Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! She has an innate ability to connect with animals, and it was clear from the daily updates and photos that our pets were happy and thoroughly pampered. The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own.

Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see.

Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever!  Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her.  She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos.  We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of.  As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Judith would take care of anyone's home and pets with as much care as she did at ours, and we highly recommend. Hope she can come back!!

For our first experience with a house sitter, Jim and Julie have set the bar high.  We felt totally confident that any issues would be dealt with, fortunately there were none. They were outstanding house and pet sitters whom we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. They took exceptional care of our house full of pets from 2 large dogs, 3 cats, snake, gecko, fish tank and a koi pond. They provided updates daily, were very easy to communicate with and the house was just as clean as when we left it, with the addition of a nice welcome home gift. We knew our pets were in good hands.
