Nina watched our 2 dogs while we were on vacation for a week. This is the first time we’ve had someone in our home to watch them who wasn’t family. She far exceeded our expectations. We got updates everyday and she took the best pics. My youngest can be a hand full and they can both by needy, but she was very attentive and gave them both all the love. It was great to get away and know our babies were well taken care of.

We used this service to care for our guinea pigs while on vacation. Lauryn took such great care of our animals!! She put our minds at ease that they were being loved even while we were gone. The daily updates were fantastic and made us smile. I’m so grateful for her and this service. We would absolutely hire her again!!

I meant to write this sooner. We had such a great experience with Love Pup in January. Nina watched our dogs and cats for four nights and she was amazing. One of our dogs has severe anxiety, is on medication for it, and Nina did so well with him. The communication and updates while we were gone were great and Nina reached out with any questions and concerns. After coming out for the meet and greet, we scheduled four 30 min visits leading up to us going out of town to get our anxious pup used to Nina. She was very patient with him. We have always been worried about leaving him more than the others because of his anxiety and being able to socialize with the sitter ahead of time made a world of difference. We recently had LuvPup come and take care of our 2 dogs while we were on vacation. Lauryn was amazing! One of our pups has high anxiety and a hard time with new people. She was so patient with her! Our Cavapoo fur baby, Wally, LOVES going to Country Lane. It is such a beautiful place and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. When we drop Wally off, he doesn't even look back. :-) Our feelings are hurt for an instance but we are so happy that he loves it there and doesn't get any separation anxiety. We have used Country Lane Pet Resort for both boarding and day care and will continue to do so in the future. They are the best!

All the staff at County Lane were kind and welcoming as soon as we arrived on the property. Both dropping off and picking up our puppy went well because of the welcoming and efficient staff. Gave us peace of mind knowing our puppy was in good hands throughout the weekend while we were away. We will certainly be back!

This was the first time I left my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs ever overnight and it was for 11 nights and first time using a boarding place. I was recommended here by my mother who’s used Country Lane Pet Resort a few times and said they were the best of the best! She was correct! The facilities are top notch! The yards they can run in is what sold me, I just didn’t want my pups to be in a kennel all day I wanted them to go out into the yard at times. The workers here are also AMAZING! When I was feeling unsure and nervous about leaving my dogs they assured me everything was going to be okay and they would have fun and I really think they did! They even allowed me to check in on them to make sure they were ok while away. A bonus is while this was a 30 min drive from me I felt so much better about it being in the country off main highways and roads in case my dogs decided to attempt “Homeward Bound” they didn’t thank goodness lol I think they were content and happy to be there. Thank you for making our first experience a very happy one! We will definitely be back!!!

We have been taking Leia to Country Lane Pet Resort since she was 8 months old. We did a lot of research and knew that this was a perfect fit for our German shepherd puppy. We absolutely love that when we take her that they know her and are excited to see her. When we pick her up, she is always very excited to see us, but is very happy and content. We travel and hour and a half away to bring her there. But there is nowhere else we would take her. We don't worry about her at all, but sometimes I will email her and check on her and they always get back with me. You will not go wrong taking your pet here. They are the best around!!!

I cannot more highly recommend Country Lane Pet Resort! We have been taking our dogs to “camp” here for over 10 years and have always been so pleased with the dedication to quality care of our dogs. We travel 45 minutes to get here without hesitation and as we turn in the pleasant wooded drive, the tails start wagging. We feel lucky to have Country Lane!

Our two small dogs (each under 15 lbs) love it here. We have boarded our dogs several times and have had great experiences.

Our pit/boxer mix Pippa has been going here the past year or so and we are just so pleased with everything after many visits. I have never been a fan of boarding because we’ve been fortunate enough to have sitters stay at our house. However, Pippa started fighting her sister and needed a different, safer situation when we went away. I did an insane amount of research and I can confidently say, Country Lane is the best option! They are all breed friendly, actually give dogs outdoor time, can administer drugs, give baths before return, and can accommodate most dogs’ issues in a very safe way- even people/animal aggressive dogs! I think her being here has actually helped her to be around other dogs overall. I love when I call to check in and Mary immediately starts gushing about our baby- the entire staff actually. They all are so amazing and the reason we keep coming back. They make us and our Pippa girl feel so welcomed from the moment we get out of the car. Lucky to have the best folks taking care of and truly loving our girl when we are away. As a high-anxiety individual, this is the only place I feel 100% safe, without a worry, to care for our precious pup!

This place is super excellent for any dog (or other animal family member!). Our dog can be nervous around other dogs and has some separation anxiety but the staff and environment there made her feel as comfortable as possible. The staff is all super kind and you can tell they truly care about their guests. Will definitely keep taking our pupperoni there!

