Jan was a star. Our return home was delayed unexpectedly by 24 hours but Jan rearranged her onward journey to be able to continue caring for our dog until she was certain we were safely en route back. In a very stressful situation it was such a relief to know that at least our dog was happy!

Super organised and very strong communicator- you honestly couldn’t ask for two more lovely individuals to care for your home. Our senior dog Doris was probably a little sad to say goodbye to them - which is a testament to how well they looked after her. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! Tom was the PERFECT pet and house sitter. I went out of town for a while after my dad passed, and I had a few pet sitters bail before he came in for the rescue.
