Joanna was amazing. This was my first experience with a housesitter and she has set the bar very high. My hot water heater went out just before I left for vacation and Johanna not only had had no hot water for a couple of days but dealt with the people who fixed the water heater. She was so flexible and accommodating. She is also very communicative and organized and clean and is a wonderful pet sitter and housesitter. I hope I get to use her services again. What can I say? Bridget and Thomas were simply perfect! Easy communication, very self sufficient and reliable people. My beloved cats were really well looked after: Bella had also her daily walk (yes, she walks on the leash) and they were really patient with her. When I came back I found my apartment was exactly as I left it: very clean and tidy, with no one single object out of its usual position! I really couldn’t ask for more and I can only recommend Bridget and Thomas for pet and house sitting!

Reliable Pet and Plant Lovers
Hélène and Felicien were the perfect house- and pet-sitters for us. We have 5 cats, 2 of them have to be kept separate from the rest, 2 of them are very shy, 2 of them are very wild, and Hélène and Felicien handled all of that with ease and grace and a good sense of humor. They took great care of our home, but most importantly all of our cats fell in love with them. From the start they were very good communicators, answering all our questions, replying promptly to ideas and suggestions, and staying in touch during our trip. They sent daily updates and pictures of our kitties, and didn't hesitate to ask when they had questions. All of that allowed us to enjoy our time away, knowing that our home and our beloved cats were in good hands. Moving forward we would love to have them back - if and when we'll travel next, and we can highly recommend this wonderfully kind couple to watch over your home and your pets.

Joy and Vincent were able to arrive the evening before we were due to leave in the early morning. This was very helpful in order to introduce our pets and their routine. We felt confident that our home and pets would be in good hands with Joy and Vincent. We therefore had a great time away and not worried about our pets at all. Joy let us know that things were fine. On our return home we were greeted by very happy and content pets. We are very grateful to Joy and Vincent for their support in helping us have a great holiday. From the handover on our return it sounds like they had a good time at our house and exploring to area around.

Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Janis is absolutely the best pet sitter and home care we have had. She is a regular for us during our Christmas vacation because we totally trust her with the care of our three dogs and the management of our home. She is so good and efficient that I have already requested that she sits for us again next Christmas. Our three dogs absolutely adored her as she played fetch, took them on walks, loved and spoiled them. Management of our home was excellent. I had no concerns whatsoever as we had packages delivered and Mail that needed to be picked up. The house was in much better condition than what we left it. Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left. I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby. She even pick up meds from the vet. My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me). I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place. I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can! She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared. I would certainly have her back again!

This is the first time we have boarded our Texas golden retriever. So we had some apprehension. Mélanie, during a first visit, was able to reassure us. She found out about the habits of Texas. We left peacefully and Mélanie sent us photos and videos showing Texas walking and playing with the other dogs. We are happy to have left him at papattedouce!!!

We left our 3 year old Labrador dog with Mélanie for 3 nights, it was the first time she was kept anywhere other than us and she had a great time! Our dog Bulma spent a week with Melanie. We got her back in great shape and very happy. Bulma was able to exercise during a very nice hike and made some dog friends.
