We come visit Coshocton and love boarding our dog here when we visit!! Our girl seems less anxious than other places we've been to and seems to have enjoyed it!! The pricing is the best we've seen. Definitely underpriced for how great they seem to be with the pets ❤️ We've had them vacate our girl twice to be able to board and they always make me feel like it's no problem at all. They are beyond convenient for last minute trips or planned out stays. Thank y'all for caring for our girl!

I want to take a minute and thank the staff at this facility for the excellent care they always gave our Sammie every time we boarded him there . He was our Senior fur baby that we loved dearly loved.we had to go out of state this week so we boarded him there praying he would come home with us today to live the rest of his life out with us, but his body had other plans for him. We got the call that he had passed n the staff member that called me was so compassionate n kind n caring. We went n picked up Sammie's ashes tonight n we were meet with the very same compassion. This being said I would recommend this boarding facility to anyone looking for a place that they can feel safe to leave their pet with. Dale n Beverly Weller

My girl has major separation anxiety but when I take her to board she seems at ease. She loves the girls that care for her and they all love my baby! I hate leaving my girl but AB is the ONLY place I trust with my pup! Keep up the great work!!

To Aaron (sorry for the name drop), and to anyone who dares rate this establishment 1 star, I would have never given this review if it weren’t for you; As I looked up directions this afternoon I could not believe what I was reading. I dropped my Australian Shepherd off for 6 days (boarding) at Sunset Acres, after having him attend doggy daycare for the past few Thursday’s, and I would say that he would sometimes rather stay here than come home. My dog is cared for, fed, provided his own bed, is socialized with other animals, bathed and given personal attention by the fine folks at Sunset Acres. The kindness my dog receives I also receive when I drop him off and pick him up, and as such I trust that my pup is in good hands when he is left here. There are very few places in the Mid-Ohio area that have the space, the availability, and the people to care for all of these animals when their owners are away. Treat these people with the respect and kindness you would expect them to give your pet. Please, if you are someone who bases their choices off of others experiences, take this review to heart and disregard the negativity people so carelessly throw out into the world. Your dog will leave Sunset Acres smiling, panting from play, and ready to return. Keep up the good work folks! :)

Such a wonderful place! We left our dog for the first time for family vacation, and I would definitely book with them for future vacations. You can text to get an update and they get back to you pretty quickly. When we picked him up we could tell he was well cared for and had a lot of fun. Thanks again!

I was iffy about sending my doggo to a daycare with him having separation anxiety. The girls there were very helpful and took him in on a few slower days and he has done amazing now he goes regularly. He absolutely loves the girls there and the other dogs. Definitely recommend them!

When I picked my dogs up they looked great! The pictures they posted on Facebook made me feel a lot better about leaving them. This was the first time I have ever boarded my dogs. I highly recommend sunset acers pet lodge.

I take all three of my dogs here anytime we go out of town! My fiancé and I both appreciate the care they show for them and that they can all be together while boarding, as well as being out in daycare! We’ve had experiences in the past where we picked up our dogs and we’re not happy with the condition they were in but this has never been the case at sunset acres, our dogs always return in the same happy state they were in, sometimes they don’t even wanna leave with us!

Love this place. They are so friendly and take such good care of the pups. They have a lot of space for the dogs to run around and they have fun events each month that the dogs can participate in at daycare. I have used them for boarding, daycare and grooming and everything has been excellent.

Best in Mansfield! Beautiful inside & out! Very professional knowledgeable staff! These ladies took wonderful care of my Pomeranian Buddy when I had to board him. I will definitely take him back when I need to!! I'm so o grateful for them!!!

I’m editing this review to sum up a long discourse with the owner. We no longer recommend this place to friends because of the way our last two dog stays were handled. Twice we were quoted one price in the online reservation system but at pickup were charged over $100 more than the quoted price. We requested that the dogs be kenneled together both times, but the owner separated them immediately and charged extra for every night. Our dogs play together all day and lay around in a big doggy heap but the owner claims it’s too stressful for them to be together. In person she was terse and refused to discuss it until I posted a public review. Here she offers a refund but private conversations have been more of the same excuses and zero refund has been received to date. In response to “Tate”, who refuted my review, please bear in mind that your personal experience may not reflect what others have experienced.

