Looking for a place you'll feel good about leaving your dog to get groomed? You can't go wrong with Kendra, Amy and the Stay Spa housed at Stay in Gordon Square. We've known Kendra for years and were psyched when she took up a grooming space at Stay (another great place for pups!). Kendra groomed our late Aussie Max and our current little rescue Oscar for awhile. Now she and Amy have taken on our puppy mill breeder rescue mini Aussie, Fozzie Bear. They are so patient, gentle and sweet with him and understand his shyness and nervousness in the big wide open world. Our experience is nothing but stellar with this team. And the fellas always come home looking good, too! Thank you so much to Kendra, Amy and the Stay Spa!

I can’t say enough positive things about Kendra, Amy, and the Stay Spa staff! They take such great care of my little shih tzu mix every six weeks for her grooming. My girl always leaves the happiest with a bow in her hair and a bandana around her neck. Plus, she smells and looks amazing! Do not hesitate on adding color to your pup’s grooming package! Kendra is an artist and will take all my crazy ideas and run with them to artify my dog into a masterpiece, especially around Halloween or any major holiday. The Stay Spa is the best groomer in Cleveland. Highly recommend!!!

Me and my dog maverick absolutely LOVE stay. The people working are genuine and have always done their job. I get little report card and they show.when they walk him or if he's playing I'll get little videos, just like if he were my kid. There are options for comfort in your dog's stay. Basic crates, cute little living room set ups. I have never had an incident. We will always be back. Oh so we can drop in or we can schedule time to come in. Super flexible. And when my dog stay overnight he never has seemed nervous to return

We absolutely adore Stay! They have always been so kind and very accommodating! We look forward to seeing the pictures they post as well as the report card. Cooper is always so excited as soon as we pull up to the building and can’t wait to get inside. We can’t recommend this place enough!

My heart beams for Stay dogcare. Sam, Amy, and the entire team are wonderfully geared towards individualized care and attention to the dogs. They treat them as their own. Stay is trustworthy with food and medication protocol and attuned to behavior/ moods of the animals to give them whatever they need within a reasonable framework. They are also flexible with dropoff and pickup times (24 hours!!) and you can text them for updates/changes at any time. You can bring creature comforts that make the dogs happy and Stay will accommodate. They do exit baths upon request which is a cherry on top. Their daycare updates and photos are adorable and just like obsessive fur baby parents, we will sit at a hotel on vacation and look on our phones waiting for report card updates from the day. Also you can access those photos anytime on their app which is an impressive amount of cloud storage for a local small business! I wish every service team had a sliver of the compassion and customer service acumen that Stay has. I have lived all around the country and never experienced a better animal care service.

Stay has been great! Both of my Siberian Huskies have made friends matching their energy levels respectively. The staff are all very much dog people and take care of everyone as though its their own dogs. Its amazing watching my boys light up when they see some of the staff. Not to mention they know just about every dog by name. Knowing my dogs with severe separation anxiety find some comfort and fun here is all i could ask of any daycare. Will never go anywhere else.

I have a very sociable dog who is always so excited to spend some time at Stay - whether for shorter daycare stays or longer boardings. Very friendly staff who take great care of my boy, Boris!

I've been taking my dog, Poppy, here for daycare and for the occasional overnight stay and I have nothing but good things to say about Stay!! Poppy can tend to get overstimulated and have her social battery run a bit low during daycare and they've been amazing with accommodating that and giving her the breaks throughout the day that she needs. She comes home after daycare absolutely tuckered (which is amazing when I'm also exhausted from work lol) and is very happy when she realizes where we are when I'm dropping her off :) The report card pictures and videos are absolutely adorable and everyone I've spoken to has been so nice - I'm so glad there's such an amazing doggie daycare near me!!

Our dog has lived in Brooklyn, Long Island and here in Cleveland. We have never found a place that our dog loves to go to more or that is more accommodating (24/7/365). The owners are amazing all of the staff make us feel like they love our dog as much as we do. This place is really unique and as healthcare providers (both I and my partner) our irregular hours make a place like Stay a life saver. Included with the review is a picture of our dog... because. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE and beyond adore STAY!! I’ve never had any negative type interactions with any of the employees upon pick up/drop off of my furbaby. She also adores coming here, and gets the best grooming I’ve ever been able to get for her (Kendra & Rey’s) are both beyond amazing and great at what they do with grooming a furbaby!!! And I love that my baby girl like knows on the day that it’s her doggy spa day with Kendra/Rey’s and enjoys the pampering from them with of course a homemade ice cream treat bc of course how is it a spa day with out ice cream!? 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Andrea is an absolute must for your fur baby's needs! This hasn't been just a boarding experience, but another fur mom to my sweet boy President! I can not ask for anyone better to look after him when we're gone. Andrea treats him as if he is her very own and not just a client. Rubs, walks, love, grooming, rubs, family chill time, rubs, walks in the neighborhood so he visit the neighbors, and rubs...did I say rubs and love?! Thanks Andrea for all you do 🥰🐕🐶☺️💙

Andrea has watched our high-energy Staffordshire Terrier several times now and I can't say enough good things about her. Our dog loves her and she gets plenty of much needed exercise and mental stimulation when she's with Andrea. Andrea is very attentive to detail and does a great job of keeping us up to date with everything that is going on at home while we are out of town. I don't have to worry about anything when she's taking care of our dog. She will always be our first choice for in-home pet care.

