Angie and Joe were fabulous pet/house sitters and overall people! Angie sent daily updates with photos. Really appreciate the extra effort they put into watering the grass and garden. The house was exactly the same as when I left (including sheets/towel washed, beds made, frig cleaned, dishes put away and trash taken out...). Pretty sure Mia was looking for them the next day as she ran to the guest bedroom. Already scheduled a second sit! If you're lucky enough to land them as pet sitter then you're lucky.

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Laura was an exceptional, reliable, and loving sitter for our goldendoodle Scout, and took such good care of our home! Scout was excited to meet Laura immediately when she arrived at our home for this sit, and showered Laura with all the hugs and kisses. Scout has recently been having issues with seizures, so for this sit I was specifically looking for a sitter who had a depth of experience with giving medication and responding calmly in the event of an emergency. It was a big relief to be able to entrust Scout to Laura's capable and kind hands, and it was extra special that Laura's beloved vizsla had shared the same name. Laura is wonderfully easy to communicate and coordinate with, and was thorough in her care of our home. We came back to our garden looking great, house left in even better shape than I left it to Laura, and a very happy Scout! I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Laura's care for Scout and our home, and heartily recommend her as a pet and house sitter. Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. I was notified when i arrived to drop off my pomeranian that she only takes cash up front. Luckily i had it with me. She would not allow us into her home, or view the location that she was going to keep my dog in. I thought this was odd, but figured with 88 5 star reviewsand nothing less than 5 stars, maybe I'm just being paranoid. Her ability to communicate is somewhat disjointed. She sometimes would not answer yhe questions asked, but just comment about my boy having girl friends. I observed some of the same behavior when dropping him off, and picking him up. He was professionally groom a few days before he was dropped off. When we picked him up, his back half was damp and he smelled of a kennel. His tail hair was matted, and all oh his hair was "oily", which I've never seen on my dog. Additionally while there, she did send many photos of him, but his ears were always back in submission. This is something else I've never seen in him. After being cleaned up though, he does seem healthy, and unharmed. And he is almost back to his normal self after 8 hours or so.

Brandon and the team were incredible from the initial contact to the pickup of our dog at the end of her stay. They put a HUGE smile on our faces when we watched the webcams and saw the fun and great care provided each day. If you love your pet, and we know you do, you’ll not want to use anyone else.
Brandon gave me a tour of the place and I was impressed with the cleanliness. The yard was remarkably clean as well. The dogs were roaming and were very happy. I have a very keen sense of smell and despite the amount of dogs there, there was no smell. Usually I can tell when someone is trying to mask it. Just the kind of place I would want for my dogs. Brandon is also very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Brandon has watched my dog Mercy now twice in the last year. Mercy is not scared of him, she recognized him the 2nd time I dropped her off and he shows her attention and love. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Pet Resort to anyone who needs doggie boarding. Mercy also stayed 10 days in a commercial dog boarding facility earlier this year and I will never do that to her again. Be sure your checking the cameras regularly if you leave your pet there in one of those places. That’s all I will say about. What a great place Brandon has! We boarded our 2 year old Pit Bull for the first time ever this week and of course we were a bit nervous. After meeting Brandon and seeing his dog resort, we felt extremely comfortable leaving our dog in his hands. First of all, his pricing cannot be beat! He’s extremely personable and was wonderful with our dog. His home is immaculate and smells clean & fresh. He offers group play where the dogs play together once they’re deemed compatible, He even told us some of the boarding dogs sleep in the living room on the couch as opposed to being kenneled at night. I had specific instructions and information about our dog (he’s a shelter dog with some quirks that are no fault of his own) that I wrote upon making the reservation. He was quick to reiterate and reference what I’d said which shows he pays attention and cares. The fact that my dog is never unattended (some kennels leave at night & dogs are alone) Is great for peace of mind. Brandon has even sent us pics of our boy looking happy playing with other dogs. I could not feel more safe as I do now knowing our Luka is in great hands. We appreciate you Brandon and it was well worth the drive from Naples to Lehigh for the right fit. We are customers for life. Thank you for caring for Luka the way we do. He’s a member of our family and we love him VERY much. Thank you Brandon. You’ll be our “go to” person from now on.