Such a wonderful loving arrangement for your dear pets. Lot of professional techniques to give upr pets a fun place like no other! Emma and her loving helpers perform all pet care activities in such a caring way and are truly dog whisperers.

We had to leave our small dog for the weekend. He has only been with us for about a week. He was beginning to get used to normal activities with us after the stress of being in a dog pound. Becky, Andy and Chip took excellent care of our dog over the weekend! We had left a couple articles of clothing with him to make him feel better while we were gone. Naturally, he soiled them. When we came to pick up our dear Joe, the articles of clothing had been washed and dried! Way to go guys! We like the way the dog is able to go outside from their indoor kennel through a flap in the wall. I did not realize how many services are offered here: from grooming to obedience training to canine massage!

They were so wonderful to our dog Axel! He was well groomed when we picked him up after our 1 week vacation, and exercised each morning. The Cedar Creek staff is a family operation, and they love the dogs they care for. It shows! Thanks so much to them.

it saddens me to make this review, however the way i was treated today by the owner becky and employee april, they have lost a loyal customer that has been going to them for 2-1/2 years. i have taken my dog there for obedience classes and grooming ever since he was a puppy, i have never had issues until today! i am shocked by the unprofessionalism handled in this situation and lack of holding employees accountable for their actions. and turning it around on the customer when i have proof via voicemails. however, i can not say enough great things about the groomer, courtney! she has always been a pleasure to work with and does a great job at her job. it’s sad that the actions of two people were offensive enough to make this decision. i have always talked highly of this business and would recommend any family of friends to use them. that is not the case anymore.

This facility is great! Super honest people that own this facility and they make you and your animals feel like family. Super clean facility. Also have great training classes for basic obedience, hunting and agility work. They also have a great grooming facility. I highly recommend this facility for your boarding, training and grooming needs.

ANDY THE OWNER HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!! He promised me an out of hour drop off, a service that is stated on their website, then weeks later calls to tell me that they cannot accommodate my early morning drop off. He had no empathy, was rude and didn't even offer me a free days boarding for my inconvenience. I'd say that was definitely in order and might have kept me as a customer. Does he not understand that he's going back on his own promise??? Wasn't willing to stand by his own word or help me out this one time. Pathetic, he personally took my reservation, you'd think he'd know his business's own policies. Apparently, they DON'T offer early morning out of hour drop offs. What is so freaking hard about receiving one dog and putting it in it's kennel? Just terrible customer service and interaction. Andy couldn't have cared less and he owns the place, can you imagine what his employees must be like with your animals. I will never use them again, there are new better options out there and I will be using that BRAND NEW FACILITY WITH IT'S EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE HOURS. ANDY, YOU LOST MY BUSINESS OVER $14. NO MORE GROOMING OR BOARDING FROM ME. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO WON'T STAND BY THEIR WORD!!

I have all good things to say about Ashland Doggy Darcare, especially Stephanie, my dog’s trainer. My Reese Cup is a 10 month old Pitbull rescue. We got her at 3 months old and started day training after she was fully vaccinated, at 6 months old. She’s been through 10 weeks of day training (3 days/week). We also completed the AKC Star puppy training on Saturdays and the Ecollar training after that, both 6 week trainings. With such a high energy puppy and one who gets super excited to see people and other dogs, we needed help, especially considering Reese is my first dog and I was clueless. Also, my 75 year old father lives with us, and I wanted to make sure she didn’t trip him up or tear his thin skin with rough play. Because of her rough play, it took time to learn her manners and how to play with other dogs. Reese has now graduated to daycare only (versus day training), and we are able to take her to dog-friendly restaurants and populated music venues at ease. We often get complements from strangers about how well behaved she is, especially at her young age. We are so happy we invested in this training with Stephanie, who provided multiple handouts and homework for us, to follow-up on at home. It has really paid off! Reese and Stephanie have such a strong bond! She’s said she loves her so much, and if she ever comes up missing it might be because she stole her! I haven’t asked her yet, but I’d like her to be Reese’s caregiver if anything happened to me. Stephanie has been so generous, answering questions on the weekends, or evenings when we struggled during training. We got in-home training sessions as part of our package, and she spent extra time with us. We get routine updates from her and the other fabulous staff members, even though she’s in daycare versus day training now. One time, I needed to schedule an extra day of daycare due to an unexpected event and Stephanie asked for permission to take Reese with her to Mohican with her own dog for a hike. She even offered to pick her up from my house and drop her off at daycare afterwards, to help me out. I agreed without hesitation, later to find out she did it on her own time, as it was her day off! We often get photos and videos from their sessions. Here are the ones Stephanie sent me from Mohican. I can’t thank Ashland Doggy Daycare enough, for their support!

