Rascals and Sarah enough! My two dogs adore her and their weekly walks. One of my dogs is anxious and makes herself known wherever she goes and this has led to other dog walkers not wanting to take her on - but not Sarah! From the initial meeting Sarah was patient and accepting of both my dogs and their individual needs, whether behavioural or physical. She always goes at their pace and is always willing to continue with any training that you have started with you furry friend. I highly recommend you get in contact if you are looking for a friendly, reliable, caring and trustworthy walker - you will get some great photos from each walk too!

Sarah and her team have been helping us look after our high-energy Australian Shepherd and our two cats for over a year now, starting when the puppy was about 10 weeks old. In addition to the regular dog walking sessions, they have helped us out in emergencies and when we had difficulty walking the dog because of Covid and they have house sat. Sarah herself is highly professional, incredibly capable, absolutely full of energy (I don't know how she does it!) and incredibly kind and fair to both the animals she looks after and to us as their human owners! She has excellent judgement when it comes to dogs and dog walking and I always feel that our dog is safe and happy with her. Thank you!

Robbie is an absolute star! Walks our two dogs in all the awful weather thrown at him with a smile and our dogs love him! Robbie also comes in and looks after our indoor cats when we are away and it’s always spotless and they are happy cats! This was the first time I have used Petpals services and Robbie was an excellent cat sitter for Mitzi. He is very caring and made sure that Mitzi was well looked after. Robbie has looked after our 3 cats a few times now, whilst we have been on holiday. They much prefer home visits to being in a cattery and they seem very relaxed and happy with the visits! We always come home to happy, healthy and loving pets!

Barkers Home Boarding has provided an absolutely outstanding service for our spaniel Lottie over the past three years. A truly wonderful place to board your dog in such a beautiful private setting and safe, secure surroundings. Our dogs absolutely love it, they howl with excitement as we turn into the lane leading to Barkers, they leap out of the car and don’t look back! They completely adore Jamie and her wonderful walks, she is totally professional, so kind and capable and we feel a huge relief knowing that they’re in her competent hands whilst we’re away. We’ve found nowhere else comparable and would recommend Barkers without hesitation.

Archie's been going to Barkers twice a week for day care and regular sleep over's for 5 years now and he loves it! There's not even a backward glance when we drop him off. He's grown into a sociable obedient good boy and that's largely thanks to Jamie who is amazing. We can't thank Jamie enough for giving us piece of mind and our boy such fantastic and fun adventures, and tiring him out too! Barkers is the best dog care we have ever used. Jamie has provided a place for our Springer Spaniel on numerous occasions and each visit has been extremely positive. Our springer literally bounces out of the car when we arrive and quickly settles in. The care provided is exceptional and we would highly recommend Barkers for either day or boarding. It is home away from home for dogs.

Zoe has been dog sitting my dog Magic for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier. Zoe’s really is a home from home for Magic and when I am away I know he is very happy and safe. Zoe completely helped us out on our wedding day. She went above and beyond to make our day as least stressful as possible. This was the first time she met our dogs and she created a really nice bond even with our really shy dog. She put them at ease and sent us regular updates. Zoe kindly boarded in a house that we had rented so we and her weren’t familiar with it. Never-the-less this didn’t phase her and she went out of her way to meet us at the house the day before. Zoe’s correspondence was efficient and professional. She was really kind and flexible with changing plans and timings. Zoe gives regular updates and is welcoming and friendly. The dogs are well looked after and my velcro vizsla has difficultly leaving her to come home! My other dog is more shy and takes longer to settle but I feel Zoe understands them well and I feel confident they are safe and happy until I return. Thanks Zoe!

We found Zoe just by accident as many dog minders did not have any spaces and we had been let down at the last minute after booking a holiday abroad - that was definitely the best thing to happen to us - as we would never have found Zoe at all. Our dogs - Olly and Archie fell in love with her straight away - so we knew our boys would have a great time with her and her family. A lovely person, very calm and knowledgeable about animals. We needed someone to look after our two dogs for a few hours while my wife and I attended a funeral and we couldn't have have found anyone better than Kay. The dogs are not used to being left on their own and they were not in their usual home, but were happy to be left with Kay and weren't at all stressed when we returned. Kay visited the house the day before to meet us and let the dogs get to know her, plus was very prompt with her arrival on that and the following day. She made us feel comfortable in that there was no pressure on us to return by a certain time. Very highly recommended!

Kay was lovely our 2 cats took to her straight away , we were away for a long period so there flea treatment needed doing to all done and kept upto date. I highly recommend Kay and val who also covered some of our time away. I felt very relaxed knowing that Jasper and Sasha were in good hands. Kay is extremely passionate about her business. Kay bonded extremely quickly with our 10 year old rescue husky and was flexible to meet our dogs needs. We would highly recommend, it’s reassuring to know your loved pet is being treated like royalty. Home Pet Care is a professional business, fully insured and doing it for all the right reasons. Our husky has two visits per day and gets really excited to see Kay, that is all we could ask for.