Andrea was amazing! … she watched not only our 2 MinPin's but also our other "puppies" while we went on a much needed vacation … We puppy sit also and were going to have to cancel our yearly vacation this year when a friend recommended Andrea to us … she spent 2 weeks caring for our puppies and puppy clients while we were away … She sent us pictures each day and kept us continually informed of everything that was going on … Andrea has our deepest thanks for the wonderful care she provided that allowed us a carefree vacation … she is trustworthy, reliable and caring … we loved her, our dogs loved her and so did their parents … We have already booked her for our next trip! Andrea watched our two dogs for a day in our home, and she is simply amazing. So warm and wonderful, and professional. She goes above and beyond all expectations. We have a neurotic dog who took to her immediately. Before our first stay she came twice to get to know the dogs and their needs. She communicates regularly, even sending photos of your babies and maps of the walks they take together! We trust her completely after one stay, and will be booking her again and again. If you need a dog sitter, look no further!

Andrea kept my dog Lucy for me while I had to take an unexpected trip to see a family member in the hospital . She made arrangements for me so that I could go see my family in Florida . She not only took my dog on walks , she stayed there watched my house for me and cut her nails and spoiled my pup like it was her very own . The BEST petsitting experience I have EVER received . I will definitely be recommending her to more of my fur parents .

I had Andrea in my grooming class at Stautzenberger College. She is very detail oriented and loves and cares for animals so much! She is definitely worthy of the trust you put into her with your furbabies!

AA pet care keep my high energy 7mth old pitbull for the weekend. She sent me updates and even practiced some good walking behaviors with him. I would recommend!

Cookie has been there 6 times for daycare and more upcoming schedules! I can tell that he burns his energy EVERYTIME! He definitely loves Max & Alayna's Paws Play! The staff all loved him! I can tell that they remembered all of the dogs and their pawrents! I love their photos as I can check on my puppy when he's not with me! I am sure he loves it here cause every time he runs towards the door! He learnt how to socialize with other dogs! I never tried boarding but they have a camera to show every dog that is in the boarding area, every dog have their own room, I feel it is good that he learnt how to use the elevated cot, and he is able to play with bigger breed dogs and he doesn't get afraid of them on the street and tried to play with them when other pawrents are fine with that! Saying hi to other pawrents that I posted their dogs on!

I've been taking my Margo to Paws Play since February and have had nothing short of an exceptional experience. It truly IS a gift to the community and it's all because of the incredible staff. Whether I was dropping Margo off for daycare or boarding her for a few nights, Teressa, Matt, Josh, Brie, Debra and the entire team made sure she had the best time with both them and the other Paws. I can't recommend them enough and am so grateful such an invaluable service exists in Cleveland.

If I could give a 10 star review, I would!!! Paws and Play take such good care of our energetic Alaskan Malamute both in day care and for the occasional boarding. We live close by and our pup can’t walk by anymore- she is too excited and thinks we’re going to see her friends there. That’s how much she loves it there- and as her owners, we know that means they’re good to her. Thank you!

We took our little one over our long weekend. It was our first trip to Cleveland so our choice was based mostly on reviews. First of all, the entire week before drop off, communication was excellent. Making sure everything including shot records was correct. When we dropped her off the entire staff was welcoming and transition was easy. Phone calls we answered immediately. The camera in the rooms were a good addition. When we picked her up, she was happy and looked great. The only recommendation I would make is to add cameras in the play area so we can see them when they are out of the kennels. Highly recommend!!!

Paws Play is my go to for boarding and sometimes even when I need a break. I wish I could take them every day but the drive would be killer for me. I did start taking my first corgi there when I first moved to Cleveland. They made him feel right at home and safe. And they did such a great job with my newest rescue. This place really cares and knows dogs.

My puppy Tiger absolutely loves daycare! I have also utilized their boarding service. Great employees who I fully trust. My pup always comes home exhausted which is so helpful! Prices are reasonable.

Staff were super accommodating to let us plug in our cooler & allow Ari to crate in the comfort of her familiar crate/cushion. Our 1/2 @ the rock n roll hall of fame was wonderful knowing that Ari was in good hands. Price was super reasonable as our destination in NY was pricey. Great experience for me and my beloved pooch. We were in from out-of-town and needed a place for the dog while we took care of some business. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. They sent me a photo of my doggy midway through, which warmed my heart -- and relieved any anxiety I might have been feeling!