My corgi has been going to daycare here for 3 months now and she absolutely loves it! The staff are all very kind and helpful! The daycare packages are worth the $ if your dog is going numerous times a week. I would highly recommend ashland doggy daycare as they have taken great care of my dog.

1st experience. Pup is currently there, environment seemed great on drop off and she was excited to go along with the crew. A little uneasy about the fact that I can not get any phone contact on the weekend while my pet is there though.

We had a fine experience with this place and then suddenly we were told our dog couldn’t come back due to “behavior”. We have no behavior issues at home, at dog parks, on walks, etc. We even have an infant at home who loves to play with “doggy”. Not only was our dog sent home we were in another state and they demanded we find someone to pick him up the same day. The staff is clearly just afraid of our pit bull. If you have a dog with any type of energy or is any “bully breed” I would steer clear of this place.

We took our 2 doodles here for daycare, boarding and grooming for nearly 2 years before leaving the area for work. The ladies here run a wonderful business and always treated our dogs as family. Our dogs truly loved all of the daycare activities. I highly recommend Ashland Doggie Daycare!

They take wonderful care of our anxious doggo. I feel safe and comfortable leaving our special girl with them while we are out of town or if she just needs a grooming.

I’ve been taking my dog here for a few months and he loves it. He has really come out of his shell and gets excited to go to daycare and see his “girlfriends” and doggy pals. He had an urgent medical issue while in their care and they were prompt in alerting me and getting him to the vet for X-rays. The packages are a good value if you plan on long-term daycare.

We went away over a holiday weekend and our 4 month old Schnauzer stayed at Ashland Doggy Daycare for the weekend. They sent daily picture updates and he truly looked happy. Everyone I talked to at ADD was very sweet and I could tell they cared for Charley as much as we do. I will definitely board here again!!!

Nala girl loves to go to this daycare. About a mile before we get there in the mornings, she gets so excited. She practically jumps out the car and drags any attendant who gets her to the gate. She comes home exhausted from a fun filled day. Thank you for taking care of my dog so well!

We got our Cavapoo Winnie from Dwaine on saturday and she is the sweetest dog ever! She is already getting the hang of potty training, knows how to sit, and loves to go in her crate as I have been working on crate training her as well. Dwaine sent lots of puppy pictures so we could see her grow, and was very nice along the way. When picking her up we got to meet her siblings and they are raised in a very nice kennel/home. She had her first vet appointment yesterday and the vet said she looks very healthy, nothing wrong with her, and she was very calm. I highly recommend Dwaine and Superior Hilltop Kennels, as he raises great puppies and is amazing to work with!

We got Pepper back in 2019. She’s an amazing pup! Has always been healthy and happy. We know four other people, two of them family, that have gotten dogs from Dwaine and we’ve all been super happy.

We got our Sophie from Dwaine and could not have had a better experience. His kennel is fantastic and everything was so clean and fresh. Sophie was very well socialized and the vet said she's perfect and very well bred. Highly recommend!

I looked at many breeders prior to selecting Superior Hilltop Kennels. I must say that this was a terrific decision, as everything was wonderful from the working experience with the owner Dwaine and we have the most adorable puppy you can imagine. The facility is immaculate, and the puppy's are well cared for and socialized. I must say that from the time I contacted him with my decision to purchase a puppy, he kept in-touch with us, and after we selected our puppy from the litter we received photographs on a weekly basis to see our puppy grow. Even after picking-up our puppy, Dwaine kept in-touch and helped give us advice on puppy training and feeding. We had problems getting our puppy to eat, and Dwaine was fabulous with suggestions and help to get her on-track with her eating habits. I must say that Dwaine was better at assisting with her eating than my Vet! Overall, great experience, wonderful facility, well cared for dogs, great quality puppies, and dealing with people that are honest and caring.

