Patti and Craig were excellent sitters. We come home to happy cats, a clean home, and the unexpected bonus of a home cooked dinner in the fridge for us. Communication with Patti and Craig was excellent, they kept us updated on their arrival from their long drive to Calgary, and while we were away we received regular messages letting us know that all was well. We thoroughly enjoyed an evening chatting with Patti and Craig over dinner before our departure. Abby, Jacob and family were perfect house/pet sitters! Our older dog requires extra attention because she is blind, and Abby's youngest child became the dog's advocate! The second dog because the special pet to Abby's daughter! The home was left in perfect condition! Abby communicated on a regular basis and readily took our guidance. There were several unplanned housing incidents like a non-functioning elevator, a unexpected building fire alarm and evacuation, hurricane wind and rain, etc., and Abby weathered these challenges with problem solving strategies and humor! We would welcome Abby and company back any time!

Cina was absolutely amazing! She watched our house, two large dogs (one of which is not dog-friendly), and our 20 year old cat for a couple weeks while my wife and I were out of town. We were able to give her a list of things to watch over and we were able to leave with confidence that she would be able take care of everything / everyone. She was very respectful of our home. When we got back, everything was clean and in order and out animals were very happy! She was very communicative...she let us know if there were any issues with the house the arose and offered to fix them for us. She send is photos and videos of our animals everyday! I would very much recommend Cina to anyone looking for someone that they can trust while away.

Happy, energetic, non-smoking retired couple who love to travel and love pets.
Alan and Glenda were an absolute delight. We met up the evening before the sit and left the morning after, so we had some nice time to visit, chat and learn about their travels. Chasqui (our dog) had clearly made a bond with them as she was begging them to throw the ball when we got back from our mini-vacation. She smiled at them and cuddled up to them...not something that would happen if she had been ignored or treated badly in any way. The house was scrubbed down and neat upon our return. Everything was in perfect order. We couldn't have asked for a better sit. Except for walks in the neighborhood to lunch spots, they stuck to home, enjoying the garden and Chasqui's company. In a nutshell, Alan and Glenda are calm, polite, kind, mature and conscientious sitters and we would not hesitate to have them back.

Lisa and her friend Sara were amazing pet and house sitters! We can't say enough great things about them - our pets were so calm when we returned from our trip and so happy... Lisa and Sara kept in touch with us regularly and sent us beautiful photos of the pets as well. We returned to a spotless home, fresh flowers and a note with polaroids of Soy, Calvin and Chickie! Not only did our pets enjoy meeting Kelly and Christopher, my husband and I enjoyed meeting them as well! They are personable and kind, organized and communicative, and most of all excellent pet sitters. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him.
