Extremely professional, courteous, and friendly service. The facility itself is amazing in design, presentation, and cleanliness. Their compassion in the recent death of one of our dogs, as well as another several years ago, exceeded any expectation. I would absolutely recommend Karnik On Black to anyone with canine family members.

We have a 17 month old pup who absolutely LOVES it there! He loves daycare and he will jump up and wag his tail, pace, beg, bark to get to the car if we even say the word daycare 😂. He also gets grooming done there! Our pup Benny runs to get into the doors which you know that is a good sign! It is hard to find a place you trust and they have proven to be amazing!

Today was our first vist for grooming. First, they accommodated us even though I had messed up our appointment day. They did a great job grooming our flat coat golden doodle. He was so excited to show himself off to us at pick-up. He was very relaxed when we got home, he ate his dinner and slept the rest of the evening. We can't wait to see them again in January.

I was having problems scheduling (months out) & communication issues with my groomer in Perrysburg. I was familiar with Karnik but hadn’t been there for grooming. Their google ad stressed ease of booking which is why I tried them. I got my 2 goldens in within the same week. I scheduled premium grooming. I have an upcoming med. issue & wanted them cut very short, i.e. not typical for breed for low maintenance. The groomer came out & talked with me & understood what I was looking for immediately. When I picked them up they looked perfect & smelled like baby powder! Karnik did a great job & I will return for all their future needs.

Sadly, on June 15, 2024 we had to use Karnik's Pet Loss Service for the cremation of our Sweet Montana. The staff was respectful and compassionate through the entire process. One empathetic lady even went above and beyond and made ink prints of Montana's nose/cheeks/whiskers/chin and his paw. We were brought to tears by her thoughtfulness. We had them framed and they are part of his indoor memorial. Montana's litter mate, his brother Chubby, is still with us and when it's his time, we will not hesitate to reach out to Karnik again. Thank you Karnik for making an unbearable moment a little bit better.

Chief and Blake love coming to day care and seeing all of their dog friends and human friends! We know that they are safe and taken care of when at day care and we love the staff and appreciate their hard work to keep our boys happy and safe!

Karnik always take great care of all three of my dogs. I will definitely continue to board with them.

Our three-year-old French Bulldog was severely injured in Doggy Daycare at Karnik on Black on November 15, 2023. Another dog ripped our dog's left eye out. He underwent two emergency procedures and two weeks of aggressive medical management, but we were ultimately unable to save his eye. The offending dog was not removed from daycare. Karnik didn't even reach out to inquire about our dog's condition until 10 days after the incident. Our family was traumatized and our Frenchie was left permanently disfigured.

We have boarded our puppy, Chip, overnight several times and have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the whole place. He loves to go back, so I think that says something in itself. Had him groomed there for the first time today and he looks so adorable! He was way overdue for a haircut, so I thought he might come back shaved, but he did not.” And I love the organic homemade treats that they have available too. He always gets one as a reward for being a good boy!

I have my horses cremation scheduled and any questions I've had throughout the scheduling process have been answered quickly and effectively! I would recommend karnik to any of my horse people out there. Reasonably priced as well!

North coast K9 helped totally transform our 1.5 yr old mini Aussie doodle in just a few months (11 classes). He has gone from a hyper, but timid, scared and poor mannered pup into a confident, great listener, and overall happy guy. They do a great job of teaching the owner how to work with the dog and how to transfer that work into real home life situations. Their love of dogs showed in their work. He seriously loved coming to the classes. I did 4 private lessons to start, then rolled into the group class. This was a great combo. The private lessons allowed us to work some things out, but the group setting helped him to socialize and act better around other dog/people/distractions in general. Highly recommend coming here for training, they were great. Anyone who is having issues with their dog, I suggest working with them. They had my dog figured out by the end of session one I swear- it was honestly amazing! Diego and I thank you Tammy!

