We were extremely fortunate to have her come sit for Yuka and I wish I could only use only her going forward. Yes she really is that perfect a house sitter. Just perfect with the communication, with the resourcefulness and gave Yuka an extraordinary amount of care and love. As good as it gets. Just sign her up if you have the opportunity. We are so lucky to have found Nancy. Her commitment to her sit with us was so appreciated and her love and care of Lexi was evident. She was a fabulous communicator before, during, and after our sit and left the house in perfect condition. We really appreciated her flexibility when our trip dates changed and she had to change her travel plans to accommodate us. We are looking forward to her coming back to help us in December.

We recommend Joaquin wholeheartedly! He came to see us a day before and made sure he had all the info he needed. He was very self sufficient and sent us pictures and videos of Croc, but, most of all, he was always very kind, reassuring, and very respectful with our home and pet. The apartment was very tidy when we got back and he even bothered to wash the sheets and towels even though he didn’t need to. We would love to have him back anytime!

April Ruth took excellent care of my cat, Whiskey, whilst I was away for a week. He’s quite a shy boy so I get nervous leaving him with other people but he seemed very calm and happy when I returned home! She also sent me a lovely update with photos of Whiskey whilst we were away so I knew he was being looked after well! April Ruth was reliable, easy to communicate with, and she left the house very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend having her house sit for you.

While this particular trip was planned less than a month out, it was made easier due to Kim proactively reaching out for possible future sits. Prompt and responsive communication made coordinating prior and during the week we were gone seamless. We agreed beforehand that their canine family member, Puck, would also be welcome & since our return we have noticed Rosie sniffing around, as if looking for her new friend. We would welcome another opportunity to have Kim, Bill & Puck return to stay in Ventura.

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! The house was left in good shape and it's clear that Angela is organized and reliable and clearly loves her pet charges. Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They took exceptional care of our house full of pets from 2 large dogs, 3 cats, snake, gecko, fish tank and a koi pond. Unfortunately never had a good experience at this place. Front desk is rep is unprofessional and disorganized. My dog always comes back with fleas.
Boarded my puppy here for 4 days while we were out of town. No issues at all. My Honey git the VIP treatment and it was her first time being around other dogs. When we picked Honey up she was happy and had no issues. The staff was great with her while I was there and they seem really knowledgeable about dogs. Plan to use their services again.

I love this place. Thanksgiving was the first time we left our dog with VIP. I have to say they were excellent. I called to check on our sweet pup and they weren't even irritated. They called me back and updated me on everything he was up to. When my husband picked our dog up, he learned that they spoiled him. Lol I love it! It gave me so much comfort to know he was doing so well being away from us. And that he was treated so well. We've already got another boarding session signed up for him. We will continue to board here. We love it!
Just traveling through and left our dog here for daycare for a few hours and he loved it! The staff was very friendly and our dog had a blast! I would recommend this place and will use them again when we come back out this way!
Our pups were worn out from playing at VIP for 2 days of daycare while we got to experience the beauty of the redwoods, Trinidad Beach area, Lady Bird Park and Avenue of the Giants. We would definitely have Scooby & Sissy stay there again. Staff was great and informative. ...it's an older building so don't let that hinder you in any way. The setup is great just.ask staff to let you tour around.
I have helped out on occasion 1st It is the cleanest kennel facilty. I have EVER seen, more than necessary which says it All Every "guest:" (dog) no matter how spoiled, previously traumatized, quirky, annoying,or flat out plum stupid is treated with respect and dignity. The owner has essentially spent her life in this pursuit with dedication although its sorta beneath her abilities gifts and intellect, you could almost think its almost as important as she is. I don't say that out of adoration. My onbjectivety is unassailable, inexorable and beyond question. I'm glad my dogs didn't know about this- and love Genna more than me. Yes, yes she's sooooooo beautiful, I know I'm so sick of hearing it!!!
This place is great. The workers are very nice. And my dog was well taken care of and happy.
My little dog did so well here while I was out of town. He was happy and not anxious or nervous at all, they took great care of him.
I made sure to write a review on every page of this because of how much I love and appreciate this daycare. The staff is amazing, my puppy leo loves them and it has helped so so much with our very hyper fur baby.
