Mila, despite her shyness, felt so relaxed and at ease that she was even laying down with M&B on the sofa, asking for caresses and being brushed. All this was documented with pictures and videos. Marielle has definitely an extra touch with animals and this helps a lot especially if you have shy mates. Our apartment was left perfectly clean, tidy and all the laundry done. Recommended 100%. Helene is the ideal pet sitter. She is experienced, reliable and capable. She engaged with my 5 animal family members in a caring and confident way and immediately became firm friends with Lucky the pet sheep taking her walking each day. In addition Helen carefully followed the summer watering schedule so that my plants were in good health on my return. Our communication was good before and throughout the sit. Helen left the house clean and tidy with some little treats in the fridge. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive and worry free pet sit or a more welcoming return to my home. one happy couple who's loving pets and travelling
Sophie & Sébastien stayed in our apartment for a long weekend. From start to finish things could not have gone more smoothly. They were easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to messages. We left for our holiday before Sophie & Sébastien arrived, but based on our earlier phone call were confident that our cat, Casey, would be in good hands. Sophie & Sébastien sent us regular updates and photos while we were away, and they left the apartment spotless upon departure. They even left us some kladdkaka (chocolate cake), which was much appreciated when we returned home after a long train journey! All in all another great zeewoi experience and I would not hesitate to invite them back to Lund!

Mathilde recently came to watch our baby, Pompòm while we were on a trip for nearly 2 weeks. She was great and our baby was in good spirits when we returned. She was good with keeping us posted and sent us pictures and updates during the trip. On top of that, our place was super clean when we got home, which we appreciated. She was a great sitter to have for both our baby and our apartment.

Corentin did a great job taking care of our Lulu. It was clear she missed him when he left. He sent us pictures of their walks and kept us posted. She was well cared for. We had a communication issue about our return time that led to an uncomfortable situation. Because we were arriving very late Saturday night, we posted our house sitting needs through Sunday as a precaution for delayed travel. I told Coco several times that we were returning Saturday night (in writing and verbally). Unfortunately that didn't stick and when we returned home late Saturday, we arrived to a kitchen and dining area that was a mess. He explained he thought we were returning Sunday. To his credit, he cleaned things up that night and into the early morning so we began our day in a clean home. We enjoyed getting to know Coco. In the future, I would make sure he is super clear on dates and other household rules, even those you might take for granted, such as not using glass ware for heating (he broke a glass and a plate).

Melanie took care of Lilli and Lulu, for a bit more than two weeks. While it was clear that Lilli and Lulu liked her and vice-versa, there were a few areas where our expectations weren’t fully met. She managed the dogs with more flexibility than I had anticipated, which resulted in them sometimes spending longer periods alone at home than I was comfortable with. Although our communication during this time wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, I appreciate her effort adjusting the path after feedbacks. I believe this experience was a good lesson learned in following guidelines, securing communication and ensuring the dogs receive the attention they are used

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)