I live in California and recently attended a wedding in Cleveland. I wanted to bring our dog but needed to board him for a few days. It was the first time I have ever boarded him and was definitely nervous. I researched so many dog boarding places and didn't feel that any of them were right. I finally found Paws Play and I'm so glad that I did. From the first call I made to them, I was given incredible customer service. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and their communication was above and beyond. My flight was landing outside of their drop off times, but they allowed me to drop my dog off during their nighttime walking hours, which I really appreciated. The facility was also really great — Zeppelin is a medium size dog and I was really happy with the amount of space/room he was in. I highly recommend using them for your boarding need!

Experience with Paws In The LLC was amazing from the first get to know you visit to coming home after a vacation to very happy puppies. The creativity to get puppies engaged and entertained was priceless. We are lucky to have Noelle was referred to us.

If you’re reading reviews to compare companies, I’m glad you’re here, no need to look any further… My wife and I were heading out of town for a wedding and needed emergency coverage as our previous plan had fallen through. My wife reached out to Noelle (owner) Thursday afternoon…we ended up having Ashley (employee) meet our pups the same night! Furthermore, we had just added a puppy to our family (we already had 10 month old pup…so basically two puppies) which needed to be taken out every couple hours still. Noelle was able to work in tandem with Ashely to ensure our pups were properly taken care of. They both went above and beyond to make sure our pups were thoroughly entertained, comfortable, and happy. The amount of pictures, toys, video updates, etc. we received were beyond fantastic and hilarious! It had been the first time, EVER, that my wife and I were able to relax and have a good time, without the worry of our dogs. I could go on and on about how fantastic our experience was! Paws In The Land, has our business for life and I wouldn’t it any other way. The proof is in the product! Noelle and her team are professional and go above and beyond to take care of our dogs. I cannot imagine leaving our fur babies with anyone else because they love her. The constant pictures she sends after every visit show us how much fun they are having. She noticed one of them behaving oddly before we did even-just an ear infection but she is so tuned into their personalities and needs.

I fully trust and rely on Noelle and her team to give the best care when walking my dog, Hamilton. I love the email updates I get after they walk him, the photos from their visit (which sometimes include toys and costumes Noelle has brought for Hammy to borrow), and the extra info Noelle provides, like product recalls and answers to my questions concerning Hammy's health. Noelle truly goes above and beyond and works with you and your schedule. I recommend her and her team's services!

BEYOND AMAZING. Noelle was in contact the whole time, took photos, stayed extra with our dogs to comfort and play with them. It was the first time we had left them alone while going away for a few nights. Noelle took The best care of our boys and we now can go on more vacations knowing she and her staff will watch our four legged kiddos . She answered our texts immediately and sent photos every time she went and even brought them new toys to play with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Noelle started to take care of my Shih-Tzu, Sassy, three years ago. Sassy was immediately taken with Noelle. She is kind, compassionate and always willing to go that extra mile. When Sassy saw her out in public, she would be so excited. Noelle recently spent 5 days helping my father's Shih-Tzu to get comfortable with strangers. By the final day, Winnie, was happy to walk with Noelle. Noelle has a gift with animals. She also has an amazing talent for taking photos of your pet. Everyday you get some photos sent to you. Sometimes your dog gets featured on her website or Facebook page. She also provides us with detailed notes on how the visit went. She is always so complementary. Noelle is terrific for picking up on your pet's preferences or how you wish them to be treated. We are so happy with Noelle and thrilled that she has started this new business. I recommend her to anyone.

Taking our dog here for a groom was one of the worst experiences we have had with our puppy. We asked for a simple trim/puppy cut for our anxious dog, telling them that it's ok if they can't get everyone we just want him to feel safe. Instead the groomer decided to shave our dog to almost the skin. At pickup my wife waited awhile in the hallway where she could see our dog (and was questioning if it was him because he looked so different than we have ever seen in the 4 years we have had him) while no one was willing to help her. A worker was sitting on their phone, and didn't even look up at her once to see if she needed assistance as she paced and started getting anxious about what was going on. Once she was finally helped, they had her pay before giving her our dog and then they had the collar on him. This caused my wife to have a panic attack as she was already unsure of if it was him in the first place and worried that he was not treated well with how much he was shaved. Our dogs skin was red and irritated from the aggressive shaving and also sensitive to touch in certain areas for multiple days afterwards, leading us to believe the groomer was rough with our dog. Usually it takes groomers up to 6 hours to groom him for a “puppy cut” and it took them roughly 2 hours to completely shave him down. If you have an anxious or nervous dog don't take your dog here. Also they seem clearly poorly managed and organized.

Awesome experience with Inn the Doghouse, from a grooming perspective. Compared to other groomers, they do a great job for a great price. Furthermore, the staff was incredibly friendly and the facility was clean/updated. Will be going back for another appointment.

