Sandrine and Sebastian were very good at communicating before they arrived. They were warm and relaxed. They communicated during their stay with photos, which was reassuring. When we returned, the house was spotless. They were respectful and so thoughtful. Would recommend them to anyone and would use again.

Camille sat for our senior dog for a week. She is friendly and was flexible and accommodating of our travel schedule. She was responsive and kept in touch over the sit and reassured us with updates and photos of our dog. Our home was in perfectly clean condition when we arrived home, which was so lovely. What a joy to have Rosie and Carlo looking after my cuddle monsters and my home! They arrived bearing gifts from their region and settled in like family. They were caring and careful in everything they did. Though the weather was ghastly they still made sure that Lédon had a good walk and didn't slob around in his bed on on the sofa all day. Violette made herself scarce as she didn't want her medication, but was friendly when necessary. Rosie and Carlo took me to the station, collected me and on returning home they had a delicious meal on the go. I can't praise them enough but just say I was tempted to leave with them. I hope to see them again. Thank you so much. XX

ISO wonderful pets needing TLC while you travel
Leanne and Peter took excellent care of our two energetic huskies - going on long walks with them everyday. They also left the house spotless, and waited for us to return to do an in-person handover. I would highly recommend them for future dogsits :).

Jean is a very reliable, friendly sitter. We were able to go visit our family in the states for four weeks plus a week trip with friends here in Sicily. He speaks Italian, English and French so we knew he would be able to get around and that if a cat escaped Jean could find help. He also tightened the handles on my pots and pans as well as fixing a couple other things just because he could 🙂. When we returned the cats went right back to our routine. The only thing that could have been better is the litter box needed fresh litter in it... but other then that we would have Jean again. I love that he is just a good person. He is the kind of sitter who you wish you had a little extra time and room so you can hang out with them. We wish Jean all the best on his adventures.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
