Pet Sitting in Biscay

Charli and Jeff were amazing pet/house sitters. My Pepper was happy and well taken care of. I couldn’t ask for better people to stay in my home. They were responsible and considerate of my time and house. I found everything super clean and tidy. And to boot, they can be my friends. They are super friendly and nice. I would have Charli and Jeff in my home in a heartbeat. Thank you so much guys. You made my first experience with House-sitters a pleasure. Hope to have you guys back again. Thanks a million!! Julia and Jake were excellent house and pet sitters. Four cats and a 113 year old house are a lot to manage, but they did so with humor and resilience. My older kitty was having some uncharacteristic health issues which required Julia to take her to the vet twice while I was gone, which was above and beyond the call. All of the cats really look to both of them so I didn't have to worry about the kitties being sad or neglected. Two thumbs up.

Sharon is very organised and it was an easy job to set the first meeting between her and the cats. Sharon sent me photos and anecdotes daily and if she had any doubts about the cats behaviour she would ask me by message. Her messages were always sweet and full of details, which I really appreciated. I knew my cats and my apartment were in good hands and with the most reliable person. I returned to a clean apartment - cleaner that when I left even if she would probably deny it :-) - and to happy cats who, I could see it in their eyes, were wondering why the lady was not staying longer with them ! I highly recommend Sharon and hope to have her return in the future.

Amanda and Rich are such an amazing, kind and understanding couple. Unfortunately our trip got canceled last minute, but we still invited them to stay with us, if they wanted too. And we are glad they did! We did decide to do a one night getaway to give them some alone time. Gabbie was so happy with them...she went on nice walks, had great snuggles and enjoyed spending time in her backyard with them. Charlie and I didn't worry one moment while we were gone. When we returned, Gabbie would run upstairs every morning to find her new friends. That lets us know she was well loved while we were gone. The evening they left, they had already washed the sheets/towels, re-made the bed, cleaned the bathroom and left everything perfect. We are very grateful Amanda and Rich decided to still do this sit despite us not going on travel. We met wonderful people who are now our friends. Now if we can just get them to move to Charleston :) In sum: Secure Amanda and Rich for your next sit. Your pet will be loved!

Jaci and Jerry were delightful and resilient sitters. We were off-line (in a remote area) for most of the week we were away and unable to communicate so they HAD to figure things out for themselves, and they did. On top of that, our power went out 24 hours before we returned, but they rolled with it even though I know it wasn't easy. I know the dogs were well loved and well taken care of in our absence, and the house was tidy and in order. All good!

Amy did a great job caring for our home and pets last week. Everything was in good order when we returned. Both the barn and house were very clean and tidy, and she helped reorganize my pantry (which was in rough shape after significant entertaining over the holidays.) Even with the cold temperatures and snowfall, she was able to keep up with the outdoor chores and manure management in the paddocks. Skipper, Apollo and Riba enjoyed all the extra attention she gave them. It was also very nice to be welcomed back with a bag of groceries that we enjoyed over a couple of days. Thanks Amy! It was great to travel worry free!

Paul was an amazing sitter for our cat, Coco. Coco is particular and Paul handled her beautifully. We came back to a spotless home and Coco was a well-cared for cat. We highly recommend Paul.

Cayla is great! She’s well organized, communicative, friendly, and detail oriented. All of our dogs (2) and cats (3) warmed up to her quickly and enjoyed spending time with her. She’s very thoughtful and intentional. She took great care of the space. Would highly recommend! We really enjoyed meeting her.

McKenzie and Patrick were very self sufficient and took great care of Samee and my house.

Maeve stayed with my dog Juno for a month, and I was never worried about Juno getting the best of care. Maeve even had to deal with my furnace going on the fritz during the coldest week (in January in Minneapolis!) and took it like a champ! I highly recommend Maeve as a sitter.
