The first words that come to mind are “Above and Beyond” - and that goes for everything. Reliability, communication, cleanliness, respect of my home, friendliness… and of course, dog care!! Elton is a recent revue adopted as an already well formed adult, hence he has his own timeline… He took to Den immediately, with Craig (and men in general) he has to observe and study them first… Craig understood this off the bad, and with neither fuss nor bother gave Elton his space. 2 days later I got a photo of Elton lying in Craig’s arms, tummy in the air… that says it all. To top off their wonderful skills they left gifts for all of us, even for the dogs. If you are lucky enough to have them sit for you, don’t hesitate. Wonderful, wonderful people 🙏🙏🙏 I can’t thank them enough!!!

Having Paola sit my 4 chihuahuas was amazing. She was so attentive to make notes on all my requirements and stick to them. It was perfect that she worked remotely so she was home with them most of the time. The apartment was left as we left it and she purchased a few things we had ran out of. Kevin and Gianna were the most amazing housesitters for our two quirky cats. We had a list of instructions for their care and nothing was ever too much trouble. We got so many cute photos and videos while we were away so we knew the cats were in the best care. They looked like they were happier than when we are home! We got home to a spotless house and happy cats. I hope that someday we can have them back and would highly recommend them to others.

Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. Do not hesitate to contact her for your pet sitting needs. I already have her booked for 10/2024 so don’t try and get her then!!!😁

Bard and Kim were super easy to work with, efficient, self-sufficient, and considerate. They took immaculate care of my home; it was definitely cleaner after they left! Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.
