An opportunity arose for a once in a lifetime trip, so it was a great relief that Aaron was available to house sit during those two weeks. We have had Aaron sit for us many times now and that fact alone says how much we trust him and how well he has taken care of our house and our pets. Both of the last two sits have had some issues that Aaron has gone out of his way to solve plus I was delayed a day returning to Ottawa and Aaron assured me, from the beginning of my epic trek home, that he would stay that extra day if needed. He has communicated issues extremely well and uses common sense in his initiative to solve any problems. Aaron had both of our cats this time (One travels with my wife when she is working in the U. S.), and it is obvious that they are extremely comfortable around him. I think they get more cuddle time with him than they do with me. Honestly, Aaron has been the perfect sitter for us and I am sure you will say the same if he sits for you.

It was such a delight having Nicole and Tim "substitute" for us. They are warm, caring, fun, wonderful people who sent adorable photos and took excellent care of our pets. Buddy and Artemis adored them. They got more loving from our cat than we do! How is this for above and beyond: Nicole and Tim even took care of Sammy, the dog next door who is Buddy's best friend, for a few nights when Sammy's mommy had to fly to Oahu for a few days. They took the dog(s) to dog park every day, enjoyed hanging out with our dog park friends, and even spent time and enjoyed meals with our neighbors!! I am absolutely certain that Buddy and Artemis had a fantastic time with Nicole and Tim. And they took great care of our home and cars as well. Mahalo nui, Nicole and Tim. Aloha nui me ke pumehana.

Helen was a great sitter! She came on short notice and because we got rained out of our camping trip, offered that we could come home early (which we really appreciate!) It was her first time doing subcutaneous injections for our cat Kevin’s insulin, and she was meticulous about making sure she did it right. She called to make sure we got home and offered to come back if we got stuck. Helen was very accommodating, clean and attentive and I would have her again in a second!

Munira and her son, Mohammed, are dream housesitters. Munira was great about sending updates about my sweet elderly little cat. My cat hurt her paw jumping down from something and Munira informed me immediately, sent videos, and monitored her recovery. Munira even brought her food and water up to the room where she was staying when she noticed that my cat hadn't been down to eat. And you couldn't even tell that she and Mohammed had stayed in my house. Everything was as I left it - clean, tidy, and everything in its place. She and Mohammed were a delight and I would have them back again in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend them enough.

What a treat to come home from our trip to happy animals and a lovely clean house. Even though girls were pleased to see us they were more than happy to ignore us after 10 minutes which was great to see. Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!

Leslie and Kyle set the bar for all other pet sitters! On the first morning of their stay my cat got out due to a faulty window in my apartment and they handled the situation so well. Leslie sent a text explaining what happened and that my cat had returned safely and she was so calm about the whole thing that it put me at ease for the rest of my trip. Kyle went above and beyond and not only fixed the window screen (he actually fixed two screens during their stay!) but also made sure the window was secure until maintenance could come and fix the issue. Their go with the flow attitude was amazing. I would 100% have them sit for me again! I can not recommend them enough. You would be lucky to have Leslie and Kyle as your sitters :)

Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Our dog and two cats absolutely adored them, and we came back to a very clean home with happy animals :) They were very reliable and fast communicators. They even had to deal with our power going out while we were away, and they handled it well. It eased our minds to know our animals and house were in such great care while we were away and would have them sit for us anytime!

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Angela and Joe are wonderful house and pet sitters sitters in every way. They have a great loving way with animals and my shy dog warmed up to them right away. They are warm, organized, confident, and thorough. They communicated very well and gave me frequent updates and sweet photos of my dog Chica. They also took excellent care of my home. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time with them, because they're such lovely and interesting people. I give Angela and Joe my highest recommendation and feel that anyone would be very lucky to have them their sitters! I hope that they return to sit here again.
