We were so happy to have Elisa stay at the house with Gus Gus and Chee Chee. Communication with Elisa was so easy and we had no troubles meeting eachother over a virtual call and then coordinating our schedules for arrival and departure days. Elisa sent me daily kitty updates as agreed and was very self sufficient during her entire stay so I was always feeling relaxed. Gus Gus was immediately attracted to Elisa when she arrived which is always a great sign. There was 1 night during my trip that I came back to stay at the apartment and Elisa was very accommodating to this interuption in her schedule. I also arrived back 1 day earlier than Elisa's departure and she was so gracious to switch our sleeping arrangements so I was back in my bed (after a long week of hiking in the mountains) and she took the couch (which I normally take when my schedule changes like that). And of course, the house was in a wonderful clean condition and everything organized exactly as how Elisa found it. We would be happy to welcome Elisa back again.

We are so grateful that Jacqueline was able to watch Zuma. She (and Sebastian, who accompanied her), were lovely and took full advantage of the local area, while taking Zuma along with them everywhere they went. Zuma was well-taken care of and I can tell she is true animal lover. They even took Zuma to meet his friends in the morning for his daily group play. Our place was left is perfect condition, even better than how we left it! Very little support was needed, she was organized, independent and overly competent.

Tamzin and Dan were great house sitters. Tamzin had an unexpected death in the family so she had to return to the UK early, but Dan was able to stay until we were able to find someone else so that he could also return to the UK to support Tamzin. Dan was more than willing to stay until we returned (which was only two more days) but we were very willing to work out other care for that short period of time. They were very communicative with us throughout this process which we greatly appreciated. We would welcome them back anytime.

Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.

Our Dog has just spent two weeks of vacation with Debby in the Jura and it was a very good experience. Transport from Geneva to the Jura is very easy. Debby's mother comes to pick up the dogs at an agreed location and brings them back to the same place. Debby sent us lots of photos and some videos. Communication was super easy. The dogs are at her house like they are at summer camp: they roam freely… large open spaces, walks in the countryside and in the forest and lots of friends to play with. I highly recommend this family pension! 😊

Romane, the founder of Happy Animal's, is undeniably passionate about animals, she knows how to give them affection, attention, gentleness and they return it well! She is available, professional and attentive. I initially chose her company because she had training as a veterinary assistant, telling me that if there was a problem one day she would be able to notice it and that is exactly the case, every time she notices a change or anything strange she lets me know immediately (I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so it happens 😅), she follows up with the vet, takes them to the kennel/cat flap , walks them well obviously and even takes them and picks them up from the groomer. She is also there to look after our animals at home when we are on a short trip (generally less than a week). In our family the most important thing is availability and above all reliability, Romane is never absent and always on time. Honestly I don't know what we would do without her, I can only highly recommend her!! Thank you Roman!

I have used Priscilla and her team since 2016 to visit my cats when I travel, and I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the service offered by Sittdog services. Priscilla responds quickly to requests and always does her best to find slots on the requested dates. In addition to food, my cats always get some time to play and cuddle, and I always get a little report on the visits. In short, a golden service that I recommend 100%!!!

Entrusting your dog is a bit like entrusting your child, so finding the right person is essential. Priscilla has the qualities (and training) for the well-being of our little ones but not only that: she is very attentive and reassuring. Priscilla is a top dog sitter, it even deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️ My 11-year-old dog goes to board her during my vacation, she feels like home there. However, it was not won because my dog does not tolerate separation well, she very quickly acclimatized thanks to the gentleness and kindness of Priscilla. You can go there with your eyes closed, really. This is a family pension, no boxes or cages. This is the best dog boarding I have experienced so far. To the wise 😉

Virginie is a magnificent person in whom you can trust completely and 100,000%! She is professional, gentle, kind and generous, she loves animals and takes care of them wonderfully. She has a big, beautiful heart. She took care of our dog (Beauceronne) for years, was there for her when things weren't going well, accompanied her in her old age and gave her a lot of love. Virginie became a member of our family and a friend. Our dog died last year and we cried and mourned together. Virginie also took care of our cats and they love her very much!
