My dog Bella loves it here! She is a 3 year old boxer mix. We use their playcare, boarding, and training services. They worked with my dog to help her socialize with other dogs safely. Cruz has been wonderful with her training. She’s always been my sweet girl, but now she’s better behaved around others.

My pup loves coming here! He always has a great day and is nice and tired when I pick him up. I feel happy leaving him with people that I know care about him, and will make sure he has all he needs. The staff are so friendly and have accommodated the specific concerns I have had. They even have certified trainers on staff, which is great because that knowledge can translate to putting the dogs in good groups as well as attending to their needs. I love my little guy so much, and can say I would absolutely feel comfortable with leaving your furry friend here.

We were able to get daycare for our small dog while traveling from out of town. Very convenient to the Biltmore. Allowed us to take the dog on our vacation in a pet friendly hotel but not worry about her barking when we left the room. Perfect for us and her. Staff were friendly. Cost effective alternative to overnight boarding.

They took good care of our Lady Belle and even sent a report card and photos of how she was doing. We are from out of town and if we return to the area we are glad to have a super safe pet daycare with an early drop off of 6:30 a.m. and a late pickup of 7:00 p.m. just down the road from the Biltmore.

This was our first time using the Platinum Pet Hotel. Our 11 year old boxer Moose didn't fare well with the last place we boarded him with and we were hoping this place would be better. We were so happey to find out he did really well during his two night stay. The staff was tremendous with him and took time to give him some one on one attention. I can't thank the staff enough for making our Moose feel at home. We certainly will be using them again!

Great place. Easy online registration. Clean facility and caring staff. They have cameras in each room, no cages and I really felt like they cared for my dog while she was there. 10/10 would recommend. Pancake left smiling.

Bristol loves when she gets to vacation at VIP Pet Resorts! She is always eager to see old friends and new during each stay. And at the end, she always returns home with funny stories and wanting lots of time to nap!

We used this facility to board our dogs while we visited the Biltmore. They were friendly and accommodating. The interior looked and smelled clean. There were many cameras in the kennels and hallways, with the images displayed on large screens in the lobby so the staff was able to monitor the dogs easily. I would definitely use them again.

Came from out of town needing a last minute stay for my fur baby. The staff was great! I know my baby loved his stay because he was not trying to "escape" when we arrived for him. He continued to interact with the staff and other dogs in the lobby. The staff was friendly and it was clear they cared about the pets in their care. The facility was clean and did not smell like animals. We will be back when we come through town!

Never again! I’m finding a new dog hotel. The last few times I have boarded my dog here, they have ignored feeding instructions. This weekend, they lost my dog’s blanket and didn’t give her the squeaky toy we specifically asked them to put in her kennel. The people that work here are nice, but they are a disorganized mess, and too busy to properly care for animals.

My dog attended daycare here weekly for about 10 months. We have since switched due to multiple concerns including reviews from past employees, but originally chose this daycare due to the convenient hours, proximity to our home, and decent reviews. I noticed a few red flags throughout my dog’s time here, which looking back I should have paid more attention to: - Constant barking can be heard from the back room (maybe some dogs weren’t happy about being away from play time, but it concerned me that during peak hours there were dogs stuck inside where there is allegedly no AC). - My dog would always be thirsty and have to pee when we left (maybe she was out playing and tired or maybe she was stuck inside the hot back room) - My dog got sick during the recent round of upper respiratory illnesses (she was in a high risk environment with other dogs at daycare, but maybe it could have been prevented with better cleaning procedures). - Staff was almost all teenagers without social or customer service skills, and many times there would be 2-3 sitting in the waiting room chatting when I arrived instead of out with the dogs. The age is fine with me, but I was concerned about the potential lack of training (mentioned by a past employee) and professionalism. - My final straw: upon picking up my dog one day, the window behind the desk was open, and I could see what looked like tons of poop all over the back yard (a ~75x75ft yard COMPLETELY covered in poop). I saw one employee take two dogs out (I guess this is the bathroom yard although advertised as a space for the dogs to play). When we left, I took a peek through the fence to confirm it was actually poop. Seeing the yard like this confirmed to me that sanitation was not taken seriously. Ultimately, we decided to switch to a more expensive daycare where I feel more comfortable taking my dog. The staff at her new location have been fantastic along with being trained in CPR. I can also watch her on cameras to see that staff is constantly providing fresh water, cleaning, and watching over the dogs.