Our princess Maya stayed with Brandon over Christmas as the rest of our family traveled out of town for the holiday. I can't say enough about Brandon and Gulf Coast Pet Resort! We had updates daily via a weblink that was texted to us. Maya looked very happy and was socializing well with the other pups at the resort. Our flight arrived late at night, and after dealing with lost luggage at the airport, we weren't able to pick Maya up until after midnight and Brandon was very accommodating! Thanks Brandon! Maya and the family look forward to our next visit!

Jamie has been so amazing with my shih tzu Oliver. She takes such good care of all the animals who stay with her. I wouldn’t want any other person to look after my fur baby! I always miss him when we leave him but Jamie does a great job at sending pictures and making sure he is happy. I will admit he’s always sad to leave all his friends at McGregor Pet Care!
This is wonderful in-her-home pet care. Jamie follows standard animal safety standards, yet provides socializations between the boarders ! My 12year old cat adjusted to Jamie's separate room and over several days was able to use the entire home with small dogs and her own cat. No stress for my cat &we were able to enjoy our vacation
Jamie has been providing excellent care to our golden retriever for the last 3 years. He is three so she has had him for short stays and evening date nights since he was a puppy. Recently we added a dachshund puppy to our family and Jamie has already developed a relationship with him as well. She has had him for both short and long stays when we have been away. Her fully enclosed back yard is perfect for the dogs to play in. Jamie has always provided diligent love and care to our “boys” and they truly love to go to her place. They become excited as soon as we turn into her driveway. Jamie is patient, kind and caring. She is a real dog person and shows great passion in her work. Our boys instantly took to her and I would highly recommend her services as she is exceptionally reliable and reasonably priced. I love that she always sends us photos of the boys having fun with her while we are out too.
Let me start by saying if I could rate Jamie at 100 stars that still would not be enough. I was a very nervous pet owner when considering the whole boarding process. The overwhelming, feeling of trusting a total stranger with my dog, had my anxiety through the roof. A little backstory, we have had our dog for close to three years. We rescued her from a horrible situation when she was just over one. It has taken us a very long time for her to even feel comfortable with us let alone a complete stranger. From the first phone call with Jamie, she made me feel somewhat more at ease than anyone else that I had spoke to. I had spoken to “big box” companies but felt I needed something more personal. The first time we met her, we were welcomed into her home, and I knew right away that she would love and care for our baby just as we did. Jamie took her time to make sure that our dog was completely comfortable. She never tried to rush her. She waited for our dog to trust her, which speaks volumes to her experience and knowledge of pet handling. Unfortunately, our dog had a concerning diagnosis A few days before our trip was planned. After communicating immediately with Jamie, she assured me that administering her medication was no problem at all and keeping her calm would be a top priority. Throughout our trip The communication between my family and Jamie was outstanding. She sent pictures and updates. Confirming the medication had been administered, how she was doing, Updates on potty breaks( this was a worry for us because of the medication) and so many little messages That there was no space in my heart or mind to worry at all! I can honestly say that I will never be worried about leaving my baby with anyone else! Jamie is the real deal and from this point on she is our person. If you are looking for a honest, kind, caring, compassionate person to care for your pets, Jamie is it!

