It was a lengthy sit of two weeks and she took amazing care of our home and animals. She was dedicated to making sure the dogs all had exercise and attention and successfully wrangled the goats even though she was sitting solo and had never tended to goats before. TH members would be very fortunate if Karen chooses their sits in the future, she is highly recommended!

Marjan and Harm were wonderful! We had easy and comfortable communication before we left and their experience was evident in their confident manner. They arrived ahead of our departure with enough time to walk around our home and understand it. While we were away, they shared updates and photos on our furry friends which reassured all of us, especially our four children. We returned to find our home spotless and well cared for. We were grateful for that after 3 weeks and grateful for the cut lawn and repairs that Harm did to some outstanding issues in our house (we did not ask). Myse and Albie are a wonderful couple from Brazil, who will take special care of your pet and your home. I highly recommend them as zeewoi. What struck me the most about both Myse and Albie are their enthusiasm, kindness, intelligence, and reliability. They enthusiastically embraced our city, Buffalo, NY, and made the most out of their stay here -- touring area sites, checking out authentic Buffalo food, and exploring the neighborhood. It made us happy that they were really enjoying themselves. They both are excellent communicators, even though English is not their first language. They answered texts and phone calls in a timely fashion and were careful to make sure they understood all the house and kitty details. We got regular, entertaining videos filmed from our cat's perspective, which were adorable. Our elderly cat seemed very happy and relaxed in the photos and videos, and she was well-adjusted when we got back from our 4-week holiday. We felt confident and secure that our cat and home were in good hands. While living in our home for several weeks, Myse and Albie did an amazing job to staying tidy, keeping the house clean, and taking care of the small flower garden while we were gone. And they did an excellent job of following my instructions on what to do to prepare the house for our arrival back home. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do, including adding decorative touches (like a special way to fold the towels) that I will now incorporate myself. The house looked like it had been professionally cleaned. They even left a special treat for us -- a homemade Brazilian stew that we love. I highly recommend Myse and Albie as zeewoi. They are a delightful couple, who will give excellent care to your home and your pets. I hope that they will be return housesitters if our calendars match up again.

P&W left our home clean and tidy and even left us a bottle of wine from their adventures in Napa. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. 5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

We love Oakleys! They provide an excellent space for my dog whether she is boarding or in daycare. They have accommodated last minute reservations when able. Always friendly and I love that they are a family business. Photo of my dog not even making it home without a nap after playing there.
Family run, super welcoming and my energy packed puppy loves it there and always needs a nap when she comes home. Clean and organized. Dogs play with other dogs their speed and others chill with those their speed. Daycare and overnight are available.
Such a big place for dogs to play reasonable priced. My 2 dogs had a wonderful time they played so much. I enjoyed seeing videos and pictures of my dogs pretty much every day they post on Facebook. They also keep it very clean like I'm absolutely amazed by how clean it is in there 100% recommended them and will continue to take my dogs there anytime I need it.

We are extremely happy with our experience at Golden Paws. After we lost our 11 year old Golden Sidney suddenly in 2020 , we knew one of the mistakes we made was not having a place we were comfortable leaving her. After some research we began taking Stella our new Golden pup to Vicki and Bill and the three of us could not be happier. Clean, professional, and most of all Stella loves going and seems to automatically know it is Wednesday and she is going to have fun. The dogs are vetted for personality and health and we highly recommend them for your pup
This is the first time I’ve ever put any of my dogs in daycare. I’ve decided to take the plunge and trial a day at Golden paws for our VERY excited 3 y/o Goldendoodle. I have to say this was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff are unbelievable kind and knowledgeable. I love the way they integrate the dogs into the doggie community. I felt it was safe and well thought out. My dog Willow absolutely loves attending daycare. All I have to say to Willow is.. do you want to play with friends.. and the rest is history ! She comes home exhausted and one happy pup !

My Gio loves going to Golden Paws. He is a 19 month old 75 pound Goldendoodle who is so full of energy. He gets to run and play and have a great old time. I know because he gets excited when I tell him we're going and runs to the door to leave. He goes right in with Bill when I drop him off, and is happy as can be when Vicki brings him back to me at pickup. His nice fluffy white coat is usually beige after because he has such a good time rolling around and playing with all his friends. He has no behavior issues, which I attribute in part to his spending time at Golden Paws, where he is well cared for and has fun playing. I trust Vicki and Bill with my fur baby! I have tried other daycares and they did not take anywhere near as good of care of him. He was never really excited to go, and was never ever tired when he got home. He also got a skin infection from a place in Elma. He had issues with his diet and what I thought were allergies, and we were always at the vet. I had him on medications fairly often. But all that disappeared when he started going to Golden Paws, so now I think it was more attributed to stress and environment since the only thing I changed was his daycare.
We have been taking Parker for boarding and daycare for about 5 years now. He loves going to play with his friends! The staff are always so kind and caring and always have the best in their hearts for my fur baby!
Cannot say enough great things about this business. The owner and staff are so kind and loving to the animals. We have tried several daycares in the past and none compared to Golden Paws. The adorable pics and reassurance that my baby was in great hands were phenomenal. Owners also have rescue ties and understand the personality quirks that can come with both age and personality from previous life experience in dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else now that we've found the best daycare. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive loving environment for your pup to enjoy some time away from home.
From the moment we walked in the door, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and professional the set up was. The service is beyond helpful! So friendly and patient with all my questions and concerns. Our dog loves it there and they take excellent care in both the daycare and the boarding. I’ve been bringing my dog to Golden Paws since she was 4 months old for peace of mind that she’s not in a crate all day when I’m at work. She is shy and reserved but absolutely loves going to see Bill, Vicki, and Brooke every week. I’m so happy that I made the choice to send her to daycare there. The facility is also incredibly clean and I like that their yards are turfed so there’s no dealing with muddy paws afterwards. We’ve had nothing but a great experience from the beginning. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Golden Paws treats you like family! We have never been so happy to leave our dog for the day as we are here. The owners are as invested as you are in your dog. They are friendly, happy, professional and engaged. The premises are gorgeous, bright, large and they think of everything you and your dog need -- there are ice cream treats available in the summer and pools and sprinklers! There is plenty of space to run around, accommodations for outdoor and indoor play and our dog comes back happy. Bill and Vicki have created an incredibly efficient, affordable, happy and high end support system for all dogs. We can not recommend them enough.
