We can not recommend Joanne highly enough : she did a TREMENDOUS job taking care of our elderly cat who had just went through emergency surgery. Joanne took beautifully care of her, especially in everyday post-op treatments. She sent us pictures several times a day as we asked, so we could see how our cat was healing. She left our flat spotless, which was very much appreciated. Joanne truly is a real catlover, patient and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for her. What a pleasure it was to have Caris stay and take care of our kitties! Caris has an incredible energy and was very attentive in her listening and questioning when we first spoke, which immediately set us at ease. She stayed at our house for 2 weeks and took excellent care of our home and cats; everything was sparkling clean when we returned and our animals were very happy and relaxed. One of them even got onto her suitcase to try to leave with her when she departed! Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
