Koreena was a nice person and good house sitter. I appreciated the time she spent with the cqts they were happy upon my return and i got almost daily photos and check in which was great. The house was clean upon return and she even washed my towels and sheets which I didn’t expect and appreciated. She was able to give my cats medicine and monitor their health, which was great. She monitored the cats well and would update me. The only small thing is she saw improvement and made the decision to stop a medication my cat was getting without discussing it with me (because she saw improvement in his eating and stool). I expressed disappointment, and she apologized however my cat regressed in improvement as a result. I would have handled it differently and kept him on the med or alternated days and just wish she would have run it by me before making that decision for my cat. Besides that I would definitely use her again and feel overall very happy with her care.

Betsy was amazing. From the first phone call to finishing the sit everything was perfect. We returned to a very happy Tom and a beautiful clean home. Tom was completely spoilt while we were away and is missing Betsy. Communication was superb with regular pictures and updates. If you ever have the chance of having Betsy sit for you. Jump at the chance. We highly recommend her and will have her back anytime.

Samantha was very communicative from the start and stayed that way throughout our trip. She sent daily updates and photos which we loved seeing and it was obvious that our animals were happy and well cared for. I had what I thought would be a 2 day repair project planned, and they were so flexible and patient when it turned into a full week! Yikes! Came home to a spotless house and happy animals and would welcome this nice family back anytime.

Doreen and David are lovely people and fantastic house and pet sitters. Our experience with them was great from start to finish and we recommend them highly. It was clear from the outset they are experienced and competent and also kind and gentle in their approach so we had complete trust and confidence in them. It was a pleasure to meet them the day before the sit, Lola definitely approved and was relaxed in their company. During the week we were away the regular updates from Doreen made it clear a genuine bond was growing between them and they were loving and enjoying our dog as much as we do. Communication was excellent, they were thoughtful and respectful of our home which was immaculate when we returned, they’d even baked some delicious blueberry crumble to welcome us home. We think Lola misses them - the day after they left, on the way back from a walk she got super excited as a very tall man approached us on the other side of the pavement. She wagged her tail and went up to him as if she knew him. She doesn't normally do this, I'm sure she thought David had come back to see her. We hope Doreen and David return to the UK next year, we'd be very happy to welcome them back to look after Lola. And Lola would be delighted.

Mariah was SO great with our kitties and home. From her first message she had stellar, timely, and clear communication which I really value. She respected all rules, and it was obvious to us- both while we were away and once we returned home- that she and her partner Dana treated our home and cats with so much love. We got several adorable photos a day of our two cats, and she followed instructions perfectly including dispensing supplements and using special feeders. We came home to happy and relaxed cats who clearly loved their time with her. The house was as clean, if not cleaner, than when we left it. We would have Mariah (and Dana) back any time and HIGHLY recommend her!!

I am so fortunate to have found Alanna to take care of my cat while I went on a nine week trip to Mexico in my van. My cat was a little more complicated to care for because he was diagnosed with IBD just before I left. He thrived under Alanna’s care. He almost gained a full pound while I was gone, which is amazing for a cat with this diagnosis. It’s speak volumes about Alanna as a care provider. She was 100% attentive to all of his needs. She sent me pictures and communicated with me almost daily. I really can’t say enough good about her. She was neat and clean and took such great care of my condo, which is a second home, that she is welcome to come back anytime to stay if she wants to vacation in Seattle. I think my cat misses her. I’m POSITIVE that I miss her. I hope to see her again in the near future!

Well we have met some incredibly wonderful responsible and generous people on zeewoi but I would say Anne and Tim among the best. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They took wonderful care of our 90 pound Anatolian Shepherd, but also our idiosyncratic old colonial home , including navigating the woodstove and heat pump, a house full of house plants and acre of land.

Janis and her husband Dan were beyond phenomenal! Communication was great leading up to their arrival, especially with coordinating arrival and departure times. And during the sit, I got lots of picture updates throughout of how Isabel was doing. I could tell from the pictures how comfortable and happy my dog was hanging out with Janis and Dan and getting all the pets and attention. Coming home, everything was left so clean and organized. I definitely recommend them as pet sitters as they clearly took such good care of both my pup and my home.

Leah was an excellent pet sitter and take care of our home when we were on vacation. Our dogs were sad when she left. She even made us some delicious tacos when we got home from the airport! We highly recommend her!

Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!