Just rescued this little guy Saturday. The first picture was before and the second picture is after grooming. Thank you to Kelly for taking time with him and making him look like a handsome young man. He looks amazing. Definitely would Recommend her to anyone needing to get their dog groomed.

We adopted a kitten from here...I think we just met there don't think it was actually thru Lil Dog Ranch so I don't know a whole lot about the place but the office was cute and clean and of course loud because of the dogs lol. Both ladies we talked to were great.

Our dogs have found their new boarders! We have 4 Sheltie’s and they recently stayed here while we were on vacation. I loved that they got to have more play time than most places. I love taking my dogs to Lil Dog Ranch. They are always so well taken care of. They get to play outside when the weather is good. Given treats and any medication that they need. I never worry if my dogs are loved at the Ranch because the pictures show they are.

After a horrible experience with another boarder last year. They were outstanding and overall amazing. They also took the time to send pictures and a video of our fur baby. My cocker spaniel has separation anxiety and I was apprehensive about leaving him while on vacation. He was so well cared for at Heartlands Countryside Boarding. He was given lots of attention. They sent me occasional videos of him playing with their family during his stay, making us smile to see how much he was enjoying himself and bonding with them. His care was great and I highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience with Heartlands! I have a senior Jack Russell who has a bit of anxiety, as well as a heart murmur, which she takes medicine for twice a day, so I'm not too keen on leaving her. However, Shannon was wonderful! She made sure to take special care of my senior doggo. She kept in communication with me, and sent me a few pictures and videos as well. I highly recommend Heartlands!

Boarded our pups for a few days while on vacation & we were given updated photos & videos daily of them playing & having a great time. We boarded our Bernese Mountain dog for 4 days.....it was excellent. They sent a video. He was very well taken care of.

We have used Heartland Countryside multiple times this year and each time has been remarkable. They care for our four legged children as if they are their own. Their kids are very interactive with our pups as well, spoiling them even more so. We have received nothing but great care, including fresh clean dogs when we come to get them. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using a pet sitter for my cats and I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Karen, my cat sitter, came to meet my cats prior to the dates that I was gone and to figure out their routine/my setup. She was very easy to reach with questions beforehand. Karen took care of my kittens while I was gone and kept me updated throughout the day which was truly appreciated. I usually go to great lengths to take my cats along with me wherever I go, but that is not always possible. This was a great experience and I will definitely be using their services for as long as I stay in Columbus. Thanks again!

Natasha and Karen did a wonderful job taking care of our older cat while we were on vacation. They were very responsive and friendly, and great to work with. They prepared her food and gave her the medicines she needed. I know they really cared about her and gave her lots of love and attention. They texted daily updates to let us know how she was doing. Natasha and her team did a wonderful job taking care of my two small Chihuahuas while I was gone. Not long before I left, I realized there was a potential issue with a neighbor with an aggressive dog. Since I had two small dogs that could easily be injured by this aggressive dog, I made sure I mentioned my concern to Natasha. She was very understanding of my concern made me feel much more at ease with the situation. Throughout my weekend away, they would text me updates on how the dogs were which made my time away much more enjoyable. They took such great care of them and told me how great they were when I was away, which was a huge relief! Natasha has done an amazing job with our first puppy Winston. My wife and I needed someone to help us with potty breaks and walks during the day while we were at work and we felt confident with Bart & Gabriel from the onset. We get update texts and pictures of our little guy whenever Natasha makes a visit and how he's doing everyday. I've never hired a pet sitter before and was very nervous about leaving my three greyhounds and cat home alone for six days but after meeting Natasha and seeing how thorough and professional she and Bart and Gabriel Pet Sitting is, I felt confident that my furry family would be well cared for. We were looking for someone to watch our beloved pet rabbit (Gilbert) for a week while we were on vacation. This was our first time leaving him so we were very nervous. Natasha came to take care of my two cats this week while I was on vacation. This has been by far the best travel experience for both my husband and I and our pets. Normally traveling causes a huge amount of stress for both myself and our animals because neither handle kennels well, but being able to stay at home and have a new friend to play with worked wonderfully. Their litter boxes were clean when we came home, and most importantly the cats were happy! We will definitely be using Natasha's services again!

We used Bart and Gabriel's pet service for our 3 cats and cockatiel while we were on a recent vacation. At the initial appointment, Natasha was very thorough finding out about all of our pets and their special needs, personalities etc. Since Debbie was the person who would actually take care of the pet sitting duties, she also came to visit us and our pets before we left on vacation. Debbie did an excellent job, texting us updates and photos each time she went to our house. For once, I didn't have to worry about my pets welfare while I was away. I will definitely use Natasha and her staff for all of our vacations and will recommend to others.