We just picked up our pups from a week stay. They were cared for so well and had a blast! It is very reasonably priced.

Great, caring staff, big yard with various play structures. No AC though staff maintains area no hotter than 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

This is my 4th visit. Can't wait to go back for number 5!

I was in town and dropped off my pup while I went to an appointment. They were great, these are dog people!

We have had to take several trips lately that we couldn't take our dog with us. Aside from us walking out the door without him, he seems to really enjoy his stays here. Their prices are reasonable and they really seem to enjoy the furry family members that stay with them. Buddy is now recognized when he arrives and gets friendly greetings. He is always in good spirits when we pick him up.

Great doggy playcare place. Prices are reasonable, they are able to go outside and play with toys. Staff is friendly. There is no designated parking area, so you can either park in front of the doors or to the side of the building on the gravel, if there is a spot available. Not the gravel space for the pottery place, the one in between that and the building.

Worst place you could possibly ever take your dog. The yard has not been sanitized in over 5+ years. The employees that work there do not have any type of dog training they do not even have the understanding of how to break up a dogfight. . I personally worked here and if I wouldn’t have had previous dog experiences, I would’ve had so many accidents with the dogs. I was given no type of training of any kind. . The employees that are in the yard with the dogs are usually teenagers or incapable adults that are under heavy drug use on top of that water bowls do not get sanitize properly and we talked off with water that has been sitting in the bottom for months at a time. I’m really surprised a dog has not died ! There is also no air condition for the dogs in the summer. Dogs get left in kennels for more than three hours at a time due to not properly training employees ohhh and for dogs that are new, they do not listen to the people in the yard. If the dog is bad behaved or not, they just approve them without understanding the risk of putting other dogs in danger because they’re aggressive Or being extremely anxious, which will most of the time lead to aggression

We called for a last minute accommodation but the staff member we spoke with was able to make our experience smooth and easy. We emailed our dog's vet records over and gave them a heads up on the time we were expecting to arrive. The staff did a great job acclimating our dog to the daycare space once we got there. Upon walking in, another dog acted as a "guide" to introduce our dog to the play area. When we picked our dog up after about 5 hours, we could tell he was happy from socializing with other dogs and he slept well that night. This business offers a great service at an affordable price. We will definitely use At Play with Sparky the next time we're in Asheville and we need a "babysitter!"

We could not love BarkMore more as a referring vet practice! They take pride in all of their boarding and day camp dogs! The owner is always available should you need him and the staff shows how much they care about your pet!

5 Stars --- My Redbone Coonhound loves BarkMore Park. I have been taking her there for a few years now. At first she was nervous, but with all the kind individuals that work there, she warmed up to them and loves going there! I have had many good interactions with the people working there. It is clear that they truly care about the dogs. They will even give me updates about how she did with other dogs and which ones she found herself hanging around with. This place has really supported her socialization of people and other dogs and I am very grateful for her to have this space where I know she is cared for.

BarkMore Park has exceeded our expectations with every visit. It is obvious how much care and attention is given to the pets and the facility. It has a family atmosphere that you can feel the minute you arrive. This is a five-star operation that I give the highest of recommendations!

Leaving our dog overnight for the first time made my husband and me very anxious. Thankfully, Barkmore Dog Boarding quickly put us at ease with their exceptional care. We appreciated the temperament test and the full day of daycare before the overnight stay, which helped our dog adjust. When last-minute skin irritations arose, their staff ensured our dog was comfortable while his allergy shot took effect. The "medical staff" closely monitored his condition, which was very reassuring. Barkmore followed our instructions for feeding and medication meticulously. The only improvement would be the ability to stream video during weekends, though we did appreciate an email check-in and it very much put us at ease after the first night away. Overall, Barkmore provided a safe and nurturing environment for our dog, and we highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable pet care in Asheville. Our Charlye is excited to come back for an extended "pup-cation"!

I was very concerned that they will not let you see where the dogs are kenneled. They have cameras, however, none of them show you where the dogs are kept in kennels. They say it would upset the dogs if they allowed anyone in the kennel area so no one is allowed. BIG RED FLAG to me! I would never leave my dog in a place I can’t tour!

