Dogs vs. Cats? I could never choose. I'll take both!!
I would give Leann and Rachel ten stars if I could! They did such a great job with Winston. He's still shy around strangers but he warmed right up to them. They made the extra effort to take him with them for all their adventures around Berlin, which included public transportation, restaurants, and sights. I can tell he had a great time, as he loves being with people once he knows them. We got tons of pictures and updates, the communication was perfect. They also took the time to come a day early which gave Winston a chance to get to know them and it was lovely getting to chat with them without a huge time pressure. Genuinely wonderful people. Bonus points that the apartment was clean when we got home and laundry was started. I cannot recommend them enough! They are welcome back anytime.

Tanya and Kevin are simply the best. They have sat for me before, and although it had been well over a year since my dog Lupe had seen Tanya, the connection was instantaneous. The pictures she sent while I was away will be treasured. The only downside to such great sitters is that for several days thereafter, Lupe appeared sad that they were gone. Oh well. PS - My house is better than when left it.

Dan was beyond wonderful to watch our dog Demi while we attended a family funeral. After meeting via Zoom, we had true peace of mind that all was going to be fine at home. We enjoyed spending time with them at either side of our 2 week holiday and they are both lovely and very interesting people. Crunchie was well looked after and we received the requested updates every couple of days whilst on holiday. She enjoyed her carers so much she opted to join them for a walk even after our return! You certainly will not be disappointed if you choose Melissa and Hiten and our house was extremely clean and tidy on our return. Rachel and Raul were wonderful house/pet sitters! We really enjoyed getting to know Raul over dinner the night before we left ( we’re sad we missed out on meeting Rachel. Our biggest priority when traveling is knowing that our pets are cared for and given big love. We can always tell the quality of pet care by how happy and peaceful our pets are when we return, or whether they seem nervous and frazzled. All 3 cats and our dog were delighted to see us and got right back into their usual routines. They seemed very content and that means the world to us. Our home was well cared for and we really appreciated the daily check-ins and photos! We would highly recommended Rachel and Raul and would invite them back any time!

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

We boarded our two pups here while we went out of state. We were nervous leaving them for the first time, but we were glad they got to stay together. We appreciated getting photos and updates on how they were doing while we were gone. Also, our flight got rescheduled to another day, and Country Home was able to extend their stay last minute, which we were very grateful for. We were pleased with this place.
My dog only stayed one night but in comparison to other boarding facilities we have gone to in the past , he has had the best demeanor after leaving this one. We are very pleased! Plus , you cant beat your dog having their own house and yards. I love it.
I had a wonderful experience here & so did my pup! The staff was very friendly & welcoming. I dropped him off on a Wednesday afternoon and picked him up Tuesday evening. She bathed him & trimmed his nails for me (at my request) before I picked him up too! She sent me pictures a couple days into his stay and let me know he was doing great. It was nice not having to worry about him while we were gone. Would highly recommend Country Home Pet Boarding & will be using them again in the future! 🙂
Our dog loves coming here. As soon as we get out of the car, she runs to Meghan. She is well cared for and very happy when we pick her up.

Our 2 pups are always happy to board here. Love that they have their own yard and they can go in and out. Since using Country Home Pet Boarding I never worry about boarding our pups! They are well cared for!! Megan is super nice and our crazy pups love going to see her.

My goofball golden doodle kept sticking his nose through the fence to visit with his neighbor. He scraped his nose and they moved him to a different cottage hoping to limit his behavior and treated his scraped nose. They were in contact with both myself and my emergency contact. I would definitely use them again. So very kind and great at communicating information right away.
It was first time we had to board our dog for so long (20 days !). I was very nervous because Tex is spoiled and very hyper dog and has never gotten cage training. The private cottage with doggy door and small yard is a great idea. Our dog came back to us happy and in a great shape. I highly recommend Country Home Pet Boarding. We will be back in the future !

Such a great place! I was so nervous to be away from my dogs for a few days, but I trusted this place and the owners when I met them. Jane was so helpful and has thought of everything to keep them safe. She sent me regular updates, which I greatly appreciate! The cabin was air conditioned and the fencing well made, so I knew my dogs were safe and comfortable. I also loved that it is in a nice rural area. Thank yall so much for taking such good care of my dogs for me. :) They came home so happy!
Absolutely the best place to take your animals!! Jane and her Husband are the best. I had no worries when leaving my animals with her. They groom just perfect. My fur babies have always been so nervous about being boarded or groomed anywhere but not here they are excited when I say lets go to the spa, my little girl dog jumps into Jane's arms!!!!