I sent my Golden Retriever to get a luxury grooming and he came back looking great! The lady who was in charge of the groomers gave my dog the perfect length for his breed. Will definitely keep taking him there.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at inn the doghouse!!! Caleb was absolutely wonderful with my fur babies and especially the elderly dog I rescued a few months ago. She has a traumatic past and he made sure she felt comfortable and safe the entire time. I will be returning here to get my dogs groomed. So happy with the result!!!

This place is great, the staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about each and every dog that comes in. They make you feel like family. I have been taking my dog there since he was a puppy, and he loves it. The staff all know him as "lil charlie", and he has made plenty of friends and even a girlfriend The staff is very attentive and honestly makes you feel good knowing your dog is in good hands. My dog goes crazy over Karen, an employee there, when he hears her voice he instantly smiles and wants to jump in her arms, it just reassures me hes in the best care. And a plus is the doggycam they have available so you can see whats going on anytime of the day.

I was impressed on how kind and trustworthy the staff was. I needed a place for my dog Atlas while on vacation and they put my mind at ease. They also keep great records and notes to better serve and remember the customers needs.

Super friendly staff, they took great care of my dog and I'm sure he was happy the whole time. My Service Dog Dozer is a 90 pound American Bully, he came out happy and bouncing around. He smells good, he's shiny, clean, and no more bad breath! I got the pamper and de-shed with a pawdicure and tooth brushing. A great value and service!

Dogtropolis is an absolute GEM for pet owners, and I couldn't be happier with the experience my dog, Oakley, had during his stay! 😊 In posting this review, I’ve utilized both their day care and boarding within the same week. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made it easy for this anxious, new-ish dog mama to feel at ease about leaving him behind when leaving for a work trip. When I went to go pick Oakley up, he was looking very happy and still wanted pets from everyone there as we were leaving. I will say that I absolutely LOVED receiving updates on how comfortable he was in their care. I highly recommend Dogtropolis to any pet parent looking for a safe and loving environment for their furry family member! Picture the morning I picked him up and brought him home:

If you're an anxious dog parent scouring the area for a daycare/boarding facility that you can trust--stop. This is it. We had previously boarded our Husky at 3 different facilities, and each time at pickup we got the impression that he got "lost in the mix". He was unkempt, the employees didn't seem to have knowledge of how he behaved, and we were up-charged for everything. Here are the reasons why we've been SO IMPRESSED with Dogtropolis: 1. The facility is CLEAN and it smells great. 2. During our "interview", MK was kind and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process and gave us a brief tour of the facility. During pickup, Maddie gave us a detailed report on how our dog did. The staff is very attuned to dog behaviors. 3. We've seen the owner of Dogtropolis in the play-space supervising the dogs. 4. Scheduling boarding is easy and affordable. There are no weird add-ons or up-charges. The staff is very thorough with care instructions, and they allow dog beds/blankets/toys from home. 5. We have boarded our dog there 3 times now. During pickup, we don't have to say a word. They know who we are, and who our dog is. They tell us the last time he ate, and how he did. We always get him back in good-shape (I think they even brush him), so he doesn't look like a gooey, slobbery mess. This makes me feel good. This makes me feel like they truly care about him and watch out for him. Highly recommend this place. They do it right.

Dogtropolis is the best! After working from home for a long time I needed to return to work and bringing my two dogs to Dogtropolis made my return easy and seamless. The staff is very knowledgeable and has taken the time to work with my shepherd who sometimes needs some extra guidance. Both of my dogs love it there and I couldn’t be happier with their daycare program. I plan to use the boarding option the next time I need to leave town as well. I can’t recommend them enough! Mickie my 12 year old Cleveland Kennel rescue has been given her social abilities back to her. She is very leash reactive; through Dogtropolis she has been given the gift of doggy day care able to play off leash with dogs of all types. She’s been going to day care since May and even boarded with Dogtropolis. They are organized, caring, and really know my dog. It makes me happy that I can feel secure that she’s safe and loved when I go away.

Our dog LOVES this place. The staff are incredibly caring and patient and we can tell Millie likes them a lot. She greets them with the same level of excitement she has when she greets me! Not only is Dogtropolis a great place for Millie to get her energy out (she has endless energy) but we strongly feel that the socialization she gets with the other dogs has helped her in all aspects of life. She has boarded overnight several times and is always well taken care of. She comes home happy and tired but will still be staring at the door the next day wondering if she can go back. I am so thrilled that we found Dogtropolis and I know Millie is too!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dogtropolis! Everyone on staff is friendly and they really get to know their dog clients and owners. Clean, safe open play areas for the dogs. Boarding is so convenient and includes all-day play time with the dogs in the cost. Prices are very fair. Great business!

Love Dogtropolis! Or dog comes home nice and tired every time he’s there. AWSOME staff! Friendly and caring environment. Extremely clean. They have soft music for nap time for the dogs… just all over a great place to take your dog, and know they are well cared for.