My dog has severe separation anxiety and being able to take him to daycare where I know he's been taken care of and gets some energy out is such as huge help to me!!! Apollo loves going there and facility and owners are fantastic!! Before my other pup passed away, I always knew that they would keep an extra eye on her for me in her old age and give her lots of love. It's a great comfort to me knowing that my pup is having fun while I'm at work!! A tired dog is a happy dog!

The folks are the very best at what they do. So loving and caring... my Jasper knows the way to "Camp" and, on a couple of occasions, has found his way there on his own... he loves it there.

The only thing that makes our dog happier than a day at BarkMore is hanging out the window on the car ride home. The staff is super friendly, they take great care of the dogs, and the live camera feed is a nice bonus. The price is right at BarkMore. It's a nice blend of convenience and great service. Our dog absolutely loves it!

I highly recommend WNC Pet Care! We were out of town for just two days but every detail of our instructions were followed by this incredible staff. Comments were made on each visit along with amazing photos of our girl Lilly in action on their walks and running in the dog park on the property. Simply Amazing. I might be bias because I work with this fabulous company. But I will say I fell in love with what we do on a whole different level. Being the client and not having to worry about our babies at all was stress free. Both of us Pawrents really appreciated all our wonderful sitters who gave our fur family all of the love and treated them as their own. In all the reports they all looked so happy and carefree not worrying about anything. They all seemed grateful to not have to go anywhere and have special visitors just for them throughout the day. I sincerely love making our reports when I am caring for others pet families myself. I must say I see why these reports are quite the rave, with the details and GPS map of any walks taken. We were able to see our nuggets taking their favorite routes and showing their Professional Pet Sitters around. WNC Pet Care takes excellent care of my cat when I'm traveling. She's very high energy and loves people and they take the time to play with her and spend time with her each visit. Plus they'll take care of bringing in the mail, watering plants and bringing trash bins in/out. Full-service pet care!

WNC pet care is an amazing company and has wonderful sitters! Caroline and the team were superb. New to the area, we had a ten day trip scheduled and no one to watch our pets (one of which is special needs). They provided timely services and went above and beyond to keep our dogs happy and healthy and house clean despite multiple accidents. Caroline and her employees are the most caring, friendly, and trustworthy people! My dog loves them all so much and they love him too! The thorough reports accompanied by photos every time they drop in to take care of my Corgi, Higgins make me so happy! I hate leaving him to go out of town but I can always rest assured he will be more than taken care of with WNC Pet Care. I like to have him stay home while the staff comes to check on him and walk & feed him a few times a day/night, but they have many options to meet your needs! I can’t recommend them enough.

When I moved her I interviewed 5 different overnight and dog walking service. They guys were the best and they’ve proven it for 2 years now. Run by former vet tech, all overnight sitters and walkers are educated, trained. I can trust the ladies that stay overnight (at my house) with my pups, they are amazing. They love my girl 🐾 and she loves them. Such piece of mind honestly. I don’t normally leave reviews I’m a hard critic, but when I do it means they are good! And for any Pete to e dog mom, you know what I mean. ❤️🐾

Excellent pet care and phenomenal customer care! This was my first time requesting services from WNC Pet Care during the busiest time of year, less than a WEEK before the holiday AND even though I had a complicated apartment to enter, Caroline and team exceeded my expectations. They genuinely care about pets and their customers. I cannot recommend WNC Pet Care highly enough.

After interviewing a few other services in the area I could not be happier with my choice to work with MPV to look after my fur child. We ended up having Joyce stay with our dog at our house over a long weekend while we were away and she was such an amazing person to work with, I hope I always get to work with Joyce when someone watches my pup! I will say it was the entire MPV team that made the experience amazing. If you're considering using them, this is your sign its the right choice.

Highly recommend Mountain Pet Valet! Their team of compassionate sitters offers enrichment and positive training. Most of all, they are experienced, responsible, and communicative! In October, we celebrated our ONE YEAR anniversary of daily dog walks with Mountain Pet Valet and I can not say enough about their professionalism, dependability, good communication, and most of all, the love and care they give to our pup. He's a high strung, shy COVID puppy and they have taken the time to get to know him and draw him out of his shell. It makes me SO happy to get updates and pics from their visits. With no hesitation, I highly recommend MVP for dog walks and pet sitting needs.

MPV just completed care of our two kitties for a week. They were very thorough in their care and posted photos and updates daily while we were away. They even alerted us to a possible problem (there didn't turn out to be one), but nevertheless, concern w/the cat food. Brought in the mail, switched out lights, etc. They did as they promised and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to leave on a (at least pet wise), worry free trip. good job!

