Kevin is excellent and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is trusted to let himself in/out of my house and gives the dog his food after the walk. My dog loves his daily walks with Kevin and it has helped me out hugely with my work schedule.

Nicky and Valerie were amazing, and so caring. I was sent pictures and updates every day which was so reassuring for us. Our dogs looked like they had the best time and were taking on lovely walks. We had total trust in them and Kevin included. We will definitely be sending our dogs back, in the future. Thank you!

Kevin and Harry have been great with my dog for daily walks. It wasn’t an easy task as my dog is fairly awkward at times however they really adapted to his style and gave me regular updates as to how he’s getting on. Enzo (my Shiba Inu) is very happy with his walks and so am I.

We would highly recommend using We Love Pets, Kevin was fantastic to deal with. Our dog Sky spent a very happy week staying with a lovely couple and we will definitely use We Love Pets again.

I was a bit nervous about leaving my cat for the first time as I have never left her before, however Kevin put my mind at ease. Kevin is very reliable and trustworthy and would definitely call Kevin again to look after my little cat. He sent loads of pictures and videos which really did help me relax and enjoy my weekend away. I would definitely recommend Kevin to friends.

Kevin looked after my kittens well and kept us informed with WhatsApp, sending videos and texts. He played with them and they were well looked after. We were very happy with the service that he provided.

This was the first time leaving our 9 month old puppy and can honestly say when we went to collect him he would have been more than happy to stay!! He was so happy and content and we could see the care for him was outstanding. From the first contact with Kevin to introducing us to the amazing dog boarder, the service has been beyond professional and so easy. We have booked our puppy in for a few more stays and truly feel so lucky to have found Kevin and his wonderful team.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin at We Love Pets Harrow. Totally trustworthy and really cared about giving my dog a good time while we were away. We came to a very happy and satisfied pup! Kevin has a fantastic team of doggy carers so if for any reason he was unable to help there is backup available.

Kevin was fantastic especially as i had been let down by another boarder last minute and Kevin found us a wonderful boarder who looked after our dog beautifully for 2 nights. I will use Kevins services every time we need a boarder now.. they are all vetted and insured and our experience was a wonseful home away from home for our 3 year old very nervous poochon.

Alastair came as a blessing in our lives when we were struggling to find a happy (truly loving) home away from home for our 5 month old labradoodle Joey! I had earlier faced rejection from a carer stating that Joey was difficult to manage as he dropped her drink on the sofa. I was not sure if we will ever find someone who would like to take him in for who he is and appreciate him as a work-in-progress. Alastair made me feel so nice about my Joey, he appreciated the innocent playfulness of little Joey and welcomed him happily into his home while we made our way for a 4 day trip. This was the first time Joey was away from us, but we were so relieved as we knew that he is under the care of true dog lovers and we were sure that he is having a blast. We highly recommend Alastair, you can happily trust him with your baby :)

Mowgli was with Alastair for 3 weeks. Alastair took great care of him and Mowgli came back missing Alastair more than he missed us I guess. Thank you so much!

Super convenient, flexible and just what we were looking for

Jade and family looked after my fur baby Lacie whilst I went on holiday. She was fabulous and my dog loved being there. Jade sent video clips and updates on how things were going. Lacie settled well. I can't heap enough praise on Jade's Happy Hounds. Brilliant and highly recommend.