I can't even explain how grateful I am that I found Jamie! She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out her clients. Jamie gave us the greatest experience for our first time boarding the pups! We contacted multiple options for dog care to begin and met with and toured each facility gaining information and getting a feel for the folks who would be taking care of our dogs. Jamie was so warm and welcome upon arrival. The questions we asked were probably over the top but you can’t be too careful. She answered each question with confidence, looking us in the eye. She was not afraid to show us her home and how and where the dogs would be sleeping, playing, etc. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and organization inside the home. There were no buckets of water, clutter, trash. The outside area was well kept and tidy and no build up of items or trash that our dogs(whom are nosy) could into and possibly hurt or poisoned. Fence was sturdy and clean as well and the amount of backyard was a big plus! She also wanted to meet our pups before hand so she could make sure it was a good fit. They immediately took to her. Our dutchie went and sat right in her lap with no worries. That made us feel super comfortable. The whole dropping off process went perfectly. We left on our adventure feeling slightly worried, but confident knowing we left them in good hands. She updated every few hours(sometimes sooner) with pictures and the activities they were doing, they literally had a blast!! One detail I will emphasize on is that she was ready and willing to keep training on the schedule. She asked for feeding guidelines and things they are training with at this time. We are big on making sure our dogs have and keep their manners a part of their everyday life. She did a wonderful job keeping up with that as well, we had no issues with regression and going backwards in any of their manner training. All I can say is I will always choose Jamie & Mcgregor pet care as our second home for our doggos from here on out!! She has become part of our forever pack!
Jamie and her mother have kept our dog many times. We have a Klee Kai, and she is four years old. We had tried different commercial services, and Torrie would get so upset when we would take her to them. It was heartbreaking. Now, when Torrie is in the car and realizes she is going to see Jamie, she is so incredibly excited and happy. The last time we pulled into Jamie’s driveway, Torrie jumped onto my lap and started banging on the door with her paws for me to hurry and open the door, and then she leaped out of my lap and ran for the front door. There are almost always other animals there, and Torrie loves to play. Jamie manages multiple animals with such skill and care! We’ve never had a problem and always feel so great about where our fur baby is when she’s not with us. Five stars aren’t enough: I’d give her ten stars if it was allowed. And one other thing: Jamie has all 5 star reviews but one. She has no idea who that guy that gave her a 1 star review is, and if you look at all his other reviews in total, he has reviewed 11 things and gave 8 of them 1 star. That’s all you need to know.

Such an amazing service! Our pet sitter fell through and we reached out to this service on Tuesday night when we were leaving town Thursday morning. They got back to us Wednesday morning and did the meet and greet that same night. Our cat, Pepe, loved Lindsey. My fiancee and I felt completely at ease knowing our kitty was in good hands. Lindsey went above and beyond, bringing in packages for us and sending the CUTEST pics of our cat while we were away. Wow!! I was so lucky to find such an amazing company. I was able to use multiple services that they offer while out of town. I had one overnight and did their day services as well. I really enjoyed that they offered a meet and greet before heading out of town. It was so nice getting daily updates from the staff. Excellent team to work with! Lindsey and Vanessa took care of our cat for three weeks while we were away. Always prompt, left detailed messages explaining when they came and left (confirmed with my security system), what they did while here and shared pictures of the cat. Very reliable, responsible, friendly and caring. Will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends!
Qualified Pet Services is actually the best service you could possibly get. All the staff I have worked with are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to you and your pets. Highly recommend hiring them for pet sitting and dog walking. My animals love them and their prices are fair for the peace of mind.

Our dog, Sparky, loves Best Pets! We know because she races in & is excited to see the staff at Best Pets! It’s a great place because they care about the dogs and the dogs are able to play with the other dogs that are in their care. Most places keep them in kennels all day but not here. Sparky comes home happy & tired after a fun day at Best Pets! Great place!
They always take such good care of our dog. He absolutely loves going there to stay, and the staff treat him like one their own.
We had an alright experience here. Dogs seemed to do well so thats what matters most. Would give 5 stars but the grooming service has gone wrong and one pup is traumatized now... at least any time we try to trim her hair.
Best Pets is the absolute best place to take your dog. Patty, you and your staff are amazing. This is the fourth year we've come here and left our dogs here. I wish we had someone this great back home I could leave my dogs with. Obi and Poppy will be back.

