What a joy and an honor it was to have Phyllis and Jerry care for my home and my pets. I could write an epistle to describe in detail how much they did and how well they accomplished each responsibility. Our correspondence began many months ahead of my posted dates. Throughout this time, we stayed connected, and as we got closer, we shared more details about my home and care for the pets. Response time was prompt, friendly and courteous. They were incredibly flexible and understanding when I had to adjust my flight time and date. They arrived early on my departure day so we could have time for orientation, lunch, and conversation. Phyllis and Jerry were meticulous in following the instructions I left for cat and home care. They were dedicated to assuring me that things at home were going well by sending pictures of the cats included with special vignettes. They were respectful of my home and took great care of everything as if it were their own. For example, when the hose unexpectedly burst in the back yard on a hot day, they carried water in a bucket to my young Arbor Vitae trees. They are the kind of people who go the “extra mile” based on their high values and elevated work ethics. When I returned home, everything was glistening and spotless. The carpets had been vacuumed, the laundry completed, the dishwasher and waste baskets emptied, the stove shined, and the kitty litter was scooped and cleaned. My fur babies were happy and relaxed, an indication that they had excellent care while I was away. A delightful surprise was the colorful Autumn gift basket and note they left on the counter. I highly recommend Phyllis and Jerry in every way. They exceeded my expectations and fulfilled every task. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and fun to be around, and both have had a wide variety of experiences that translate into good common sense and wise decisions. It was truly my privilege to have the opportunity to meet them and to benefit from all they had to offer me, my home, and my cats.

We booked Joanne and Rick in January. We had a great interview and booked them at that time. I kept in touch through the next couple of months. Joanne was very responsive and a great communicator. When they showed up at the scheduled time, we hit it off right away. Indy was very 'taken' with Joanne and I knew it was going to be fine. I asked for a picture or two each day. They took Indy on hikes almost everyday and I got great photos of him and the beautiful scenery. The house was just as I left it, neat and tidy. It was a pleasure to have them stay in our house. I felt that it was going to be a good sit and it was. I would definitely recommend Joanne and Rick and would have them back any time.

We were very lucky & thrilled to be able to welcome back Jim & Lana to look after our three boys and the house for a second time and for our longest trip away so far (5 weeks). Even better to come home to chilled doggies & a clean house. Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Kuldip exceeded all the expectations we had from a Zeewoi. She took over from another sitter when we got stuck out of country due to a family emergency. A highly energetic person yet extremely organized, she easily matched the energy level of my 2-year-old Border Collie Pavo. She not only exercised him multiple times every day, but even him bought him new doggy toys and treats (much appreciated!). She got along very well with our neighbor and with their combined help Pavo got a much needed doggy bath! With her by my dogs side we were worry-free and able to focus on our family needs. Lastly, she left a pleasant surprise when we came back home. Our home looked squeaky clean and beautifully organized. Kuldip is a gem of a pet sitter and we would love to have her back for our fur baby without any hesitation. I highly recommend her!

Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
