Tsu-Yin took the time to fully review the welcome guide and asked thoughtful questions about Nolie's routines, preferences, and any quirks to ensure she provided the best possible experience for Nolie. It was evident from the updates, videos and photos Tsu-Yin sent that Nolie was not just well-cared for but also received plenty of attention, playtime, and love. Nolie was happy and content when I returned and the apartment was in perfect order, with freshly washed towels and bedding. Tsu-Yin even left a vase of flowers and a note. Val and Steve were DREAM petsitters, and you should not hesitate to trust the care of your pets and home to them. Their communication prior to and throughout the stay was top notch, including detailed notes from each day about when they watered plants, and new restaurant recommendations they discovered .They showed up to our front door like pros with doggie treats in their pockets already, and our pups were immediately smitten with them. They left the home immaculately clean even when we told them not to bother, haha. We had a lovely meal with them upon arrival and enjoyed getting to know them on a personal level- would love to visit with them again! Val and Steve- thank you again SO much- it was a treat to know our pups were in such good hands! Enjoy the rest of your trip back to the east coast!

We feel very fortunate to have had Ginger and Jeff take care of our cats, house, and garden. They did a great job of that, but they also brought a calm presence that reflected in the mood of our cats upon our return. When we returned the house was spotlessly clean. The sheets and towels were washed and changed. And the garden was well tended. We could not have asked for more. In summary, we would happily welcome Ginger and Jeff back into our home. For they were not only exceptional sitters, they are also exceptional people.

Sajendra stayed with his wife and 2 children and little dog for 5 days, caring for our dog and 4 months old kitten and gardens. We were more than happy to come home to a spotless house and two happy pets, and garden. Gladys our dog was glad we were back but not in a desperate manic way, Barney the cat wandered out and said " Oh you're back" We could see instantly that they had been well taken care of.

Shawn & Clive are a great couple: friendly, reliable, competent and enthusiastic. They did a fabulous job caring for our dog and two cats plus our house and yard. The animals were happy and healthy on our return, the garden and yard watered, the house neat and tidy, and they even provided a short-term fix for our outdoor shower malfunction. Pippa was a big fan of Mae . I realized after I left, that I left some linens in the washing machine, so I needed to ask Mae to put them in the dryer and fold when finished. She did that, no problem. Mae happens to live a few blocks from me, so, easy for any last minute trips out of town, lucky for me.

We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.
