We were lucky enough to have Dede sit our house and yellow lab for a little more than two weeks. She treated our house as if it were her own and did an outstanding job looking after our three year old yellow lab, providing the requisite exercise for her, as well as the love and attention she so craves. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. What a wonderful surprise to find Amber's Pampered Pets. I have a shy cat who loves lots of play time and snuggles from ONLY me. Even my grandkids send him to the closet to hide. APP's Jennifer came for the meet and greet and I was worried he wouldn't even show. But her quiet presence had him curious, and within minutes he was right there to meet her and sit on her lap. I loved the daily reports, including all the details of his care, which included medicinal attention and the wonderful pictures she sent. She even offered to take in our mail (which I had forgotten to stop) and our trash bin! The biggest surprise of the meet and greet was that our equally shy standard poodle came out of hiding to meet her. We will be calling on her to care for our babies any time we have occasion to get away. In fact, knowing we have this available will encourage us to do it more often! I also love the perfectly well thought out business plan of Amber's Pampered Pets company. Including the clock in and clock out feature on the app making it clear we were getting what we paid for. Amber's Pampered Pets service was amazing! My wife and I went on a week long vacation and instead of trying to board 8 cats, we opted to use Amber's service. We found them on a basic web search. From the first contact email everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly. Natosha and Chris came to our house before our vacation so they could meet the fur family and get to know us and them and our routine. They were very attentive and took notes and pictures. Once we left, we had them come twice a day. During each visit Chris or Natosha would send us updates. We knew what was happening and they took lots of pictures to let us know our pets were being cared for with much love. We would highly recommend this service if you have to travel. In home pet care is way less stressful on your animals. We will be using this service again! They are excellent!

Very nervous about having someone in our home to take our dog out for walks etc Got a referral from our veterinarian never met anyone at this company. Turns out this was the BEST decision ever! Amber came in and was so sweet to our boy sent pictures & fed him. Came in twice. Our boy loved every minute of it actually booking now for more days. I have known Carrie literally all of my life. I have boarded my Eskimo at other places over the years and have always felt guilty because he spent all his time in the kennel. I've taken him to her twice now and won't take him anywhere else. Her love for animals and the environment she's created there is unmatched. He comes home happy and exhausted, which is a very pleasant change from other places he's been.
Used Free Spirit for the first time and will most definitely be using it again. We have 2 dogs, one a Beagle recently rescued and was worried on how she would be. We worried for nothing. From the minute we left the dogs until we picked them up they were treated with such care and love. Carrie even sent videos and pictures of them outside playing just to ease our minds. When we picked them up they and the beds were dirty, a farm in winter you can't expect different. Carrie kept apologizing for it but I told my husband I would rather they come home dirty and happy rather than cleaning depressed. As far as we are concerned, there is no other place we would leave our fur babies.

Jeff and Karen were so kind and patient with our dogs, Salem and Sully. Our dogs had never been boarded and were very apprehensive for the first few days but the Smith’s were so great to take the time to help our pups become more relaxed. It was so nice to be able to view our dogs while we were away too. We just can’t thank Jeff and Karen enough for their patience and care with Salem and Sully and allowing us the opportunity to get away and know they’re in such good care with the nicest people in a clean,safe environment.
We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else! Karen and Mike are awesome! The attention and care given to each dog is second to none. they allow group play and the kennels are kept clean and nice! You know your dogs had a good time when they come home with a horse bark and totally exhausted! We never worry when we leave our fur babies in their Care!

Our German Shepherd Sophie spent 2.5 weeks at Dogcare Inn over Christmas. We were worried about leaving her so long. We loved that we could see Sophie on video, which re-assured us she was doing fine because she was calm, happy or sleeping. She even slept on her back with all paws up, which meant she felt safe. Sophie got lots of exercise and got to play with other dogs. She is even going through withdrawl not having her pet friends. When we picked her up she was calm and not stressed. Slept well that night too so they wore her out. The owners always answered my texts too. Love their service!

