She proactively kept us posted on her flights, and sent daily updates, including pics and videos of our very happy cat. Our cat is elderly and has special dietary needs, but Joy was completely on top of it. Our house was spotless when we arrived home and Joy had even left us a thoughtful little house gift. We’ve had many great Petsitter’s, but Janice is by far one of the best we’ve had. She was detailed oriented and worked very hard to make sure Lola (and Chloe) were well taken care of. At Lola’s age and considering that she is such a picky eater, she can sometimes be trying, but Janice pulled out all the stops to make sure she ate and took her required medicine. She even went to a specialty pet store to buy Lola new dog food that she loved! She also took care of our tropical plants in a greenhouse in our backyard since the temps went below freezing, which was an unexpected task. The house was spotless when we returned. You would have never known someone was in our house! Janice is a great communicator—she sent us regular updates and pictures of Lola and Chloe, and she was always quick to respond to any text messages. She has a great sense of humor! I would highly recommend Janice, and we certainly hope we have the opportunity to have her in our home again.

She is friendly, polite, has good listening skills, asks questions, extremely self sufficient and took the initiative to feed the cats in the morning when I was still home. My cats have always been a little shy when meeting someone for the 1st time but they came right up to Holly within a few minutes of her arrival. She has a great vibe!

Aaron and Angela were fantastic housesitters! They had great communication and we got wonderful photos and updates of our beloved pets every day. We have quite a little farm...a dog, lots of cats and two horses. Not only did they do a great job caring for them, they really seemed to enjoy themselves while doing it! They gave us total peace of mind while we were away so we could really relax and enjoy our vacation. They left the house very clean and tidy and all the animals were relaxed and happy upon our return. Aaron and Angela are welcome back any time!

Hello, hope you’re having a great day:)
Maria overslept for our 10:30 am meet and greet. We were having difficulty with mechanical issues so we were delayed in leaving (by hours). Once I communicated we were on our way out it took her two hours to get here. She lives 20 minutes away. Repeatedly over 5 days she did not follow written, verbal and visual directions. She said she would communicate daily regarding the dogs. 2/5 days we rcvd this and it was late into the eve. She was wondering why the dogs were not eating their food well. It was because she did not add broth to their kibble. (The jar of broth was as full as I had filled it before leaving). As far as house sitting, there was a stream of chicken broth and animal blood coming from our freezer which is immediately next to the garage door from the house into the garage. We lost $300+ of meat. I told her I would pull the garbage cans out of the garage to make it easy for her to get them to the curb the next day. We returned home and she left them by the garage. Two of our neighbors saw this and pulled the recycling can to the curb and back to the house. The garbage had come and gone already. She did not fill the bird feeders and water the outdoor plants sufficiently. She seems to be a nice person but in our opinion she was not a good house/pet sitter. We have had great ones before.

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.

Davis and Sydney were loving sitters for our pets. We even had an extra cat (our son's) and they took great care of all of the pets and our home.