I cannot say enough positive things about Connie and all of the folks at Dogtropolis. Aggie is our first puppy and we were so relieved to find a place we feel 100% comfortable having him spend time. He LOVES it there and when we say "let's go see the doggies!" he gets very excited and can't wait to arrive! A phenomenal place with great staff, great dogs, great space. what more could we ask for?

Our doggie loves this place. It is just what he needed! He needed a place that let him play and run and wear himself out and they have been playing run some more. The staff here is very friendly and very knowledgeable and understands dogs. All dogs are screened for vaccinations and behavior. We will be using this place again and already have them scheduled for boarding when we have to be out of town for a few days.

This was our fall-back choice for a close place to board our doggie at the last minute, or when our primary choice is booked. However, we discovered this establishment has excellent boarding and playtime facilities. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They seem to love their four-legged guests and they have efficient routines to manage the varying number of dogs they may board at any given time.

Great staff and services offered at PawsCLE. I have regularly utilized daycare services since my puppy was 5 months old, now 1 year old. For daycare, scheduling/having a reservation is a must as they appear to fill up quickly - but we have never had issues with it as I set up a recurring reservation. The flexibly of adding reservation dates and cancelling reservations is made easy with the online account portal. My pup loves going to daycare and comes home exhausted, which is nice if you have things to do in the evening. The report card/photos each day are also a hit! We began using the grooming services when they became available and have never looked back. Jocelynn is our go to, but she has mentored the other groomer (Moriah) so I'm sure she does great work also. There are not enough stars to give this business what it deserves!

We have been very happy with the accommodations and services at Paws CLE since we started with a grooming in November 2023. Our girl always seems eager to visit and happy to head home and rest when we've had her in daycare. The grooming services along with the daycare/boarding really sets this place apart if you are able to take advantage.

And as someone who has a fur baby with a unique name, people knew who Princess Cotton Kandy Periwinkle Unicorn was from day one and got her name right automatically. I should name her Norm because that's the same "Cheers " welcome she got on her first day!

Great place, they take notes and adjust techniques to improve your dog's experience. They really do try and it has shown with my pups. The Woofgang Bakery and Grooming was getting so shady and unprofessional, my dogs were starting to get too scared to go, so I decided I needed to find a new place. I found this place and couldn't be happier, they took their time with the pups and they now love "Spa Day"again, and they look fantastic. It was a night and day difference in quality and experience for the pups. Highly recommend, it may take a a visit or two for them to adjust to your pup's needs, but know they are adjusting and trying to create a more positive experience for your pup behind the scenes.

This was our first time using PawsCLE grooming service and we couldn’t be happier! We have a big dog (Great Pyrenees) with a complex coat, so I’m always nervous using a new grooming service, but the groomer we worked with was really knowledgeable and did a great job with our boy. This is the best his coat has looked and is a perfect length / thickness for the spring. We also got a report card with a picture (attached) where he was described as “wiggly, curious, and stubborn” but also “lazy” 😂! Which checks out. Looking forward to using them again.

Jocelyn did a fabulous, fabulous job grooming our elderly, anxious pup! The best haircut she’s had in years. Everyone we interacted with at Paws CLE was friendly and professional. The intake process was thorough and easy to do online. We will definitely return.

Paws cle is everything we had hoped heights canine would be. My dog is a little anxious and needed some help feeling comfortable, and they did a great job with her. Unfortunately there is (was?) a wait list, but it is worth it.

Had a wonderful first time experience with the grooming salon! Our groomer Brie, has a very friendly sincere nature & did a fantastic job on our little dog look just adorable! It was a very calm pleasant atmosphere not a lot chaos that usually goes with a lot of salons that we have been to in the past. My dogs demeanor was the same coming out as going in very happy and not upset. After reading horror stories from other owners about past experiences taking their animals to less well run salons I am always Leary. Feel a sigh of relief. Thank you very much and we'll see you again soon!

I seriously smile every time I drop our Mila off at PawsCLE! Our big, yet very timid Bernese has flourished since starting daycare here! Now, a little over 1, she can still hardly control her excitement whenever we pull in to drop her off. We've boarded her several times and have never ceased to feel comfortable and secure in her care. We truly feel like Jeff and his team are like family and watching our pup have the time of her life; well, that's just priceless. Can't recommend enough!

We’ve been taking our dog, Charlie, here for a few months now and mutt hutt has been so wonderful to him! He starting going when he was around 5 months old and as puppy owners we really appreciate how far out of their way Mutt Hutt goes to not only watch our baby but actually teach him! They practice his concentration to perform commands like sit or staying calm in a more stimulating environment and it shows in his behavior in every room. Charlie is really comfortable around other dogs and we’ve noticed him learning how to play and even share nicely with other dogs because of the socialization he gets here! Likewise, he’s a puppy so he’s of course a little curious, and if he gets himself dirty Mutt Hutt has twice now given our guy a complimentary bath to make sure he comes home clean. We also love that they take a couple minutes after every single visit to talk to us about Charlie’s day and how he did. It makes us feel like they really pay attention to him while he’s there. Likewise, they greet him and us by name when we walk in so we know they care and they know him! We could sing their praises all day, but one extra kind thing we wanted to mention is they sent Charlie feel better cards after he was fixed. We loved that they thought of him and noticed he was gone. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our best buddy, Charlie Kel-Zoni!