Tammy is the absolute best trainer in this area. Our GS pup has been going there since we got her. Tammy works with you so you have the dog you always wanted, explains why your dog maybe acting out and how to correct the situation. She teaches you how to also be the best dog owner. It is a balance between you and the effort you put into your dog. Our Mia also loves going there for her boarding when we are gone. I never worry if she is just stuck in a kennel and not getting what she needs. Jordan is great at communicating with us while we are gone. Northcoast K9 has always gone above and beyond making sure we are comfortable with leaving Mia to understanding what we are learning and applying to her training. Hands down the best around

Attentive and caring of the pet's they have in their care. Jordan sent several pictures while we were away in North Carolina to help put my mind at ease, since Chloe was a rescue dog and we had only had her a few months before we went on vacation. I will continue to bring our dogs here everytime we go out of town. Chloe remained happy and loving the entire time, however she was super excited to see us and ready to go home upon our return

Prior to attending “summer camp” at North Coast K-9, a month of in kennel training, this princess had the affectionate nickname of the Lilly Monster. She refused to come when called, jumped on everything and everyone. While she was our fun loving princess, she was also a terror at times. After her time at “camp” with Tammy, she has turned into Lilly Belle, a southern debutant. We went from the people who had their dog silently judged by others to the people who everyone is envious of. The joy of having a dog that knows her job and likes to practice and “go to work”, prancing step in step with you in a heal or the added safety for her when she instantly freezes when you say back. Tammy is not only great with dogs but she is great with people too, explaining the concepts and processes so that the success Lilly found at camp could be replicated and enhanced at home. Tammy gave us that aha moment about how to work with Lilly and that it was as important to maintain the work at home as Lilly got at camp. My wife and I have already decided all future pups we get will definitely be trained by Tammy. It was the best money we have ever spent!

I absolutely love this place. My pup was transformed into the perfect family pet. He went from nipping, being aggressive, not listening, and having accidents in the house to showing nothing but love and obedience. The trainer takes time to make sure you and your dog understand the training and get it down pat. They offer alternative ways to train if it's not quite working. They socialize your dog with the other dogs in the class while in a safe environment. They also take time to help your child understand and learn how to properly handle your dog as well. They offer multiple levels of training. They show so much care and compassion. They are realistic and more helpful than any where else I've ever been. I will continue to come back here for any of my k9 needs.

North Coast K9 did an amazing job with our two 4 year old rescue dogs through their board & train program. One of our dogs was dog & people aggressive and we were so happy with the results of his training. He's a completely different dog around the house as well as out in public. Our other dog was very stubborn and did whatever she wanted before and now she listens to us so much better which has made home life and trips out much easier. Turns out, you can teach older dogs new tricks. Only thing I would change is getting them trained with Tammy years ago instead of waiting so long! Thanks again😁

I have been boarding my 3 pups here for two years. During the first year, we boarded several times. My pups received their meds and seemed happy when brought home. During the past year, this has changed. In April of 2024, they were there …

They had to reschedule us weeks out then decided to call back days before the next appointment to cancel again! Now they’re claiming my dog is too “difficult” to deal with and they had to make cuts due to lack do groomers. The groomers have never once complained about my dog having any type of issues until they continuously kept rescheduling us weeks out.

Affordable pricing but scheduling was very uncoordinated. I’m glad they took in my pup even though they said they’re fully booked and I had called two weeks in advance to reserve. I even turned in all the appropriate documentation needed then. Delayed email answers. I think they’re over capacity and taking in more pets than they could accommodate. When I came, there were two dogs set up and stationed in the front office as well. Worst thing was my beagle came back after 2 nights boarding, hoarse and bedridden for about 3 days. But the location was very convenient in Sandusky. I just don’t think I would bring back again. Too bad they can’t talk but I can just tell when my pup enjoys his boarding or something went wrong. Next time I’d pay a bit more and get someone on Rover if I’m visiting.

Does not know how to deal with dogs. The employees aren't trained to handle dogs that have anxiety and did nothing to comfort her while I was gone. Overall a traumatic experience for my australian shepherd.

I thought they did a good job grooming. However the last time I went my dog had a bleeding gash on her belly. My groomer never came out to talk to me someone else did. They said she bit the groomer and the groomer was surprised and cut her. I told them I found that impossible to believe as she NEVER bites. Not even a growl out of my 3 pound dog. So today I took her to a different groomer and told them what happened. I asked them to let me know her disposition and if they thought she would have biten. When I picked her up she informed me she was great, not one bit of trouble. Just what I expected. Glad I found a different place.