Well where do I start From the first initial phone call to enquire about boarding jade put us at ease straight away she knows what she’s doing Arranged a meet and greet on the same day and done a taster session to see how our fur babies got on and what can I say they loved it there with jade. We dropped our doggy’s off to jade at just gone 7am no problem Jade wrote down our specific requirements and kept to them. When picking up our doggy’s they came home and fell asleep and jade did say they will be knackered and she was right I would 1000% recommend jades happy hounds to friends and family We would definitely use you again Thank you so much jade and keep up the good work

Our treasured Bobby is very rarely left day or night and so it was imperative we found someone who understood his needs and ours and Jade came up trumps on both counts. She listened and took on board all our concerns and suggestions and adapted her approach to ensure Bobby was settled and happy all the time - especially at night. She loves animals; is thoughtful and caring and opens her heart and house to them for which we are very relieved and grateful. Thank you Jade

Our dog Cali had a fantastic stay boarding at Waggingtons this summer! Tracie, Beth, and the entire Waggingtons staff go above and beyond to create an exceptional environment for dogs that includes two lengthy walks in the park each day. They are also incredibly professional, communicate promptly, and shared pictures and videos with us throughout her stay. We feel incredibly grateful to have found Waggingtons, as it was truly a home away from home for Cali! :)

My Boss has recently flown over to the UK from the US with his two lovely Golden Retrievers who stayed with Tracie and Beth last weekend. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and care, the dogs were provided with a safe and supervised environment and they came back so happy (and tired)! If you are looking for somewhere for your dog then Waggingtons is without doubt the best place to be. My dog Lolly has been going there since she was a puppy and she loves it - she cannot get in the front door quick enough. Tracie and her team are amazing and the care and attention they give to each and every dog is wonderful. lolly is such a loving and sociable little girl and adores Tracie and the team. I know I can leave here there whether it’s an overnight stay or longer and not have to worry. This is the best place for any dog.

I can not recommend Waggingtons highly enough! Tracie and her amazing team are just wonderful. Not only do my dogs love them, so do I. I was very nervous about handing over my fur babies to someone new but as soon as I stepped into Tracies amazing home; I knew this was the right place for them. Tracie made me feel at ease about leaving them & with all her incredible knowledge on dog behaviour and genuine love for your dog; there is no one I would trust more than leaving my dogs at Waggingtons with Tracie & co. All 3 of my dogs love going to Tracie at Waggingtons. They love their walks, the attention, having fun with the other dogs, and generally have such a good time - they don’t want to leave at the end of the day! I took my two pups to Tracie to help them socialise with other dogs and generally improve their behaviour around new dogs and people - in just a couple of days there they came home more confident and are calmer around new dogs now. Tracie’s pack offer them the perfect environment for socialising and also working on their interaction with other dogs in a controlled environment. I feel 100% comfortable and happy leaving my pups with Tracie, who has so many years of experience with all types of dogs, making her incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Tracie and all her staff at Waggingtons - my doggos just love it! <3

I am so grateful we have found Waggingtons! My white German shepherd, Kobe is so happy there! They provide a wonderfully structured day for him to include two walks! There is plenty of playtime for him with great socialisation and he really does walk in wagging his tail! They really know what they are doing and I can relax knowing he is really well looked after when away from me. Well done to all at Waggingtons you really have got it right!

We have been sending our Frenchie to Waggintons for just over 9 months. Tracie and her team have a real passion for the work they do, and we can tell that our boy loves going. We have also appreciated the team's candour in doing what's best for both our dog, as well as the other dogs under their care. Can't recommend Waggintons highly enough.

Before starting our training with Tracie, Rosie was highly reactive and couldn’t go near other dogs. We were extremely frustrated and couldn’t take Rosie out with us anywhere. After a few sessions with Tracie, including joining her wonderful pack walks, Rosie has transformed into a new dog! She is now able to be around other dogs and can even go off lead to play with dogs (of all sizes!) in the park. We are so grateful for Tracie and Rosie is so much happier! Recommended to anyone who is struggling with a reactive dog!

Wagingtons is dog daycare done right. Tracie, the owner, knows and understands dogs, including their psychology. Everytime our labby comes back, she's exhausted but so happy. They are strict with not overloading the handlers, but this means they have limited capacity. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tracie and her excellent team have been looking after our dog for just over four years since she was a puppy. She goes to doggy day care on a regular basis. They show such care and expertise and treat all the dogs brilliantly. Tracie has a deep understanding of dogs and their behaviour and their needs which comes through in how they are handled. Yesterday we had another behavioural consultation session with Tracie. She has such an instinctive understanding of how to treat dogs and can always suggest ways to help a dog make the best choices. Just as importantly she always makes sure that whatever she suggests is appropriate to the owner’s needs and capabilities. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Tracie and her team.