Natasha looked in on our two cats while my husband and I were away on business travel. She checked food & water, cleaned the litter, and brought in the mail during her visits. If there were any messes, she cleaned them. The house was in perfect condition when we returned home. We're going to use her services next week while we are traveling again. My dear Whoodle Moxie is a frequent visitor to Lucky Mutz, both in Daycare and in their fabulous boarding suites. I cannot say enough about the facilities and staff at Lucky Mutz. Lucky Mutz has been great from the start. Sergeant was due to spend a week with them in October but due to a very last minute emergency with him we had to cancel his stay and move it to December with no issues. He was boarded for 9 days while my husband and I went on vacation. Each day we received updates and photos and it really helped my anxiety since he had never been to a boarding facility before . He finally warmed up and loved Miss Jenna! We have booked another trip after seeing how well he did! We will definitely be back for them to care for our fur baby! Madison always does a great job with Shiloh, our little Cocker Spaniel mix. Today, she did an excellent job with our newest addition - Yogi, a 3yo Cocker Spaniel rescue! He’s a bit nervous and gets overwhelmed easily, but she always takes her time to get to know the dogs and earn their trust. She’s gentle and caring.

Lucky Mutz is a fantastic facility for overnight boarding, and I will not hesitate to utilize their services again. We have never boarded our dogs before, and I had a lot of anxiety about leaving them overnight in an unfamiliar place. The staff at Lucky Mutz were wonderful - they took excellent care of our girls, took pictures of them daily so we had updates on how they were doing while we were traveling, etc. This is an excellent business with very caring owners, and I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I recently got married and went on our honeymoon, so we had to find a place for our fur babies that would feel like a home away from home for 9 days. Lucky Mutz sent us photo updates multiple times each and every day, made sure they exercised and had enrichment time, as well as having absolutely immaculate facilities. The employees were so joyful and sweet to our pups, and the best part is they offer exit baths for the pups too. Worth every single penny, and we wouldn’t want our pups to go anywhere else if we ever have to travel without them. We will be back!

My dog enjoyed it but I feel totally ripped off. I made his reservation on the app. It led me to believe a bath was free which is the only reason I booked it. It wasn’t. I found out at pickup it was $65. I was also charged for 2 days when my dog only stayed 1 night. This is because they charge another day if you pick up in the evening. That’s fine except they only allow pickup between 4 and 6 on Sundays. How can you charge me when I can’t pick up in the morning? I would have preferred morning. I thought we had found the perfect place to board but now I’m still looking.

I absolutely love taking my dog here when I go out of town! They are so amazing at caring for my little Archie and also provide daily updates with pictures so you're always in the loop. We have boarded our two dogs twice now, with excellent experiences both times. Staff is very friendly, prices are more than fair. We love that they can stay together because the younger dog gets depressed kenneled alone. Daily pictures of play time and report cards on behavior and eating, as well. I have multiple cheaper and closer options, but well worth the 30 minutes to know our pets are well cared for.

Great staff, our Goldie was loved and taken care of. The pictures and report sent everyday really put as at ease. Plus we were arriving home late and Suzi the owner said no problem she would meet us to let us take Goldie home (after hours) so appreciated. I would recommend.

Our dog stayed at Fur Seasons for a long weekend, Wednesday - Monday, and had a great time! We got a daily report card, pictures and updates on his eating & behavior. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend boarding your dog here.

This place is amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about the Fur Seasons of Orient. Staff is wonderful, facility is clean and accommodating and our furbaby was more than taken care of. We received 'report cards' every evening on how our lil fella was doing along with pictures. It was such a a relief to know he was being taken very good care of. The Fur Seasons of Orient took such good care of our two dogs on a recent overnight. Both of our dogs have a special diet and medications, The Fur Seasons asked about our meal plans, confirmed again during drop off and followed our instructions. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring our babies here again.

We were so happy with Fur seasons over the holidays. They took care of our two dogs very well and kept us in the loop when it seemed one of them wasn't feeling the best. It was a night and day difference from the last local boarder we used. We will be using dir seasons from now on!

Update 2023: We have boarded our pup there several times now. We get a report card on her eating daily and photographs which my kid loves. Winnie loves to go there and loves the staff. Very grateful we found this wonderful place! They really take great care of our pup! Super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I love Suzie and her team. They have always taken outstanding care of my dogs and have been very thorough and timely with appointments. They listen to any concerns and are always offering suggestions or recommendations to best suit their needs. I love that their weekend and evening appointments are accommodating for my work schedule and scheduling is always a breeze. Everyone is very friendly and seem to really enjoy what they do. The shop is very clean and well maintained. I will never take my dogs anywhere else.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Furball. I have a dog with vision problems who is afraid of certain doorways. The staff go ABOVE and beyond to make sure my dog is comfortable and isn’t forced to go somewhere she doesn’t want to. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and not overcrowded. My dogs look forward to coming and I have peace of mind knowing they’re at a great place!