My friend took his dog there because we had things to handle being from San Diego our dog is dead and has anxiety when we picked him up he didn't want to leave he was so happy and the ladies who were working with him were very professional and very loving towards our puppy and when we come back to Ohio this will be the only place to where I will be secure and more than at ease if we may need to do business to where we have to leave our puppy for any extended periods of time and as for myself and my brother and our puppy Blizzard we most definitely would love to say thank you for everything

It was my dogs first time ever getting groomed. They asked what I wanted done and they delivered 110%. The people working were extremely friendly. Lucy will definitely be coming back for another day. Thanks ladies you did a fantastic job with her. <3

So we used the boarding service at DogGone Gorgeous twice now and the first time my wife and I were extremely pleased. Our dog came back happy and tired and seemed well cared for, even came back clean and smelling as though he had a bath! So naturally, when we left town for a second time we went here again. I prepaid, which I won't ever do again, and when my wife came to pick him at the agreed upon time we found our dog playing outside and absolutely muddy. Which then made my wife's car dirty enough that I am now looking at a $145 detailing bill to clean or hours of shampooing our carpets to clean the mess. When I called I was told well he was playing outside and it was dirty. I understand that we can add a bath to our dogs stay but I would think to return the dog clean for the owners would be good business practice. Not sure if I will use them for the third time as we are not happy with the second experience. If you are using them one time great or have a good relationship with the owner it may be different. We may look at different options as being new customers, we try to be considerate pet owners and as such we want to know that the service we pay $130 some for is good service for both us and our furry family member.

Amy is such a nice person. I loved talking with her and seeing how much she loves her job. The dogs stayed there for the day and slept so well that night. They were completely wore out and napped all the way back to the hotel. I loved how the dogs could just walk outside whenever they wanted and the main room has couches like a home setting. Will definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Our 2 English Springer Spaniels attend Rover & always love their time there! They come home so tired and are so excited any morning that we grab their leashes. Our younger dog as a puppy became so anxious in the car - now he drags us to the car and hops in knowing he’s probably going to Rover. Thanks Rover staff! Our dogs love it there.

Dog grooming - she smelled great after her bath. And our dog is always happy to be there. It was a little busy but the staff were getting people checked out quickly.

SMALL & ELDERLY DOG OWNERS BEWARE!! We recently left our Yorkshire terrier at Rover and we had a terrible experience. Our Yorkshire was as mauled by a puppy that skinned her back the top of her head, and neck. I guess it’s my fault for not understanding their protocols, but I would have NEVER left my 13 year old dog with a puppy just because the puppy is “small”. Overall, they do a pretty decent job, but there was no way that after this visit that I wasn’t going to share this with future customers. If you have a medium to large size dog, I’m sure it’s a fine operation. But, if you have a small or elderly dog, I would suggest looking for something more private. There is no way my dog got mauled like this in a matter of seconds. This is as neglect and then they attempted to make it better at the end with extra attention. Poor poor job…. Obviously never going back and will continue to share this story.

I can only share that when dropping off my parents 12 year old Jack Russell Terrier for care, his tail is wagging, I hand them the leash, his tail still wagging, he walks away, doesn't even look back at me, tail still wagging. Halo, gives them a 5 star tail wag. Every employee I have interacted with has been kind, and engaged. The location is clean and well kept. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I started taking my golden to Rover after several months of obedience training and numerous walks/runs. Despite all of this exercise, he still had lots of energy. Rover Come Over has been a wonderful outlet to let our dog burn all the excess energy. It's easy to drop off your dog while you go to work or attend an event. Your dog will come back tired, so you and your pup can just relax at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and even made us a baby gift for our newborn. Rover also allows you to watch your pup through cameras. I was hesitant to bring my dog to a doggy daycare, but Rover has honestly been a godsend to my family. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially folks who have high energy breeds.

Rover Come Over is an excellent doggy day care. Cubby is always excited to get there and we know he’s had fun since he is tired when he comes home. They also do a great job clipping and drumming his toenails. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very caring. We have been using Rover for about 5 1/2 years and have never been disappointed.

my dog, sage, comes here a few times a week. the staff is always so cheerful and friendly when i drop him off, and he is always so excited to go! their groomers also do an excellent job of making him look like the dapper young man he is. the prices are incredibly fair, and the service is wonderful. thank you rover for giving sage a second home!