Mountain Pet Valet folks are exceptional to say the least!!! Jenny and Aych took the absolute best care of our large, rambunctious doggies and our home while we were gone for a week. They went above and beyond in every aspect of their care from the initial consult, making sure to jot down details about routines, to updating us daily about how the pups were doing. They are super attentive to every detail of care. When we arrived home the dogs were happy and house was in better shape than we left it. We couldn’t be happier we found them and that they were so sweet and caring with our dogs. We will only be using them for pet/house sitting as long as they’re available. Cannot say enough wonderful things about MPV. Not only have they been friendly, reliable, and professional dog walkers, but they are my go-to consults for behavior difficulties with my pups! One of my dogs is particularly challenging and they haven’t given up on us, doing whatever they can to make his experience the best. They do daily walks for me, and I’ve even hired them for a week of overnights - worth every penny!! They are experts in their field and for those of us with difficult dogs, they provide a priceless service. Couldn’t recommend more strongly!!

They love & care for my dogs as much as I do. They communicate daily with each pet visit - to apprise me of any potential pet health issues or general diet & activity update. On at least one occasion when I was working out of town & my husband was at the office - they took one of my sick dogs to our vet & also picked up the necessary medications. They were so helpful during a long recovery after one of my dog’s orthopedic surgery - paying close attention to post op medication schedule @ activity restrictions. I trust them 100% for house sitting. The leave the house neat & clean & my dogs very calm & happy. You could not find better care for your fur family.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Mountain Pet Valet!! I have used various pet sitters in the past but they are the BEST group of loving pet sitters I've ever had!! From the time they came to "meet" my 2 cats, Simon and Fluffy, they were very impressive! They took meticulous notes on their habits, were professional, friendly and everything a pet owner wants in reliable pet sitters. They sent lots of cute pictures so I could see their activities and that they were happy. My cat, Simon, is a diabetic and I was thrilled that they knew how to professionally handle giving him shots twice a day. That was such a blessing!! Aych, Jenny and their crew are our go-to for pet-sitting. They gather a lot of information well before the stay, take excellent care of our pets, and send daily updates with photos. They have worked with us though difficult changes in travel plans as much as they can. They are super professional as well as caring and likable people.

What a wonderful experience! I brought my Australian Shepherd - Hazel in for a nail trim and bath. We have tried other places in the Asheville area and I'm impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. It was also a great experience for Hazel to also get in some time with other dogs as they let them roam around instead of putting them away in kennels like most places. We will definitely be back!

I love Leash. They are so good with my dog Truman. He is such a nervous dog and he always comes away from Leash not only bathed and beautifully groomed but also happy as can be. Shout out to Butch Bassett for recommending them!

First time taking my babies here. Two small Maltese. Asked to cut them down for summer but also make my girl look like a girl. Most groomers just cut them down and they look like little boys. This place did excellent for both!!! They are adorable and the quality of grooming was above and beyond the others that we have had in town. They cleaned their teeth so well, and their cuts were impeccable! I will recommend this groomer to anyone that has small and difficult to deal with personalities!! They made my babies adorable and did so in a manner that they were not scared! Also, you can tell my girl from my boy!!! They are so cute!

Leash. was recommended by an acquaintance, and I'm so glad we tried them out. I've been on the search for a good groomer in the neighborhood who could handle my nervous Beagle mix, Dolly. They didn't even flinch with her. They handled her beautifully and returned her looking and smelling great. Communication is excellent and they were happy to answer all of my questions with kindness and professionalism.

What a wonderful experience! We just moved to Asheville & feel so lucky to have found Christina and her team. She took such good care of our big pup, and he looks amazing. Will definitely return & highly recommend!

