Amie is one of the best sitters I've ever interacted with. She went above and beyond to care for Mixon over the two and a half months I was away. Since he recently had been diagnosed with a kidney issue prior to my trip, I was worried about leaving him. She kept me informed on a daily basis (with pics!) about how he was doing and even spoke with my vet several times to make sure he was ok when he wasn't going to the bathroom regularly. I never had to worry once! She also did a great job with my plants and kept my home in clean and tidy condition. She was also very self-sufficient and organized - she took notes when she came over to meet Mixon & see the apartment prior to the sit! 10/10 would recommend Amie.

For a person like Mimi, you need to offer more than five stars as an option. Simply put, she was somewhere far above superb. Mimi quickly made a good friends with our chocolate Labrador retriever "Ranger." Her care and regular pictures of our pet, made the distance seem close. Her background in property management made us comfortable being gone for almost 2 weeks. Although we keep a well maintained home, Mimi improved it! Terry exceeded our expectations for being our Trusted Sitter! This was our first time using the Trusted Sitters services, and Terry answered questions we did not think to ask. While we were away, she sent videos and photos of our sweet kitty, Allie, and gave us updates on her adjustment to a new caregiver. I could go on forever because Veronica was beyond incredible! We feel so fortunate that she was able to sit for us. Our fur babies were so spoiled with love and attention. Veronica followed their regular schedule, gave our dog her joint supplement, and helped clean her paws with medicated wipes from our vet. Our cat is very shy and sometimes doesn’t even come out for sitters and he loved Veronica! She brushed him and gave him so much love. They were both so happy when we came home. Veronica went above and beyond for us! She even made us masks, got us some disinfectant spray we haven’t been able to find and to top it off she made us bolognese sauce with sweet chicken sausage! She even left us a new box of pasta to make when we got home! We couldn’t believe we got to come home to an incredibly clean house, dinner and such happy pets! Veronica sent pictures and updates daily which made our time away even more relaxing. She took cleaning and sanitizing very seriously which we appreciated so much! We highly recommend her! She treated us, our home and pets just like family. We would love to have her sit for us again and are so grateful for everything she did for us! Also - dinner was delicious!!

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! I felt totally confident in leaving Darcy and my house in Elaine’s care and I returned to a very contended dog and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Elaine arrived the day before I left so I was able to get to know her and enjoy an evening meal with her before my very early flight. We kept in contact while I was away via WhatsApp and I was happy to see photos of Darcy relaxing in her usual favourite places. It was lovely to be welcomed back home after my holiday by a very well looked after dog and it was so nice that Elaine was here to welcome me and had the lamps on, flowers in vases and a meal in the oven. My house was clean and tidy and Darcy has enjoyed a week of lovely walks and neck scratches. I highly recommend Elaine as a completely reliable pet and house sitter and she is a lovely lady to chat to. I was so pleased that I got to know her.

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. I'd have them back in a heartbeat to sit for me as they showed that I could trust them, not only to take care of my pets but to respect my home they way they would their own. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again.