Wouldn't allow me to board my 3 Pitts for 8 hrs tomorrow while we helped our daughter move. We live 4 hrs away and didn't wanna leave them in a hotel room all day while we are gone and was told they won't allow them bcuz of their breed! My dogs are not aggressive! They wouldn't even allow a meet and greet before saying no. Such a shame
EXCELLENT! 5 STARS!!! This is the first time we have ever boarded our dogs. I had always used friends and family for pet sitters, but since our dogs are older and require special assistance and on-time medicine, we wanted to ensure they were in the best hands. We did a lot of research and Best Pets came overwhelmingly recommended! Patti and her staff were super helpful and awesome, and they truly are animal lovers. They gave our dogs and others a lot of attention. One of our dogs requires assistance walking and they were great with him. We love the live video feed to check on our fur babies any time of day or night. Patti went above and beyond when we forgot our dog's medication picking him up and she dropped it off at my house at 9:30pm so he wouldn't miss his night-time dose! Excellent people! We will be back for sure! Keep up the great work!!!
We took our fur grand daughter here for a week. While it was hard to leave her, Patti made us feel very secure leaving her in the hands of other pet lovers. We loved the fact we could watch storm on the cameras. I did a lot of research before I settled on Best Pets. We were a little late picking her up so I called to see if they could wait for a few minutes and they did. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you guys for making it less painful in leaving storm for a week.
Our older dog never did well with other dogs or people so we never could board when we went on vacation. When we got our puppy we knew he had the best personality for it but still nervous leaving your dog with someone you don't know for a long period of time. Let me tell you, Humphrey is a shy dog but he RUNS into this place everytime. They are all so loving with the dogs. There are cameras you can log into anytime of the day. Very clean and he comes home so tired from the fun he had. Thank you for always taking care of our pup!
Amazing place and caring staff! We were in a jam as we were on vacation and our dog was barking nonstop in the hotel room, we decided to board him. I contacted this place and they were able to help me immediately. There were cameras so I could see how well my pup was being taken care of, I even saw one of the girls kissing my boy Onyx. It was also nice to know that my boy was able to play with other dogs his size, so much better than being in a crate all day! He had a buddy the whole time he was there. I am so grateful and completely recommend Best Pets. Ty!

We’re very grateful to have Andrea to take care of our pets while we’re away! She has stayed overnight in our home several times to take care of our dog and our rabbit. We love that she keeps in touch with us during her stay, with daily pictures of both Benson and Theodore, and brief updates. When we return, our house is spotless and our pets are happy-It’s as if we’d never left! We feel lucky to have found Andrea to stay with our pets while we’re gone and highly recommend her!
Andrea was fantastic! We used her for the first time while we were away on a 8 day cruise, and it is always a bit anxiety provoking entrusting your pet to someone new. However, she made the process easy. Andrea was kind, organized and punctual. Her rates were very reasonable with no hidden charges. She provided regular photo updates while we were gone. And most importantly our cat seemed to get along quite well with Andrea appreciating her compassion and company!