Our goldendoodle always looks so handsome when we bring him to Leash. They honestly do an amazing job with each cut, they are priced very competitively, and I can tell Cooper really enjoys spending time with the groomers and other pups! The Leash. team is doing everything right! 10/10

We live in Florida and had our wedding at the Biltmore in Asheville. Our dogs were in our wedding so we needed them to be groomed for the big day. Christina did such an amazing job. Our dogs have never looked better. She got us in with no problems and worked very hard. We have two golden retrievers. One is blind and the other has bad allergies. Christina was very understanding, patient, and remembered all the details to ensure they would be taken care of properly. I also loved how our dogs were able to socialize with the other dogs in the open play area while they were there instead of being stuck in a cage all day. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Thanks again Christina!!! 🤗

Christina and her crew are incredible and I wouldn't trust my pup with anyone else! My dog is always relaxed when I pick her up and that says a lot. Leash of Asheville goes above and beyond to make sure Sadie is calm and comfortable while in their care. She's always clean, from teeth to tail, and treated like family . I moved to Asheville a few years ago and have been in search of a good dog groomer for Clementine, my Golden Doodle. I finally found one!!! Colleen was very welcoming and took such good care of our sweet pup! I am also happy to know that Leash offers doggie day care… I definitely plan on taking Clementine to play with friends and be in the good care of the Leash crew. 6 out of 5 stars for our experience. We will back to see Colleen for our next grooming day.

They are a very caring team. They really put you at ease when bringing in your furbaby for care. Teddy stays overnight there on occasion. We've had him stay at various Camp Bow Wow's and we are most at ease for him to be there. They really engage with the little dogs, down on their level. Fabulous to see.

I’ve been taking Gary, my pup to Camp Bow wow since he was little. We’ve had the best experience and he loves going to daycare. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for your dog! Brittany and the staff are always friendly and professional. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby!

The dogs stay active and socialize during the day. Nice areas to sleep at night. Not the typical chain link and concrete kennel. Our dogs will never again be taken to one of these “kennels” now that they’ve been to Camp Bow Wow. Oh, and being able to pull our babies up on the webcam and see them so happy and playing with friends is a big plus!!

This is such a great place for everyone to take their fur babies! The staff is so friendly. One member of the staff, Brittany is always so happy to see Paco and greets him as well as myself when we arrive and departure. Everyone there is so amazing! Love this Camp Bow Wow! Everyone knows our dogs by name and greets them as they come in. Our dogs love it! Day camp and overnight stay are great, and the cameras are fun to watch. Brittany is always super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

We were in the area on vacation. I needed my dog to go to daycare twice and to spend the night once. Everything was great and perfect. Was nice to check in on the free WebCams. My dogs did not smell when I picked them up. They were happy and my dogs were not scared to be there

I absolutely love this place! My dog, Whiskey, has been going for over a year now and he gets so excited when we arrive. The staff is wonderful and consistent! Brittany, Avery, Brandon, and all the rest of the staff treat my dog as their own. I recently moved and there is a closer place to me, but no way am I letting my baby go anywhere else! Brittany & Brandon were phenomenal! We saw them out w/ 2 pups & fell in love w/ Delilah! We took her home that day & they were able to set out some supplies for us to pick up on our way home. Delilah loves her new brother Hercules & her new home!

This was our first time boarding our dog Maverick with them but it won’t be the last! All the staff that we talked to in person or on the phone were super helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The facility was clean and well maintained. From the videos we received of Maverick we could tell he was having lots of fun and was well taken care of. We will definitely use them again when we need to board him and we’re even talking about taking him a few times a month for the daycare program they offer. We would highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend YWIP enough! My dog is always excited for her time there, whether it’s for a day of daycare or an overnight stay. The staff treats her like their own, showing genuine care and attention. I love knowing that she’s not just being watched, but truly looked after — they make sure she’s as loved and comfortable as she is at home. Whether she’s playing with the other dogs during daycare or enjoying some extra love while boarding, I can always trust that she’s in the best hands. We love YWIP! Our dog Benny loves going, races out of the car, and is always tired and happy when we pick him up. Everyone is very nice at pick up and drop off. They have worked with Benny on socialization and have provided training cues and added supports. They go above and beyond!

Our Teddy (4 mo old, small breed) stayed with them for a week and he was very well taken care of. He seemed happy every time we called for a check-in and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend You Work I'll Play Dog Daycare to anyone needing to board their dog.

The staff are kind and attentive. The owner welcomed us in the morning and made sure I felt safe for her to stay. My dog was terrified to go in the building this morning and in the afternoon I had to almost drag her to the car to go home. She wanted to stay. She was exhausted in the best way after school. She needed several naps before bed.

YWIP is the BEST. My Oliver is a new client and we’ve already had such a great experience with daycare, training and boarding. Andrew, Jeremiah, Trainer Cruz and all the YWIP team members are just amazing! I see so much of a difference, even in our short time, and my “Olli” loves the center and the YWIP gang. I have been taking my pup to YWIP for over 8 years. When the former owners sold the business last year I was a bit nervous about the change. The new owners are great and are doing a wonderful job! I am so pleased and Avery loves going. The staff seem very committed and are always very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend!!!