Kay came and took care of our small and excitable one year old puppy for us while we stayed at Chewton Glen hotel back in July. From our first contact and through to meeting her, we knew we could trust her with our pup and we were not disappointed. Kay came to Chewton Glen and walked him around the grounds for 2 hours while we got married, and when he returned we had a very happy and tired boy who had obviously had a wonderful time! Kay took the time to meet him first and get to know some of his behaviours, and he then happily walked off with a wagging tail! This is a great service, and we are very thankful we found her and would not hesitate to use her again should we be in the area and need a similar service. Thank you again!

Kay has been amazing! We needed dog care at short notice and kay bent over backwards to help us out. Our grumpy chihuahua who normally hates visitors took a shine to her almost immediately. Kat at Home Pet care is a complete blessing. It is always weird letting a stranger into your house to look after pets when on holiday. However, I can safely say Kay is a magician with pets I would definitely say a "pet whisperer". I have never seen my pets calmer! She is kind, caring and so thoughtful. Giving updates when needed. I really cannot recommend anyone else. Because she 'cares'! What is better she is even highly qualified in pet care (and botany, who knew?), given one of my pets is old and has a few health issues and she even watered my plants! Kay is fantastic - This is the first time I have ever left my aging - 17 and 14 year old Siamese (They wear jumpers) with anyone else. Kay made sure they had hot water bottles, jumpers on, medication, clean litter tray and plenty of food and TLC. I will never use anyone else in the future. Thank you very much Kay.

I was delayed by a day in Florence because of an accident but I texted Sophie’s and Adam responded immediately. They stepped up like troupers and continued to feed my cat without drama or fuss. We have been using Sophies Pet Care since August for our 2 dogs, Scooby and Bentley. We do a lot of the dog walking but they do 3 walks a week and both dogs love it. It has helped with them getting used to other dogs again. The team at Sophies are simply the best and nothing is too much trouble. Really impressed by what they do and how they do it - thank you!

If you are looking for an amazing pet sitting service, look no further than Sophie's Pet Care. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are extremely professional with a very good team of nannies working for them. I have used them for quite a few years now and both my dogs absolutely love going to stay with them and their nannies. It is a home from home experience for them and therefore I can relax and not have to worry about them. Sophie takes on board all their traits, likes and dislikes so they are looked after the same as I would look after them. Their on line booking in system is very user friendly and makes booking so easy. I totally recommend Sophies Pet Care and so do my dogs!!!

We have recently been having our young boy Lab (20 months) walked with Sophie's Pet Care 3 times a week. He thoroughly enjoys the forest walks and, as he is being walked with other dogs, it has really helped with his dog socialisation.

Thank you ever so much for taking such good care of our cats and guinea pig. We have been away and we're always nervous of leaving them in a cattery, but Sophie's Pet Care came twice a day, in the comfort of our fur babies own home. They kept us updated and the utility room was lovely and clean when we got home. Thank you, will definitely use again. Lots of love from Loki, Leonardo, Alfonso and Cloud :)

Other reviews seem favourable hence why we chose Sophies to look after our cat and fish while we were away. Wish we hadn't bothered now as we ended up over £600 out of pocket. Could not manage to empty a litter tray correctly just removing the solids and tops of clumped litter meaning the entire bottom layer of litter was solid. This resulted in her refusing to use the tray and peed on our bed instead. Depite trying to get it cleaned and using enzyme cleaners the mattress could not be saved and had to be replaced at a cost of over £600. The scoop was right next to the tray, no attempt was made to contact us (we were in the UK and both mobile numbers were provided). I know the response from the owners will cite "stress" but I strongly refute this - she has never peed anywhere but the tray in her 7 years even when we had new central heating replaced by several plumbers, storms, fireworks etc etc. Yes, we were given a refund for the £65 we paid out but that didn't even cover the cost of trying to save the mattress. Overall the service was a huge disappointment and an expensive lesson. Might I suggest you stick to walking dogs?

Sophie's Pet Care have been so helpful over the last couple of years since I have been using them for dog walks. They always manage to fit us in when I need help at the last minute. The best thing is that my dog absolutely loves his walks, the other dogs and all of the rangers! I couldn't be without Sophie's so THANK YOU!

Whether it be a mid-day walk whilst we're out working, or a holiday whilst we're away, the team are so friendly, trustworthy and reliable we know our dog is nothing but looked after. We were very much impressed with Sophie's Cats. They mix efficiency with understanding of and fondness for cats. We returned after 10 days away to find the place clean and tidy, and two well groomed and happy cats. Use this firm : You won't get better.