Shona is a such a wonderful, caring and nurturing dog-sitter. We are so glad that we found her. We adopted our little one from Battersea, after a very rough start in life and separation anxiety. We were looking for someone who really understood dog behaviour - particularly triggers. We cannot express just how great Shona was in arranging meet and greets, building up trust and updating us every step of the way. Our little one settled so well and to see videos of her, so at ease , and wagging her tail 'helicopter style' as she played in the garden; It meant the World to us. I cannot recommend Shona highly enough - she is reliable, trustworthy, committed and so accommodating. I would not leave my dog with anyone else.

My family dog is very nervous so naturally, we were apprehensive about leaving him for the weekend. Shona was so transparent from the get go and instantly made me feel comfortable and reassured. She offered to meet Frankie (our dog) beforehand and sent regular pics and updates during his stay. Couldn't recommend DogsOntheGo enough, a lovely person with a genuine love and care for all animals. Worry free which makes going away all that more enjoyable.

Fantastic service and lovely people! We used their service twice, the second time it was short notice but they were there for our 2 cats, and did a wonderful job. Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)

I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. Thank you Kacey and Soraya!

I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

We have been sending our cocker spaniel there for a month and we couldnt be more happier with this doggy day care. We tried another doggy day care and it didnt work out. The staff are so caring, friendly and the price for daycare is fantastic we buy packages. They were so sweet to give us a christmas goodie bag for our doggy and even chocolates for us and a calendar (with his photo) . We see photos on instagram which capture the dogs playing its great to see.

Our doggy, Poppy, has been going to Canine Paradise for several years. She regularly goes to the daycare and has also stayed overnight in the hotel many times. She absolutely loves it. She doesn’t say goodbye when we drop her off as she’s running into the building! When she comes home she’s always happy. Cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff, lovely and hugely experienced.

Our friends dog was just here for a week and they kept sending updated photos of him. He clearly had the best time and was well taken care of! I would 100% consider taking my own dog the next time we go away!

Took my boy for his first time swimming at canine aqua splash, greeted warmly, and shown around. The pool looked nice and clean, with powerful fitltration humming away. I wore a wet suit, but, other than for protection against my dogs claws, it was not needed, the water was nice and warm. He had a great time swimming, and took to it really well. I will definitely go back soon. Very freindly staff, and there was someone close by the whole time.

Really nice place for dogs who love to swim and you can get in with them if you want. It is what it is so don't expect lush surroundings, its a large pool but it is clean and tidy. First time swimmers (dogs) I honestly feel you need to get in there with your pups and encouragement is needed. You must learn how to handle your dog whilst it's in the water with you or you are going to get nailed to shreds. The help wasn't very helpful or enthusiastic to a new swimmer.. but if your used to your dogs swimming its a lovely half hour of fun. But please remember.... half hour of swimming/ playing will knacker your mutt out ....

Our dog has been going to day care here for over 4 years. Fantastic care and run by proper dog people. We also check Coco in to the hotel whenever we go away, which she absolutely loves. Couldn't recommend enough.

Ziggy had a great first time swimming will definitely be back. The instructor was very patient with him at first to build up his confidence. Love the fact I was able to go in with him

My dog Smudge loves going here to day care. She's been going just over two years now. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Can't recommend this place enough, and neither can Smudge!

First time going to canine splash and was a great experience. The place was clean, the young man there was very calm with my dog and made her feel comfortable. Having the whole place to yourself is definitely nice while the dog has a swim. Would definitely recommend as I'll be coming back.

We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. I’d highly recommend Helen and couldn’t ask for a better dog walker.