I cannot recommend Whispering Pines enough. It is evident that they care about the animals they are watching. My rottie loves Emerson to bits and it shows every day when I bring her. I know she is well looked after and they take seriously any and all concerns I have raised for my pooch. Even when we had issues with my dog eating fluffy toys while at day care I knew that they really did start keeping a closer eye on her and the toys she had to play with, unlike other day cares I have tried in the area. Competitive prices, and the best care.
Left our 2 babies for 3 days. Staff was amazing, kennel was clean and dogs seemed well cared for. They post pictures on there fb page daily, which is nice. I would highly recommend. We will be using Whispering Pines in the future.

I boarded my dog at Whispering Pines for 2 nights. It was a last minute arrangement and I was so happy to be able to get her a spot. She is very skittish but seemed to do well there, and she got to be outside to interact with other dogs, which she loves. I will be using them from now on, hopefully.
I have been taking my two large dogs here for about a year. I leave for work from 2-4 weeks at a time every couple months. My dogs are always happy and ready to go as soon as we pull into the drive. Friendly staff and I couldn’t be happier.

My father had an emergency hospitalization and I came into town from out of state. I couldn’t find a single other establishment willing to help me out in boarding his dog. When I called Pet Palace they were so kind and the process to get the paperwork completed is so easy with it right on their website. I wasn’t able to get him there the first night as things were slow going at the hospital to start so when I called back ready to continue the process, she remembered me and asked after my dad. The customer service is phenomenal!! The building is clean and welcoming. The dog who is incredibly anxious is enjoying his stay which I think speaks volumes to their business practices. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve been taking my dog, Oliver, here for over 3 years and I mean it when I say it’s the ONLY place I trust to take care of my dog. He’s older and pretty anxious, especially when I’m not around, but he absolutely loves it here. They use his special slow feeding bowl and give him his medicine. I also love that they let you bring your dog’s bed in because he loves his bed. The owner and employees are always so friendly every time I bring Oliver in. I’ll never go anywhere else!
I have been taking my dogs to Pet Palace for 14 years, and in all that time, it has always been a wonderful experience and stay for our furbabies. As with anything, change such as Bryon and Helen retiring and selling the business can bring apprehension for anyone, it did for me, but they certainly have left Pet Palace in good hands. Christina, Asia, and India, as well as the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond with caring for my sweet Shadow both with boarding and daycare. Shadow is always happy to go, and that says it all!
Since they've become under new ownership they are very rude and unprofessional. I've been taking my dog there for years and now I called the other day to make sure to see how much it would be to get him trimmed down she told me that it would be $85 because the price went up.Then when he is about done with groomed she lets me know that it is $120. She said that she gave me was a quote and the quote is a price of what a grooming should be and she's trying to say no that that is not the price. Then told me if I do not like it I can take my dog elsewhere. I was not even given a courtesy call to let me know before they started that it will be more.
I've been using Pet Palace since they opened. Byron and all the Pet Palace staff are so kind and sweet to my 18 year old Yorkie. I had her groomed yesterday and she's adorable!

I have loved Per Palace for years. We took our first rescue dog there for a bath years ago. She was very timid and hated men. I told them if she had any issues, to just call me to pick her up so she didn't have any additional trauma. When I finally got the call to pick her up she was not only clean, but had her nails done. We have loved them ever since. Each employee truly loves animals and Byron is a doggie whisperer.
I have been taking my dog since he is a puppy and the only thing that he gets from here it’s love. They helped me a lot and my dog. Hands down they are the best. Bruno’s dad!

The staff at CCC are the sweetest and kindest people! My boys always get so happy when I turn on to the road! Happy paws and tail wags galore! I love that my babies feel so welcome there, it makes it a whole lot easier dropping them off knowing they are happy and well taken care of!
Staff is always friendly my boyfriend and I searched for someone reliable and someone who our fur babies would love and this is the place! The groomers are amazing at their job! They are friendly and really love your animals! Thank you for everything you’ve done for us our last groomers wasn’t good at all then we found this place and will never stop going there!
The CCC is wonderful! I’m extremely particular with where I board my pets. This team and facility is so dedicated to making sure our dog, Nelson is treated with love and is safe and happy. Their communication is top notch with the digital interface (daily pics and reports). If we can’t take him with us when we travel, he will always go to the CCC. ♥️
Miss Chris and her staff are the best! I have two Great Pyrenees and she does an amazing job every time. I would not consider taking them any where else. She CLEARLY loves her animal customers (and her human ones as well!). CCC has an excellent web interface with text messages confirming and reminding you of appointments as well as sending a report card on your animal with each visit. Can't say enough good about Canine Country Club! 07/2024 - I have now taken FOUR Great Pyrenees to CCC over ten years. LOVE the staff and the service. They continue to expand their facility and offer more services.

