The first contact with Eva was very easygoing. We got to know her via WhatsApp call and instantly had a good feeling. As she was visiting one of her sisters, we could arrange a handover of keys with the sister because we needed to leave earlier than it was possible for Eva to arrive. Generally everything was uncomplicated. She sent us daily updates of Chico and left the flat super tidy. She put down the beddings and prepared them to be washed. We can definitely recommend her for any other house sit.

Before the sit, we had a video call to get to know them better, and their warmth and professionalism put us immediately at ease. They were so organized and kept us updated throughout their journey, letting us know about their flight bookings and bus arrivals—communication was flawless. During the sit, they went above and beyond by sending us plenty of videos and photos of Tui, which completely reassured us that our pup was having the best time. It was so comforting to see Tui happy and well taken care of, which really allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip. When we returned home, the house was in perfect condition, exactly as we had left it. It was like we never even left! Kirsten and Marcel were simply amazing, and we’re so grateful for the care and love they gave to Tui. This experience exceeded all our expectations, and we highly recommend Kirsten and Marcel to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and professional sitters. I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Melanie and Steve were excellent house & pet sitters. They sent me so many pictures of my 3 cats without me even asking and it made me so happy to see them enjoying their company. I'd say out of all the house sitters I've had, they spent the most time with my cats which means a lot to me. They are kind, easy to connect with and I'd welcome them back anytime. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!

Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. I highly recommend Janis and you will be fortunate to have her as your sitter.