Tara and her staff take good care of our big dog while we are away. Our most recent trip was for 3 days and when we came home we found our girl happy and healthy. We have used Wishbone Pet Services since 2013 and they are reliable and caring. I would recommend using this pet service to anyone who has had not so good experiences in the past or are just leery on leaving their pet at home. I am a worried mother who had two large Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, now the one, and there is far less stress because they are safe in the home.
We used Tara with Wishbone Pet Services in the past and again for our most recent trip to the Cape. The service was easy to setup via text; also responsive to calls. We were provided pictures and updates each time she stopped by. The billing was reasonable and easy to understand. Tara was able to navigate neighborhood entrance gate as well as access codes. My husband and I both travel for business, so we regularly need someone to look after our two cats. We've been using Wishbone Pet Services for almost 3.5 years, since we moved to the area. They are awesome!!! Tara and Cheryl are spectacular and make sure that we always have someone to take care of our furbabies. The pet sitters are great and take wonderful care of Pepper and Sage, who meet them at the door and eagerly look forward to play time and outside time while they're there. It gives us great peace of mind to know that Wishbone is taking care of them while we're away. The text messages and pictures always make me smile.
I absolutely LOVE Wishbone and their service. I also really like that they are a local company with local workers. I am currently working with Rainy and she is the absolute BEST! She makes sure my pup is loved and taken care of. She sends the best photos when she leaves so I know that my pup is safe at home. She even goes out her way to text me the next day to check in on my pup sometimes. She is an excellent communicator and I send her a monthly schedule of my work schedule and she is always there. Just brought my Chocolate Lab, Van Halen here for a few days and couldn’t be happier. Megan and her family treated my dog like one of their own. Their home is perfectly set up with lots of room inside and a large yard outside. Van was spoiled from the time he was dropped off until the time I picked him up. There were many pictures sent and check ins to let me know how things were going. We are blessed to have found such a great place for Van to stay while we are out of town for business or pleasure.
BEST OF THE BEST!!! I do not worry in the slightest when we go away. Our dog is always well taken care of, Megan is in constant contact with us throughout our dog’s stay, and is so easy to schedule and communicate with. 6 out of 5 stars if we could!! So thankful we found her.

Faith has been my pet sitter for close to 4 years to my 2 babies. (Georgie and Mouse). We miss her terribly. (We are in NJ). She is responsible and will always be there on time. Or call you with any concerns she has. She will always send you an update daily after or during her visit with your animals. She will bring in any packages left by your front door and has even gone so far as to bring in my garbage cans! (That’s what I call service!). She loves her animals (and yours) with all of her heart and will go out of her way to help you and your fur babies. Her rates are incredibly reasonable for the service she provides. I will always continue to give her the highest rating. Ever.
I have known the owner (Faith) of this business for over 30 years. I have used her services on multiple occasions to care for my Vizsla and Husky. As a police officer, I don’t trust too many people to come into my home without anybody there. I never had to worry about that with Faith. Faith provided wonderful care for our kitties, even building them a special box and paper fort. She provided daily updates and went out of her way to problem solve an issue with our freezer when she heard water dripping in it. We highly recommend her services and care for any fur baby. Faith made sure she knew everything we needed for our pups - even their medications. She was awesome at texting us pictures and letting us know our puppies were in good hands. We will definitely hire Faith for our next vacation.
Our Boston Terriers were always well cared for each day. We were able to have complete trust in the owner. We could also go on vacation knowing they were in the best hands, and that our home would be looked after and kept secure. When one of the Bostons came to need medication on a set schedule, we were able to rely on the owner to administer it on time.
Faith took good care of my cats while I was out of town. They were all relaxed and happy when I returned. It means the world to me to know they're not stressed while I'm away. She was great about keeping in contact too.

From the moment I met Ms Kendra she was so kind, accommodating, trustworthy and responsible. My pup immediately took to her . I never worried a day on my trip because Kendra went out of her way to send me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease . Knowing I had someone with such character allowed me to enjoy my trip. It’s hard to entrust your fur baby and home to someone but I never once had to worry. Kendra really went the extra mile to come meet my girl on a Sunday afternoon, n a last minute emergency situation and even picked her up and dropped her off !!! I was coming from Alabama so Sue keep great communication with me as I traveled. She gave me clear and details directions on how to get there and to access her gate. Bosoce loved her and she sent me pictures and updates all weekend. We love her and will definitely use her again when we come back to Florida.
It was such a pleasure to meet Deborah. Our dog Ben took to her right away. We didn't mind leaving our dog with her at all, and knew he was in great hands. Our dog has been going to Wag Watchers for years. They treat her with loving care and gets so excited every time she visits. There is no guilt when leaving her there as she has such a good time. I feel comfortable knowing that they will administer any medications that my baby needs.