I recently started taking my dog Darcy to Rover Come Over, mostly just to give her some time with other dogs. Both Darcy and I couldn’t be happier with it! Everyone is so nice and kind and you can tell how much they love the dogs. She has a great time there!

We love Heartwood! We were so worried about leaving our fur baby because he’s been so nervous and attached to us since we rescued him. Jeff and Ty are amazing! You can tell they truly love and care about all the dogs they care for! Wilma is so prompt and helpful whenever I text with questions or concerns. They even take the time to take pics and videos throughout the day! They’re truly the best!! Cody loves his time with them!

Wilma and her family are very attentive to your precious animals put under their charge. The utmost care is taken and love is abundantly given to your fur baby. They treat them like their own. They took the time and used the right techniques to make sure my little pitbull felt safe. She is prone to jump fences when she is scared or distracted and they helped her with that. 10/10 would use them again.

My dog loved going to Heartwood and I felt that they really cared for him. Unfortunately, he got his second respiratory illness in six months from there. The vet and I felt that cleaning and screening for sick dogs might be lacking, and then I contacted the owner to inform her of the illness. Her response is that they NO LONGER REQUIRE ANY VACCINES because they "can get sick anyway." This is so incredibly irresponsible and distressing to hear. I would NEVER have taken my dog there if I was aware of this stance - the website still says vaccines are required. Very disappointed.

I am blown away with my experience with heartwood doggie daycare! The staff is amazing and it is clear they care about every single dog they meet. I got updated with pictures and videos and never once had to stress when I was out of town. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pup!!

Simply awesome! Jeff is awesome; your furry friend couldn't be in better hands. Fresh country air and they feed them the food that you bring instead of some garbage dog food provided by most places. Safe, reasonably priced, what more could you ask for?

This is by FAR the best doggie daycare I have ever taken my pups to. Jeff and Wilma are so kind and caring. They treated my dogs as if they were there own. I am so impressed. It’s worth the 35 minute drive for me! Thank you for the peace of mind and wonderful service to my little babies!

Wilma and Jeff are amazing. They treat my dogs like they do there own. It's just a wonderful place to board your animals. My little chihuahua can be a bit temperamental so I was really worried about leaving him there. Wilma texted me the next day with a picture of her holding Romeo in her own home. I relaxed and just love her kind heart!

Unfortunately staff left all of the dogs unattended together and a family dog was attacked and killed while in their care. They have said that changes are made to not allow it to happen again, but it didn't happen before this either. People should be aware that this did happen before deciding to leave their pets here.

Jason always goes above and beyond with our dogs and is very reasonable priced. We trust him with our home and our 3 dogs. Honestly not sure about any of the negative reviews on here as we have always been extremely happy with his service!!

I have worked with Jason on multiple occasions and without hesitation, I could not recommend him more. His knowledge along with certifications renders him more than qualified from basic pet needs to the unlikely event of a health emergency. Jason has proven to be a great asset to the Findlay area and his motto "The next best thing to you" is a comforting truth.

I met with owner and we discussed how and what to do, put the dog out during the day, place her in kennel inside at night, throw the ball to her on visits. None of what we discussed was followed. My dog chewed up 3 pairs of shoes because she was not put in the kennel at night. He left her run the house. He also did not go over at the times discussed, or my dog would not have peed 3 times on the floor and he just left it there for 2 days! The ball was still in the same place i put it. His visits were 20 minutes. Also found that they made themselves quite at home in my back yard. Building a swing in one of my trees. I have pictures. Moving around my firewood. Then he refused to put my dog outside during the day as we agreed. He is totally inept for this job. See if you take this one off of your website as well.

He gives us the peace of mind when we are gone. He handles the various pets and medications without a problem. He even picks up our mail and takes out the trash so no one knows when we are away. I love the fact that he can send a text to let us know how our pets are doing. I highly recommend his services.

Great place for Grooming & Boarding. Our dog was taken care of as he should have been & maybe gets a little more spoiled when he goes for his grooming's! I had multiple places tell me that they couldn't groom our Alaskan Malamute because of his size & massive triple coat! Gold star does an amazing job with him!!

