Crème de la crème! Hands-down John and Susan were masterful caring for Karma our 8 year old Airedale who has quite the personality. They came a day early to review procedures and get acquainted with the house. They were exceptionally thorough, asked a lot of questions to gain clarify and to ensure expectations were met. And they were, in fact, they exceeded expectations! They managed Karma as if they were an extension of me. They sat with her in the middle of the night for hours during a thunderstorm. They cleaned and bathed her after she rolled in poop. They played relentless search games with her and took her for long walks daily. She looked like a happy girl in all the pictures. When we arrived back home, the house and gardens were immaculate. The plants were thriving quite well. John and Susan are amazing individuals all around They are fun to converse with, comfortable and easy to get along with, interested and interesting people. I highly recommend them for any kind of a sit with or without pets. I’ve already asked them to come back if they find themselves needing a place to stay, they’re always welcome!

Matteo and Manon are a very sweet and reliable young couple who were keen to practice their English before going travelling to Australia. They communicated very well with us on the run up to sitting for us, and they had read and understood very well the welcome pack and our instructions for looking after our fur baby. They are very sensible young adults who don't drink or smoke. Even though this was the first time we have used this service, I felt very confident leaving Clyde with them. They sent us pictures and videos each day to reassure us that Clyde was well and happy. Sandy & Ben are really lovely people and they took great care of our home. We couldn't have asked for a nicer couple to house sit. There was more to organise than we had expected which they took in their stride. When we had a leak in our roof for example, they did a fantastic job of managing the water damage and then helping to co-ordinate the repair. Between Sandy's organisational skills & green fingers, and Ben's DIY, there was no task too great. Their dog Bella is really sweet, we had serious pet envy, and they left the house absolutely spotless at the end of the sit. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

A great experience with Charlotte taking care of my three cats for two periods of around ten days. Charlotte is completely invested in what she does, she knows and understands our furballs, adapts to each person's character and their needs. All this allows our absences to be sweeter to them. Highly recommended. We have a very reactive minibull, with a duplicate difficulty with the bowl. Charlotte managed this situation perfectly, although it was not easy, knowing that we have 5 awkward dogs as neighbors.
