Pet Sitting in Burkes Tavern

Janet and Gregg looked after our house and pets like they were their own! They left everyone happy and fat, the house was pristine. We would not hesitate to recommend them to you! Thanks to both of you for making this experience so positive!

We recently had the pleasure of having Kim and John house-sit for us again, and as before, we couldn’t be happier! Kim is detailed, professional, tidy and caring. Heimo was very happy to see her again which is most important. And there was a beautiful fresh fruit salad waiting for me in the fridge! Thank you Kim :)

We were so fortunate that Melanie was available to stay with our 15-year-old cat, Little Bits for 12 days. Our sweet female calico has gotten older and a little more frail dealing with hyperthyroidism. My husband and I were concerned yet hopeful that we’d find the right person to look after her needs. Well, Melanie was a gem; we didn't have a single worry the entire time we were away. We were also very grateful that she was able to arrive the evening before we left so we could go over things in the house and get acquainted. We knew instantly Bits would be in excellent hands. Melanie was watchful and very attentive. Her communication was beyond exceptional and we loved getting updates with photos of our girl. It was obvious that Little Bits was very happy with her new friend. When we returned we found our home clean and in perfect order. Melanie did an amazing job!

Molly and Rick were wonderful with our sweeties, and great communicators. I also appreciate the efforts that they made to keep the apartment clean, including the sheets and towels so I won't have to add this to my plate when coming back from the weekend with three teens.

Lindsay and Kevin sat for us a second time. They were great as usual. Sent wonderful pictures, kitties were in great shape, and the house was nice and clean. Will always welcome them back!

Erin took great care of Daisy. I received several videos and pictures of Daisy over the stay!

We cannot say enough good things about Annemarie and her care of our dog and home. She knows Roo from a prior sit, so within minutes they were best friends again. She kept in touch with us regularly and sent photos of Roo which we loved. He is very stubborn about not eating when we are gone, so she tried different things with our suggestions and permission. Annemarie took excellent care of our home and plants, both inside and out. She even had muffins for our breakfast the morning after we got home! Annemarie is great about handling whatever comes her way. She has emergency numbers, of course, but she has never had to use them thankfully. We will happily have her care for Roo whenever we go away. We know he is in excellent hands.

Mae and Ted were wonderful! They took great care of our pets and home and we had a lot of yard watering because we had newly planted trees and plants and no rain! We also had a situation where our hot water heater died literally the night before they arrived and they had to put up with that over a holiday weekend until it was repaired on Tuesday. They are professional, very self sufficient and left our home looking beautiful. I recommend them highly for any situation, we will certainly request them again if the need arises. Robert and Danna are absolutely the best house sitters you could ask for! They sat for us before and were so wonderful with our pets and home, and we were thrilled they returned for another house sit. They are so organized, thoughtful and considerate of our home and our pets routines. Our neighbors all thought they were amazing and kind, too. They shared photos and updates throughout their stay. They also contacted us when there was a potential issue with our dryer. How amazing is it that they took the time to troubleshoot a potential issue? We hope Robert and Danna will return to our home again one day. They are simply the best!
