Great stay! We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and I felt that Fallan came well prepared and asked all necessary questions. We received multiple pictures throughout the stay and always had great communication with both Fallan and La’ki. We had an instance in which it was reported that our dog kept barking at the window and we offered some instruction on how to get her to stop since this was not the norm and received quick feedback that the solution had worked and the stay continued without any other issues. Upon our return we found our home the same as when we left it, our plants looked great and our pets seemed calm and happy :) This was our first time trying this service and didn’t really know what to expect but we had a great first experience with Fallan and La’ki and would trust them again to watch our fur family.

Paula and Kenneth were 5* from their application, video call, communication before and during the sit and most importantly, I arrived home to calm and happy dogs. They are thoughtful, conscientious and very caring. They are hosts and sitters and obviously understand both sides of the equation. I do not hesitate to recommend them! My flight ✈️ was delayed and was possibly going to be diverted. They offered to bring a vehicle if it had been diverted. Thankfully it was not, but they were kind and thoughtful, further demonstrating their commitment. Really good people!!

Scott took excellent care of my dog and my 17 year old cat who needs medication twice a day. He checked in with me frequently and sent me pics of my babies. He watered my plants while we had extrem hot temperatures here in LA. None of them died which is fantastic. Scott arrived a day early to learn the routine with my pets and the dos and dont’s of living in my apartment. I can highly recommend him to take care of your pets and your living space.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!

Angela did a great job caring for Willie for 10 days while we were out of town. She was easy to communicate with and kept us informed about Willie, along with sending photos of him out on walks and at the beach. Angela was very accomodating when we needed to come home a day early - Thank you! Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Don't hesitate to book this family of three, your house and your pets will be well-looked after!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home. The pictures and the comments they sent showed us they figured out all of their quirky personalities very fast. It was nice to come home to a clean house and all pets were safe and happy! Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. If you’re lucky enough to find Anna as your pet sitter you will have peace of mind and well cared for pets whilst you are away and a clean and tidy home on your return. Anna is thoughtful and kind, she arrived the evening before the sit which allowed for some time to hear about her interesting travels and work, kept me updated with fabulous photos and details of the friendship she was making with the cats and even took the trouble to fix a sticky catch on the cat flap. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

I cannot recommend Petropolis Pet Sitting enough. Crystal and Petropolis are the first dog sitter/company I've ever recommended to friends. We have three dogs, all with different needs and energy levels, Crystal responds perfectly to each one of their individual needs. My large doodle visits Crystal for day camp weekly and she is my go to for out of town care. My pup waits anxiously each Wednesday morning for her ride and exuberantly greets Crystal. Even better, she comes home happy and ready for a looooooong nap. I never worry about any of the pups' well beings and my home is always well cared for as well!
Great experience. Oliver came by as scheduled, checked in on our cats, and refilled water & food. He communicated with me while he was at my house and sent me pictures of the kitties to show that they were ok. I will definitely call Petropolis again next time I have to travel.
Not enough great things can be said about the service and support provided by Petropolis! The service and care given is not only professional, top quality and by proven experts, there is a genuine love for animals that is immediately apparent when working with them! They understand how precious your pets are to you and they adopt that same loving, approach themselves when being a care provider for your situation. My dogs and I simply could not have been blessed more than when using this service!
