Pet Sitting in Beechertown

English below Quelle chance d'avoir eu Carole et Gaétan comme gardiens! Carole et Gaétan ont tout deux fait carrière en Santé et au premier abord, vous percevez leur altruisme... leur besoin de répondre à vos besoins et de vous permettre de partir en vacances en toute quiétude. Notre première rencontre s'est faite via Facetime. L'excellente communication et les atomes crochus étant au rendez-vous, nous avons du coup convenu qu'ils seraient les gardiens de notre chat Charlie et de notre maison. À notre demande, Carole et Gaétan sont arrivés en après-midi le jour précédant notre départ pour faciliter la transition pour notre cher Charlie, nous permettre de passer à travers le guide de bienvenue et se connaître autour d'un repas. Leur arrivée a été très chaleureuse et spontanée comme si on se connaissait depuis longtemps. Charlie qui est plutôt timide avec de nouveaux venus s'est tout de suite approché de Carole pour se laisser caresser puis, en relevant la tête, Carole, infirmière retraitée, a alors vu la jeune cicatrice chirurgicale sur le genou de mon conjoint Robert!! Ce fut une rechute instantanée pour elle: Spontanément, elle a donné de précieux conseils médicaux à Robert pour protéger sa cicatrice durant nos vacances à la mer. Quelle générosité et quelle chance pour nous! Pour ce qui est de la soirée, elle fut des plus agréables. Robert et Gaétan étaient tellement centrés sur leur conversation que le poulet est resté un peu trop longtemps sur le BBQ mais ce n'est pas grave car ensuite, durant le repas, nous avons réglé les problèmes du monde entier. Durant notre escapade, Carole a pris soin de communiquer avec nous quotidiennement en nous envoyant des petits mots et photos et elle nous a avisés de l'heure de leur départ qui s'est fait quelques heures avant notre retour tel que nous l'avions convenu. À notre arrivée, nous avons retrouvé notre chat en pleine santé et notre maison immaculée. De plus, les serviettes et draps avaient été lavés et les lits faits. À l"extérieur, les fleurs resplendissaient. Carole et Gaétan, ce fut un immense plaisir de vous rencontrer et nous espérons avoir le bonheur de vous revoir. At our request, Carole and Gaétan arrived in the afternoon the day before our departure to facilitate the transition for our dear Charlie, allow us to go through the welcome guide and get to know each other over a meal. Their arrival was very warm and spontaneous as if we had known each other for a long time. Charlie, who is rather shy around newcomers immediately approached Carole to let himself be petted and then, when she raised her head, Carole, a retired nurse, saw the young surgical scar on my partner Robert's knee!! It was an instant relapse for her: Spontaneously, she gave valuable medical advice to Robert to protect his scar during our seaside vacation. How generous and how lucky for us! As for the evening, it was most pleasant. Robert and Gaétan were so focused on their conversation that the chicken stayed a little too long on the BBQ but that didn't matter because during the meal, we solved the whole world's problems. During our getaway, Carole took care to communicate with us daily by sending us little notes and photos and she informed us of the time of their departure which was a few hours before our return as we had agreed. . When we arrived, we found our cat in great health and our house immaculate. In addition, the towels and sheets had been washed and the beds made. Outside, the flowers were resplendent. Carole and Gaétan, it was a great pleasure to meet you and we hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again. Thank you both very much and good travels and sittings! Laura was an outstanding pet sitter. She took excellent care of my dog and provided needed medication for him daily. She understood the directions of my greyhound's routine and followed then beautifully. He really bonded with her and he slept in her room while we were away. It was so reassuring that Laura was so comfortable with him. She texted me daily to keep me abreast of his activities. She even took him out with her for dinner one night. She was so kind that she left a monogrammed collar sleeve for him. She also left a treat for my boyfriend and I! I only wish that she lived closer to us so that we could see each other on a regular basis and my sweet dog could play with her. Laura kept our house in immaculate condition and her attention to details were really appreciated. A pet owner would be lucky to have Laura sit for their pet. Patrice

Julie and Michel did a fantastique job while I was in Japan. They kept us up to date with beautiful pictures of the pet and the daily activities. We highy recommend them and for sure they are at the top of my list now . Thank you

Traci was a fantastic sitter! We came home to very happy dogs and a very clean house. She went above and beyond bringing treats for our dogs, keeping them snuggled while we were gone, and tidying the house before she left. Our dogs were the happiest we've seen them after a sitter in quite some time! I think they may have been disappointed we came home :-D

Jacquie was great. She took care of all my animals just as I would and took them for walks. She is very dependable and caring which is a huge plus. She even helped me out with a dental appointment. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and she is welcome to stay here anytime she is in town. My dogs love her and would sit next to her instead of me.

Have Renee and Jean applied for a house sit with you?? Congratulations!! You have hit the house sitter jackpot! I cannot say enough good things about Renee and Jean. What better review than to say that we were delighted to have them back for a second sit, and hope that they will be available again in the future. We have two high energy dogs and a super sensitive one as well as a very elderly cat. Renee and Jean juggled all of these special needs with so much finesse that I think our dogs miss them more than they miss us. The house was impeccably clean, all the plants thrived, the ancient cat had more spring in her step. Not only are they true animal lovers, but they know what they are doing. When we travel, we are often in remote places and difficult to contact. It takes a very special kind of house sitter that let's you feel 100% confident that they can handle whatever comes up. Renee and Jean are in that elite category. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Vicki is a great pet sitter - I highly recommend her! I've had numerous sitters and she's definitely amongst the best when it comes to communication, and attention to taking care of my Bootsie and my home. She sent both photos and videos, and was helpful in paying attention to what Bootsie was and wasn't eating and drinking (he's been persnickety lately) and letting me know. She works remote so it was also great knowing that Bootsie was getting more time with someone in the house than you'd normally expect. Additionally, Vicki was understanding and helpful when I had to ask her a favor to do two personal things for me, things I'd normally never ask of a sitter. I trusted her right away, in part because I know she is a pet parent herself, as well as a sitter. I returned to find my home clean and my kittykins contented. Would love to have Vicki back again if she ever wants to spend more time in Boston!