Dwaine gave us the best pup ever. Our cavapoo has such a great temperament and is so loveable. Dwaine was so easy to work with before and after our purchase. We woukd definitely purchase from him again!!!

I have used CloudCanine for doggie daycare and 1:1 in-home puppy training. Their services are incredible and their team takes such care and attention with everything to help pets be their best. Grooming for our pup at their location was also top notch and very reasonably priced. Such a positive experience - highly recommend!

I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone but Kaylin and the On Cloud Canine team! They are extremely educated on fear-free experiences for dogs. This is more than just a daycare facility where the dogs are just left to roam by themselves. They truly provide an enrichment experience. Every bit of their program is carefully thought through and intentional for giving every dog the best experience. My pup always comes home happy (and exhausted 😴) from daycare and is always excited to return!

Jenna, the groomer at On Cloud Canine, is the absolute best. I know my dog is going to be treated with the utmost care and respect. Jenna grooms my full coat havanese and makes her look ready to show. I can't say enough good things. I drove an hour to see her and it's worth it.

Fear free grooming should be the standard. Having read too many internet stories of dogs being mishandled i am very picky about who i trust my fur babies with. That being said I am blown away by the amazing work jenna does turning my little muppet into a real dog again. He not only comes home smelling great and looking adorable but i know he's safe in her care. Cannot recommend enough. (I also see the vaccine requirement as a plus. Why would i want to risk pricey vet bills for things easily preventable?)

The On Cloud Canine team is phenomenal! I am admittedly an overprotective fur baby momma and often worry about who I leave them with. All team members are extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable, and most importantly my fur babies adored them all. It was so wonderful to go on a trip and not worry about a single thing thanks to their after visit summaries, pictures, and convenient app. I truly cannot recommend the team enough. On Cloud Canine recently took care of my two kitties while I was out of town for a week and I will definitely use them for any future pet sitting needs, as well as recommend them to all of my friends with pets! We have used On Cloud Canine twice for long weekends when we have been away. I feel guilty leaving our dogs alone, but Kaelyn and Ross are so wonderful with every single pet (two dogs, two cats, two birds and a frog). We were heading out on our annual vacation and decided to look into other options for our high anxiety dog outside of her typical Vet Kennel as we knew she’d be much happier staying home in her known environment and we’d be happier knowing she wasn’t getting kennel cough from all her anxious barking at the other dogs. I found Carla on a google search and after a few other companies which I didn’t find comfortable for one reason or another. Carla was fantastic and the perfect fit. She came out and met our little lady while giving us the information for her services. Ultimately allowing us to take the lead in what we needed and wanted for our dog while we were away. We felt 100% safe with Carla coming into our home 2 to 3 times a day and feeding, walking, playing and loving up on Tini. Carla took plenty of photos and gave a detailed update on how everything was going with each visit. It was so relaxing to know our dog was well taken care of and we never had to worry. A fantastic service indeed, especially for those pets that would much prefer to be home while their loved ones are away. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Carla is an awesome pet sitter and has been taking care of my cats for the past two years while we travel. I use Carla about 8-10 times a year. She is super responsive when you communicate with her and always provides pictures of the animals which I love!!. She truly loves animals and I can tell in the communications she sends. I find Carla to be extremely reliable and I always rest easy when she looks after my cats. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing any kind of pet service. I also find her pricing to be extremely reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about Carla!

Carla has been amazing with our dogs. She has been watching them since our now 6 month old puppy was about 12 weeks old. The pups love her and it makes me feel good that they will get a visit from someone who gives them so much TLC. I love getting pics from her when I’m at work. Our dogs are part of our family and Carla treats them that way. I would highly recommend her!

Carla has been our sitter for the past two years. She is trustworthy, honest and most of all dependable! I can't speak highly enough of the service we have received from Carla, she goes way above and beyond what is required, even sending me pictures and texts throughout her visits to ease my mind! Carla is the best pet sitter ever! My pups just luv her! She sends me pics of my pups while she’s at my house and the map of where she walks them. She’s not afraid of cleaning up poop or vomit. She’s a sweet lady who I feel very comfortable leaving my pups with and letting into my house when I’m not there.
