Catia and James were exceptional sitters! Most importantly, they looked after our pets as if our dog and cat were their own. They took the time to understand exactly what our animals needed and followed through with all our requirements. Our dog Nikka who can tend to be anxious, felt comfortable with them almost right away due to their calm/gentle demeanor. We were kept updated through numerous messages, photos and videos and we know our pets got lots of attention, exercise and love. Our house and pool were well kept. As sitters, Catia and James were friendly, thoughtful, reliable and very helpful. We would highly recommend them to others.

Eamon and Clare were FABULOUS sitters! From the initial chat over video link, we knew our three animals were going to be in great hands. Eamon and Clare arrived when they said they would and settled in immediately, were friendly, and engaging, keen to know all the elements about the house, pets, medications etc. We have a cat and two dogs, one of whom is 17 ½ and needs extra care, but nothing was too much trouble for them. They are self-reliant, organised (Eamon had a spreadsheet…), kind and funny too. They adapted to the needs of the house and pets with ease – and we only hope our pets behaved as well! We’d happily recommend Eamon and Clare, and hope they come back, even if just for a holiday!

Niall is a top class housesitter and we are so grateful he was our sitter with Blarney for the month away we had this summer. From first meeting it was very clear that Niall was committed to understanding Blarneys needs and to appreciate Blarney’s character so he could be the best companion and carer for him. That kind of attentiveness and awareness is such a gift! It brought us huge comfort while we were away. Niall’s communication was excellent throughout and was great at foreseeing any issues or questions about Blarney’s needs and the house. Blarney experienced a bit of a stomach flu while we were away and Niall was very responsive to the subtle signals Blarney was giving. He rang the vet we bring Blarney to discuss his symptoms and was very willing to take Blarney should he need it. Thankfully he recovered without a trip to the vet in large part due to Niall being so caring and giving Blarney extra attention while unwell. Niall also brought Blarney out on many social excursions to local cafes where he met many people who knew Blarney and that was very fun for all involved as it introduced Niall to our friends here and Blarney got to see his regular pals too. The house was in great shape for our return and the fridge clean and empty which is much appreciated! Our sincerest gratitude to Niall for minding our beloved Blarney so brilliantly and compassionately. We would highly recommend Niall as a housesitter if you are lucky to be considering him for a sit! Looking forward to our paths crossing again in the near future.

Jessica and Neil were amazing house- and pet sitters and lovely people. They were very communicative and sent regular photos of our 12 year old cat and 1.5 year old dog while we were away. Iggy, our dog, had a stomach bug during their stay and Jessica was in regular contact with us before and after the visit to our local vet. Thankfully Iggy was back to his normal self within 24 hours but it really set our minds at ease knowing he was in such great care. Kate was an absolute dream and was the best pet sitter I could have possibly asked for! Kate was extremely trustworthy, communicative, and reliable, and provided frequent updates while I was away. She left my apartment spotlessly clean and even took the initiative to fix my wobbly towel bar. Finally, Kate took excellent care of my cat Daisy and I came home to a happy and content cat! Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Early in 2023 I went searching for a sitter to sit with our Lizzie for a month. I found Lori during my search and I am so happy I did. Lori’s reviews are all five star and I can fully attest as to why. Lori was so friendly and kind and I could tell from the moment she met Lizzie that she would take great care of her. I received daily pictures of her and Lizzie snuggling and I couldn’t have been happier knowing my girl was receiving a lot of love. Lori left our home in wonderful shape (probably better than I left it for her). She took great care and was very conscientious of all my plants. We even came home after a very long day of travel to some wonderful chicken soup. Lori will take wonderful care of your home and your precious pet. We were so happy to have Kyle as our house sitter for two weeks. Besides taking great care of our pets and our house, he was very accommodating. We were always able to get in touch with him if we needed to, and he agreed to take on some extra plant watering’s when the weather made a sudden change. As a bonus, he is very likable and communicative. We would definitely have him come again.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.

Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.

Jerry and Suzanne were absolutely ideal sitters for our home and pets. We spoke with them ahead of their visit and could tell that they are genuine pet and travel lovers. Over their stay we got to see even more that they are wonderfully friendly, kind, and responsible - plus they kept us laughing with their updates and descriptions of our pets' antics while we were away. Our pets and plants were well loved and our house was spotless upon our return home, and they were even kind enough to leave a few goodies in the fridge. Avril is absolutely lovely. The cattery is always spotless and our cats are always looked after very well. We have used this cattery for the last 2 years and cannot fault it. We even travel over an hour to use this cattery and we have used it many times. Highly recommended.

The perfect cat hotel. Our cat is quite young and we were worried about leaving him for a few days but we couldn't have left him in better hands. Not only was he so well looked after, Avril is so accommodating with regards to drop off and pick up times. Definitely our go to place in future!
We left Archie out for a weeks holiday to Ballypaw and I can say we will definitely bring him back. Archie loved his stay and the care and attention he got from Avril was second to none. If you are going away on holidays and need somewhere to leave your dog go to Ballypaw. Most definitely recommend.