The staff is professional, and they work with you. Anna, is the groomer I deal with and does a great job. I highly recommend her. My dog is a wigglely worm, but Anna was able to handle him and give him a cut. My customer experience with Gold Star has been great. Thank you for taking good care of my pup.

Natasha is great. I have a baby that’s a very finicky and very aggressive at times but she always finds a way to get it done thank you Natasha you’re wonderful.

We had the somewhat of the same issue, rude staff. Actually it was the owner. It was a very unpleasant first time experience. We were not aware they had a break in their hours on Sunday's. We were traveling back and wanted to pick up our fur baby. Evidentally they were closed and did not open for another 30 minutes this was prior to our approach to the owner outside - we overheard her say jesus christ, read the sign.. unreal a business can thrive/opperate in this manner. Our dog also came home with fleas. She has never in her life had fleas. Use caution when boarding your pet here or conversing with staff. They need a sign "may bite or beware of owners"

Rude staff. I used the grooming services for years. They lost their experienced groomer and the quality of the cuts went way down. The main woman at the front desk is routinely rude to customers. I would find a place that truly appreciates their customers. Response to reply: yes, I have not been back due to the treatment I received. I’m very happy with the groomer I’m going to now. How you treat customers matters. I have no interest in discussing what happened. Actions have consequences and in this case it cost you a customer. I hope you and your staff will do better in the future.

Absolutely the most loving second home for fur babies! Love the building and play areas! Love the staff! Very safe and clean. Air ventilation makes all the difference for the fur babies!! Highly recommend!

At Gold Star, Benson enjoyed many good times at the daycare where he had many friends and learned good behaviour. Ellie groomed him beautifully. When boarded, my husband and I had piece of mind knowing he was in a clean environment and well taken care of. We unexpectedly had to board our dogs. We found Gold Star, and fortunately, they had space. It's always a little scary to just drop off your pet babies someplace, but we read other people's reviews, and frankly, we were in a bind, so we decided to chance it. The place was very clean, the people were very friendly, and the dogs were very healthy when we picked them up. I should also mention that the price for the 3 of them was good. All in all, we are extremely happy with them, and they are definitely now on our list of places we can send our babies. FYI, we are very picky. Our list only has 2 names on it!

I decided not to continue dropping my dog off at 41K9 because the staff waited until a serious incident to occur before letting me know that my dog was showing signs of obvious distress. My dog had been going several days a week for about a …

I left 3 messages, with my question in each message, over a 2 day period stressing a time crunch each time. Someone left me a message to email them, that they don't answer the phone since they are always doing things. (They did not answer my question on this message) So, I emailed them the question. I got a response that they could not accommodate my situation. What a bother! It was obvious that they did not bother listening to EACH of my messages with the question and just couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. After reading these reviews, I will not pursue any services from this kennel.

Milo just gets his entire life each time he visits. He's learning to socialize, behave and make friends. When he comes home...He's puckered out...the staff is friendly, courteous and always attentive.

My boy loves the day trips but not so much the overnight. The staff is working with me to help make his overnights better, they gave me some suggestions and have been very helpful. Staff is very friendly and I will continue to use 41K9 for my boy!

So happy we found this place.... When we go out of town we don't always have family to watch the dogs. This place isn't the closest but out of all the ones I personally visited this was the one place that treated me and Honey like FAMILY. It's just a vibe in that place, people are happy and the dogs are happy too... For me it isn't about the cost or location for my 4 legged family but about how she feels when visiting the location, I'm not the one staying there and let's just say she didn't want to leave 😉 and my wallet didn't hurt after. Finally thoughts, After the owner took the time out of his day to come see who this newcomer was, I just felt relaxed. For me it's about an hour drive but the fact she doesn't want to leave means it's totally worth it.

