Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.
Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)
This was the 3rd time that Jill sat for us. That says it all but please read our previous reviews. They all stand and Jill is one of the best and most reliable and loving pet sitters we’ve ever had. If you have a chance to have her in your home and caring for your pets, you will be absolutely delighted. We love her.
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We would absolutely recommend them as responsible and thoughtful pet sitters who can be entrusted with the care of your home and pets.
Great pet care. The house was clean and tidy. The sitters had great communication. Would recommend again!
Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! We would ask them back again.
Megan and her partner were INCREDIBLE pet & house sitters during my 5 days away last month. I received consistent communication in the form of updates & photos and I had the true sense that Megan was invested in the wellbeing of my animals and truly enjoyed being with them! My house was CLEANER than I left it (immaculate!) and she left a sweet card thanking us upon our return. Truly the best sitting experience I've had thus far, thank YOU so much!
Mikala & Jake were great house & pet sitters for us!! Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!
Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Remi’s Clubhouse is amazing for my pups, and that’s no easy thing to say. They are the only doggy daycare I have ever been able to not only trust with the health and care of my dogs, but trust that my dogs are having the time of their lives. My older pup weighs 12 lbs soaking wet, but has been nearly kicked out of previous doggy daycares and comes with a host of health problems that require medication. Jeff and Debbie went above and beyond. They made sure she got her medication EVERY single day and made her comfortable in an environment that can put a previous stray and doggy daycare hater at ease. Within the first week she fell in love with not only them, but the daycare itself. Making sure she greeted every person with her tiny barks. My second pup could be considered by some to be the adult version of a redheaded stepchild. Odd anger issues, control issues, and ADHD abound in that child. They worked with him to create an atmosphere he could enjoy, while following the rules that he detests. ( a hard feat for that one) They were the miracle people that made a home for both of my special needs dogs. ❤️
We were at an RV rally at the large complex in Rock Springs and needed doggie daycare for our 8 month puppy. We decided on Remi’s due to the positive reviews and were not disappointed. We used doggie daycare for 6 days while in the area. Our Miniature Schnauzer loved daycare and would run from the parking lot to the door. We know she had fun and came home to our RV happy and ready for a good night’s rest. It was so much better than leaving her alone in the RV all day. I highly recommend Remi’s if you live in the area or are visiting, especially at the event complex. Let your dog enjoy Remi’s rather than being locked up alone in your RV. We were even able to get her a bath/brush out on the last day-so convenient! We will definitely book again during our next trip to Rock Springs.
We started taking our babes, Abby and Bella, as soon as we saw Remi’s open and have never been disappointed! Jeff, Debbie and everyone else are so great with all of the pups… our girls come home tired out and happy, exactly what we want! We are so grateful to have a place we trust and highly recommend them!
Great place to take your dog to play and have a good time! My doggie came home tired and happy! Definitely recommend
My dogs love Remi's Clubhouse and come home calm and worn out. When I have boarded my dogs I don't worry about them. Jeff and his staff take excellent care of the dogs.
I take my dogs for daycare and i have never seen them happier playing with other dogs.i love watching my puppy get excited and start bark every time we start heading there. The people and the owner are the sweetest and are very patient. 10/10
I needed a place for my dogs to go while I was working in the area for a day. Remi's was recommended to me and I am so glad. My dogs had a great time and they are so friendly and great with the dogs. Next time I am in the area they will definitely be my go to.
Amazing 🐕🦺 friendly day care.. my pup always comes into the shop and starts wagging his tail asoon as he steps into the daycare.. highly recommend coming here and leaving your best friend for the day, they also offer onboarding so its great, all the dogs are not in kennels and always have buddies next to them in open areas with supervision at all times.. the people are very friendly and very great with everyone especially your pups!
We love this place! The day care idea is perfect for our needs as we occasionally go out of town and need a place for the day. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We feel that our little Yorkie is loved and well taken care of. We highly recommend Remi's Clubhouse!
This place is awesome. Everyone there is very friendly. They treated our dog like we do. I wish we could take them with us.
