Koreena was a nice person and good house sitter. I appreciated the time she spent with the cqts they were happy upon my return and i got almost daily photos and check in which was great. The house was clean upon return and she even washed my towels and sheets which I didn’t expect and appreciated. She was able to give my cats medicine and monitor their health, which was great. She monitored the cats well and would update me. The only small thing is she saw improvement and made the decision to stop a medication my cat was getting without discussing it with me (because she saw improvement in his eating and stool). I expressed disappointment, and she apologized however my cat regressed in improvement as a result. I would have handled it differently and kept him on the med or alternated days and just wish she would have run it by me before making that decision for my cat. Besides that I would definitely use her again and feel overall very happy with her care.

Jonathan was prompt and clear with communications. He reached out with questions before the sit and sought clarification on my instructions during the sit. He sent photos of Sophie and Pepito, along with updates. He reached out with a concern about an open gate in the backyard to make sure I knew about it (I did). Elizabeth was an excellent sitter. She is clearly an animal lover and was in tune with our cats, especially bonding with Daisy who loves company and cuddles and attention, but also winning over slightly more picky Saffy. Liz kept us informed throughout the sit with photos and news and we came home to two contented and calm cats. The house was neat and tidy, the sheets and towels in the wash, and everything clean. We are glad she liked our area and Bushy Park and made use of our bicycle to explore. We have no hesitation in recommenting Liz and hope to see her again in the future.

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes!