We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. Harvey and Simba will definitely book again! A massive thank you to all !

I’ve been struggling (a lot) to find a reliable person to take care of my collies when i have to be away. It eventually came to the point that I wasn’t able to go on holidays anymore because I didn’t trust anyone enough. So I can’t thank enough the team at Oak Cottage Kennels for accepting my dogs in their pack! They’ve been phenomenal and they offered us the possibility of sent wonderful updates. But more importantly Hermès and Siena had a great time playing with the other dogs in the outdoors and in safe environment. They came back the day after happy and tired 😃. They have stayed already 3 other long/ shorter stays with them and they can’t wait to meet our new friends :). I wouldn’t trust anyone else in London!

The staff here are so amazing and our dog loves going there. Hardly ever looks back and is very happy going in with them.

Excellent services. Friendly and caring staff. My Puppy CHILLI loves to go to Oak cottages. I am very happy and satisfied with the love and care they shower upon all the fur babies.Would definitely recommend to my friends and family with dogs and cats .

We use Oak kennels day care. My dog Bob absolutely loves it there. The staff have always been amazing. He is sensitive to the heat and with the warmer weather they have put measures in place to help him keep cool. I am very grateful for the entire team!

We have just had a house move to Borehamwood, which was very stressful for Dylan our cocker spaniel. . To keep him safe while we moved onto our new house he stayed at Oak Cottage for a few days. I would rate them 0 stars if I could, I don't know how they've accumulated 5* reviews but they are not at all reflective of the experience I had at The Hound & The Cat. My experience with them was short but terrible. I called Eyal at 11:42 to enquire about his services. He sent me a message at 11:49, confirming my appointment for 1st April at 10:30. After checking my schedule, I messaged him again within 10 minutes asking if we can reschedule to 12:00 on 1st of April. He sent the attached message below. As a business owner myself, I would never judge my clients and be so loose with my words. This is unacceptable. How can you trust leaving your precious pet with a person with such little patience, empathy and understanding? I strongly urge you to not use their services as I am genuinely afraid and concerned for all the animals being left in this person's care. If he is so brash, impatient and rude to you, imagine what he's like with your pet.

I took my 16 week old puppy for her 1st groom ...she just loved it here! She knew she was in safe confident hands & has come home looking & smelling gorgeous. I have no problem giving a 5 star rating. I think Clemmie will look forward to coming back for future grooms & also for some doggy sitting when we need to go out. What a lovely couple of dog lovers Eyal & Ayelet are. Thank you both.

Absolutely top class grooming and dog boarding. I was a bit worried as it was the first time when I left my dog with anyone for a whole weekend, but I received lots of photos and updates about him. These are very warm and welcoming people and from first moment I could say Rocco felt like being left in safe and playful place. Will definitely be back again-highly recommended.

We took our 1 year old rescue German Shepherd/Husky to be groomed today not knowing how he would react. We were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Marley was happy to poodle off to be groomed. He came back to us wagging his tail looking and smelling gorgeous. Thank you so much for looking after him and treating him so well. Such a great team and such an amazing groom! She's like a different dog! We have a dog that doesn't like like being clipped or washed very much but they have such a brilliant way with animals! You can see that they truly know what they are doing.

Excellent grooming service. Eyal was extremely efficient and managed to remove all the knots from our long haired Persian cross by combing and trimming rather than just shaving, as resorted to by other groomers. Reasonably priced and Eyal offered some great tips on how to maintain our cat's fur. Will definitely be taking Tilly here on a regular basis for a fur cut to keep her fur in good condition.

Brought our Cockapoo, Bailey, here a few weeks ago and have been meaning to leave a review. Eyal and Ayelet were so friendly and took the time to establish exactly what we wanted and even invited us to stay while they groomed Bailey. We left them to it and got a call about an hour later to pick him up and were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable cost. We’ll be using their services from now on
