This was our first time using a Trusted Sitter, and I'm so grateful Elena chose to stay with our precious pup. He's a senior dog that requires a little extra attention, and Elena was so kind and caring with him. From our very first zoom call to get to know one another, I knew Elena would be a great fit. She was very organized, told us what she needed to know, and was very flexible when our dates changed a bit. Elena sent several pictures of Beamer every day. My kids eagerly awaited to see what their brother was up to while we were away. He looked so happy in all of his pictures. She took him for walks and gave him plenty of cuddle time. Elena also took such great care of our home. We arrived back to a spotless house! Our experience with Elena was more than I could have hoped for using Trusted Sitter. It was like having an old friend stay over. I highly recommend Elena, and hope she will be available to stay the next time we go on vacation!

Jordan and Alexander were absolutely wonderful pet and house sitters during our 3.5 weeks away. Jordan kept in contact with us with pictures and updates about our dog, and it was clear both she and Alexander are real animal lovers. They took wonderful care of our home, plants and garden as well, and we came back to a clean and tidy house and a happy dog. If they had any questions, they would just ask, and they took care of everything that was needed while we were traveling. Amara is so friendly to humans and dogs alike. It is clear she loves hanging with dogs and knows how to take care of them. She did a great job with my large dog for a week, sent regular updates and communicated consistently. She also treated the house well and left the place very clean. I hope to have her back soon, as does my pup!

We loved having Duha sit for us. Communication was excellent and she needed little guidance after the initial walk-through. Both cats took to her immediately and really missed her when we returned. Duha even navigated some contract work outside the house when workers that we had been waiting on showed up unexpectedly. All in all, we had a great experience and would love to have Duha back any time.

They asked all the right questions and followed all instructions to a tee. They are SIMPLY THE BEST! When I returned from my nearly 3 week overseas trip, I came home to two very happy dogs who were happy to see me, yes, but immediately jumped back into Kris & Shaun’s laps for continued pets and snuggles. It was obvious my girls adored them, and I sensed Kris & Shaun had formed a bond with them as well, as their good-byes were heartfelt. What a great experience we had with Lisa. She was so good with Cella. She was very tolerant of Cella's early rising. She's a tiny little thing, but has a big personality and knows what she wants. Lisa was so good at reading her needs. We were able to have a zoom interview with Lisa before we confirmed the sit. She stayed in touch with us daily and kept us updated on how things were going. When we arrived home, Lisa had washed all of the bedding and towels. She vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with Lisa as our sitter for Cella. We hope we'll be able to have her again. She was awesome.

Abby and Matt were so easy to work with and we immediately felt comfortable with them in our home and with our beloved fur babies. They were communicative and clear leading up to the visit. They stopped by our place the evening before the sit started to meet our pets and get the lay of the land. During the visit, they sent just the right amount of updates and photos to give us peace of mind. We returned to a clean home and happy pets and plants. Abby even agreed to change my hummingbird food a couple of times to keep our feathered friends happy and safe. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for friendly, responsible pet sitters.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
