Victoria and Hayden did a fantastic job of looking after my two aging kitties while I was away for two and a half weeks. I was particularly grateful to have such reliable sitters as one of my babies has reduced kidney function and needs extra attention and dietary supplements. Victoria and Hayden managed to give him a paste (which he hates and struggles to get away), and fiber powder (which he is also not super keen on and thus needs some coaxing) every day while I was away and never expressed any difficulties. At one point, Bailey was eating less than normal and they let me know and together we tried another approach to get him interested in his food again (which worked and they let me know how he was doing). Communication was good before, during and after the trip. I really appreciated Victoria and Hayden making the extra effort to arrive the day before my departure so that we could meet and go over the cats' routine together. It was immediately evident to me that they would take good care of my two kitties and look after the house, and that is exactly what they did! Not only did Victoria and Hayden do a good job cat and housing sitting, but they were also incredibly understanding when the hot water heater stopped working and we were unable to find a solution to the problem working together over the phone (indeed it ended up needing to be completely replaced!) Overall, a great experience for both the kitties and me and I hope they come back again in the future!

25 Year Dog Mom, now without my own fur children
Beth was absolutely amazing - from the moment she arrived I knew Gus would be in good hands. Beth offered to arrive a night early in order that she and Gus could get to know each other and he would be comfortable with her once we left. Gus was immediately at ease around Beth and we didn’t worry at all during our trip. Beth even made Gus’s meals extra special with a heart shaped ham garnish (his favorite!) on his food ❤️ The house was spotless when we arrived home - she had washed all of the sheets and towels and re-made the bed for us. Best of all, she left us a little piece of “artwork” that Gus made as a memento - we have it on display in our living room. Thank you Beth!!!

Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Thomas did an amazing job! We were very pleased with how well he was able to care for our 3 active Boston terriers. He was able to handle all 3 on a walk and feed them their special meal everyday. He even ventured out and took them to the beach which is no easy task for 3 excited dogs. Thomas did a great job communicating before and during the stay. We came home to a clean house with bedding washed. We had a handful of other pet sitters through this website and Thomas easily rates at the top of our list. Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!