I was nervous to take my Dog to the groomers because she had never gone before, and she can be shy. They took care of her and did an amazing job!! Will definitely be going back! I also love how they send me photos and let me know how she did!

I absolutely love our new groomer! My dog came out a very cute and happy girl! Not shaky and anxious at all which is unusual. The staff were all so kind and funny. They listened to all of my requests and made me feel very natural comfortable. They even kept her mohawk, ear lashes, and scruffy beard as requested. They are so reasonably priced and honestly I just can't say enough good things. I will definitely be going back!
I've been taking my dogs here for years for grooming and boarding. Never had a problem and they've always done right by me. I had several hospitalizations this year and Brad what is really good about helping me out even though they were full I took my dog in five different times between the end of December and the end of February and once again in March. I would have been lost without them being able to take care of Dakota.
I have been bringing my furbabies to Faus' Groom & Room for many years now. They have cared for Rellik, Jade, Brandy, Roxy and Finn. Three of them have taken the Rainbow Bridge due to old age and are now awaiting our transition someday to join them. We have utilized boarding, grooming and both Brad and Mike have provided training advice when needed without asking for anything in return. I have spent countless hours with Brad, Mike and their staff. I have NO question in my mind that they love and adore the animals in their care. They know they have the absolute BEST job in the world. They welcome any potential or current client to stop in and tour the facility or watch them interact with the animals. I have done this myself more times than I can count. It's what responsible pet owners should do before entrusting your pet with a stranger. You wouldn't hand over your human baby to an unknown individual, right? I encourage everyone to question anything you read or hear online or in person. There is always more than one side of a story. Before choosing a side or harassing innocent people, I encourage you to speak to the other party in a non-threatening manner. If you are not a client or potential client, then take everything with a grain of salt or stay out of it. Our family will continue to trust our pets with Brad Faus, Mike and their amazing staff. My pets love them and so do we.
I have been taking previous pets here, and i recently brought my new husky in. I dropped her off at 9 am hung out talking to the staff who are so friendly; kids petting the lobby cat and greeting the reception dogs. I was just dropping her off for a groom. But I was flabbergasted 2 days after getting groomed and being a husky ( rolling in dirt constantly) that she still smelled like the moment we picked her up.They are communicative and flexible, calling with any schedule confirmations. My pets always left there smiling. We love it and will keep coming back.
Had another great stay for our pups at Faus. They took great care of them! They were excited to arrive and as always, excited to go home! Will continue boarding our pups with Brad and his team!
Our golden loved it! We had him groomed on the day we picked him up. He's a 1 yr old golden who wouldn't let anyone groom him because he was afraid. They had no issues and he was nice and fluffy clean when we picked him up! Owner was super helpful with information and friendly!
We were being evicted from our place, our dog knew this place. We dropped our dog off and we received nasty calls from the owner, that he kept saying that we were scum, and that we need to come and get him He constantly yelled at my husband, and he is going to report him to the police.
We have taken all of our dogs to faus grooming The staff has always been professional very friendly treated our dogs with nothing but respect we will continue to take her animals there we would like to say thank you to the staff for taking such good care of our animals
Quite simple, do NOT board your pets at this place. Humane animal treatment is NOT in their wheelhouse. I did once and never again. Picked my dog up after a 3 day stay and he was a mess. Owner deflects and tries to gaslight pet owners. Strongly encourage you to sort the the negative responses so you can see, this was not an isolated incident.
Brad has been taking care of our families' fur babies for 2 decades! We've never had even sightly one issue. Brad's service to this community continues on!