I have been bringing my two dogs here on and off since 2019 and regularly since 2022. They LOVE their day's spent playing with all the other dogs and the humans who work there. IN ADDITION to being amazing, they sent a 'get well soon' cards to my dog when he missed a week due to an injury. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend and I have.

I started taking my Pembroke Welsh Corgi Jasmine to the Mutt Hutt prior to the pandemic while I was in graduate school. After the pandemic and a move, and another move back to Cleveland I decided to re-enroll my 2 Corgis Jasmine and Juno back to the Mutt Hutt. When I tell you they are top tier, they truly are! Becca and her crew are amazing, always have been accommodating and treat my dogs with love. What sets them apart is their ability to have indoor and outdoor socialization which is important to me. I am forever grateful for the Mutt Hutt and plan to only use them for socialization needs in the future.

John, Becca and Bre are extremely knowledgeable! I was very very impressed with how much time and effort has been put into making sure that the Mutt Hutt runs seamlessly. You can tell that there is a wealth of experience there and your dogs come first in every decision that is made at TMH. My girls can't wait for their next visit.

Staffed/owned by the BEST people. I drive 15-20 minutes there and back, before and after work, twice a week, to take my dog because its so worth it. If I could take my human child there for daycare I would.

Our dog Hera LOVES The Mutt Hutt. She goes once or twice a week for a full day and gets the best socialization. No cages or crates, the pups roam free and play all day! There are so many cool spaces for them to enjoy. The staff are friendly and professional. Our favorite is Brie- she’s super kind and does a great job grooming our baby. Hera always gets excited to see her! They get to know the dogs and all their quirks or sensitivities. When we first starting bringing Hera we requested she eat lunch there because she was on a strict diet. She has a very sensitive stomach and cannot have any treats. They were sure to uphold our requests and did so with ease. We will be here for years to come, thank you!

We love the Mutt Hutt. They go to great lengths to ensure that the dogs transition into the program well and that they remain safe while they are there. Our dogs are always excited to go, and love running into the staff in the neighborhood. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really seem to value their relationships with both the dogs and the owners. We live in Tremont, and love that the Mutt Hutt staff are active members in the community. Great place, great people, great mission.

The Mutt Hutt is hands down the best dog care business around. We have been bringing our dogs to The Mutt Hutt since 2012 for daycare, overnights and dog training. I'm constantly impressed by the level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to doing what is best for our dogs. Both of our dogs have history of behavior challenges. Becca and her staff have always been up front with us, honest and willing to partner with us to do what is best for our dogs. Even after moving to the east side, we still bring our dogs weekly. We came for the unique cage free environment and stayed for the amazing staff and mission. Thanks for always doing the right thing and being there for us!

I've been taking my dog Hazel to the Mutt Hutt for a year and a half. This is the best daycare and overnight facility I've ever found. Hazel is afraid of crates, so their cage-free atmosphere has been a life-saver for us when we go on vacations. We also take her there at least twice a week for daycare and she LOVES it. She recognizes the street the Mutt Hutt is on and goes ballistic in the car when we get close because she is so excited. Every single time we take her there she pulls me inside of the building and doesn't even look back for me when the staff takes her into the play room because she is so excited to run around inside. Another thing I really appreciate is that their facility is secure. Hazel can jump at little over five feet in the air, so I was concerned that their fence wouldn't hold her (an issue at a place we took her previously). However, we've had no issues in this regard. I had my first experience with their grooming service this week and they did a fantastic job. This was the first time ever Hazel was able to get her nails done without being so frightened that she had to be muzzled. Their entire staff is great with the animals. The people there are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to what they do! We love the Mutt Hutt!!!

I give the Mutt Hutt 5 stars. I have had three dogs go there over the years since 2006. All of my dogs loved it there. My current dog, Kody, gets all excited on daycare days when I mention were going. The staff is great and really know their dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would like to add one more comment that shows how great the people are there. Our dog, Kody, recently passed. He had been going to the Mutt Hutt for about 10 years. We received a package shortly after he passed. It was a large picture of Kody that now hangs above our fireplace. It was sent to us by the owners of the Mutt Hutt. That says volumes about the people that own the business and work there. While we don't have another dog yet, he/she will become a Mutt Hutt member when we do.

Sarah and clan took care of my very needy cat, Buddy, when I went on an extended vacation last year, and after that experience I had them help me during another trip this fall. Not just Buddy this time, but a very shy, semi-feral foster kitten, Sassy! Also, this time they had to contend with giving Buddy asthma treatments twice a day while I was gone. IT WENT GREAT. They are very detailed. They will make sure to know exactly where everything is and what your cat needs - whether it's kisses (I got a daily kiss report) meds, food, other visitors, etc. By the end of my trip, Buddy was of course well-loved - but Sassy was coming out to play and talk with them. I never expected that because she is so shy. They went above and beyond, as they did last year. I would recommend them to anyone. The daily photos and videos are the cherry on top. I feel 100 percent more comfortable being gone with my cats in their hands.

