Clare and Matt were absolutely brilliant sitters, as all their other glowing reviews suggested. Their communication was just right, not too much or too little. They arrived on time, and asked lots of good questions about the sit in preparation for our departure. And they were an instant hit with our dog Jasper. We had complete confidence in them as we left, and they sent us occasional updates of Jasper throughout our two week holiday. Nothing was a problem and they thoughtfully checked our flight was not delayed before leaving the house in perfect condition (immaculately clean) for our return home. Clare and Matt are both really lovely people who I cannot recommend more highly. Jasper was clearly very well looked after, as was our home.

Another wonderful sit with Claire and Joe. My dogs are always so excited to see these guys again as they always know there’s lots of fun in store! One of my dogs is almost 14 now and Claire & Joe came up with a creative way to help her enter the back door without slipping, which we have decided to keep in place permanently. When you have two dogs at different life stages, it can sometimes be a challenge but both dogs’ needs are always fully met - long walks for the younger one and short ones for the older dog; patience when the older one climbs stairs, and preparation of softer food for her ageing teeth! Our house was pristine as always when we returned and we shared a lovely meal together. The flowers were a lovely surprise too! We consider Claire and Joe to be the best of the best and we look forward to future sits with them. 100% recommended!

Conscientious and caring family with a love of all animals
Jennie & Alan house/ pet sitted with their daughter over the August bankholiday, which should have been a gorgeous summer weekend but storm Lillian had other plans. Jennie & Alan weren't phased by the weather which blew the bins over & lots of branches on the forest tracks but none of this stopped them enjoying days out & activities nearby. The house was lovely & clean on my return home with bed linen,towels all washed & drying- a few things out of place but Jennie was quick to messege me when I couldn't find things. The birds & cat seemed happy on my return & seemed well cared for in my absense- I appreciated some good photo's & updates on progress whilst away. I was pleased the house plants & greenhouse had been watered as guests often forget that duty. It's a pity we hadn't had an in- person contact handover at the start of the sit due to arrival timings but I sent video & written instructions to help them find everything & they where quick to ask if they needed local or other information. I'd happily have them to return sit & so glad their daughter enjoyed the pets & garden :)

She is a calm and gentle lady - she understood and met Dasher’s needs and he was very chilled when we got home. The house was immaculate on our return. Peter and Jean were absolutely fabulous. They loved our ducks and our ducks LOVED them! They cared for our house, watered our pots, grass, garden, greenhouse and vegetables beds; keeping everything alive in this very warm weather the UK has been enjoying. A month is a long house for anyone and they 100% cracked it. We would have them sit for us anytime.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Amanda was the perfect housesitter and pet sitter for our cat. She is organized and communicative, and took care to ensure she understood the guidelines for taking care of our home and our cat. Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! The house was left in good shape and it's clear that Angela is organized and reliable and clearly loves her pet charges. Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap.