Pretty affordable, great care, very kind, dog oriented people who really love the critters they work with! Very communicative!

I was disappointed in the puppy training class. Their website said a benefit of the class would be exposure to other puppies and dogs. There was one other dog in the class and and the dog just wanted to hump my dog so the dogs were unable to socialize with each other. Classes were rescheduled, the other person dropped out and we could not move to an older puppy class because I was told it would be disruptive to the other dogs in the classes who had bonded. I Wish my dog had that experience . I know they cannot control who is enrolled in a class but don’t advertise this. During class 5 I asked two pet owners who were picking up their dogs from daycare if my puppy could meet their dog so my puppy could have some contact with another dog. I didn’t find training that helpful and decided not to go to the last class and have my dog graduate alone.

My dog's separation anxiety has been so bad I don't like leaving him home alone but I needed to do something with him when that wasn't an option. Furball is great! He gets so excited when we pull up he vibrates. Drop off is nice because they take him right back o the other dogs before he even knows I left. Of course, I get a couple hours of pouting after for leaving but I'll take that over the frantic fear in his eyes when I left him alone.

Totally love taking my dog here! They are so caring and a fun group. I have a dog almost 15 yrs old with severe separation anxiety and he has no problems here and is a happy boy when I pick him up from daycare or boarding. I recommend them!

I wish I could use this service every day!Shannon is super sweet and came out to my house for a free consult. I get "report cards" at each visit as well as a cute picture of my dog. Very professional and accommodating of different schedules. Their Pet Portal is user friendly and has all the info you need. Please please consider using this service if you'll be gone from your pet a long time. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Shannon at Furball Fitness took the best care of our dog, Boomer, during our wedding. Shannon was communicative, on time, and great with Boomer. On the day of our wedding, she picked him up from our Airbnb, held him during the ceremony, and helped us take pictures after. Boomer was nervous but she was so patient with him. We had forgotten to tell her to bring his treats, but she brought them anyways! After the ceremony, she helped the photographer take pictures of us with him. She also took some herself, which was great because those were the first pictures we had from the wedding! We were so happy when we saw that Furball Fitness had this wedding service as it allowed Boomer to be part of our day. Shannon made the whole process stress-free for us because we knew Boomer was being cared for. We can’t recommend Furball Fitness enough, especially for a wedding.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Shannon and her team have been excellent. I got pictures of my little guys, a brief message and a report card about the visit. My cats are pretty shy, they haven't been around a ton of people, but the Furball Fitness team were so patient and kind and were able to coax them out of their shells to accept pets and play. I was anxious about leaving them, but I left them in the best of hands. They are the only people I will go to when I need care for the cats in the future.

I was SO nervous to send my pup to day care as I have never done it before. Furball Fitness was recommended to me by others around town so I decided to check it out. My pup absolutely LOVES to go there. Shes always exhausted when she comes home (which is great for us to get work done!). The ladies who work there are absolutely Amazing! I couldnt ask for a better set of people to watch my dog. I love that they always post pictures and videos but especially the daily activities they do. I would recommend them to any one looking for a day care for their dog.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a fantastic place with such a wonderful group of people to tend to our pups when needed. They love our fur babies as much as we do. Our pets love them just as much. The pups are always excited to go in the morning and are completely worn out when we pick them up. This is great when you have two large very young energetic puppies. I can not express enough how excellent Fur Ball Fitness is. I recommend them for all your pet care needs!!

Best pet sitters I have ever had. When I was out of the country, Furball Fitness pet sitters visited my 2 cats twice daily and took excellent care of them. I received photos and updates after EVERY visit so I never worried about how my cats were doing. I could tell that the sitters cared very much about my pets. They also have an app that makes communication, scheduling, and payment very easy and convenient. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend because of their excellent service.

I had been taking my 3 cats to the vet for nail trimmings. It was never easy for them, especially with my female. She growled, hissed, screamed at everyone. I wanted to see if they would do better in their own home environment. So Jay came today and it was so quick! My female cat, no sounds from her all all, no struggling. I was shocked! It was so great knowing she felt better getting her nails done in her house! Jay did an awesome job and will definitely be using this company again!

Shannon and her employees are top notch! They are trustworthy, punctual and truly adore your pets (& my pets adore them even more! ) I'm so happy I found Furball Fitness. They have saved us soooo many times when we were in a pinch with running late or just feeling guilty for being gone too long. Absolutely recommend them 1000%!

Found this place on Groupon and will be staying with them even after it is up! They really are SO GOOD with my dog. She has lots of anxiety and needed/still needs help with socializing and the girls here really take the time to make sure it's enjoyable and safe for her and the other dogs during her day stays. We are hopeful that she will be able to join daycare once she is better with other dogs. As a new dog parent, they give me updates on how she's doing to calm my own nerves.