Thank you so much to Sarah, Kieran, Katy, and Jolene for taking such great care of Angus while I was on vacation! I absolutely loved seeing pictures and videos of my guy while I was out of town and getting journal-like updates from each visit. Half of my vacation was spent showing friends and family all of the updates that Sarah and her team shared on instagram, through text, and Time to Pet, an app that Sarah uses specifically to communicate with you and the whole team. Angus was treated like royalty! The best part was having the peace of mind that Angus was safe and being properly cared for. Thank you a million times over!

Sarah’s team took great care of our LeeLoo and Homegirl while we were out of the country. There are so many things to consider when leaving your pets for an extended period of time, and this team asked great questions, planned for all contingencies, and communicated well throughout. Plus our cats seemed happy and enjoyed the playtime and all the pets!

We connected with Sarah the Sitter and her fabulous team over the summer after we took in a retired Amish puppy mill stud. While our other dog, Oscar, did fine with doggy daycamp kennel stays, we know our new dog, Fozzie, needed some TLC and special care at home. Sarah and her team immediately understood Fozzie's challenges and were willing to help us get him more comfortable around new people. In the time we have been doing regular visits with the team, Fozzie has started to open up to these increasingly familiar faces. Once completely shut down and avoidant with them, he now makes eye contact and takes treats from them. This is a HUGE step for a dog who underwent much trauma for the first 6.5 years of his life. When we have a Sarah the Sitter visit, our sitter for the day or evening keeps us in the loop with texts and photos. And when the visit is done, you get a wonderful update almost immediately. We were worried about finding a sitter(s) we could trust and who would be empathetic to Fozzie's special needs. So far, we are thrilled with our experience. Fozzie thinks this team is OK. And, Oscar, well, he's in love with them all. You can't go wrong with Sarah the Sitter.

Sarah and her team are truly a fabulous pet care team. They've been working with our reactive husky-pitbull mix Loki for about six months now. Not only did they gain his trust quickly - he LOVES them all and gets excited when they come to the house. Sarah and team always share updates and photos to let us know how their visits went, and how Loki behaved. They pay super close attention to our pet's needs - from refilling water bowls, to playtime after walks, to letting us know times when Loki is acting a bit off - for example just barely limping or acting sluggish/sick. I confidently & highly recommend Sarah the Sitter!

Sarah The Sitter and her employees were absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond while I was on vacation! They gave my kitties so much love and attention, played with them, gave treats, took care of the litter boxes every single day, and even took in my mail and packages. They kept me informed everyday as to how my kitties were doing and I NEVER had to worry they were being cared for properly. SO lucky to have Sarah and her team care for my pets like they were their own. HIGHLY recommend them for any pet care needs. It’s clear they are all SO passionate about what they do. Sarah was incredible with my energetic little fluff beast. With some flexibility, she was able to squeeze my cat in last minute for Thanksgiving Week, and the quality of care I know Tucker received while we were gone was top notch. Sarah sent us the most beautiful photos and sweetest/funniest videos of Tucker having a blast with her during each visit, and she was able to identify a solution to a behavioral issue that came up in our absence on the fly. Your fur babies will be in highly competent hands if you choose Sarah the Sitter to care for them next time you need a pet care.

Sarah is absolutely fantastic. When I leave my cats in her care I’m completely at ease and know that they are being loved and well cared for. Sarah is a complete professional and a true animal lover. She bonded with my cats immediately and the love she has for her furry clients is obvious. At each visit she sends updates that include visuals (pics/vids) showing how happy the cats are, which in turn keeps me at peace while I’m away. She also keeps extensive records of each pet’s health/behavior so she can assess their health as well as their happiness. I have two elderly cats with medical issues and she cares for them with ease. You truly will not find a better pet sitter, book Sarah immediately!

Sarah was incredible. She is very well organized and invested time finding about our dog, which we appreciated since our dog is very attached to us and takes meds Kept communication going during services, sending photos and videos of our dog which was great and very reassuring . She can't denied she loves animals. We were lucky to find her.

I couldn’t be happier with Sarah’s care of our two boys, Zeke & Gunner. Zeke is a senior dog with some mobility issues. I could tell she really connected with him and I knew she was being attentive and taking the best care possible. Gunner is a ball of energy and doesn’t always warm up to new people right away. He warmed up to Sarah immediately on her meet and greet visit. He is excited to see her each day. Both dogs are use to having me home all day with them so this was new to all of us. I was so thankful to have Sarah watching them because it gave me peace of mind and I appreciated the communication during her visits. Added bonus, Sarah also takes great photos!