We used YWIP to board our pup Jaxon while we were in town for a family’s wedding. The staff was so incredible and friendly over the phone while we were booking from out-of-town. Check in was really simple and all the staff really seemed like they enjoyed what they did/loved the dogs. Our pup seemed happy and tired from his stay (which always seems like a good sign!) over the weekend. We appreciate the peace of mind they provided during our travels ! Thanks so much !!!

We love this daycare for our dog and he loves it too! He gets so happy and excited when it’s time to go. The other dogs are always happy to see him when we arrive and the humans are fabulous there too. They are loving and helpful and truly care about your pet. Our dog immediately learned the proper way to act through pack mentality. It was amazing to see the change in him. He is young but much more confident around other dogs & people. The dog grooming by Soubhi was the best! His trim was perfection and he felt so soft! 5 star Doggie Daycare for sure 👍🏻

Amara is wonderful! She has watched my pets for several years and is always communicative and reliable. My animals love her too! She sends pictures and updates, doesn't shy away from senior pets with more needs, even made a paw print ornament of my beloved dog's paw when she was getting very poor and Amara knew it might be the last time she watched her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I have gone out of the country with limited phone access and never once worried about my fur babies. 10 out of 10!

This is the first time I have ever posted a review but Amara is absolutely wonderful. She has been taking care of puppy since he was 2 months old. We were not expecting to need her services but we are so grateful to have found her. She is incredibly caring and kind to our rambunctious golden retriever. She is always professional and, she sends us pictures of her time with our puppy which brings me such joy when we can't be with h. I would strongly recommend Amara to anyone! I'm more happy to share our experiences!

I haven't left my dog Caroline with someone I don't know before, so I was nervous about leaving her with a Pet Sitter. When Amara came to our house for the meet and greet, Caroline warmed right up to her and I knew we were leaving her in good hands. Amara did a wonderful job taking care of Caroline. She sent messages and pictures with updates on how Caroline was doing. Amara and her son even played fetch with Caroline in our backyard. My husband and I were very impressed with how well Amara took care of Caroline. We highly recommend her as a Pet Sitter and will definitely have her take care of Caroline in the future.

Amara is naturally so good with animals! My husband and I are newer to the area and were looking for a place to take care of our cat while we left on vacation for two weeks. We found Amara, and I’m so glad we did! She took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away, and her previous experience as a vet tech made me feel so much better about if there were any complications with our cat (she’s a bit on the old side) Anyway, I highly recommend Amara’s pet care for anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, experienced sitter for their pet.

Amara has been my Petsitter for close to 9 years and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Any time I’ve had to be out of town, I never worry about my senior dogs or my cats because I know they’re in good hands. She provides updates and pictures, which is a nice touch. I’ve always been able to count on Amara and don’t know what I’d do without her!

Amara is a great with our fur babies and treats them with love and tender care. Her professionalism in pet care is evident if you watch her with your pets, see her at ease with them and listen to her talk. She asks all the right questions & when asked a question, has the right answer. She will give meds, even injections if needed & prescribed by a vet. I can tell my dogs love when Amara comes to care for them. When she texts me while I’m away & she is visiting my babies, their tails are always wagging. You don’t trust just any one with your beloved family, but I trust Amara with ours.

Even though the place is a little threadbare, the time the folks there spent with me and my dog to determine his temperament was 5 star customer service! Every time I’ve picked up my dog there he leaves the place calm, cool and happy. They also tell me in detail, who he spent his time with! What a gem! I’ve taken my dog to other places where I think he was just thrown in with a bunch of dogs - not so here! I will always bring my dog back here! They also offer 6 hour half days at a fair price which is generous of them.

My dog Adelaide gets SO excited when we pull into their parking lot. Been using them for the past few months and have had no issues. Friendly, down-to-earth place. I only wish they had more of a social media presence so owners get a better understand of what it is their dogs do all day and what kind of back end facilities there are.

We were from out of town on a family trip and needed a doggie day care for our dog. We had no reservation. They took us in with open arms and took good care of our dog two days in a row. They were very friendly and welcoming, unlike another doggy daycare we tried to go to. They asked questions to get to know him and how to best serve him. Hands down, best place to go.