We take our sweet girl here 5-6 days out of the week while we are at work, she had just turned 4 months when we started bringing her and she absolutely loves it. We don’t have any issues with her being a younger dog in the Pack. Shes always tired when she gets home and it’s definitely made her even more social with people and dogs. The staff is so kind and friendly always willing to talk and hear my concerns and make me feel very safe bringing our dog here. We are so grateful for these amazing and friendly staff for taking care and watching our girl during the day. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Previously I had rated this establishment with 5 stars. I no longer can. We've reached a three strikes point and will no longer be returning. First strike, my sister who brought us on to 41k9 had picked up her pup and while in the parking lot heard some absolutely cursing up a storm at the dogs. She said it was foul language and completely unnecessary for the environment. Second strike was about 2-3 weeks later when our dog, a Newfie, so she looks like a black bear but absolutely one of the most passive dog breeds ever, she will literally put herself between two people yelling at each other in order to spread them out. She was accused of snapping at another dog, a pitt, while at the water bowl. I'll admit she'll drink it by the gallon, but we've only ever heard her growl once, and that was not at a dog. All she ever wants to do is get love and play. And in this water bowl event, only our dog was hurt, the other dog bit her face and cut her just under the eye. So we were very suspicious, not to mention pissed at the accusations, and our guard was way up. I almost called it right there and demanded video proof. And then this whole issue with the owner popped up on social media. I don't care how he wants to excuse it, it was a racist tirade for which he took absolutely ZERO responsibility or accountability and simply deflected everything. For someone who self proclaims they are not associated with the business other than to clean and fix things, he sure responded to my previous 5 star review by name. Third strike. We're done. Can't be associated with that type of people. So I wish you all caution.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. This is one of those places that makes Toledo so great. The staff is amazing and take such good care of our dog both at daycare and when boarding. Could not recommend them any higher!

The staff at 41K9 are great. They love the pups and take great care of them. I was concerned my eleven year old would not be socialized enough for day care but she loves going there.

Apollo and Artemis has their tempernant test today at 41k9! They did awesome! For all the pet owners who are going back to work and are afraid to leave their dogs alone or people like My boyfriend and I who on mondays have to leave the dogs by themselves for up to 12 hours at home, I highly recommend this place! It’s cheap and provides so many different services that at other doggy daycares would charge you for! Also did I mentions it’s locally owned? The groomer there, Sara, is amazing at what she does and is as kind hearted as they come. She will not hesitate to educate you should you be wanting information on your dog for a variety of things. She worked in vetenary medicine for many years and as such is qualified in her advice. You will not be disappointed in your dogs experience and groom here.

Sarah is an amazing groomer! Our dog is very nervous about baths and grooming and in the past he has required multiple sedatives and a muzzle. With Sarah he needs nothing!! She is so kind and patient with him and I know he is in great hands. I never thought we would find someone to groom him without all the medications, let alone someone who will tolerate his behavior when he is so afraid of grooming! We are so lucky to have found Sarah and we would recommend her to anyone with a nervous dog!

My pup is 1 year old, she is super playful and full of energy and just wants to play, she is a lab, we have taken her to pups paradise sylvania 5 times maybe in the last few weeks, she has gotten some bad reports back either from wanting to play with other dogs or barking, they put her in time out in a solitary confinement room, I’m not sure how long. It seems like while watching on the cameras while she is there, the dogs are expected to just lay around and not play with each other, there is also not a lot of engagement with the staff and dogs on the cameras There is an outdoor area however that is not accessible at any time the dogs want or need to go out, it seems like the staff doesn’t do much to play or pay much attention to the dogs and if they are barking or wanting to play they are put in a isolated room. This has been our experience the past few weeks. I know a lot of ppl have better experiences but maybe have older dogs who just lie around, not recommended for younger pups in my opinion. They told me to give her calming chews before she comes in? She’s 1 and needs to play with other dogs smh

Great place to board your dog. The staff is great and really friendly. The rooms are big and our dog seemed to enjoy being there. Very organized and professional. We are definitely going to be using them in the future.

My dog Annabelle is the love of my life. She is the sweetest dog I’ve ever had and it’s important to me that she’s in good hands when she gets groomed. I took her to two different groomers in Toledo and both times she came out terrified and shaking. When we went for a second visit, she cowered and refused to go inside. So I went looking for a new groomer, and thankfully found Sara. To say Annabelle is obsessed with Sara is an understatement. She clearly treats my dog with care and love. Annabelle comes out both beautiful and happy, the best combination. I’m just so thankful we found Sara and Pups Paradise. Annabelle agrees!

I took my dog to Pups Paradise and told the groomer that Fonz was a hot mess. I knew he was going to need to be shaved down. But she didn’t take the time to cut his hair on his head, tail or ears. Just completely shaved him down everywhere and then sent him home with wet ears. He was shaved down then shivering in my car even with the heated seat on. Worst haircut ever.