I wish I could give Process Canine 100 stars! The Corrs are the absolute BEST!!! We've been working with them for 2 years for training, boarding, daycare, and specialty training (compass canine), from puppyhood to adulthood, and plan to continue working with them. I feel so lucky and grateful that we were recommended to them. They're always there to listen and offer realistic solutions that work. They're so passionate about helping and are the best people, who genuinely care about you and your dog. The whole 2 years we've been going to process for daycare, it's basically been the same staff, and I have no doubt it's because Amanda is an amazing and fun boss, and people want to work there. My dog literally jumps and cries with excitement when she realizes where we're at. Find yourself someone who looks at you the way my dog looks at Amanda! haha She LOVES her so much! When it's time to board, she runs off and doesn't even care we're leaving. When we pick up our dog, she's like "oh, you're back, cool, I guess....". It makes me feel SO comfortable leaving her. I have peace of mind on vacation that she's having her own little vacay with friends, too! I would trust Amanda and her staff with any decision regarding my dog. We drive 40 minutes one way to take her to daycare a couple of times a month because we know how much our dog loves it, how well she's taken care of, and we know she'll get lots of play time in! I could go on.... just bring your dog to process!!!

Brought our dog in for a trial day and it wasn’t the right fit. Amanda became upset and defensive when asked questions related to safety (ex: what are the policies/procedures in the event of a fire, severe weather, etc). She made brash assumption because questions were asked and was unprepared to answer the questions. While we understand that she has an operating license with and passes mandatory inspections, that doesn’t mean it’s okay to assume people won’t ask questions. It’s also not acceptable to state that the questions are unwarranted or inappropriate because having a business/occupancy license means that those questions, to her, have already answered. Other things to note were that the dogs don’t wear their collars (which is neither here nor there but in the event of an emergency could allow the dog to be reunited to its owner), and the boarding is on an upper floor with only one entrance/exit. No attempt was made to show boarding facilities or tour the business (though we didn’t stay so maybe that would have been done later in the process). This facility may be the right for some people/doggos but wasn’t the right place for us.

Amanda and her crew are absolutely fabulous. They truly go above and beyond! Our dog, Sadie, LOVES day care there and staying overnight. We use them for our busy days, short vacations, and even a week long away. It is hard to be away from our pup - but we know she is having a blast (running the yard, playing with the toys and other pups, and "looking" at the pool, since she won't get in). It's also fun to see her sometimes pop up in their IG story! We recently used them when our daughter was born. We unexpectedly had a 12 day in the NICU with her afterwards, and Process Canine was extremely helpful, accommodating, and understanding to our change of circumstance. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

If you have the good fortune to get your dog into Process Canine( I know they did have a wait list) thank your lucky stars this is the best dog “ hotel “(kennel) in the city. The people that work there are terrific and Amanda, the owner is fantastic! Unless I am actually taking my dog there, I can’t even say Process Canine because he races to the door and starts jumping around!!

I was looking for grooming not boarding but the owner was kind enough to spend sometime on the phone with me and give me a few recommendations. She recommended an amazing groomer and when I go out of town I will be certain to board my dog with her! Excellent service!

Amanda and her team are amazing! Would highly recommend bringing your furry friend here for a overnight stay or training!! Process Canine is a client of our electrical company and we get to see behind the scenes what others do not, the whole facility is clean, very organized, and all of the team members are very knowledgeable and treat the dogs with extreme respect and care as if they were their own furry family members! We only want the best for our dogs and if you bring your pet to Process Canine they will be well cared for!

PC is the only place around Cleveland (and beyond) that I recommend when people are looking for daycare and boarding services for their dog! This facility is trainer run which makes such a critical difference with appropriate and healthy management of dog behavior and social interactions. Amanda is a WIZARD when it comes to social dog behavior, play and facilitating perfectly matched play pairs and groups. She narrates and reads dog behavior in a funny, but accurate way that makes sense to anybody. She is honest about the experience of dogs at Process and has no problem letting owners know when their dog isn’t a fan of the environment or dismissing dogs who are not safe to have there. She takes better care of her staff than herself- and it shows! Her staff retention rate is outstanding, with her 2 original employees still on staff from Process’s opening date in 2017. This is a great option for busy pet owners who need another occasional energy outlet for their dogs or for dogs who don’t have much access to other dogs, but need to learn appropriate social skills. Process advocates for dogs of all personalities and preferences and can foster better social skills and experiences than most owners can navigate on their own at dog play dates or dog parks. This business was grown out of Amanda’s own home with years of hard work and client dedication. Amanda and her staff are true dog lovers and have mastered the art of dog daycare and boarding!

Amanda and her whole team are truly the best. My dog Loki sometimes has a hard time getting used to new people, but honestly seems to trust everyone at process. He’s been going to daycare about once a week for five years and also has the occasional boarding. I wouldn’t feel safe taking him anywhere else for boarding and love that someone is at the facility 24/7. So thankful to have them on the east side!