I have two male standard poodles, who require calming meds for their grooming visits. Christina, and the rest of the staff, always make their visits less stressful and they love going there. Thank you all for the superb work you always do!

This doggy day care is absolutely amazing! They take such great care of our Raven, who always comes home happy and exhausted from a day of play. Even when she’s not feeling well, they provide updates and extra care. We’re so thankful for their dedication and love for our fur baby. Highly recommend!

We were in from out of town and needed a few hours of care for our 12-week-old puppy (our first time leaving him alone in this sort of setting!) The Pampered Pets team were so warm and friendly, and our puppy came home exhausted and happy. We visit Asheville regularly, and will absolutely bring our pup here again if we’re in need of pet care!

My two dogs 3.5 yrs old and 4 months old are on the mix of personalities. My oldest being a service dog. .... I’m contracted with mission hospital for an extended period of time . My dogs have been going there for 11 days non stop as I have been working continuously. Pampered pets has been a huge asset to know my dogs are exercising , pottying , and being feed in the almost 14 hours I’m away from them a day . My oldest doesn’t take commands well from others as a part of his training . However , the staff really takes notes when I have showed them how to launch commands , feed , etc with him and my youngest. They listen well when it comes to what the dogs need and how to care for them . They also put up with my antics of my one (sometimes two ) calls to check in and answer all my questions in their busy schedules. The staff is also extra patient with staying after a few extra minutes past closing to allow me to pick them up after getting off work . I will continue to use them in helping with care for my dogs . The Pampered Pets Inn & Spa was almost able to accommodate our dog with the day care while on the vacation in Asheville. Since our dog is a new rescue and can have anxiety at first, we requested for her to be placed with calm and low key dogs. Our request was granted and morning staff took what we said into consideration. June seemed to have great time during her day stay. She looked tired and was quietly laying in the enclose with few other dogs when we arrived in the evening to pick her up. We were excited to bring her back the next day again. Unfortunately, what we witnessed next has changed our mind. The gentleman who greeted us informed the other guy by the radio that we are picking her up. The dark hair guy with a pony tail went into the enclosure to put a leash on our dog. Right then we noticed that she was afraid of him and shied away from him immediately. He had hard time approaching her because of that. Getting more frustrated, he started chasing her in the enclosure. It lasted for about 10 min and he was getting more and more aggravated that he couldn’t catch her. Then the guy that greeted us joined him in the chase. They had no game plan whatsoever and kept on chasing our poor dog that was running big circles full speed. Finally, they came up with “brilliant” idea to lasso our dog with their slip knot leash while she was running full speed by throwing the leash on her neck. Her neck bounced backwards in a whiplash mode after they stepped on the leash while she was still running. It was a sad and tormented sight to see since we could not get inside and they could not hear us when we tried to scream and get them to stop. We confronted the red hair guy who brought her to us that this was manhandling, unsafe, and traumatizing way of catching a dog. He dismissed what we had to say and said it was a common practice. We were so disappointed at what happened that we decided not to bring her in anymore and contacted the manager the next day. On the phone the lady ensured us that that behavior was unacceptable and wrong, and pleaded for us to bring the dog back. Additionally, she said that it will be addressed the day we called. At that time we made a decision not to bring her back regardless of the outcome or resolution of the situation.

Helpful staff, affordable pricing, and a convenient location for us. My wife works from home and not having a dog barking during meetings was great. Having only one dog that needs exercise that place is great. Looking forward to many more visits.

I would 100% recommend Whiskers and Snoots, especially if you live in Ascot Point Village. Tiffany comes to walk our dog and check on our cat most weekdays at lunchtime. She always sends a thorough explanation of everything she did and a collage of pictures. It is the highlight of my and my husband’s days to get her emails while we are at work. She truly goes above and beyond, humoring our senior dog and walking her at her own pace even when it takes longer than the allotted 30 minutes. I’ve attached some examples of the reports we get from her each time she visits.

My first experience using a pet-sitter since moving to Asheville and I could not be more pleased with Whiskers and Snoots!! Tiffany responded quickly and took wonderful care of my cat while I was away! She gave me daily updates and sent a whole COLLAGE of cute photos every day! Tiffany is amazing. She cared for our 2 cat's while we were away for Christmas. She stayed in contact daily with updates, pictures and even videos.