Our fur babies love coming here for their spa day, and for a mini vacation from us. Jane and her husband are absolutely the best people to work with, they care for your pet as if it was their pet. While boarding our babies here the cabins are always clean and well taken care of.
This is a great place to take your dogs for boarding when you need or want to go out of town. The dogs have their own air conditioned/ heated house with a bed and radio. The houses have fencing around them, so the dogs have their very own private area. The owners take pride in their work and are eager to have your dogs with them. There is also a groomer on site who can bathe, or groom your dogs before you pick them up. Overall excellent place.
This was our first time of needing a boarding place for our dog. We are so glad we chose Garden of Eden. Their facilities were amazing and they took such good care of Boomer. And while he was there, we had him groomed. The best cut he has ever had. Can’t say enough good things about them. We will definitely be going back for grooming and or boarding.
Garden of Eden Pet Resort is, in my humble opinion, an Eden on Earth for my 3 pups! I take my standard poodle there for grooming; Jane and Tim are fantastic, loving, kind people. My rough and tumble weimeraner and terrier lodge there in the special- designed red cabins....with air conditioning! Each cabin has it's private porch and fencing. It is a "country" setting.....no concrete, loud traffic or hub-bub. Love the owners!!!
This was such a great experience. You can tell they love dogs and know what they are doing - so professional and friendly! If I could give them more stars I would. I'm so happy with how they gave my two Pekingese who were such a mess the very best treatment. And the coffee was great! Thanks so much, guys.

Our fur babies were very loved on and spoiled. They loved staying here and we loved seeing how happy they were. We loved how great the communication was throughout the whole boarding process. We were kept up to date on how our dogs were doing and felt at ease knowing they were well cared for. Our boys will definitely be back!

Amie’s at home pet care was AMAZING! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and lovely! Our pup loved his time there and they gave us beautiful photo updates. We've been taking our little buddy to Amie's and he has an absolute blast while he's there. Amie even sent us some photos (see below) of his stays! He always is tired and ready for a nap after a day at daycare. So worth it!
Amie is very professional and kind. Also she offers many other services and have a very good space. She’s organized and sends updates with pictures. Dogs (and cats) are never alone. Staff is there 24/7. It’s her home. My dog is always happy there.
We just can't say enough about the AMAZING service and care Amie gives our big ol' Wally!! Recently we needed to have Wally stay with Amie and ended up having to extend his visit their 3 different times!! Amie could not have been more cooperative, patient and understanding during a stressful time. Knowing our anxiety ridden Wally was in the best hands possible took a huge weight off our shoulders!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Barker Heights! We were stationed at Fort Hood for 3 years and our dog Zoey spent so much time here for daycare and boarding. The staff are amazing and loved our dog like their own. I always felt reassured going away on a trip that she was in very good hands. first time I board my 2 dogs i was worried all those 7 days. they were perfect.well feed and they did not want to leave.
We've taken our pets to numerous boarding locations, but once we found this one there was no going back. Our pets are always happy to see us but not as stressed as with other locations. Easy drop off, pick up and professional staff.
Best go-to boarding service when my wife and I need to travel for business/leisure. They always take great care of our dogs and they are exhausted when our dogs come home with us form the boarder. They have taken care of us when Rover and others are over capacity. Also reasonably priced compared to other boarders we have used in the past.
I believe I have already reviewed this place once, but another one will not hurt; Leo is now a regular at this place, and I love that when we get there everyone remembers him and greed him like he is back home; he loves it there, whenever I am going out of town and can't take Leo, I know he stays in his second home and the price is very affordable
I have known a couple people that have boarded there with no problems whatsoever. I have also called and spoke to office about boarding my two dogs and thought very professional communication. I just wanted to say that things happen no matter where your pets are and I actually will board my two dogs here when I go on vacation. I look forward to my pets having a nice environment to stay when I can't be with them

Rebecca and her team are fantastic and making Penelope feeling safe and comfortable.