I love this place. My 7 month old golden retriever puppy loves it. It's so good for him. I'm so glad I was referred here. He burns off his high energy, which makes my life better. Everyone is super nice. All the girls there do an outstanding job taking care of all the dogs!

My dog was there recently for a temperament test. He did not pass the test, but that is not the reason for this poor review. My dog attends two other local daycares and comes home tired and happy after a great day of playing. After two hours of time here, he has been irritable, on edge, and sad. When they brought him to me he was rushing to come home and whined in the car on the way home. These behaviors are not like him at all. Maybe this place just isn’t a great fit for him or maybe like another review suggests they aren’t paying enough attention and something happened.

We are in love with Pups Paradise Sylvania! We have been going there for five years and would choose them every time. Their staff is so kind and always wanting to make sure I feel at ease when the dogs are there. They pay so much attention to detail and really care for my puppies, like I would. I love their notes on how the dogs were at grooming, daycare, or boarding. The cameras to keep an eye on the dogs is fantastic, and if I ever want to get a update I can always call and they go into great detail about how my babies have been. Lastly, we love the groomer at Pups Paradise Sylvania. Her name is Sara and she is by far the best groomer we have experienced. From photo to video updates, a phone call, and a lovely note on how our babies did... She is just amazing. We have three huskies, so finding a groomer who takes the time to care for our dogs and get to know them is so important. Highly recommend any and all services at this location. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Elsie and Lucky have been boarded at Woofpack several times since we found out about them. So close and convenient. Both dogs love going and Amber and her family take such good care of the dogs.

I was super nervous about finding a place to board my elderly cat because I have never done so before but those feelings changed when I came across The WoofPack LLC. In immediately speaking with Amber I felt comfortable and at ease as she was super kind and welcoming and and I knew Anubis would be in great hands! When I was away, Amber provided me with daily updates and pictures that made feel better about being away from my fur baby. I could enjoy my vacation knowing that he was safe and comfortable in his own room away from other animals and was still getting attention and care. I would recommend The WoofPack LLC over any kennel because it is in the comfort of Amber's home and you can rest easy that your cat will be in safe hands with such kind and caring people. Amber was very accommodating when we needed to find boarding at the last minute when our plans changed. She was very friendly and had good communication. She sent photos and updates every day. I feel better about boarding our dog with her and the care and attention he received over a commercial boarder. We will definitely use her services in the future!!

We were very happy we found The WoofPack while visiting Canada for a few days. Amber was very flexible when we needed to board our dog a day earlier. Overall, it was a very easy process and Teddy seemed to enjoy it. We would definitely board here again.

My 2 dogs absolutely love The Woof Pack and staying there while I'm on vacation! One of my dogs has separation anxiety issues, hates being in a kennel, and is picky with people she trusts but Amber is amazing with her and she can't wait to get out of the car and run inside to see her when I pull up in her driveway! She also does a great job during home visits caring for my cats, chinchilla's, and rabbit. I love getting pictures and daily updates of all my furbabies. I relax and enjoy my vacations even more knowing they're being well taken care of. Can't say enough good things about The Woof Pack. Highly recommend!!!

We took Lilo to the WoofPack for a week while on vacation. She is a mini-dachshund and gets very anxious, especially when we have to leave even for just a short time for work. Amber was wonderful with her and brought her right into the fold. Took great care of her, and sent us daily updates. Definitely recommend her to anyone needing to board their babies!

CAT BOARDING REVIEW! I am so, so glad I took a chance with this place. I was apprehensive because I wanted to board my cat and I wasn’t sure about a place with dogs. Amber was so responsive and professional! My cat had a wonderful time based on the many pictures and updates Amber supplied without me even needing to ask. He came home earlier this week and adjusted back with zero issues. I’m sure he’s missing his new kitty friends, though! 😹

This is the only place I can board my two dogs. I have taken them to a traditional boarding place in the past and had a bad experience. My younger dog so anxious just from a weekend stay that I had to take him to the vet for stomach issues. My older dog is the one with separation anxiety so I was very surprised at my younger dog’s reaction. They are comfortable with Amber and get healthy exposure to other dogs. She sends updates during the stay which is reassuring. I’m so glad I found her!
