They made sure they were organised in advance with all the relevant information and also offered a video call before visiting. They arrived before I had to leave so that I could do a proper handover with them and introduce them to my dog. They took wonderful care of my flat as well, leaving it sparkling clean. This was our first time using Trusted House/Pet Sitters and having Dee and Dave look after our 12yo Kelpie, Lexi was such a great experience!! From our initial phone call and messages before the sit, we straight away sensed Dee and Dave’s warm and caring personalities. We felt so much at ease leaving Lexi with them for the weekend. Lexi settled so quickly! and we know she was very spoilt with cuddles, lots of ball play (her fave) and company as they included her in their days. Dee shared some cute photos of Lexi over the weekend and kept us updated with her activities. We came home to a very content (and a little tired from all the spoils) pup 🐶🤗and a lovely clean home with linen done which wasn’t expected but such a nice surprise, thank you! The special gift we found on our return just melted our hearts ❤️ Thank you so much Dee and Dave. It was lovely to meet you and we and Lexi would really love you to visit us again when you can XOXO

Susie and Gary are a great sitting team! We left them to care for our home and pets for 6 weeks while we went to South America. It was the longest sit we had ever had so we were happy that we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. They arrived the day before our departure so that we could acquaint them with our pets, home and property. Our pets include a very senior dog so it was important for us to know that she would be in really good hands. We couldn't have asked for any better care for her and for all of them. Susie and Gary were very much in tune with our old girl and kept us in the loop as to how she was doing. I really have to stress that we were nervous to be leaving her for so long at her advanced age but once we met Susie and Gary, we felt completely comfortable that all would be well and it was! On our return, they met us at the airport with our car and we had a quick lunch and update as they were flying home later that same day. We arrived home and were met by happy and healthy pets and an immaculate house. I know they had to be up very early in the morning to accomplish this due to the time of our flight arrival so we truly appreciated this. We would recommend Susie and Gary in a heartbeat. As happy as our pets were to see us return, I think they are also missing them. They were their people for 6 weeks! These two are real pros at sitting and provide top notch care giving you a worry free vacation. Thank you Susie and Gary!

I wish I could give them a 10 star review. From the minute they walked in the door the dogs fell in love with them. They were so lovely. Unfortunately while i was gone there was a medical emergency with the dogs (no fault of Triv or Charel). They were amazing with the dogs. They went to the Vet with my sister in law, asked all the right questions of the vet, managed all the pill and kept me updated on their recovery. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. HIGHLY recommend them.

When they went through more litter than I anticipated she was kind enough to go get more. My place was immaculate on my return with food, which was lovely after the very long flight home. Rhia is an absolute pro when it comes to housesitting - if you are lucky enough to book her you will most likely pick up a few tips and tricks! Rhia is also very adaptable and relaxed - we had a big delivery arrive at the house while we were away and Rhia took care of it with grace and good humour. We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

I felt that my dogs were in good hands with Billy & Cherice - both pups seemed happy and well cared for when I returned from my 3-week trip. My home was also clean and tidy. This was my first experience using an unknown sitter and I felt nervous to leave my dogs for so long while traveling abroad. If they were to stay again I would request more regular photo updates, but otherwise was very happy with Billy and Cherice's pet and home care.

Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.

Farhan is a fantastic house sitter! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a down-to-earth, kind, and caring pet sitter for their home. We have three small dogs (around 6 lbs) and he took excellent care of them. They can be a little nervous/ timid around new people, and more so around men at times, but the dogs didn't show any of that nervousness around Farhan! He was gentle and respectful of their space and they warmed up to him immediately. I got a wonderful text the first morning that I was away that they cuddled up with him at night - showing how quickly they adjusted to him as their caretaker. I was able to meet Farhan in person before I left on my trip and I was able to have a wonderful conversation with an ambitious explorer. He is a delightful person. Upon my homecoming the house was very clean and the dogs were happy and relaxed. I can't ask for anything more! Thank you Farhan for taking such wonderful care of our three dogs and our home.