Long story short. I dropped my dog off for boarding. While out of town, I called to check in on him as they hadn't called me in days. I was asked if he was in an accident. He most definitely wasn't. They tried telling me that my 1 year old labs hip was out and that I needed to pay them $800 right then to perform an emergency surgery. I sent my mom to check on him. He was fine. They threatened her that they would sue if we posted anything.
Wouldn't recommend. Didn't seem to worried about a dog attacking mine. Had to take her to our vet for antibiotics. That is what you get for trusting people, (vet family) for taking care of your baby when your away. They never even offered to have the vet there look at her and offer meds. Had to at least give 1 star to write this. I give them 0 stars and not going back.
I am so impressed with this dog kennel, and the people who run it. The owners went out of their way to take care of my dog. They were great to communicate with me and they were very attentive. I love that my dog isn't imprisoned in a kennel the entire time he's there. They were great to ask my permission before letting my dog out to play and socialize with the other dogs. They were loving and kind to my dog. I can tell because of the way my dog acts whenever we go there. He knows them and gets excited when we arrive. I also feel so much better leaving him at this boarding facility because it is ran by a veterinarian and they have a vet clinic on the grounds separate from the dog kennel. The kennels were clean and the room that they can run around in is big and safe. I would highly recommend Sweetwater pet resort.
The people and services here are top notch. Rex and Ben do an amazing job, they have become more then just our vet they have become good friends. When I had to put my weimaraner down last year Ben took great care of us. He went above and beyond for us. He made a really nice paw print of her for me and had a really nice cedar box made for her ashes.
This is a great place to board your pets! You can tell they really care about your animals. I really appreciated the fact that they had veterinary knowledge, and they even gave our dog a bath on the last day. She kept us updated on how our dog was doing throughout the stay, and was just so kind. I highly recommend this place!
None of these reviews are current so I wanted to update anyone looking to board. Dogs were dropped off, wasn’t allowed to see where they were staying. No one sent pictures when asked for an update barely an hour after I left, and was told that work was only during business hours (9 am-6 pm). I don’t know who is watching my dogs for 15 hours while you’re at home, but they could’ve been kept at home if they’re alone for 15 hours a day. Mom came to pick them up early from their stay. They seemed skittish and scared, and stunk horribly. Will not be back, wouldn’t recommend.
I waited until after I boarded my dog somewhere else to make sure it was an isolated experience at this place. We boarded our healthy pup, 8 months old, for one night here and got him back sicker than ever. First off, we picked him up and he was coated in mud and goodness knows what else because he smelled like a sewer. That alone we could deal with because dogs will be dogs and roll/play. But not even an hour after being home he puked up his dinner. And then puked again and again. This then led to explosive diarrhea nonstop. I’m talking having to let him out every hour on the hour. After taking him to the vet and a huge bill later we find out he caught an infection and stress induced colitis. This lasted more than two weeks of being sick after boarding our pup for one night. The reason I give this place two stars and not one is being after contacting them trying to see if he possibly ate something he shouldn’t have (like dogs do) they were quick to help me come up with an idea that could have happened. I understand that dogs are dogs but the lack of supervision and the conditions that they dogs were staying in led to a very sick pup in my case. So bottom line, if you know your dog can get into whatever/eat whatever with minimal of supervision and be fine then you're good. Unfortunately for our situation this was not the case. Boarding him else where with supervision and where he couldn’t eat things he’s not suppose to worked way better!
My older dog can't wait to visit. He loves it. The kennels are the size of a small bedroom, inside a large indoor barn. This allows my dog and his new friends to run and play. It's like taking him to an overnight dog park. Very reasonably priced too. Oh yeah, they send me updates on how much fun he is having and there is a vet onsite. It truly is a Pet Resort.
My dogs loved this place! Super impressed with them. Staff is friendly and they update you on your pups while you’re away. Communication was awesome so I didn’t worry the whole time! They will definitely be back!
This was the first time taking our fur babies to get dog sat. We were a little nervous but the gentlemen working made us feel super comfortable and the whole experience was a piece of cake.
